The pools,.the private beach with a shuttle. The architecture of the building. The view of the desert. It's such a wonderful resort feeling.

I was in a suite with an adjoining door, could clearly hear the people in the next room. Better soundproofing is needed.

The pool and golf course are great!

The set up with the TV's is not great - having to use Google cast. The internet is not the strongest in the rooms and the Google cast does not always work ....would be better if they just had cable or a Roku/Apple TV you can sign into your own account with.

It has everything as a relaxing resort

The room is kind of old but ok. Kitchen utensils r not enough. Dish washer is not functioning well.

We booked a 2 bed unit (Sumac 443) but on arrival we considered the lounge / dining / kitchen area too small for 4 adults and two children and upgraded to a two bed villa (Merlot 13 A). The villa was spacious, had a lovely vineyard outlook and was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and the central location was great. We very much enjoyed the on site winery and its bistro. The children loved the pool and water slide.

Floors were vacuumed but did not appear to have been washed efficiently until we asked. Dishwashing liquid was a small quantity and not replenished daily. Patio table was very unstable. An air fryer would be a great addition! No need for the overlarge stove.

The unit was nice and large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The whole complex looks tired. Lots of painting and upgrading needs to be done. The kitchens are very used and poorly stocked. The pools are poor, crowded and very shallow - they only go to 4 feet deep even the adult pool.

Overall the location was good. Nice and quiet

We had 5 people living in the room and paid for such, but the hotel only provided 4 sets of towels and pillows. When asked for another, it took over 2h for it to arrive. The bath gel ran out even after housekeeping was done. It took another hour for replacement. The hot water for the tub was brown even after letting it run for more than 10min. Wished there was more than 1 available charger for EVs. The other 2 were broken and from the looks of it, seems to be down for a while. When asked about it, the front desk seems annoyed by the ask.

The bed was incredibly comfortable & one bed penthouse suite was very spacious

The wrap round deck was not cleaned & had a plastic table & chairs, nowhere comfortable to sit if you wanted to sit out. I thought the glass of wine I had with my dinner the first night of our 5 night stay was a bit steep at $29 a glass. Had we had a drinks menu on our table I would never have ordered it.

For the prices being charged in the resort restaurant, the service we experienced was quite poor with very long wait times for food. We thought the adult pool could have been much larger to accommodate this size resort.

Beautiful comfortable room with a separate bedroom. Room had everything one could need for a few days stay. We had a lake view room which was great. We had dinner at their on site restaurant which was lovely.

A little bit isolated not walkable to town but the site had everything you need right there so no need to leave.

There had been a family with small children staying in the room prior to us as evidenced by the banana stuck to the walls. Asked the cleaning staff to remove the banana which they did during their cleaning. Not sure why staff did not make one of the beds on the third night?

La ubicación, zona y vistas del hotel son excelentes. La piscina es muy cómoda y con calefacción. Las habitaciones son de muy buen tamaño. Una cosa más, el día que llegamos nos asignaron una habitación que, desafortunadamente, tenía un olor horrible, como si algo se fuera a quemar. EL personal del hotel fue extremadamente servicial para cambiarnos de habitación, incluso a una con mejor vista. Las camas son muy cómodas y logramos descansar gracias a que no hay tanto ruido alrededor y las cortinas tienen black-out.

El restaurante tiene una sola opción vegana. Para alguien que tiene una dieta estricta es muy incómodo depender de un solo plato. Además de que el día que nos fuimos, se acabaron los ingredientes para hacer ese plato. El hotel está un poco viejo y hay ciertos detalles que necesitan atención: por ejemplo, la puerta del balcón no cerraba bien y se abre sola con el viento. Nada tan importante, pero son detalles que surgen con el tiempo de los años. Lo que realmente fue frustrante fue su sistema de entretenimiento, es decir, la TV, en el cuarto. Usan Google Chromecast para que puedas ver desde tu dispositivo. Logramos usarlo una noche por un par de horas, no más. El técnico tuvo que venir dos veces a explicarnos cómo funciona. Considero que podrían usar otro sistema, incluso con "smart TV".

Staff member asked us to be quiet at 1030. We were just talking in the kitchen:( But hallway is not very sound proof. Would stay again.

We loved our time at Spirit Ridge. The staff were great as was the whole experience.

We noticed the room needed a few touch ups here and there. Otherwise, totally great.

Beautiful location and art work. Restaurant patio lovely view. Enjoyed an amazing meal at the restaurant. Staff are helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the suite. Gym was a bit small with only free weights, but glad to at least have the free weight.

Rooms are looking tired. The shower head needs replacing. Washer was about to die. So loud! I informed the staff.

We booked a “villa” with a lake view, but the view was partially obstructed by ornamental plants, which was disappointing. Cleanliness and maintenance also need improvement—the kitchen fan had visible spider webs, and one of the toilets was stained. When this was brought to housekeeping’s attention, we were told it was a maintenance issue, but it still should have been addressed. The room had two queen-size beds, and we chose it for the better lake view. While the mattresses were comfortable, both beds were quite squeaky—one significantly so, forcing us to switch. The couch was also in poor condition, with worn-out springs that made it uncomfortable to sit on. The on-site restaurant was enjoyable, although a bit pricey. Overall, the stay was underwhelming due to maintenance and upkeep issues that should have been resolved prior to our arrival.

The overall experience of staying at Spirit Ridge was very good. It was a 5 min drive from the main area of Osoyoos which we liked. The proximity to the Nk Mip cultural centre was great. Also right next to wine tasting and golf. Staff were extremely helpful during our stay.

For the cost, a couple of things prevented it being 10. Local annual water checks meant water was off for 4hrs on one day out of 2 nights (not hotels fault) and the dishwasher was faulty and leaked onto kitchen floor. We were advised at checkout this had been reported before but not fixed.

The facility was pretty tired and LARGE. I did not know it was a giant time share complex. I upgraded to a better room that gave us great view that was worth the upgrade price. The BBQ set up was a great addition and the kitchen decent.

The soundproofing was non existent. I was woken up two nights at 3:00 am with people above us making noise like they were running and jumping and moving furniture. You could hear people talking in the hallway. The layout was badly designed: GIANT bedroom, awkward living room . There was dried toothpaste on the bathroom vanity and couch had stains and table scratches...

The staff were cordial and helpful. Our kitchenette suite had a lovely view and plenty of space for our five person family. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. They were quite busy off and on but we made it work. Included breakfast was amazing!

This property was absolutely beautiful. There are two pools - one for families (with a water slide) and one for adults. This is such a great idea - as a parent, it's really nice to know that the kids can play and be loud, and that adults who don't want to be disturbed have somewhere to go to relax, and we won't be bothering them. Plus the family pool still has a hot tub, so parents don't have to just wade around, and can still relax. The restaurant was also fantastic - excellent menu with creative dishes that was a bit of an indigenous fusion concept that worked very well. The rooms were also very well appointed, and parking was not a problem. I'm very much looking forward to staying here again.

The kid's pool and water slide is all at your own risk, which I think is fine, but the water slide doesn't open until 10, which is 3 hours after the pool opens. I don't really understand the reason for this, since there aren't life guards any way, and it meant our kid couldn't use it on our last day, which was a bit disappointing. This is a very minor note though, and obviously it didn't make a big impact on our overall experience.

Very clean room, staff were very accommodating. Will be back!

Was hoping for lake view but had partial vineyard view which was serene & worked out fine. The property is up on the hill so do need a vehicle but nice to be away from the busyness of town. The staff & food at the restaurant was exceptional!!!! Would highly recommend staying at this property.

It was chilly and windy. Couldn't get into the restaurant as it was full.

The restaurant was very good morning and evening. The public places were welcoming. The rooms were generous and the lake view was spectacular all day long.

Absolutely love the property- the suite, the pools, the cultural centre, and the winery. The only thing they could improve is the fitness centre, in addition to weights more equipment including an exercise ball and workout bench would be helpful.

Pros - we loved having breakfast every morning in the restaurant. The cost was included in our stay and well worth. The staff were friendly. The views of the lake are lovely. Cons - the rooms are in serious need of updating. Our bed sagged significantly in the middle, the couch was worn, the dining chairs were in need of repair (ripped and worn). The fitness room is very small and has minimal equipment. I would stay here again and try another room if I there was a good rate but if all rooms are the same condition it is definitely not worth the price.

The location and surrounding area is beautiful , room was fully equipped including laundry.

We found the restaurant not at a standard we expected, the menu lacking and while it appears the menu is to represent the cultural diversity of the area and people it didn't come across in the flavours, which our group (6) found disappointing. Unlikely to dine there again.

Beautiful views of the vineyard and the lake, clean rooms, friendly staff! Feels like you are in California in the summer.
