Die Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht ganz optimal bzw. könnte es eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war super.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, în centrul orașului. Camera 501, superbă, cu o terasă și o priveliște de neuitat asupra catedralei. Personalul amabil și atent. Am apreciat atmosfera liniștită și raportul foarte bun calitate-preț.
Nu am avut probleme importante pe durata șederii. Totul a fost conform așteptărilor.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο, προσεγμένο και καθαρό, με υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα και εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στο προσωπικό, που ήταν ευγενέστατο, χαμογελαστό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, κάνοντάς μας να αισθανθούμε πραγματικά σαν στο σπίτι μας. Το παράθυρο του μπάνιου χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε ένα black out έτσι ώστε να μη περνάει καθόλου φως του ήλιου γιατί σε συνδυασμό με την γυάλινη πόρτα του μπάνιου περνάει πολύ φως και ξυπνάς από τις 06:00 το πρωί. Είναι ένα σοβαρό θεμα αυτό

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro, perfetta per chi vuole esplorare la città a piedi. Stanze confortevoli, in ordine, nulla da eccepire. Gran copia di accessori per l'igiene personale.
Scomodo per chi ha una macchina perché praticamente non ci sono parcheggi liberi in zona, solo a pagamento. Poco pratico il sistema della colazione al bar perché ti portano tante (troppe) cose nella speranza di incontrare i tuoi gusti; personalmente trovo più pratico i self service, anche in vista di una colazione rapida.

Petit déjeuner trop copieux et servi à la place, sans possibilité de choisir ce qu'on préfère manger, d'où gaspillage. En plus, service un peu lent...

Το πρωινό αν και ήταν ποιοτικό και μεγάλο, σου φέρνουν ένα από όλα στο τραπέζι και κάποια μένουν και χαραμίζονται ενώ κάποια άλλο που ίσως υπάρχει προτίμηση, έχει περιορισμένη ποσότητα.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Great location in the center of Heraklion. Friendly staff. Modern fitouts. Close to many attractions including monuments, city center, shopping areas... Close by paid car park (1minute walk) which is very convenient in the center of Heraklion if you are driving a car there.
Rooms too small. Doesn't have own restaurant. The partner restaurant located at the ground floor has very limited choices with strange rules and menus depending on the time of day you visit. Small flies in the showers.

La colazione sempre uguale, poca scelta di cose che ti portavano loro al tavolo. Nn e' a buffet ma tu chiedi tra dolce e salato e loro ti portano ciò che vuoi che però ogni giorno era sempre uguale.

Η καθαριότητα όλου του δωματίου και κυρίως του μπάνιου θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη. Κλείσαμε δωμάτιο με θέα στην πόλη, το οποίο όμως είχε περιορισμένη θέα στην πόλη και θα μας άρεσε να είχε μπαλκόνι.

Номер маленький, нет шкафа, из мебели только кровати, тумбочки, вешалка и столик-консоль. Для четырех звезд очень тесно.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026The room was a good size in this modern hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. We only opted for a basic room without any frills but was really impressed. The breakfast was not a buffet but served to your table. It was substantial and varied. You had a choice of coffees and how you liked your eggs but you could not go back for more.
Although the breakfast was good and there was set items that came to your table it depended a bit on your waiter! So don't be afraid to ask for missing items (as mentioned in the the written set menu) Also, some of photos of food items did not totally match what arrived.

Les coussins trop durs et épais. Le frigo qui ne marchait pas. L'absence d'aération dans la douche. Et le petit déjeuner à fuir !!! Très en deçà de ce qu'on peut trouver dans les cafés avoisinants

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and supportive, assisting with early check-in, handling special requests, and arranging taxis with ease. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall.

Trochu horší úklid, v koupelně byl vidět napadaný prach.
