Za cenu 1 500 EUR na den pro rodinu se dvěma staršími dětmi jsme očekávali luxusní standard Falkensteiner, ale zažili jsme absolutní selhání servisu a aroganci managementu.

Absolute Top Lage für Strandliebhaber - direkt und 1km links und rechts kleine aber perfekte Strände, nur wenige km weiter große Strände.

Die Abwechslung beim Essen hat etwas gefehlt, aber die Qualität war sehr gut.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and secluded area, astonishing views and the staff is just as good and professional. The room was just like shown in the pictures, perfect in every detail. I've been there only for a night and it's been the best part of the journey! The buffet had plenty of options and meat was perfectly cooked just like I wished. Check-in and check-out have been very swift. Lots of space at the beach. Will definetly be coming back with the rest of the family!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel direkt am Meer! 🌊☀️ Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für die Gäste da. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet, lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Animationsteam: immer freundlich, unterhaltsam und engagiert, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Dadurch wurden unsere Urlaubstage noch schöner! Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr familiär, herzlich und entspannt – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Il servizio ristorante é di altissimo livello, cosí come il personale del servizio ristorante. Molto bene anche Reception, Spa, e attività Yoga all’aperto.

Il letto é scomodo e il servizio di housekeeping (pulizia delle camere) totalmente inadeguato. Inoltre la manutenzione generale delle camere é completamente assente. Nel giro di una settimana hanno ripristinato due volte l’impianto aria condizionata che gocciolava dal soffitto, il sifone sotto al lavandino gocciolava. Le sdraio in legno del balconi inutilizzabili poiché sfondate.

Beautiful gardens well maintained, lots of space and lots of towels. Sports activities yoga, walk, fitness of very good level. Beautiful buffet with grilled meat and fish. They manage gluten very carefully by serving safe gluten free industrial package gluten free with loads of choices. Amazing spa with beautiful massage pool. Great fitness room. Great live music every single evening, lovely well dressed evenings dinners. Perfect relaxing atmosphere.great lunch options on site as well. No need to leave paradise!

Some minor improvements could be made At reception on first day, explaining better the activities and perhaps improving bed quality and noise of AC, but just like every hotel! Note that the beach has some rocks not just sand. Nautical equipment to be rented inflatable paddles, kayaks.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the location is fantastic. You can feel that the rooms could use some renovation to fully match a 5-star standard. However, the outstanding service provided by the staff more than makes up for it. A special thank you to the entire restaurant team – you guys are amazing! Friendly, professional, and always smiling. The private, secure property, the beautiful bay, the great food, and the peaceful family atmosphere make this a wonderful place to relax. 🫶

- La conciergerie propose divers possibilités d’excursions (en bateau ou en voiture), mais à des prix déraisonnables, souvent le triple ou le quadruple de ce que l’on peut organiser de son côté. - Le système de transfert (aéroport-hôtel ou hôtel-ville) est très bien, mais là aussi à un prix qui est trois fois celui d’un taxi.

The Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi is an exceptional property with a beautiful landscape, spacious pool areas and many playground opportunities for children. Furthermore, the gardening is beautiful and the staff was extremely (kids) friendly. Especially our waiter Mattheo was so nice and made sure that our family has everything to have a wonderful time😇

Notre chambre vue mer était agréable.

Le prix est disproportionné par rapport à la qualité des services en général. Le personnel n’est pas toujours agréable et commence par dire non avant tout autre chose. La nourriture était très très moyenne. La plage est petite et en gravier.

The building was magnificent, views were amazing, staff were friendly. Stefano was the guy we meet and greeted first who getting our luggage, parking our car, very nice and helpful guy indeed.

Otroligt vackert läge och fantastisk park som omgärdar hela resorten. Mycket smakfull arkitektur.

Triat att de inte la lite mer energi på att hålla snyggt på uteplatsen som hörde till vårt “minihus”. Skräpigt av löv och trasiga solsängar. Hade även velat ha mer info om maten som serverades varje kväll. Det var så otroligt fin och vällagad mat, men man fick gissa sig till vad det var ibland trots att det fanns skyltar. Hade gjort det ännu bättre om de kunde framhävt vad som var typiskt för Sardinien etc.

Családdal két kicsi gyerekkel ideális választás! Másodszor voltunk a hotelben annak ellenére,,hogy en mindig új szállodákat szeretek kipróbálni, de ide még jönni fogunk!

Location was superbe, the food was excellent, the service had a lot of attention to details, everyone was welcoming and genuine, great kids activity and safe for little ones.

Furniture in the room can be a bit better, adding a table and another seat.

There is only 1 thing: no free access to potable water for guests. This is high standard hotel located in hot climate and I feel this is really upsetting that guests need to purchase enourmous amounts of water along the day and for the dinner as well. I find this as basic need that should be secured. I rather have no live music every night at dinner but free drinkable water access around

Overall the property was nice and well equipped.

The AC did not work in our first room. We had to visit with the front desk 5 times before we were moved to a new room. The new room then had ants all over, and we had to call the front desk for someone to come and spray to remove them. For the cost of a villa, I would have never expected either of these types of things to happen, and the amount of time spent trying to get it sorted.

Somptueux endroit ! Le personnel est exceptionnellement professionnel. Toute la famille s’est sentie accueillie et dorlotée pendant l’ensemble du séjour. Les options d’animation pour les enfants ont été immensément appréciées, aussi bien par enfant que parents. Le restaurant était parfait : la grande variété de choix est à saluer. Plusieurs options possibles à chaque repas, et le tout de qualité 5 étoiles. Tout était frais et savoureux. Les options culinaire pour les enfants ont aussi été pensées avec soin et très appréciées de notre enfant (4 ans). Les jus de légumes et de fruits frais au petit déjeuner étaient top !

Seuls points qui pourraient être améliorés : matériel de sport (salle de fitness) et le terrain de tennis pourraient être upgradés. Pas mauvais mais pourraient être améliorés.

Lokalita i Hotel byly skvělé. Jídlo bylo přímo úchvatné. Personál až na výjimky ochotný a milý. Moře bylo dokonalé.

Po příjezdu jme dostali pokoje, které nesplňovaly objednávku. Řešení tohoto problému nás připravilo o jeden den. Při první večeři, jsme byli hrubě vykázáni od stolu (byl prý rezervován) - špatné vysvětlení pravidel při příjezdu.

Tak tenhle hotel určitě ne! Za peníze, které stojí pobyt, to ani zdaleka neodpovídá očekávání. Lehátka, bazény i podlahy byly špinavé, jídlo průměrné a animační program pro děti naprostá katastrofa. Aktivity byly slabé, nezajímavé a rozhodně neodpovídaly tomu, co hotel prezentuje. Poměr cena/výkon je podle nás tragický. Za noc bych si dokázal představit maximálně 5 tisíc korun, ale rozhodně ne 20 tisíc. Nechápu, proč je potřeba dělat hotelu takovou reklamu a lákat sem lidi, když je realita úplně jiná. Člověk přijede s velkým očekáváním a odjíždí zklamaný. Bohužel fotky i propagace slibují mnohem víc, než hotel ve skutečnosti nabízí. Za nás velké zklamání. 😔👎🏻 Jo a zapomněl jsem zmínit tu úžasnou pláž plnou kamenů a bordelu. Vodu k pití, co vám tady podávají k večeři, platíte 5,50 €, a za malinkatý kopeček zmrzliny pro děti 2,50 €. A na snídani čekáte na vajíčka i 45 minut… 🤦‍♂️

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. We were supposed to stay three nights, but we only stayed one. There was no "lateral sea view" from the room as we paid for. There was no hot water to shower with. The bathroom was dirty. There was a leak in the ceiling and water coming into the room. There were bugs and mosquitos inside. The patio was unusable because it was infested with ants. I asked for a refund for the nights that we would not stay in the room, and still have not heard back from the manager five days later.

Das Essen war gut, reichhaltig, es gab viele Gerichte Vegan und laktosefrei. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption, wie auch im Restaurant. Die Sauberkeit war soweit auch gut. Der Strand war mäßig, bedingt durch die Berge an Meerpflanzen, die womöglich bei einem Sturm einige Tage davor, angeschwemmt waren. Jedoch wurde dies in den 10 Tagen, die wir dort waren, nicht gesäubert. Es war nicht leicht eine Stelle zu finden um dort ins Wasser zu gehen. Bezüglich der Zimmer kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Ich kann nur über unser Zimmer 104 was aussagen. Es ist eine Zumutung dieses Zimmer in einem Luxus Resort von 5 Sterne an Gäste zu geben.

Das Zimmer liegt über der Küche und wie wir vermuten, gegenüber des Kühlhauses. Ab 5 Uhr morgens hatte man Krach von Rollwagen, Scheppern von Gegenstände, fallende Töpfe oder Pfannen ( auf jeden Fall Metallgeräusche). Dies wiederholte sich auch in der Nacht so gegen 21.30 bis teilweise 23 Uhr. Dazu kamen laute Stimmen und noch mehr Krach von Aufstapelndem Geschirr, Besteck, oder Metallbehälter. Zudem übertrug die Lüftung im Bad jedes Geräusch und Stimme des oberen Zimmer und man konnte alles mithören. Jeden Tag hatten wir zwischen 18 - 19 Uhr vor dem Dinner Schreie, Streit von der Dusche über uns, wo zwei kleine Kinder zusammen geduscht haben. Dazu die Eltern, die laut geschimpft haben. Man konnte alles verstehen. Dazu kamen noch die täglichen Geräusche der schweren Möbel (Betten und Tisch im Wohnraum) die abends immer wieder umgestellt wurden. Wie schon bei anderen Bewertungen hingewiesen, sind die Frühstückszeiten ab 7.30 Uhr und Abendessen ab 19:00 für ein Familienhotel zu überdenken. Viele der Kleinen waren am Abend bereits müde und quengelig. Ein Mietauto wäre auch zu empfehlen, da man sonst für eine Taxi einiges zahlen muss, wenn man sich die Gegend etwas anschauen möchte.

Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön – sehr gross, viel Grün, idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. In wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man viele traumhafte Strände. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auch das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Positiv fanden wir ebenfalls, dass ein später Check-out möglich war.

Die eigene Strandbucht beim Falkensteiner Capo Boi war leider überhaupt nicht einladend und entsprach auch nicht den Bildern. Wir sind deshalb gar nicht ins Wasser gegangen – schon gar nicht mit Kindern. Schade fanden wir auch, dass es abends keine À-la-carte-Möglichkeit gab, sondern nur Buffet. Zudem war es oft sehr voll und wir mussten teilweise auf einen Tisch warten. Der Aufpreis für den Late Check-out war mit dem Preis einer halben Nacht eher hoch. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns jedoch der Kids Club. Dieser wirkte nicht besonders einladend. Unsere Tochter ist ein grosser Falky-Fan aus anderen Falkensteiner Hotels und war hier leider sehr enttäuscht. Falky kam nur kurz für Fotos vorbei und ging danach wieder. Gerade weil die Kinderdisco wetterbedingt drinnen stattfand, hätte man ihn dort mehr integrieren können.

Ambiance super familiale et très adapté aux enfants : baignoire, chauffe biberon, lit en très bon état, poubelle à couches, gel douche spécial bébés; il y avait aussi des animations pour bébés/enfants avec leur mascotte "Falky" après le souper. La piscine intérieure peut être fréquentée par les bébés/enfants de 10h à 13h, tous les jours (je pense que ces horaires ne sont pas mentionnés sur booking). La nourriture était délicieuse !! Le personnel était super accueillant, toujours le sourire et beaucoup de professionnalisme (ex: quand on arrive le soir au restaurant, une table est déjà prête pour nous avec une chaise pour bébé). La chambre était magnifique, même si côté "parc" (pas de vue sur mer). Les piscines étaient grandes et les espaces extérieurs super bien entretenus. Il y a des ânes à l'extérieur, c'est trop chou ! On a aussi très bien mangé au restaurant "Kento Bay".

La seule suggestion ce serait d'avoir plus de variété dans le coin "enfants" (exemple : brocolis cuits/chauds, petits pois, carottes, etc.) et plus de fruits (fraises, myrtilles). Les pancakes étaient un peu sèches, même ma fille de 17 mois n'a pas trop aimé 😅 alors qu'on en fait tout le temps "home made" et qu'elle adore ! Parking un peu petit, heureusement c'était la saison basse 😅(j'ignore s'ils ont un deuxième parking)

Location fantastica, bellissimo giardino e bella spiaggia semi-privata. E' un family resort, quindi i bambini erano tantissimi, ma l'ampiezza degli spazi fanno si che anche chi non ha figli possa avere tranquillità. Bella la Spa e molto disponibile la responsabile, Graziella.

Struttura bella e ampia ma non nuovissima, condizionatore in camera un po' rumoroso. Da migliorare i servizi "complementary". In un 5 stelle il minibar dovrebbe essere open e ci dovrebbe essere un angolo te/caffè. Il personale in gran parte molto gentile, a volte fa trasparire (o dichiara) la voglia di chiudere il turno ed andarsene. L'orario della cena, che si chiude alle 9,30, deve assolutamente essere rivisto; per i tedeschi funziona, ma per gli italiani è decisamente troppo presto.

Ein sehr angenehmer Ort zum Entspannen und erholen. Das Abendbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und hervorragend. Den Köchen beim Anrichten der Speisen zuzusehen ist toll. Alle sehr freundlich. Top.

Der Turndown kam immer genau dann, wenn wir uns für das Abendessen vorbereitet haben. Dann hat es nur für die Wasserübergabe gereicht. Vielleicht etwas später terminieren (ab19:00), wenn die Gäste beim Abendessen sind.

Struttura bellissima, ricevimento meraviglioso, un appunto speciale al Porter Nicola, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa dal primo momento fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno.

A reggeli és a vacsora is bőséges és változatos. Mnőségi és friss alapanyagokból készül az ízletes és minden étrendnek megfelelő választék. A környék meseszép, de akár a szálláson is minden megtalálható ami a tökéletes kikapcsolódáshoz kell. A személyzet nagyon figyelmes és kedves.

Sehr schön an einer Bucht gelegen. Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Personal sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Qualität des Essens war gut. Uns hat es gut gefallen, dass es einen Entsafter für Gemüse am Frühstücksbuffet gab, den man selber bedienen konnte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Qualität im Unterhalt teils nich 5 Sterne. Eine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit zw 1800 u 1900 gibt es KEINE. Ausser Roomservice mit Servicezuschlag von 20 Euro. Der Streichelzooverschlag ist leider höchstens 2 Sterne... Nicht unbedingt das ideale Hotel für Paare ohne Kinder. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und hätten nicht angenommen, dass noch so viele Kinder Ferien haben... das Auto wurde komplett verdreckt zurückgegeben. Offenbar hat es in den Bäumen am Parkplatz viele Vögel...

L'hôtel, les chambres et le lieu sont magnifiques. L'incroyable plage privée avec toujours des transats de disponibles et la grandeur des espaces extérieurs. L'espace SPA est très bien aussi. La nourriture est délicieuse et variée. Le personnel très gentil et serviable.

Le prix des boissons est vraiment excessif. Côté écologique, les linges peuvent être changés plusieurs fois par jour et le personnel de chambres laisse toujours des lumières allumées après leurs passages.

Sea: very clean and one of the best beaches I have ever seen. Towels without cards - very convenient for kids. Kids club- kids lives it. Food was great.

The rooms are a bit outdated and also floor in kids club dirty. No place to crawl for a baby.

Strand: Landschaftlich schön, sicher, sauber, einladend, kinderfreundlich, gut ausgestattet, top Service. Essen: Sehr gute Qualität, breites Angebot, attraktiv präsentiert, herausragender Service (mit persönlicher Note), gut organisiert, kein "Dichtestress". Zimmer (525/527): Geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, reichlich Platz, schönes und angenehmes Badezimmer (inkl. WC), ausgezeichneter (und freundlicher) Zimmerservice. Verbesserungspotenzial: Entertainment (Smart TV, Soundsystem). Unterhaltung für Kinder: Sehr attraktives Angebot für Kinder (Kids Club), proaktive Einbeziehung und hervorragende Betreuung der Kinder durch das Kids Club Personal, flexible Rückkehr der Kinder gemäss individuellen Abmachungen mit Eltern.

Es gibt nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hat. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten (auf hohem Niveau): Besserer (sichtbarer) Schutz vor Wespen, moderneres Entertainment System in den Zimmern (Soundsystem, Smart TV).

Alles sehr gut! Wasser sollte allerdings im Preis inbegriffen sein.

Tolle Lage mit wunderschönem Strandabschnitt, freundliches Personal mit lösungsorientiertem Ansatz

Das Küchenmanagement ist völlig überfordert; die Abläufe während der Mahlzeiten sind nicht richtig koordiniert; man muss bei jeder Mahlzeit mit langen Warteschlangen rechnen bis man sein Essen hat; das Kinderbuffet reicht von den Portionen her für 4 Kinder… dann muss man wieder 10 min warten, bis aufgefüllt wird und das ganze Prozedere findet alltäglich statt; generell werden Familien zu weit weg vom Buffett platziert… getreu dem Motoo „kurze Beine - kurze Wege“ sollte hier die Platzierung überdacht werden; keine Getränke in der Halbpension enthalten - nicht einmal Wasser -> auch das Handhaben selbst 4 Sterne Hotels besser; die Ausstattung im Zimmer war teils schmutzig und einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig (Hocker im Bad sowie Liege auf dem Balkon derart schmutzig, dass nur ein Austausch hilft), keine Handtuchhaken im Bad, zu wenig Stauraum für Anziehsachen im Schlafraum

We stayed here September 2024 so a bit of a late review but felt i had to write one as we had such a great holiday here.We were a little sceptical as it wasn't adults only but the overall experience far outweighed that.The grounds are beautifully kept the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were fantastic.We were half board and the food was exceptional for a buffet style restaurant.The hotel is a little isolated but there is a bus service directly outside the hotel which we used to explore a little.It would be nice if they had an area in the restaurant and a pool for Adults only as there is plenty of space/pools to accommodate both of these.Overall a fantastic holiday.

My wife and I stayed there three nights in late September. Fantastic Hotel and resort with great food and drink. Our room had an ocean view and the room was very very nice. Nothing to complain about, loved it all and would definitely go back again.

V tomto hoteli sme s manželom strávili 2 dni . Strava bola fantastická . Hotelový personál je velmi milý, kompetetný a napomocný. Pláž je romantická s postupným vchádzaním do mora od brehu a more velmi čisté a teplé . Okolie s palmami a borovicami vytvára krásne kulisy , záhrada a okolie perfektne udržiavané . Uvítali sme dva rozne bary a reštaurácie kde sa dalo vystravovať počas dna pomedzi polpenziu . Vo welnesu su výborné pohodlné postele na oddych .

Hotel je určite starší , čo vidieť na chodbách, kobercoch , zariadení welnes a podobne . Boli sme posledný septembrový týžden ale voda v bazenoch bola dosť chladná . Je potrebné byť pripravený na to že tento hotel navštevuju poväčšine rodiny s malými deťmi .

The meal and service- best ever experienced. Spa is excellent

Not sure about high season, but in period we stayed at the end of September- it was too calm and quiet- I’d expected for more fun around, music background at the facilities and beach., but overall experience was great. Nothing negative at the brilliant hotel.

Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Gutes Frühstück.

Geruch im Zimmer. Kein 5-Sterne Standard. Sehr hohe Preise für Drinks ohne Oliven, Chips oder so.

The Falkensteiner is definitely an upscale resort. We enjoyed our stay. Given the price point, the resort should have provided as much free water as guests needed/wanted, not just 1 bottle a day.

Top wie jedes Jahr seit 2018!

Veľmi pekný hotel, krásne ubytovanie, výborné služby.

Die Lokation ist extrem gepflegt und sehr schön! Auch der Strad war sehr sauber.

Leider ist das Hotel viel zu Gross und hat durch das zu viele Gäste. Meiner Meinung nach.
