All in all, a nice hotel. Very friendly and dedicated staff who also delivered drinks to the pool or the beach.

The biggest criticism is that the events and therefore the noise level were always relatively loud until 11 pm, so that one could not really sleep beforehand. The food, although it looks very good, is not very varied in taste and is sometimes blandly seasoned.

The property is very nice and we had a lovely stay at your hotel. The food was great and our room was fabulous. We also really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The staff and service is so kind and helpful and they do an amazing job!

The other tourists. Some tourists treated the staff so badly and were so rude and I felt really sorry for the people who have to work there and endure that behaviour.

The staff were incredibly friendly and jolly with the children. The setting was pretty with lots of palm trees and well tended gardens. We loved the beach restaurant at lunchtime. The water park access was also appreciated.

The beds were uncomfortable with really hard pillows. The food, whilst generally good, was a little repetitive at times. 2 of our party did become unwell possibly due to the food/hygiene.

The staff was amazing especially mr hany in the reception he was so helpful and kind, the rooms were super clean and the food was delicious and a lot of variety and the quality was exceptional, also the cleaning was great, they take care of every single detail in the property to make you feel comfortable and relax, it was unforgettable…

Konforlu, fiyat fayda dengesi yerinde bir otel. Yatakları ve oda büyüklüğü gayet iyi. Özellikle et yemeklerindeki et kalitesi bizden çok daha iyi.

Oraya aqua parklı olduğu için gittik. İçinde birden çok JAZ otelinin olduğu bir bölgeye girdik. Bölgenin bir yanına Çok çok büyük bir Aqua Park yapmışlar. Bütün JAZ Group çatısı altındaki otellerin hemen dışındaki duraklardan yarım saatte bir (bekleme süresi çok fazla) JAZ Group otobüsleriyle Aqua parka 10 dak da gidiyorsunuz. Zahmetli ama parkı kullanacaklar için gideceğiniz yerin büyüklüğüne değiyor. ANCAK; Gittiğiniz yerin girişinde sadece bir filtre musluğundan akan ılık su içebiliyorsunuz. Devasa aqua park da 2. bir yer yok. Bari soğuk olsa. Snack bar acıklı derecede kötü. Dondurma minicik ve en kalitesizinden. Şimdi soruyorum. Her otele aqua park yapmayıp çok çok büyük aqua park yapıp çocuğu için gelen ebeveynlerin gününü böyle sefil geçirmesini nasıl görmezden gelirsiniz. Ilık suyunuzu içmek için nasıl bizi 3-4 dak yürütürsünüz. Ortaya bir içecek bar yapamadınız mı? Otelde her şey iyiyken burada park hariç her şey nasıl bu kadar kötü olabiliyor? Biraz da yemeklerden bahsedeyim. Yukarıda 10 numara olduğunu söyledim ama bilin; yemeklerine koydukları "safran" hissiyatı veren (ama safran değil) bir baharatı çok kullanıyorlar. Sadece bilin diye yazdım. Ben yedim. Son bir eleştiri de salata barları yok hükmünde. Salata yerine meze barları var, ortalama diyebilirim. Bakmayın uzun yazdığıma sadece 1 puanı Aqua Park konforsuzluğundan kırdım. Parkı kullanmayacaksanız sadece çocuklarınız için gidiyorsanız benim gibi, cehenneme dönüşüyor :))

Room is comfy and clean, food taste ana quality are perfect. I liked how the staff are friendly especially the head chef who is always taking feedback and trying to improve. And the hotel staff are reaching out even after our stay to take feedback. Definitely will repeat our visit again.

Superior rooms are very far from the pool, beach and restaurant.

The place is quiet and cozy. Amazing beach with beautiful reef, excellent for snorkeling. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Food is well seasoned, various and delicious. Overall experience is very good.

Only the food selection is a bit repetitive but still varied and delicious.

Tesisin konumu olanakları harika yemekleri çok güzel her damak zevkine uyacak yemekler az çok var, Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel bir otel kumsalı denizi harikaydı, çalışanları da genel olarak çok iyiydi ve ilgiliydi.Tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

Genel olarak otelden ve çalışanların ilgisinden memnun kaldık. Özellikle resepsiyon müdürü oldukça ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Ancak birkaç personelin bahşiş alamadığında tavırlarının değişmesi ve kendi kendine söylenmesi bizi rahatsız etti. Sürekli bahşiş vermeye çalışsak da her zaman bozuk paramız olmayabiliyordu. Bunun dışında güzel bir tatil geçirdik, umarım bu konuya da gereken hassasiyet gösterilir.

Es ist eine sehr tolle Anlage es fehlt hier an nichts. Das Essen ist Personal. Das ganze Management ist einfach super. Wir sind schon zum fünften Mal hier vor Ort und fühlen uns immer obwohl es war auch nicht das letzte Mal

A reggeli is és a többi étkezés is kiváló volt. Bőséges választék regeltől estig mind az ételek tekintetében mid az italok kapcsán. Ez egy all-inclusive ellátásos szálloda és nem lehet panasz semmire sem.

Az elhelyezkedése kicsit kiesik. Messze van a várostól, de ez egyben előnye is. Magas szintű biztonságot garantál a vendégek számára. A közlekedés viszont megoldott, így minden megoldható.

The resort is cozy and cheerful, staff always go out of their way to really accommodate every request even if not offered. Beach is amazing and right beside the pool. The whole resort is spotless clean. Food was great (breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & snacks) premium quality and variety. Drinks are served professionally to make you feel at a premium destination. My room preferences were met generously. Frankly the whole vacation was just perfect. Thanks Jaz Makadina

Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort. Es ist ein Wahnsinn. Komplett sauber, das Personal durchweg freundlich. Der Kuchenchef Mamoud kümmert sich um jeden einzelnen Gast persönlich obwohl es ein großes Hotel ist. Für mich hat er sogar extra gekocht. Nicht weil ich etwas nicht möchte, sondern einfach nur, um mir eine Freude zu machen. Deif ist der Kellner am Strand und müsste eigentlich GM werden! Er macht einer sehr guten Job der aber bei denen Temperaturen extrem hart ist! Respekt. Ich werde immer wieder hingehen. Wenn Ägypten- dann JAZ Makadina. Und noch etwas in eigener Sache. Wir Deutsche sind Gast in einem anderen Land. Hier laufen die Uhren, die Geschäfte, die Traditionen , die Regeln und so viel mehr ,einfach anders. Benehmt euch einfach und vergesst nie, wo ihr seid. Weil manche Deutsche Urlauber sind einfach zum Fremdschämen

La proximité avec la mer et le récif corallien. La nourriture bonne et varié. La gentillesse du personnel.

Les horaires de la piscine avec une fermeture à seulement 6:30pm alors qu’il fait encore du soleil…. Il devrait fermer beaucoup plus tard tant qu’il fait encore jour.

The location was perfect , beautiful beach and untouched wildlife.Great food taste and variety. Clean rooms and convenient facilities all around Helpful ,attentive and very friendly staff. Had a problem with the a/c, and it was fixed promptly within an hour or less. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Osama from the reception and Mr.Ahmed for their efforts to make my stay as comfortable as possible , will definitely come again for my next vacation, highly recommended

Der Restaurantbereich ist hervorragend gepflegt. Das kulinarische Angebot lässt kaum Wünsche offen – eine große Auswahl, hohe Qualität und abwechslungsreiche Speisen sorgen täglich für ein sehr gutes Gesamterlebnis - das hat uns besonders gefallen und uns auch einige "Kilos gekostet" ;-). Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir zudem die ausgeprägte Gästeorientierung: Individuelle Wünsche werden aufmerksam aufgenommen und, soweit möglich, auch erfüllt. Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war für uns ein "Top-Punkt" und durchweg einwandfrei, der Reinigungsservice verdient hier ein besonderes Lob. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht mehr ganz auf dem neuesten Stand und wirken stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, werden jedoch hervorragend gepflegt und befinden sich in einem sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand.

Die Abendveranstaltungen sind stark auf Familien ausgerichtet. Ein echtes Get-together oder gemütliches Beisammensitzen gestaltet sich jedoch schwierig, da der zentrale – und zugleich einzige – Gemeinschaftsbereich vor den abendlichen Vorführungen regelmäßig umgebaut wird. Hierfür werden Tische, Stühle und Sessel zur Seite geräumt und stattdessen in Reihen für die Veranstaltungen angeordnet. Dadurch bleibt leider nur wenig Raum für ein entspanntes Zusammensitzen oder den ungezwungenen Austausch mit anderen Gästen.

Excellent hôtel. Tout est vraiment bien, les repas, le personnel et surtout bel emplacement. Je reviendrai sûrement dans cet hôtel.

This hotel is AMAZING. Everything about it, the staff is phenomenal. They serve with love and passion. All the waiters on the beach and in the restaurants and at the bars, the beach guys Badr and the other guy, chef Mahmoud who is responsible of the resturant. Also waiter Mahmoud, Islam, and Garah, and so many other waiters, Alaa by the pool, animation team Ashraf, Abigal, Mekky, and the other two guys. We loved all the activities they made and participated in all of it. They all made us feel home and welcomed.. The hotel is very relaxing and gives you peace of mind. It was such a great experience, we are definitely going to go again. It is our favourite hotel. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Mr. Taher ( the general manager) for the great work 👍 I am so proud that an Egyptian hotel is as great as international hotels

Отличный пляж, вкусная и разнообразная еда, приветливый персонал. Очень чисто. Ухоженная территория. Понравились выступления приглашенных артистов и уличный фестиваль. Чувствуется профессионая работа менеджмента.

Постельное белье и пляжные полотенца довольно уставшие. Мы вызвали такси до аэропорта по приложению, но служба охраны курортной территории препятствовала въезду машины. В результате мы выехали с большой задержкой и чуть не опоздали на свой авиарейс.

Der Strand stand unmittelbar davor. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend Groß und sauber. Anlage hat einen sehr gepflegtes erscheinen. Es gab einen Rezeptionisten namens Ahmed, er war hervorragend. Und einen Chef der namens Ahmed war.

Das Essen ist leider geschmackslos und wiederholt sich jeden 2-3 Tage. Sehr wenig Auswahl an essen. Late Breakfast war voll wenig auswahl. Die Desserts waren alle sehr hart und einfach nicht lecker. Die mehrheit des Personals gafft. Sobald man als Frau alleine gelassen wird, wird man vom Personal angesprochen. Alle 10 minuten kommt jemand und will dir eine Dienstleistung verkaufen, sogar wenn man am Pool schläft oder telefoniert bzw. im Gespräch ist. Die Shows waren gut aber leider ohne Stage.

Very friendly and helpful staff, family rooms are comfortable and spacious, food is very good with big variety of dishes. Pool is clean, offers onsite beach snorkeling with a very nice coral. Free access to water park by shuttle bus. Friendly entertainment and animation team. Highly recommended for families.

Die tolle Lage am Strand mit den Hausriffen in gut erreichbarer Entfernung. Das Personal insgesamt. Ganz besonders Herr Mohamed Osama vom Empfang. Er hat uns mit Rat und Tat unterstützt und war wegen seiner guten Deutschkenntnisse sehr hilfreich.

Es gibt täglich abends in diesem Hotel oder in den benachbarten Hotels bis 23:00 Unterhaltung mit Musik. Wenn man vorher Zubettgehen möchte kann das stören.

The service here is unlike anything I have ever seen, every single person working in the hotel is treating you like they really care about your comfort and happiness.The food also spectacular . The hotel isn’t huge which is actually nice your walk from your room to anywhere you want to go is 2 minutes tops. There’s tons to do . I assumed that all inclusive meant that the food quality would be mediocre but I was wrong the food was amazing. As for the beach there are so many beautiful fish to see or you can just have a relaxing swim. I would absolutely come again and again.

Almost everything. Great value for money. Our kids under 10 were definitely happy with activities and kind people there. Facilities are all clean, tidy and well maintained. You can also go to the massive water park by a bus in the same complex for free. The main buffet restaurant was great as we loved fresh vegetables (usually we cannot find those in non-luxury resorts in Europe) and Mediterranean/Arabic cuisines, such as lamb stew/falafel/charcoal grilled kofta. We did parasaling twice. Nice people and imo 30% cheaper than Greece etc. we will try other marine sports next time.

Just one thing to note for whom expecting swimming in the spring. There was not heated swimming pool in the hotel and water was bit cold for adults (temrepratue was just below 30 degree during the day and water temperature was 25ish I guess in mid April). In the afternoon, it was doable for adults too though. I personally don't complain about it and the water in the swimming pools was always very clear and clean. Sea water is also still bit cold in April. We are looking forward to try this place in May or June next time!!! In the water park nearby, there were heated swimming pools for small kids and water around the slides was warm enough.

Perfect location for a relaxing family stay. Family rooms were a good size with a separate curtained off area for the kids and comfortable single sofa beds. The food was delicious, and the staff was extremely attentive and professional. Location right next to the beach was ideal with some small reefs within easy swimming distance and lots of fish to see.

Only downside is that the site of the hotel and grounds felt overall quite small for the number of people staying there. We possibly came at one of the busiest times (Easter) but it was very crowded at mealtimes and sometimes hard to find a table. Similar challenge with sun loungers by the pool.

Tolles Hotel, erstklassiges und extrem aufmerksames und freundliches Service, hervorragendes Essen! Das Hausriff ist fantastisch, haben sehr viele exotische Fische und sogar einen Blaupunktrochen gesehen. Für die Kids gibt es die Makadi Water World - top gepflegt, machte wirklich Spaß! Kurz gesagt - ein paradiesischer Urlaub! Danke für alles!
