Hôtel très bien placé pour circuler à pied . Chambre très correcte et petit déjeuner copieux avec une très belle vue. Nous avons toujours pu trouver une place pour se garer à proximité.

Location, only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The view from the hotel is nice, especially from the rooftop where breakfast is served. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable.

Too noisy. Unfortunately, we could hear people talking in the rooms next door. We didn't have the best sleep because of that. We could also hear noise from the streets.

Меблі та сам готель потребують реновації. Ще було дуже дивно, що після прибирання на полу у санвузлі знаходила постійно чорне волосся, хоча я блондинка! Прибирання було не дуже ретельним.

The rooftop restaurant was good. We had dinner and breakfast there. Breakfast is very complete. It’s close to the bars and restaurants area.

I just think they need some work in the room and bathroom, it’s a bit outdated, but what I really found annoying was the noise from outside (cars and people passing by). It’s also a bit complicated to park, although you can find place in the street for free.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte sola all hotel, perché arrivati con un aereo tardi. Lo abbiamo scelto principalmente per la facilità di parcheggio, infatti nelle strade intorno si trova molto facilmente. Dista una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Heraklion, pur rimanendo fuori dalle mura. La colazione in terrazza è eccezionale, con una buona scelta di vivande ,soprattutto salata.

Per essere un 4 stelle è molto trascurato. I corridoi e le camere hanno visto tempi migliori. Noi avevamo una luce del bagno rotta, il porta carta igienica rotto e il letto matrimoniale erano due letti singoli attaccati. Inoltre i letti erano piuttosto scomodi e non c'era spazio per sistemare la valigia, che abbiamo lasciato in terra. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e più cura.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ανάλογα την ώρα μπορείς να βρεις και θέση στάθμευσης κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο, το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά άνετο για μια 4μελή οικογένεια (αν και το ένα στρώμα παραήταν μαλακό), το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και με μεγάλη ποικιλία, φανταστική όμως ή αίθουσα του εστιατορίου που σερβίρεται το πρωινό!

Για τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας δεν έχω να πώ κάτι αρνητικό

I booked only one night as I arrived late at night at the airport and wanted a hotel close to the bus stop and worst case I needed to walk. It turned out the location was very convenient, a few steps from the bus stop, the staff members were all so nice and helpful people. The breakfast was very good, I could see the city from the the outside balcony and had a nice relaxing breakfast time. I am not really into this hotel if I need to stay for a week or so but a couple of days, I think a good choice.

The wifi was not good enough at night, maybe due to many guests wanted to connect... in the morning was OK.

Good location, close to the bus stop and city center. The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

Besoin de rénovation notamment dans salle de bain, la direction nous a expliqué que c'était prévu à partir de fin octobre. Il y a des balcons mais sans équipement (table, chaises...) et c'est dommage

La ubicación era muy buena, a 15 minutos andando al centro y a media hora si no quieres coger el coche de la playa. La atención del hotel era muy buena, con especial mención a la chica que estaba por las mañanas, super simpática y amable. El buffet del desayuno también era muy bueno. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une (demie)nuit mais nous avons été très bien recu au mileu de la nuit et ce fut très confortable. Pas de problème pour se garer tout près.

Beaucoup de monde au petit-déjeuner, fin juillet, et une dizaine de minutes d'attente pour obtenir les mets voulus. Mais ok.

Όλα ήταν μια χαρά. Καθαρό και περιποιημένο το δωμάτιο. Μεγάλη ποικιλία στο πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή.

Το τηλέφωνο του ντους ήταν χαλασμένο, έτρεχε νερό από άλλο σημείο με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει πίεση το νερό.

Struttura terribile, neanche un tre stelle, non trovo aspetti positivi. Chiaramente lo staff non ha colpe, cordiali, educati, ma purtroppo non possono colmare le enormi mancanze della struttura.

Pulizia generale della camera molto scarsa. Ambienti comuni in moquette. Bagno impraticabile: bagno doccia inesistente, ci si lava sul pavimento, binario pieno di muffa, porta del bagno completamente danneggiata dall’acqua che riceve della doccia, che senza un’anta, porta ad allegare il bagno, phone che credo abbia moria dato tanto e dovrebbe essere messo in pensione. Colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: Das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist zudem das äußerst freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Personal.

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig und benötigt dringend eine umfassende Modernisierung. Auch die Qualität der Matratze ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig, entsprach jedoch qualitativ nicht den Erwartungen. Zudem war die Schallisolierung unzureichend, sodass Geräusche deutlich wahrnehmbar waren. Meiner Meinung nach entspricht dieses Hotel keinesfalls dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.

Breakfast did not have vegan options as advertised.The walls were very thin and we could hear the next room and everything in the hallway. The elevator was a bit glitchy.

hygiene in the room, not clean, holes in towels, bedding and bathroom not smelling clean not looking clean; I actually cleaned the bathroom and floor when I arrived and had to clean again after the first time the room was said to have been cleaned. The level of hygiene was not in line with my experience of Crete. When I reported at the end of my stay, I received a reprimanding email saying I should have complained before. My job is not to complain about low standards.

Zasadniczo fajny hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania i duży wybór. W restauracji ogólne też naprawdę miła obsługa. Recepcjonistki i recepcjoniści zasadniczo fajni.

Jeden duży minus. W szafie był zardzewiały sejf od którego pobrudziły się moje ubrania i są po prostu do wyrzucenia. Recepcja po zgłoszeniu zaproponowała mi pranie za 15 euro, potem stwierdziłem, że to bez sensu i tak to nic nie da. Ale jak już coś jest z winy hotelu to wypadałoby powiezieć przepraszam i zaoferować usługę prania.

La struttura è molto datata, la camera non ben pulita e, soprattutto, le finestre che non proteggono in alcun modo dai rumori esterni. Noi avevamo la camera al primo piano con affaccio strada ed è stato molto difficile dormire.

Il parcheggio consigliato avrebbe chiuso il giorno dopo con il rischio di avere l’auto bloccata. Arredamento impersonale. Poche prese per la ricarica del cellulare

Chambre confortable avec vue sur la mer et la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux. À proximité des transports en commun de la ville. Organisation des excursions au top. Agents de l’accueil disponibles, patients, prennent le temps de répondre aux questions. Service de chambre tout les jour, super. On recommande. Hôtel situé à mi chemin des excursions, on a pu visiter l’ouest, l’est et le sud de l’île.

Un seul dîner pris le dernier soir avec un accueil peu chaleureux du serveur, des plats qui arrivent alors même que nous n’avions pas fini le premier , mais par contre après 45 minutes d’attente pour avoir le dessert prévu dans le menu , rien n’est arrivé, nous sommes partis sans le prendre.

Le foto non corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Le camere non sono cosi moderne come sembra. Ma tutto sommato ok.

J’y ai séjourné pendant deux ou trois mois, mais malheureusement, l’établissement ne correspondait pas vraiment à mes attentes. Les prises électriques étaient mal fixées et certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas. Les deux lits s’écartaient régulièrement. En plus : il y avait beaucoup de poussière en dessous du lit La chambre était également vraiment petite. Pour moi, c’est plutôt un établissement adapté à un court séjour, juste pour y dormir rapidement, mais pas vraiment pour y rester plusieurs mois.

Είχε τελειώσει η μπαταρία στο σύστημα εντοπισμού καπνού (με ενημέρωσε το προσωπικό ότι ήταν αυτό) και σφύριζε η σειρήνα δυνατά. Άμεση λύση όμως.

Fenêtre peu isolé avec circulation dense. Manque porte dans la douche italienne.

La situation de l’hôtel, la qualité de service, la gentillesse du personnel qui est à nos petits soins. Grande chambre et grande salle de bains. La qualité du petit déjeuner qui est en self service, copieux et diversifié. Le grand balcon avec une belle vue(magnifique au coucher du soleil), nous en aurions plus profité s’il y avait eu ne serait-ce que 2 chaises…

Il manque de quoi profiter du balcon et un parking .
