The breakfast left alot to be desired In other hotels in the country you get a nice variety of breads,here you only see unshaped small loaves that surely hadn't been proofed,there was no fresh fruit and when l asked for water it was tapwater in a jug I may stay in the hotel again but l will not have the breakfast

Wij komen zeker nog eens terug ook bediening bij ontbijt was super vriendelijk als ze je gewoontes kennen dan doen ze dat elke keer weer klaar zetten ect,.. bedankt voor fijne verblijf

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at ODYSSEE Boutique Hotel Casablanca. The hotel is in an excellent location in the city center, close to Casa Port and many restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🇲🇦✨

Une expérience gâchée par une responsable au comportement inadmissible Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel Odyssée du 11 au 13 août. Je tiens tout d’abord à préciser que le personnel de la réception, les femmes de ménage ainsi que l’équipe du petit-déjeuner ont été irréprochables, adorables et très professionnels. Ils ne sont absolument pas responsables de notre déception. En revanche, nous avons été profondément choqués par le comportement de la responsable du 1er étage, qui semble superviser les chambres ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Pendant l’intégralité de notre séjour, nous avons été témoins de scènes particulièrement désagréables : remarques méprisantes, ton agressif, cris et réprimandes envers les employés, le tout devant les clients. Son attitude envers les équipes était franchement humiliante et donnait une image extrêmement mauvaise de l’établissement. Ce qui est le plus choquant, c’est de voir des employés qui, eux, restent souriants, disponibles et respectueux avec la clientèle, se faire parler de manière aussi dégradante par leur responsable. Ce genre de comportement n’a absolument pas sa place dans un établissement hôtelier. Une responsable se doit d’encadrer ses équipes avec respect, professionnalisme et dignité, et non de les rabaisser ou de leur crier dessus devant les clients. À plusieurs reprises, nous nous sommes sentis mal à l’aise d’assister à ces scènes, au point que cela a réellement impacté notre séjour. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que sans cette personne et son comportement, nous aurions probablement laissé un avis très positif. La direction devrait sérieusement s’interroger sur ce type de management. Les employés méritent le respect, et les clients méritent également de ne pas être témoins de scènes aussi désagréables pendant leur séjour. Un hôtel ne se résume pas à ses chambres : la manière dont le personnelm est traité fait également partie de l’expérience que l’on offre aux clients. Amel

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und es hat einen eignen gratis Tiefgaragenparkplatz - nur wenige Stellplätze, darum unbedingt reservieren.

Alles etwas alt . Vor allem die Wände . Die Möbel sind teilweise neu. Der Gang, der Lift sind alt und etwas duster.

First time at a boutique hotel and I loved. Clean friendly staff and helpful with directions. Breakfast was very fulfilling. Easy to get to other places.

Hotels was perfect, the traffic and crossing the roads was an experience indeed.

The breakfast was excellent. Verity and loved the tea and pastries.

The staff rotates, some staff are nice others are not and there is an issue with iron press. They dont have many so there issue when requesting. Also need to mention that the bathroom is out dated, caulking is molding and looks like needs maintenance.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank all the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service. A special thank you to Ahlam at the front of house, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I’d also like to thank the restaurant team for their friendly and attentive service. Everyone made me feel so welcome, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. I look forward to returning!

Le falta un poco de cuidado en las instalaciones especialmente en el cuarto de baño, donde hay falta de higiene incluso moho en la ducha.

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff sono ottime ma anche la pulizia è la posizione vicinissima a tutto...stazione dei treni a neanche 10 minuti a piedi! 😏

I really appreciated the decoration inside the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would loved if the breakfast included was more varied, but overall the food was good.

The hygiene and cleanliness needs to be improved. During our stay, towels and the cushion of my bed were dirty. Also, in terms of maintenance, the elevator needs a serious maintenance on its ground.

This is a cheap hotel and it's noticable. The breakfast leaves a lot to be wanted, the room felt dated and the shower was moldy. It was so mediocre that I honestly don't feel like writing about it anymore. What I will say is that the personel were nice and helpful. If budget is what you're after and your trip isn't too long go for it. But don't expect anything else.

Een top hotel kan niet anders zeggen. Kan ook niets negatiefs zeggen. Perfecte plek in de stad. Privé parkeerplaats. Perfecte kamer zeker qua grootte. Goede douche met lekkere zeep. Prima ontbijt! Lieve mensen ook aan de receptie. Zeker aan te bevelen!

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق مختلفة عن تجربتي السابقة، وللأسف لم تكن بالمستوى الذي اعتدته. يبدو أن هناك تراجعًا ملحوظًا في مستوى الخدمة وجودة المرافق مقارنة بزيارتي السابقة. في المقابل، أود الإشادة بموظفي الاستقبال، فقد كانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وتعاملهم كان ممتازًا طوال فترة الإقامة. أما بالنسبة للغرف، فقد كانت التجربة دون التوقعات. في الغرفة الأولى (205) لم تكن الثلاجة موجودة، وكان السرير غير مريح إطلاقًا، بالإضافة إلى أن التلفاز لم يكن يعمل. وبعد طلب تغيير الغرفة، أصبح التلفاز يعمل وكان السرير أفضل، إلا أن الثلاجة في الغرفة الجديدة(220)كانت معطلة أيضًا. كما أن الإفطار يحتاج إلى تحسين، سواء من حيث تنوع الأصناف أو جودة الخدمة. الخيارات المتاحة كانت محدودة، كما أن إعداد بيض الأومليت كان يستغرق وقتًا طويلًا، مما تسبب في انتظار غير مبرر. آمل أن تتم معالجة هذه الملاحظات، لأن الفندق يمتلك مقومات ممتازة، وقد سبق لي الإقامة فيه وكانت التجربة آنذاك رائعة. أتمنى أن يستعيد المستوى الذي عُرف به سابقًا. My stay at this hotel was quite different from my previous visit, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standard I had experienced before. There appears to have been a noticeable decline in both the quality of service and the condition of the facilities compared to my last stay. On the positive side, I would like to commend the reception staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. As for the room, it fell short of expectations. The first room (205) did not have a refrigerator, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the television was not working. After requesting a room change, the television worked and the bed was much more comfortable; however, the refrigerator in the new room was also not functioning. The breakfast also needs improvement, both in terms of variety and service. The selection was limited, and the chef took a considerable amount of time to prepare omelets, resulting in unnecessary waiting. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues, as the hotel has great potential. I stayed here six months ag

Le colazioni… devo dire che per un 4 stelle, la colazione è discutibile, il cibo non era fresco, abbiamo passato lì due notti e onestamente sembrava dei giorni prima. La persona che è stata con me è stata male poco dopo aver mangiato la colazione il giorno della nostra partenza, io fortunatamente ho evitato l’incidente non facendo colazione quella mattina.

二重予約されており問い合わせても無料キャンセルができなかった。しかも、着いたら予約されてないと待たされて予約がわかったら、カードキーとドアが壊れた部屋を案内され、開かず修理を呼ぶ羽目になった。 翌朝、その件で二重予約した一室分は返金を求めたが あまりにもホテル側の対応が悪かった。仕事中はガムを噛まないで接客してほしい。

Café da manhã excelente e a localização era boa. Bem fácil de se locomover para os pontos turísticos, staff foi perfeitos, super atenciosos. Como nosso vôo era só na madrugada seguinte nos permitiram ficar na recepção com muito conforto até umas 20hs, quando fomos para o aeroporto. Nosso quarto era enorme, com banheira, mesa e cadeira no quarto, tudo limpisdimo. Perfeito! Nota 10!

I booked a two-night stay, stayed for two hours, and then saw bedbugs. I left after that, asking for a refund for at least one night. They didn't give it back, but I left anyway. And the next day I noticed bedbug bite marks on my skin. Horrible. Old dirty hotel . Be careful and stay safe , better pay more and stay in other hotel !!!!

El hotel está bien ubicado. La habitación tenía un tamaño grande, limpia y silenciosa. Todo el personal que nos atendió, al llegar, al irnos y en el bar fueron muy amables en todo momento, comimos muy bien y el desayuno buffet estupendo. El parking gratis fenomenal.

Hotel in a dingy part of town, but so were most hotels. Hotel needs an overhaul. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the once white linen and towels were grey but clean. A bit off putting. Breakfast was average, not a lot to choose from but did suffice. Bathrooms need a big overhaul, mould in tiles and water damaged cabinets.. having said that the price was reasonable.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I would especially like to thank Ahlam from the reception for her kindness and professionalism, as well as Marwan, the restaurant manager, whose attitude and hospitality were truly outstanding and very classy. Some confusion emails before the stay, forma to fill out that didn’t open and when asked to resend them, no response, an invite to rate my stay before I even arrived, but once there everything was great.

O hotel deu um upgrade no meu quarto de graça, achei excelente. O único negativo fica pelo banheiro que é bem pequeno e o chuveiro que acaba encharcando todo o banheiro pois o Box é aberto

Отличное расположение, комфортный номер и вполне нормальный завтрак. Были там всего одну ночь и для этих целей вполне себе вариант.

Проблемы с водой. Или кипяток, или кипяток. Трудновато душ принимать. Но тут (в Марокко) это видимо общая тема. Ну и обновить номер не мешало бы.

Große Zimmer, schöne Aufmachung des Hotels, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, das uns auch noch nach den offiziellen Check-In Zeiten freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt hat.

Frühstück war wenig Auswahl, wenig frische Produkte und hat nicht geschmeckt. Fehlende Produkte wurden erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen aufgefüllt, das Personal war hier nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfsbereit. In einem Zimmer war der Duschkopf der Regendusche schwarz vom Schimmel und Haare der vorherigen Person waren noch in der Badewanne.

Ontbijt was echt teleurstellend, geen heet water voor thee, geen yoghurt of melk, geen fruit, geen kaas, geen pannenkoeken. Er was alleen rijst, salade, ham, kleine broodjes, croissantjes en chocoladebroodjes. Het personeel laat ook te wensen over. We hadden gevraagd voor vervoer naar de luchthaven en zij gaven alleen de taxi als optie. Toen ik vroeg naar de trein werd eerst gezegd dat dat geen mogelijkheid was, toen veranderde ze van gedachte en was het wel mogelijk maar treinstation was ver van het hotel dus dan zouden we alsnog met taxi daarheen moeten. Na een eigen research was het treinstation op 9 minuten lopen voor een rechtstreekse trein naar de luchthaven. Denk dat ze een deal hebben met taxibedrijf voor winst, maar dit was geen service richting de klant. Voor een 4 sterren hotel mag je echt meer verwachten. Daarnaast plakte de badkamervloer alsof het niet echt schoon was en er was schimmel bij de douche / bad.

Breakfast on Day2 was chaos. They were not able to manage the large crowd that showed up all at once.
