- staff: friendly, welcoming, the receptionist Daniela was so amazing and always available when we needed something - two bedroom apartment on 2nd floor: clean, spacious, i was not bothered by noise at night, nice views from the balcony. the mattresses are very firm which i enjoyed but the soft pillows aren't too good for your neck. - pool: warm, clean, lots of sunbeds and 2 showers to rinse off. the balinese beds are worth it! - patio bar: service a bit slow as there is only one person working at a time, but food and drinks were actually delicious - breakfast: around the corner at the sister hotel, quite varied in my opinion, each day something a bit different, fresh omelette cooked to order, very tasty especially the pancakes and watermelon - facilities: nearby market to grab some food and you get 10% discount, there is also a shuttle that goes to las vistas beach and back every hour which is very useful.

- apartment: old. we had a few cockroaches despite being on the 2nd floor. i woke up with a cockroach on me on the 2nd night and had to sleep on the couch out of fear. they do send someone to clean and spray but it can't be helped as there are a lot of them in tenerife and you just have to deal with it lol. also the beds were kinda ripped? the fabric on the bed frame was shredded, probably from age. - location: i booked this place knowing it's on "cardiac hill" but WHEW! it's no joke, especially with the sun beating on your head. it's a beautiful area but it made me not want to explore because i couldn't deal with the hill. - bathroom: really bad smells, i heard it's from the water in tenerife? and the water pressure in the shower was super low which made a 10 minute shower take like 30 min.

Les équipements dans la cuisine (en mauvais état, vétustes, four à remplacer). Autre point négatif : le dégât des eaux dans la salle d'eau puis la cuisine (fuites des calanisations de la climatisation). Il a fallu fortement insister pour avoir un autre logement. La réceptionniste ne voyait pas les désagréments causés par les fuites et le chantier qu'il nous fallait subir. Hormis le changement d'appartement après insistance de notre part, l'établissement n'a fait aucun geste commercial juste " un merci au revoir, et surtout veuillez renseigner l'avis après votre séjour ". Nous avons demandé à titre de dédommagement de bien vouloir renvoyer un colis que nous devions recevoir avant notre départ (des vêtements oubliés dans un autre hébergement), mais hélas la réceptionniste ne savait pas quoi répondre, totalement dépassée, incompétente. Le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur, ni les équipements. Des travaux de rénovation et le remplacement des équipements de cuisine sont à prévoir au plus vite.

El apartamento era muy amplio y cómodo y razonablemente equipado (aunque se agradecía un filtro y algo de café para la cafetera americana como cortesía). Nos encantó tener vistas al mar desde la terraza, y las zonas comunes nos parecieron agradables y tranquilas.

Supongo que esto es difícil de cambiar, ¡pero no había ninguna zona de la piscina en la que hiciera pie! Mido 1'60 y apenas llegaba de puntillas, eran incómodo sobretodo para estar con los peques

La tranquilidad para descansar

No había fuerza de agua en las duchas, ropa de camas y toallas insuficiente para tres personas que nos hospedamos tres noches, solo dejaron dos toallas y no había sábanas ni almohadas para usar el sofá cama. Limpieza insuficiente, la terraza tenía mucha tierra.

Absolutamemte todo, pero sobre todo el trato del personal, accediendo a todas las peticiones hechas con mucha amabilidad

These apartments are fabulous. We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation and needed somewhere to stay for 4 nights. Very clean and spacious, big rooms and 2 lovely balconies with great views. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Bars, restaurants and a shopping centre just a 10 minute walk away down the hill.

The location and the food were all good. Most importantly, there was a shuttle to the beach.

Everything was fine, but on the last day, a group of young people kept us up all night—shouting and swimming in the pool until 5 a.m.—so there was no peace and quiet. I would like the hotel to pay attention to this.

Property is excellent, clean and well maintained. Our apartment was on the 1st floor and the basement room has access straight to the pool. It was neat and tidy, and every 3 days, there is someone who cleans the property and change all the towels. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance staff are so quick to arrive if you need something to be fixed. We are grateful to the lady receptionist who called a taxi for us when we are about to leave. We had half board and the food was all good. There were so many choices.

The only thing that I didn’t like was they don’t have drinking water in the buffet for dinner. You need to buy a drink or pay for water. I understand it’s a business but at least offer or serve drinking house water. Not everyone wants to buy soda, or juice or liqueur during dinner. A potable water will do.

Certains plats chaud étaient froid, manquait des yaourts le matin et le soir Le dernier jour, le petit déjeuner c'est ouvert avec plus de 10 min de retard, nous avons dû manger en 5 min car on devions prendre l'avion...

La grandeur des chambres, avec 2 salles de bain . La gestion de la piscine par le maître nageur pour ne pas que les personnes mettent leur serviettes sans y etre . Piscine calme sans animation. La restauration est correct mais il ne faut pas etre trop difficile , il y a des nouveautés tous les soirs .

Que no hubiera un ascensor

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel y es por sus buenas instalaciones, por unas habitaciones muy cómodas y completas, por la limpieza , por la comida buena y variada, por el personal muy simpático y atento. Ampliamente recomendados.

I like the location and Spacious room..

I’m extremely disappointed with our recent stay. The whole experience was stressful and far from what we expected. We were initially allowed to stay with 5 rooms, but the following day, we were locked out and told that we had to follow the booking for 6 rooms made through Booking.com. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and inconsistent communication about the rules. Although we were eventually allowed to stay, we were then required to pay for two additional people, despite previously being told that this arrangement was not allowed. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. There were cockroaches throughout our stay, and we were seeing them regularly, which was completely unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. On top of this, the bathroom door would lock itself, which was another frustrating and potentially serious issue. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, safe and properly managed accommodation. Instead, we experienced poor communication, unexpected additional charges, pest problems, and issues with the room facilities. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and not an experience I would recommend.

We stayed in a two bed-room apartment on the first floor. The apartment is clean with a sitting room and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortably sleep 4. The location is up on a hill but within short drive to water parks and beaches. A lot of street parking spaces nearby. It is great for those who come with a car.

There is no lift so we have to carry our heavy luggage bags up the stair! It was a hard job for two elderly persons! The facilities in the Apartment are in good conditions except for the 2 bathrooms. Rust and dirt could been seen from the edges of the bath. Shower heads are small and the water pressure was very weak. Upgrading the bathroom facilities would enhance the overall standard of the apartment,

Turint įskaičiuotą vakarienę, vandenį tenka pirkti papildomai, šiek tiek nesąžininga. Problema prie baseinų, kurių yra 3 su šalia Mirage viešbučiu, gultai nukloti rankšluoščiais nuo baseinų atidarymo, o žmonių vos keleta, ženklai sukabinti, kad negalima rezervuotis gultų, bet nieko nėra daroma apie tai.

Absence de personnel pour faire respecter les règles de savoir vivres et les règles concernant l'accès à la piscine. Clients anglo-saxons irrespectueux, bruyants, n'hésitant pas à se lever aux aurores pour venir avec une pile de 15 serviettes pour se réserver des transats pour la journée entière en n'étant même pas là. Plus, 1 personne ivre au balcon de sa chambre devant des enfants sans que les employés de l'hôtel n'interviennent.

Molto carino l'appartamento su due piani, noi eravamo in 4, i ragazzi dormivano di sotto e noi di sopra nella camera matrimoniale, avevamo tutti il bagno anche se quello di sopra un po' piccolino. .

L'unica nota dolente è che per le 4 notti c'e sempre stata poca acqua nella doccia e nel rubinetto della cucina, proprio un filo d'acqua, ci siamo lamentati ma ci hanno detto che era proprio un problema dell'acquedotto della città che aveva poca pressione. Nonostante le 3 piscine è stato sempre difficile trovare dei lettini, la struttura è veramente grande e ce ne vorrebbero degli altri. Noi abbiamo anche partecipato alla serata con la cena a bordo piscina e il cibo tipico spagnolo, ci è piaciuto poco e non valeva le 27€ spese a testa, bevande escluse.

Small and friendly

People putting towels on sunbeds at 7-8am. I have stayed in here and mirarge and never had to ‘run ‘ to the pool before 10am to get a sunbed. The pool attendant Victor did try and enforce but once one does it everyone else does

Pros - -Lovely furnished apartments with AC and all other necessities -3 pools (shares pool with Hollywood Mirage which is adjacent) -Kids club and activities - Beautiful apartments in a great location - short distance from nearby beaches, South airport, Siam park and Siam mall - Friendly and supportive customer service - has supermarket, spa and massage facilities within the premises

- It is in a very hilly location so to get luggage to and fro from the rooms is bit of a task - Food can be bit of a hit and miss on certain days, but generally good with lots of varieties.

Camere molto grandi, accoglienti, moderne e pulite. Colazione ottima. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. La camera con vista sull’oceano ti fa godere di bellissimi tramonti.

Un po lontano dal mare e dal centro. Per il mare la struttura mette a disposizione una nevetta gratuita ma l’ultimo rientro è un po prestino 18.15. C’è comunque un punto taxi a 100 metri dalla struttura che con pochi euro ti porta e rientri dal centro e dalle spiagge. Peccato per la piscina Idromassaggio che è rimasta chiusa tutta la settimana.

Il fatto che avevano due piscine e palestra

Non mi è piaciuta la colazione, molto all’inglese, c’era sempre un ammasso di gente e dovevi cercare sempre posto per sederti, il cibo era di bassa qualità. Nella stanza parecchi mobili erano usurati, nella doccia c’era la muffa, c’era molta polvere nei posti nascosti e soprattutto dall’aria condizionata. Abbiamo trovato anche dei scarafaggi nei bagni..

Tranquilidad, buenas vistas, estancia perfecta para la familia, buen trato del personal socorrista olvidé su nombre (el de perilla) atento en todo momento super amable,en recepción Daniela y Belén super amables y atentas. Nota global un 9.

Por decir algo,muchas escaleras ningún ascensor para acceso entre las diferentes plantas. Te dan la opción de elegir habitación en alguna planta inferior para no tener que subir escaleras pero evidentemente las vistas no son iguales, si hubiese ascensor sería nota de 10.

A bit noisy because of people using the pool and sunbeds between midnight and five o'clock.

Breakfasts are good: plenty of pastry, charcuterie, cheese, vegetables/fruits et al. Staff is nice and pleasant. There were several issues at the hotel during our stay, but we were promptly assisted. I'd also like to mention friendly atmosphere created by Viktor at the pool. It was mostly clean for us, although our neighbors saw insects in their room, which led to prompt intervention by the staff.

Hotel is located on the hill, so one need to return uphill after visiting the city in the evening (when hotel bus stops operating). This is the feature of the hotel. Aged equipment in the hotel, there were a few problems with doors and locks. Rooms are not soundproof, noise on the street is very audible.

El personal es una maravilla, sobre todo el socorrista y la chica de recepción llamada Belén. Un lugar bastante acogedor, obviamente ambientado sobre todo en el turismo, pero dada la localización no era una sorpresa.

Lo único que en mi opinión falla es que no cuidan la comida, tenía desayuno incluido y apenas pude desayunar nada porque la comida dejaba mucho que desear... Completamente ambientada en la gastronomía de fuera, y encima poco apetecible, además de que habías cosas que no estaban terminadas de cocinar o como poco tacto... Volvería a ir al recinto pero no cogería nada de comida incluida

Sin mesa para desayunar, puede ser p q fue fin de semana , había muchísima gente, y aunque el personal lo intentaba faltaban cosas sin reponer, había que esperar por los cubiertos , vaso o taza

Établissement top et très très jolie. Vaut son prix et je n’étais pas déçue

Fajny hotelik, trochę starawy, ale zadbany. Na uwagę zasługuje pan ratownik na basenie, który dwoił się troił, żeby zapewnić cień i żeby nikt nie przemęczał się przesuwaniem leżaka.

Estancias amplias, con buena distribución. Nos toco un apartamento con dos plantas, en cada una había baño y terraza. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Personal muy atento, resolvieron rápidamente un problema que había en la cisterna del baño. Desayuno variado y bueno. Buena relación calidad precio.

Instalaciones poco accesibles por tener muchas escaleras y pocos ascensores. El mobiliario es viejo pero funcional. Los baños se ven un poco descuidados y los utensilios de la cocina eran pocos.

La habitación estaba limpia

La recepcionista estaba más pendiente de sus uñas que de explicar donde estaba la habitación, el bufé y demás.. éramos 2 adultos y un niño y solo habían 2 toallas la pedimos a recepción y nunca llegaron.. en la aplicación ponía que había secador y no había.. el bufé masificado de gente

O tamanho do apartamento, a segurança da piscina com pessoal ótimo e dinâmico que ajuda em obter cadeira e sombra para o período que estamos na piscina.

L'hôtel est propre avec de nombreux services proposés. Le personnel est à l écoute et efficace. La chambre est bien équipée et grande, avec un grand balcon.

Le matelas du canapé lit n' était pas confortable. Le restaurant de l hôtel pour le petit déjeuner est assez petit. Nous avons chaque matin eu des difficultés à trouver une place et les assiettes. Nous n étions pas en pleine saison, nous imaginons qu en pleine saison, les repas doivent être compliqués

Lo mejor del complejo es el socorrista, persona cercana, que trata al cliente de forma increíble, preocupado por la salud y bienestar del cliente, por favor subanle el sueldo, es un crack. Por otra parte el tamaño del apartamento bien, el personal del recepción bastante bien, el resto no podemos opinar por no haberlos tratado, en ese aspecto correctos. La camas eran cómodas y el aislamiento nocturno bueno para poder descansar. Muy buena opción poner un autobús para ir a la playa de forma gratuita. En el apartamento es un punto el kit estropajo, lavavajillas, y bolsa de basura. Gratifiquen al mejor empleado del apartahotel el socorrista.

La limpieza es regular en la habitación, cuando llegamos habia algun pelo en toalla y ropa de cama y mancha en toalla un poco dudosa, ademas el suelo del baño estaba pegajoso, ademas no habia ropa de cama para el sofá cama.La comida es algo que pensamos que estaba muy bien por los comentarios etc y no es asi la variedad es escasa, es raro no encontrar nuggets o pizzas para los niños de forma frecuente y aqui no lo vimos. La noche mexicana pensamos que era la mejor y mas abundante y fue lo contrario.Nos quejamos de que había moscas verdes cerca de la comida y no pareció que hubiera mucho interés en que eso no sucediera. Nos pareció muy mal que se cobre hasta por el agua en la cena 2,80 euros por medio litro y 10 euros por un cocktail, a pie de playa el cocktail cuesta 7,5, hemos estado en infinidad de hoteles pagando el mismo precio siendo de mas estrellas y tener un mejor buffet y no encontrándonos pagando hasta el agua y entiendo que el turista español no tiende a gastarse tanto como un nórdico pero me parece abusivo. La diferencia entre un cafe cortado y un barraquito es de 4 euros y solo difieren en la leche condensada. El tener que ir a otro hotel para comer es algo engorroso pero bueno pasa en muchos hoteles. Por favor moderen los precios mejores las comidas y la limpieza de apartamentos mejorarla algo mas.

Apartamento completo con piscina y zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas y en un resort con supermercado incluido, varios restaurantes y transfer a la playa

Tuvimos que pedir que nos pusieran una habitación accesible ya que íbamos con un bebé con carrito y no hay ascensor. Hubiéramos agradecido que lo pusieran en las condiciones del apartamento (aunque nos asignaron una habitación cómoda sin problema)

Stor og romslig leilighet med vifte i taket i stue og på soverommet i tillegg til aircondition. Fint anlegg og rolig på nattestid. Personalet var imøtekommende og ordnet raskt opp ved behov. Kjekt med renhold av leilighet hver tredje dag med nye håndklær og sengetøy ved behov. Bra utstyrt kjøkken. Ved bassenget var badevakt ekstra hjelpsom og fikk med seg om folk lette etter ledige plasser og fikset dette om det var mulig. Alt i alt en veldig kjekk plass å bo.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent—they contacted us almost every day to check whether we were satisfied or if we needed anything. After two days, we had an issue with the sink, as it started leaking. We reported it, and a maintenance worker arrived immediately and fixed the problem. The apartment was clean, as was the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated the hotel’s shuttle bus to the beach, as the hotel is located a bit farther away from it.

The only issue was that gluten-free bread was missing from the breakfast buffet on several occasions. After we reported it, it was available the following day, but then it was missing again afterward.

La struttura è bellissima, l appartamento anche, alcune cose da sistemare nei bagni ma il resto è ottimo. La posizione è ai piedi del Teide, quindi una salita ripida ad ogni ritorno dal centro di Los Cristianos e se vuoi fare una serata fuori la salita del ritorno è d obbligo. In compenso una vista eccezionale di Los Cristianos dal balcone, soprattutto al tramonto, ottima vista sulla cittadina, si scorgono l oceano e le montagne, super rilassante! I ragazzi e le ragazze della reception gentilissimi, super disponibili anche nella pianificazione delle escursioni Siamo arrivati ben 5 ore prima rispetto all orario del check in e abbiamo potuto usufruire di uno spogliatoio dove ci hanno fatto depositare i bagagli e della piscina. Servizio navetta per la spiaggia di las Americas impeccabile!

Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e spesso la mattina mancavano piatti e bicchieri (quantità insufficienti rispetto alla gente che usufruiva della colazione). L acqua a cena arrivava parecchio dopo aver iniziato a mangiare.

La taille du logement, la disposition, lee petit déjeuner mais pas facile à trouver la première fois 😉 le rapport prix-qualité est plus que bien

Le bruit de la chanteuse le soir et des voisins du dessus qui bougent les meubles jusqu’à 1h du matin malgré avoir prévenu la réception et la piscine qui est petite et pas très propre

Servizio di accoglienza con reseption h 24 nel hotel limitrofo , c’è la guardia che controlla chi entra e esce , zona illuminata e Tranullq , staff di sala colazione e cena gentile con il sorriso sempre , cene a tema bordo piscina , cibo variegato sia a cena che colazione , le camere sono spaziose e luminose , ogni 3 giorni vengono pulite e cambiata la biancheria , struttura pulita , possibilità di fare la lavatrice a qualsiasi ora ( cosa non scontata ) parcheggio zone limitrofe , supermercato vicino e nel complesso . Spiaggia 1 km a piedi anche meno .

The location is great. Quiet but not to far away from stores, restaurants etc. Pool area/layout is great. The staff are very polite and willing to help. The lifeguard was very attentive, polite, great with the kids

T.V. in the rooms could have access to better channels or log in access to Netflix personal accounts. Or ability to be able to stream from tablets or phones

Mancanza ascensore,colazione dolce migliorabile

Camera molto bella, una suite su 2 piani con 2 camere con terrazzo vista piscina e vista mare, 2 bagni, cucina e salottino. La colazione di grande qualità con molta varietà sia di dolce che salato. Piscina, ping pong, possibilità di giocare a tennis e squash.

La cena buona ma con pietanze un poco particolari. Molto peperone, cipolla, aglio e spezie su tutto per cui se non ti piacciono si fa fatica a trovare qualcosa.

Our stay was exactly as we expected, and the photos accurately reflect the apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax during our holiday. The location within the resort complex was excellent. The apartment was close to both the swimming pool and the restaurant in the neighboring hotel, which is connected to the complex, making everything very convenient. We also had great support via WhatsApp throughout our stay, and the team was always available if we needed anything. Our only disappointment was the early check-in process. Since we had a very early morning flight and had spent the entire night at the airport, I contacted the property several times in advance to ask if an earlier check-in would be possible. I was told to check again on the day of arrival, depending on availability. When we arrived, we were informed that an additional fee would be required. We had no problem paying it, but I would have appreciated knowing this in advance so I could have planned accordingly. The apartment is located on a small hill, so having a car is highly recommended. It is possible to walk to the beach, but the uphill walk back can be quite challenging, especially in warm weather. On the positive side, parking was always easy to find. The entire neighborhood has a unique atmosphere and a special charm, almost giving the feeling of being in the Wild West. As this was our first visit to Tenerife, we were truly impressed by everything we experienced. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

El apartamento que nos tocó era dúplex,la limpieza y la piscina

La primera noche, que los vecinos de al lado estaban haciendo ruido, no dijimos nada y al día siguiente cuando nos preguntaron vía WhatsApp,¿ qué tal todo? Les dijimos lo que había sucedido la noche anterior,y tomaron soluciones porque al día siguiente por la noche no los escuchamos

piscina, posizione, cordialità del personale e appartamento. L'appartamento era molto grande su due piani e il terrazzo con affaccio sulla piscina era fantastico.

La ubicación y la relación calidad precio.

La asignación de una habitación en un segundo piso sin ascensor sabiendo que teníamos un niño y un bebé, el no especificar en ningún sitio que la media pensión no incluía las bebidas durante la cena y llegarnos una cuenta sorpresa durante la primera cena de 23€, el poco interés del personal para dar una respuesta concreta a esta situación del cobro de las bebidas diciendo repetidamente "normalmente es así".

Apartman je bio prostran i zadovoljni smo sadržajem koji nudi. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i pitali su nas povremeno da li nam je nešto potrebno, kako nam je. Svaka čast.

Jedino možda daljina od grada, ali posto je automobil neophodan, nije bilo strašno.

Superbe hôtel, idéalement placé, un personnel souriant et serviable. Une ambiance au top. Que du bonheur pour nos vacances qui nous a donné envie de revenir dans cet hôtel.

Panie z recepcji oraz personel bardzo miłe , pomocne . Każde nasze prozby były realizowane w krótkim czasie Pokoje schludne czyste . Aneks kuchenny zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzeba , żelasko , deska do prasowania itp.

miałem sypialnie na wprost restauracji hotelowej . Codziennie budziły mnie trzaski naczyń wcześnie rano . trochę daleko do centrum , jak i na plaże
