Nagyon szép, grandiózus a szálloda. Sok a program lehetőség, kényelmes a szoba. Kellemes a külső medence, nekünk a szobából nyílt. Gazdag az étel -ital választék. Szép a tengerpart nagyon jól fürödhető a víz.

4.szer voltunk a szàllodában, szerintem lassan kellene haladni a korral. Kezd a szoba is kicsit elhasználódni, a design sem felel meg már a mai szintnek. Majd 4millió ft-ért egy hétre 4 főre többet várnánk minőségben. Az ételek egyhangúak, a személyzet nem igazán jó kedvű. A teraszunkon ugyanaz az egy db fémszék árválkodott egy törött kisasztallal és egy hamutállal mint tavaly. Miért nincs normális teraszbútor?? Akkor minek van terasz? Tele van üvöltöző gyerekekkel, olyan szinten mintha egy óvodában lennék. Korán reggel a privát medencémben a sírást, üvöltést hallgatom.. Jövőre kipróbálunk más hotelt.

We had a wonderful stay at Cornelia Diamond and really enjoyed our vacation. A big thank you for upgrading our room upon arrival. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The food was delicious, the drinks were of great quality, and the pools were excellent. We especially loved the morning yoga sessions—the instructors were so friendly and welcoming.

It’s hard to find anything to complain about. If anything, some areas of the hotel could use a little renovation, as the interior feels slightly dated, but this did not affect our stay at all.

Очень усталый отель без обновлений. Питание очень плохое, выбора нет, а то что есть все острое и перченое. Отель больше похож на пансионат или санаторий, но не на отпуск. Пора закрывать на ремонт

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt… ebenso die Sauberkeit… das sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Personal( lobenswert)… die Atmosphäre strahlt Ruhe und Entspannung aus! Kulinarisch war es jeden Abend ein Gaumenschmaus .. sehr abwechslungsreich — in Top Qualität ! Die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.. der Strandbereich ebenfalls ! Für mich:::Ein Resort der Spitzenklasse ! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Farbgestaltung der Zimmer ist etwas dunkel…

Good resort for golf groups. Could be good for families during peak time as well. Facility is extensive and has something for everyone. Quality of food was really good and the variety was extensive.

Restaurant is always busy, noisy and hot - can’t imagine how bad it would be in summer.

Этот отель для меня уже стал вторым домом! Останавливался здесь целых семь раз, и всегда в восторге, с кем бы не приезжали- с семьей, компанией, в одиночестве по делам. Отель роскошный, заслуживает не пять звезд, а целях пятнадцать звезд! При заезде всегда ожидает бутылочка красного вина, тарелка с фруктами и сладостями. В ресторане потрясающие завтраки, обеды, ужины и ночной буфет. В зимнее время отдых в отеле, по-особенному, уникален: сауна, банные комплексы, закрытые бассейны, парная комната, хаммам, тренажерный зал создают шикарную атмосферу отдыха в любое время года: и зимой, и летом! Гости в отеле - веселые, позитивные, яркие, а персонал всегда на высоком уровне! Восторг! Пора уже становится амбассадором отеля. Cornelia Diamond, I love you forever!

Коктейли в баре были намного лучше, чем в других отелях. СПА - Султан хамам очень приятно, следующая процедура для тела была « так себе». Комфортные номера ( двойные с входом в бассейн), но очень большой и шумный ресторан . В целом отель понравился. Очень дружелюбный персонал, готовы были всегда прийти на помощь ( сначала аннулировали наш рейс, затем ТК понизил наш класс с бизнес до эконом , проблему помогли решить работники отеля.

Food generally was a very high standard, a couple of meals were not to the expected level. Facilities were good, well maintained and clean. Staff were courteous and quick, very friendly and willing to help.

a few meals were not upto the general high standard. Not a big issue there was adequate food that was acceptable. It did not warrant a complaint at the time. I mention it for completeness.

Restaurant times were too frenetic. Perhaps it was the patrons behaved in a manic way and it felt like market place. Time of year too hot and clammy for us. Pools were too warm.

Smell, had to change rooms, bit out dated, very rude staff, compared to other places in Turkey the staff were not bothered, couldn’t understand English or speak English well, we were ignored x5 in 3 minutes trying to order drinks. Same food everyday, no changes and same old same old.. very disappointed with service and place. Too hyped for what it offers, not really a *5 in my experience. Have been to better in Turkey which are cheaper too!

Zu laut, zu viel von Allem, Personal kann kaum Englisch. Wenn man alkoholfreie Cocktailalternativen sucht, wird man schief angeschaut. Gäste können sich nicht benehmen, Food Waste

Hotel is lovely, very big. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a great size with plenty of room for everyone. They had tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, great view. The hotel wasn’t overly noisy even with lots of families. Lovely spa facilities and excellent facilities for children in the children centre. Pool and slides were good. Plenty of food options in the restaurants but can get very busy. My only dislike of the hotel is that the pools depth were not suitable for small children. My daughter and nephew age 8 were not able to stand in any of the pools as they were all 1.40 depths. Most children had to wear/buy floats. For a hotel with 10 pools this is not great as they should have pools with smaller depths. The hotel also does not provide irons for guests to use so if staying here, bring your own.

The food at every restaurant, café, and bar was consistently fresh, delicious, and served promptly. The pier bar was a fantastic spot to relax, listen to the waves, enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, and swim in the crystal-clear sea. Our children (2 and 4) absolutely loved the water slides — from the kiddie slides to the six exciting larger slides, they were entertained for hours. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal, memorable, and truly unforgettable.

Однозначно - 10 за питание! Браво шеф повару! Шведский стол 10 из 10! Разнообразно и на любой вкус. Я не ем ни мясо, ни курицу. Качественные рыбные блюда на шведском столе: и горячие, и закуски . Редкость даже в люксовых отелях Турции, но в Cornelia Diamond были каждый день! Фруктов много, и они вкусные, зрелые,- не деревянные. Отдельное спасибо за салат из свежих ягод и фруктов (клубника, ежевика, киви, персик ++, свежие, уже очищенные и нарезанные, заправляешь сам)на завтраках! Номер был семейный 2х комнатный - просторный, хороший. Уборка норм. Сервис Ок. Детский клуб хорош по оснащению. Хороший аквапарк для взрослых и подростков- не очень экстремальный, но и не скучный. Чистые хорошие бассейны. +++ что у бассейна есть зона в тени!

Запах "дешёвый" в коридорах отеля- напрягает поначалу, затем привыкаешь, т к в номерах норм. Дизайн с у семейных номеров (в других - не были) - "странный",мягко говоря.

Hotel war wirklich 10 Sterne für mich personal war sehr freundlich so nett ich kann nicht schlecht sagen. gegen Rezeption Kunden Service war auch alle Leute freundlich umd hilfberech ich war verletzt wegen meine Schulter sie haben für mich Arzt organisiert Termin vereinbart umd nach dem Arzt 3 tage jeden tag mich angerufen umd fragen wie geht es mir .Draußen personal auch höflich ich habe mit meine Tochter zusammen laufen wir Strand ich habe meine Tochter gesagt wir habe Handtuch vergessen wir müssen wieder zurück laufen und holen diese zeit eine mit arbieter gehört und er hat mir gesagt nein Sie müssen nicht zurück laufen ich bringe euch am Strand ich habe gesagt wirklich kannst du machen er hat gesagt natürlich ich mache kein Problem ich habe einfach sprachlos.Ich denke Name war (Baran )ich hoffe ich erinnere michName richtig.. Danke nochmal.Essen war für mich auch überrasch war jeden Tag leckeres essen und war einfach alles lecker und köstlich. Nur einzige stört mich am poll wegen Rauchen überall Leute raucht wir haben mit Familien meistens Kindern aber trotzdem die Leute rauchen in der näher kinder sie müssen meime Meinung extra platz machen nur wegen raucher Sie können ganzes Tag no stop rauchen .

The staff were not prepared to see that a mistake had been made booking garden rooms when I wanted a suite. I was charged for two rooms for the whole stay. Then when I left a day early they made me pay for the whole stay, an extra day. Totally unimpressive display on their part.

Great hotel which met our needs. We enjoyed eating in the A La Carte restaurants. You do have to pay 25 euros per person for these but the food and service was amazing. Pools were lovely and we had no problem in getting a sunbed each day. The pier and pier bar was nice but they do need to have more staff working in and around the bar area. It was quite hard to get a drink on some days. Some of the managers at the bar were quite rude and miserable which was disappointing. However, we enjoyed our stay and our room with a sea view was lovely.

The rooms, the meals, food and drinks and the service were amazing. The pool area could be a little bit nicer

close to the beach, really friendly staff, great food and big pool area. Also there was a lot of activities offered. Free rides to golf course and back. Hotel has everything needed for relaxing vacation.

Waiters could speak better english, and maybe some bar closer to the beach where is served other drinks as well than beer.

Gäste sind ohne Handtücher unterzulegen in die Sauna gegangen. Saunakultur bzw Kontrolle nicht vorhanden.

Отель хороший. Уверенная пятерка. Лобби, напитки, еда - отличные. Работа ресепшен тоже на уровне. Номер был большой, летом в нем, я думаю, прекрасно отдыхать. Осенью оказалось холодновато и кондиционер на обогрев не работает.

Отель уже «подустал». Номера выглядят местами требующими обновления. В начале ноября большинство развлечений уже не работают, детский клуб, ради которого ехали в этот отель, сжимается до 1 комнаты. Вечерние шоу отсутствуют. Действует, так называемая «зимняя концепция», о которой, естественно, при бронировании не предупреждают. Часть ресторанов закрыта, в другие - просто не попасть :(. До этого были в августе несколько лет назад - было гораздо лучше.

Staff molto cordiale, servizi impeccabili. Abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno per il nostro viaggio di nozze, la struttura ha reso tutto speciale. Molto disponibile in tutto. Ottimo cibo e ottima spa. Abbiamo soggiornato a novembre, e i servizi offerti erano molto abbondanti malgrado la bassa stagione. Consigliato sia per famiglie, che per coppie, che per gruppo di amici. Ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi.

Bahçe aile odasında kaldık. Odalar geniş, gerah ve herşey düşünülmüştü. Yemekler oldukça lezzetli ve herkes çok kibardı…

Das Gesamtpaket passt einfach zu 100%. Gerne wieder.

Sämtliche Leistungen welche nicht im Paket inbegriffen sind, sind völlig überteuert. Allerdings kann man auf diese zusätzlichen Leistungen auch verzichten, wenn man das nicht berappen möchte.

Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel sehr gut. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und bietet für jeden Gast etwas. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es bspw. eigene Bereiche, aber auch Singles/Paare können hier entspannt Urlaub machen ohne gestört zu werden. Der Strand ist sehr schön und wird sauber gehalten und man findet problemlos eine Liege. Im September war es vllt. zu 1/3 belegt. Der Service war überwiegend sehr gut, aber es gab auch einige Situationen, wo ich mir bisschen mehr erhofft hatte. Das Essen war gut. Sehr gut waren die lokalen Speisen sowie der Nachtisch. Internationale Gerichte waren eher Durchschnitt. In einem Restaurant draußen, hätte ich für solches Essen kein Geld bezahlt. Manchmal war bspw. der Cappuccino einfach nur milchig. Ich habe täglich das gym und die Sauna genutzt und ich hatte alle Geräte, die ich gebraucht habe. Insgesamt kriegt das Hotel von mir nur 4 Sterne, weil das Hotel hochpreisig ist und eines der „besseren“ 5 Sterne Hotels sein soll, jedoch nicht in allen Bereichen überzeugen konnte.
