האוכל טוב מתקנים מצויינים...

חדרים מאוד מאוד ישנים.... לא הכי נקי... היינו בחדר משפחה קומה 3 אין מעליות...לא נוח בכלל...

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה ומגוונת, הגענו עם 2 ילדות צליאקיות וקיבלנו לכל אחת לחם, מאפים. הייתה אופציה לבקש מהשף פנקייק, פיצה, פסטה. מגלשות המים מצוינות ונותנות מענה גם לקטנים וגם לגדולים והיה אפשר לעלות שוב ושוב בלי כמעט תורים. החדר היה מצוין. מרפסת, חדר הורים, חדר ילדים עם מיטת יחיד ומיטת קומותיים. המופע של דיסני היה ממש נחמד לילדים. היה נחמד אם היו יותר מופעים ופעילויות שמתאימות לילדים.

רצפת החדר לא הייתה ככ נקיה אבל כשביקשתי לנקות למחרת בבוקר אכן שטפו והיה נקי. היה מאוד מועיל אם היו מסמנים ליד כל מנה בחדר אוכל מה ללא גלוטן. היה חוסך לי לפנות לשף בכל ארוחה שיראה לי מה מותר ומה אסור. מה שהכי ביאס אותי היה שבסנק בר ליד הבריכות לא היו שום אופציות ללא גלוטן למעט צ'יפס וככה במשך 6 ימים כל יום הילדות אכלו רק ציפס לארוחת צהריים (לא הלכנו לחדר אוכל כי היינו בבריכה). לא אהבתי את הסבון, הריח מאוד חזק וגברי ומאוד מייבש וגם לא מילאו את הסבון אף פעם עד הסוף. חבל שלוקחים 5 יורו על ברד וזה לא כלול במחיר.

The water park is a non stop attraction for the kids. Food is great

Do note there are no elevators at the hotels, if you have a stroller, you might have to climb those stairs. Also some of the restaurants are charging ridiculous prices

The food in the main dining room was very good and staff very kind The water park is great.

Its not "all included" its just some- included. The "included" part of the resort was minimal and un appealing. I mean if the bar inside the pool that is under the room is not included... they give you the far bars from the room included that you would just give up and pay for comfort and options.. The sale guy in the resort clothes store was mean to me and kicked me out of the store for leaving 2 items on the hanger in the dressing room didn't even allow me to apologies and refused to serve to me or sell to me. There were hardly any life guards around the pool. Only one in the water slides. There was one day with a very loud party that we couldn't rest a minute all day long. I bought ear plugs but the basses went right through it. Ended up with a headache

Buffet oli runsas, laadukas ja monipuolinen. Onnistuu syödä myös terveellisesti niin halutessaan. Vesipuisto oli lasten/nuorten mieleen. Pienille lapsille omat allas-alueet, siitä plussaa. Kivoja pieniä snack-baareja, jos buffetin jälkeen jaksaa vielä syödä jotain.

Tupakoitsijoille voisi olla oma snack-baari.

The facilities including waterpark where very nice.

It was a bit untidy and there where many ants and mosquitos in the room. Also beds are not comfortable.

למרות הכל היה טוב הייתה בעיה של נמלים בחדרים לא רק אצלנו אלא גם אצל הזוג השני שהיה איתנו מלא מלא נמלים קטנים על המיטה על כל המקום למרות כל הניקיון שהיה על בסיס יומי

Great breakfast. Nice choice of 3 restaurants with different food. Lunch and dinner options were good. Alot of variety. Large room size in their family room but there are multiple family rooms with different sizes and shapes. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Amazing water slides for kids.

We changed rooms after day 1 and both rooms had a constant drainage smell. Both ground floor rooms. The food quality was good but the meat was often dry. Beach areas were a bit small and there wasn't much sand/shore as the sea came in.

מלון מטורף, ממש כמו עיר! מלא פארקי מים שמותאמים לכל הגילאים. בכל איזור יש אחד, ממש בכל יום היינו בחלק אחר כדי להנות מכולם. העומס לא מורגש בכלל, יש מלא מיטות וכיסאות בכל מקום שבאמת לא צריך להיות ב״לחץ״ לרוץ לשמור כי יש המון! אוכל סביר (יחסית לישראל) אבל אפשר להסתדר. סה״כ הייתה לנו חופשה מהנה מאוד!

Kedves volt a személyzet, tetszett hogy folyton tisztaságot tartottak a medencék és a mosdók körül.

Nem volt rendes ajtó, belülről nem tudtuk úgy becsukni, hogy a gyerekek ne tudjanak kimenni. Illetve alapvetően sem működött mindig az ajtó. Sokszor nem záródott be, vagy épp nem nyílt ki. A fürdők, mosdók peneszesek voltak. Nem volt egy polc se ahova az ember a dolgait le tudja tenni, se konektor pl egy hajszaritashoz. Az apartmanban egyetlen szék volt, 2 db pohár, habár mi 4en voltunk. Gyerekekkel mentünk, ami azt jelenti hogy sokszor ki öntenek akar száraz vagy nedves dolgokat is, ami azt jelenti hogy szerintem legalább egy seprű lehetne a szobában, hogy az ember ne a retekbe járjon másnap délutánig, és ha már egy rongy nincs amivel fel tudok takarítani, legalább a takarító személyzet megtehette volna. Az egyik legdurvább számomra az volt, hogy a toalett papírt használat után nem lehet a mosdóba dobni, de a kukát nem ürítették ki minden nap. Értem hogy férne még bele, de 4 én használtuk a vct, illetve a feleségem épp menstrualt és szerintem ezt nem kell tovább részletezni! Ugyan férjen már bele ennyi pénzbe, hogy kicserélik azt a három szemetes zsákot minden nap. Hiába volt három étterem, ebből kettőbe foglalni kell, amit elég nehéz előre meghatározni két pici gyerekkel. De ha ettől eltekintünk se mondanám hogy annyira extra lett volna az étel. 0 változatosság, főleg a gyerekek terén.

המקום היה מהנה, יש הרבה מגלשות מים. האוכל היה בשפע, מגוון, אבל האיכות של האוכל הייתה סבירה, לא הכי איכותי. המסעדות במלון נחמדות, שוב, האוכל סטנדרטי ברמה סבירה. אבל יש בשפע ולא חסר. אין תורים בפארק מים. יש הרבה ברים של מתוקים, מזון מהיר. יש פיזור טוב יחסית, יש בירה וקוקטיילים, אלכוהול חביב. יש יין בחדר אוכל, סביר.

בחלק מהקיוסקים של המזון המהיר, הצוות לא היה הכי אדיב והייתה מגבלה על מספר המוצרים שניתן לקבל, כך שלמשפחה עם 6 אנשים הסכימו לתת 3 מוצרים, המבורגר, שזה לא היה הגיוני. אני חושב שזה מאוד פגם בחוויה שלנו. המועדון ילדים קטן יחסית ובעיקר יש שם דפי צביעה.

אהבנו את המיקום של המלון ואת מיקום החדר ואת המגלשות המטורפות

אין מיזוג בחדר אוכל או בלובי זה היה קשה מאוד בנוסף האוכל היה בינוני מינוס

Il parco acquatico

La camera, costantemente non pulita ad un livello sufficiente per un 4 stelle e molto rumorosa in quanto vicino ad una strada trafficata.

La nourriture en all inclusive était vraiment top , très pratique avec les enfants . Plein de piscine pour tous les âges . Les toboggans sont tops

פארק מים נהדר הילדים ממש נהנו. אוכל טוב ניתן למצוא תמיד משהו טעים.

The property is amazing for families with children. The water slides and pools provided hours of fun, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained.

The music around the lazy river was too loud and felt like party music all day. A better balance, with quieter and more relaxing music at times, would make the area much more enjoyable.

The water park is amazing, with a really fun atmosphere and great music. The food was absolutely incredible – the variety was unlike anything we’ve seen at any other hotel, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The room felt more like a newly renovated hostel room than a hotel room. The dining area was extremely hot and uncomfortable, with no air conditioning, and the same goes for the reception area, where there weren’t even any fans. The kids’ entertainment on the night we attended was also quite average. One important thing to keep in mind is to avoid rooms facing the go-kart track if possible. It is very active during the evening and into the night, and the noise can be heard very loudly inside the room.

מבחר גדול של מגלשות שוות, מגוון עצום של אוכל, חדר מרווח

בחדר היו המון נמלים וחזרתי עם עקיצות/נשיכות כואבות בכל הגפיים. גם כשעדכנו את הקבלה על כך הם לא התרגשו מזה ולא ממש התייחסו. היה נחמד אם הבריכות והמתקנים היו נפתחים בשעה יותר מוקדמת מ10 או 11 כי הילדים כבר היו ערים.

No AC in hotel. Just in rooms. Room was a long walk from everything.

היה חסר יותר מגוון בארוחות בבריכות, למי שרוצה לבלות את כל היום בבריכה.

The place is a paradise for families with children,lots of pools. beach nearby, food everywhere, lot of stuff for kids, entertainment. Really a great place

The 2 specialties restaurants its not worthwhile.

We checked in with a pre-paid, non-refundable reservation, and when we didn’t like the hotel, the staff was kind enough to refund 3/4 of the cost.

Room equipment old and worn out, bad smell in room and elevator. The outside kid facilities are shared with non-guests which makes it extremely over crowded - this is not shared in advance! The reception staff promised a full refund when we didn’t like the place and wanted to leave, but then the refund was denied. We had to call multiple times on the phone until eventually a booking manager agreed to refund 3/4 of the price (which I appreciate since the reservation was non refundable, but they did not keep their word when they promised a full refund).

הגענו משפחה בת 6 נפשות אני בעלי ילדה בת 13 ילד בן 11 ילד בן 5 ותינוקת בת 1 הוזמנו 2 חדרים סויטה וחדר רגיל ״הסויטה שלנו בקומה 2 ללא מעלית בלתי אפשרי לעלות ולאדת מהחדר עם עגלת תינוק ממש מאכב בנוסף סיוט הכי גדול שאת הילדים בת 13 ובן 11 שמו במלון אחר מחוץ למתחם הויילג ששמו גם סטאר ביץ אבל לא ווליג מעבר לכביש ראשי ללא מעבר חציה מסודר פחד אלוהים ישנו בחדר כולנו יחד מפחד שיקרה משהו לילדים ללא השגחה

צוות הקבלה נהדר, ארוחות מגוונות שהתאימו לכל המשפחה, פארק מים נפלא.

החדר שקיבלנו היה רחוק מעט מהחדר אוכל והיה קצת קשה להגיע עם הילדים. מצד שני- היה קרוב לפארק המים ונוח מאוד במהלך היום

The building was conveniently located close to the dining hall and the water park entrance. The unit consisted of two rooms and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 3 children. The beds were quite comfortable, including a bunk bed for the kids, and the unit was equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay (refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.).

The air conditioning was installed only in the main room (living area), so we had to keep the door to the second room, where the children slept, open in order to cool it as well.

Ότι καλύτερο!!!Υπέροχο οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο το διασκεδασαμε όλη η οικογένειά μας!!!Όλα ήταν τελεια το φαγητό το προσωπικό οι εγκαταστάσεις!!!Του χρόνου θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!!!

יש הרבה מגלשות מים שמתאימות לכל הגילאים. לילדים עם אחים קטנים- לשים לב שהקטנים (מתחת ל 1.1 מטר) לא יכולים לעלות למגלשות הגבוהות. מצד שני אין צוות במגלשות והילדים משתוללים ללא פיקוח. חדר הילדים דל וללא פעילויות.

Everything is good and wow

The main restaurant is very good, with a large variety of choices from…to including healthy food for people with deseases but also gluten free, lactose free and even protein smoothies in the morning. There’s really everything. Ideal for a family trip but also friends since there is an adult area at the waterpark and who doesn’t love slides ? There’s enough to relax but also to have fun from morning till evening either at the pools, the gym, the beach right next to the waterpark where you have sunbeds assigned to the hotel (very appreciable) and a lot of activities on the beach (parasailing,jetski…). I cannot explain everything in details but this place is better than expected. The room was big and comfy and most of all very clean. We really enjoyed our stay which we booked for our last 3-4 days of our 10 days trip over the island. Also important to mention that we were there in august and it was always easy to find a spot at the pools no matter the time and we never felt it too crowded.

The 2 restaurants that we need to book in advance (we did it 2 days before) especially the asian one was not really good and most of all it is still a buffet like the main restaurant but way way less choices. The tavern (which is more local food) was not that bad but there’s the same food at the main restaurant. However, the view at the tavern is nicer especially in the evening. Like in most of all inclusive resorts, the alcohol is not vert good. The sunbeds at one of the pools were quite dirty so it felt not comfortable to lie there. Apart from that nothing very bad as per our experience.

אין מזגן בחדרי האוכל הלובי והמעברים בעיה קשה באוגוסט ! חדרים בקומה 3 ללא מעלית ! בעיה למי שמתקשה בהליכה, או עם תינוקות ועגלות צוות הקבלה לא היה אדיב ולא היה קשוב לבעיות

את הנכונות של אחראית המשמרת לתת לנו מענים.לבעיות. בניגוד מוחלט לצוות הקבלה שהיה אנטיפט באופן קיצוני

אין מיזוג אוויר בלובי ובחדר האוכל , באוגוסט זה סיוט.! חדרים בקומה שניה ושלישית ללא מעלית זה סבל בטח למי שיש תינוקות .! למרות שכתבתי למלון , מבעוד מועד, שאני חולה ומתקשה בהליכה לא נענו לבקשתי ונתנו לי חדר בקומה שניה ללא מעלית , ולבנות עם התינוקות בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית.! סוגיית הקומות ללא מעלית וסוגיית היעדר מזגן בלובי ובחדר האוכל לא מצויינת בבוקינג מה גם שהינה קריטית בהחלטת בחירת מלון למי שיש תינןקותו-או קושי בהליכה ! מה גם שלא כל המקומות נגישים !

Este hotel fue el punto álgido de nuestras vacaciones en Creta. Los niños disfrutaron como locos en el parque acuático (que es bastante más grande y completo de lo que imaginábamos) y los mayores pudimos relajarnos sin tener que ocuparnos de nada. Es tan grande que no hay masificación, y la comida está bastante por encima de lo que suele ser habitual en un buffet.

Hay un restaurante asiático que hay que reservar con un día de antelación, pero es algo decepcionante en mi opinión, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el estándar tan alto de comidas que hay en Grecia.

Всё на высшем уровне, еда 10/10, каждый день что-то новое, всего очень много. Шоу базовые, как и в других отелях, каждый день играет музыка, иногда движовая, иногда спокойная на територии басейнов и аквапарка. Всё было супер, а так территория отеля огромная, есть много ресторанов, всегда есть что поесть или перекусить. Советую.

Негде поиграть в волейбол, это наверное единственный минус, а также медик не умеет нормально накладывать бинт на рану на руке, делает это как будто впервые. У меня был самый базовый номер и иногда было слышно звуки из подъезда. А так всё хорошо

מלון יפה ורחב עם שפע מתקנים

הגענו למלון עייפים אחרי טיסת לילה המלון לא היה מוכן לתת חדרים לפני השעה שלוש!! התייבשנו בלובי במלון אין מיזוג!|!!!!!!! הצוות בקבלה לא נעים לא מסביר ולא אדיב אפילו הרגשנו מחלק מהם סוג של עויינות לא שירותי בכלל!!!! בסופו של דבר קיבלנו בשעה שלוש והפלא ופלא החדר ממוקם בכלל בבנין מחוץ למלון מרחק של חצי שעה הליכה!!!! חדר בגודל של אפונה לאחר צעקות קיבלנו בתוספת תשלום!! של 160 ארו חדר במרכז המלון חדר בגודל של קוביה עם מיטת קומותויים פשוט הזייה על ה שילמנו? במלון נמסר כי אין חדרים במלון1! הוא בתפוסה מלאה רמת ניקיון שואפת לאפס!!!! האוכל במלון חוזר עלעצמו וברובו לא טעים אין מזגניםםםם לא בחדר אוכל ולא במלון המלון יפה ורחב ויש שפע מתקנים נהננו מהם מאוד הבריכות היו מצויינות ונקיות בגלל התלאות שעברנו התאכזבנו מאוד והפסדנו את היום הראשון מבחינת החדר האשמה על בוקינג שלא ציין בפנינו את העובדה שהחדר הזה הוא מחוץ למלון הכל באותיות קטנות שאף אחד לא שם לב אליהם כך המלון הראה לנו מאוכזבים מבוקינג בגלל ההזמנה ומהמלון בגלל השירות והנקיון

את המגלשות, הילדים ממש נהנו.

החדרים ממש ישנים, המיטות לא נוחות, הניקיון לא ניקיון, לא מחליפים מצעים, האוכל ברמה ירודה, שאומרים לכם הכל כלול קחו בחשבון שהכל בקמצנות מפחידה.. בקיצור חוץ מהמגלשות שהילדים נהנו הכל היה ברמת מינוס 2 כוכבים, לא מומלץ.

את פארק המים והמסעדות

שיש כביש באמצע המלון. וה all inclusive לא באמת. יש לא מעט ברים שהוחרגו

מתקני מים ופארק מים מהאיכותיים והמגוונים שחווינו, זו הפנינה של המלון. נתנו לנו גם לעשות צ׳ק אאוט יותר מאוחר בגלל שהטיסה היתה אחה״צ. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, יש 2 מקלחות ו2 שירותים.

אוכל לא טוב!! יש שפע גדול אבל האיכות ככ ירודה! סלט אחד טרי לא ראיתי, עגבניות ומלפפונים עייפים ולא טריים, בשר בקר לא קיים ומה שכן זה מרגיש כמו לחתולים. דגים גם לא טריים ואיכותיים מה שמאד מפתיע. רוב הקינוחים מרגישים כמו קינוחי פרווה בארץ אבל לפחות יש את הקינוחים המסורתיים שלהם שטעימים (בצקים עם אגוזים וגבינות)..

Un super waterpark ouvert de 11 à 18h. Malgré la haute saison, peu de files dans les toboggans ca avance bien. Ménage fait tous les jours, lits confortables. Vue sur la mer magnifique. Activités aquatiques payantes proposées. Des buffets variés et bien garnis, on a bien mangé. A recommander si vous cherchez un séjour farniente à 30 minute de l'aéroport d'Héraklion

La plupart des bars ferment à 18h . Pas facile le premier jour des faire la différence entre les bars payant et ceux autorisée aux guests Il faut savoir que le water park est ouvert aux personnes extérieurs mais ca ne nous a pas dérangé. Le domaine est grand.

Все было отлично! Всё рядом:бассейны, водный парк и море. Дети в полном восторге. Приветливый персонал, вкусная и разнообразная еда.

המלון עלה על כל הציפיות שלנו. יש בו מלא מגלשות, בריכות היקפיות עם זרמים, פינות נוי, גישה לים עם כסאות שיזוף ושמשיות. הילדים כל כך נהנו וזה מה שהכי חשוב! יש חדר אוכל מרכזי, עוד כמה נקודות באזורי הבריכות לשתייה ונשנושים (המבורגר, נקניקיה בלחמניה, טוסט, פיצות טעימות, נודלס בהרכבה אישית, צ'יפס ואפילו סלט). לרוב את ארוחת הצהרים אכלנו ליד הבריכות מרוב שהילדים לא רצו לצאת. יש 2 מסעדות נוספות שאפשר להירשם אליהם מראש- טברנה ואסייתית. האסייתית הייתה מצוינת והיוותה גיוון מרענן לכל הצ'יפס והפחמימות. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת מאד! לא לוותר על הפנקייקים :) הטיילת ממש קרובה ובה מלא חנויות של מזכרות, גלידות, פאבים ואווירה נחמדה להסתובב. ליד יש קארטינג מגניב לילדים ולמבוגרים שגם הלכנו אליו. אם תרצו ג'מבו או קניות תצטרכו לקחת מונית או אוטובוס שיוצא ממש מליד המלון.

המיטה הזוגית ממש לא נוחה ושוקעת אבל שוב הכל מתגמד לעומת כל המתקנים שהמלו מספק. יש מדי פעם ריח של ביוב יוצא מהחדרים (לא רק לשלנו גם לשכנים שהיו לידינו)

הדבר היחידי שצריך לבדוק מראש הוא מיקום החדר המקום גדול מאד צריך שיהיה אפשרות לבחור את החדרים לפי מיקום כמו שניתן לבחור בהופעה היכן לשבת מיקום של כיסא ויציע

The hotel is very large and offers many leisure areas, swimming pools, and restaurants. The meals are varied and plentiful, and the room was comfortable.

Unfortunately, we also experienced a few unpleasant situations. Although most of the staff were friendly, the blond receptionist spoke to us in a very aggressive manner during check-out. I repeatedly explained that room 1010 was not our room, but he continued to insist that we had an outstanding payment without properly checking the situation. The pool towel exchange system is also not clearly explained or properly signposted. In addition, the internet connection is very weak and unreliable throughout the hotel. Another unpleasant experience occurred at the Cretan Star restaurant. The older chef wearing a cap, who was preparing omelettes and meat, was very aggressive in the way he spoke to me. I wanted to take one pancake for a four-year-old child, and he started shouting that food was not allowed to be taken out of the restaurant. I would have fully understood the rule if it had been explained calmly and politely. Another chef, who had tattoos, then came over and politely explained that the restaurant rules did not allow food to be taken outside, but that since it was for a child, he could make an exception. A 10 out of 10 for this chef’s attitude and professionalism!

המיקום טוב, כל הארוחות מעולות ויש מגוון מספיק גדול שיתאים לרוב האורחים. המתקנים מהנים מאוד כולל הפעילות הימית הנגישה והמצויינת. החופים נהדרים והכי כיף היה בקארטינג שצמוד למלון.

חדר המשפחה שקיבלנו באזור 7 היה יחסית מיושן, היו כמה דברים שם שלא עבדו כמו שצריך, הטלויזיה ביומיים הראשונים הייתה בלתי ניתנת לצפייה, עד שבאו ותקנו את הבעיה. הכיור באחד המקלחות לא היה ניתן לשימוש כי הצנרת הייתה מנותקת, עוד היה חסר לנו גם מתלים למגבות במקלחות שזה פרט קטן אבל הופך את השימוש לנוח יותר.

Nice water park. Nice beach. Good overall location

There is pratically no AC!!! No AC in the lobby nor in the resturants. The AC in the room was horrible even after the repair guy "fixed" something. We stayed at the supirior apparment which was spacius but was built by brain dead. Beds were not comfortable. Food was very mediocre at best. Creteioan Star? You can totaly skip it, 95% the same as Main restorant just fewer options. Asaian Star was nice but again build horribly ( one line buffet!!!!!!)

We liked a lot the quality of water, big variety of water activities, not overcrowded and very comfortable. A lot of food options, fits everybody needs and very clean and beautiful gardens around.

Nothing, everything was great.

Amazing family vacation! We were two families staying in three rooms, very comfortable, with a separate inner room that worked perfectly for our us. The hotel is fantastic for both kids and adults. The water park is incredible, there are plenty of activities throughout the day, and the food selection is excellent. My personal favorite was the Asian restaurant. The kids especially loved the beach and all the water sports activities available there (not included). What impressed us the most was the staff. From the front desk and lobby team to the club car drivers and the restaurant and bar staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even spoke a few words of Hebrew to our young children, which was a wonderful touch. Highly recommended! We would love to come back. truly the perfect destination for a fun family holiday.

The only small issue we had was seeing ants a few times in the room, mainly around the coffee machine area. Every time we asked for help, the staff came quickly, cleaned the area, and took care of the it.

הייתה לנו חוויה מעולה, המלון לא נגמר , כל פעם מגלים עוד חלק ועוד חלק פארק מים מטורף עם מלא מגלשות וסוגים שמתאימים לכל הגילאים חוף צמוד עם ספורט ימי בתוספת תשלום אבל עם מחירים הוגנים ואנשים טובים בנוסף, צמוד למלון יש קרטינג ומיני גולף בתשלום נוסף שהשלימו את החוויה וגם הריכה שפתוחה בשעות הערב ואיפשרה גם לעשות ערב בריכה עם הילדים שירות מעל ומעבר, חיוך בכל מקום ותחושה באמת טובה לכל אורך השהות שלנו אוכל מגוון וטעים, הרגשת שפע בכל מקום בהחלט חוויה טובה מאד שעברנו יחד כל המשפחה

החדרים המשפחתיים סבירים בגודל

Villaggio molto grande con tante piscine con scivoli per grandi e piccini. Piccole spiagge al mare e ampi prati vicino alle piscine con ombrelloni, lettini e teli mare a disposizione dei clienti gratuitamente. Il ristorante principale self service è molto bene organizzato e con ampia scelta culinaria locale e internazionale. C'è inoltre un ristorante asiatico e uno cretese disponibile a cena su prenotazione, ma sempre incluso. Snack, gelati e bibite analcoliche e alcoliche per tutti i gusti nei vari bar distribuiti all'interno del villaggio. Buona la cura degli spazi esterni e la pulizia delle camere e il servizio di facchinaggio. Personale simpatico, gentile e disponibile.

Vicino alla spiaggia e alle piscine ci sono bar e snack-bar estranei al villaggio. La lingua italiana è ignorata.

Найбільше сподобалось наявність трьох пляжів, які хоч і відносно близько одне від одного, але такі різні. Також waterpark дуже класний, якщо їхати з дітьми. Ресторан надзвичайно різноманітний і смачна їжа на всі смаки і вподобання. Це мабуть найкращий із всіх, де нам довелося побувати. Не сподобалось, що немає опису і не вказано на мапі де саме знаходиться «додаткова будівля», розташування цього корпусу мене засмутило - через дві дороги, іноді перейти їх був ще той челендж. Дуже не сподобалось, що було шумно до 2 годин ночі і спати було не можливо, прийшлось купити бірюши. А загалом я б оцінив готель на 8,5/10, класний для сімей з дітьми і для молоді.

Не сподобалось розміщення «додаткової будівлі», точніше відсутність опису з вказанням на мапі при бронюванні. Не сподобався шум на вулиці до 2 годин ночі, але з цим нічого не вдієш.

gal kiek trūksta švaros, atvykus kambaryje tvyrojo nemalonus ( chloro) kvapas. vandens parko erdvėje labai tranki ir garsi muzika. kadangi vandens parkas ne tik viešbučio svečiams bet kartu ir kaip paplūdimio klubas, todėl ir triukšmo daugiau

This is a great hotel for families with children. The water park and the variety of pools keep kids entertained all day. The beach and the sea are beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. The location is also excellent, in a lively area with plenty to do nearby. If your main goal is a summer holiday with the beach, sea, pools, and fun activities, this hotel offers everything you need. Our son absolutely loved it, and we even wished we could have stayed a few more days. We would definitely consider coming back.

The rooms are a bit outdated, and some of the furniture is worn and could be renovated. The food is acceptable, but don't expect a high-end dining experience. The biggest area for improvement is the safety of the water slides. Guests can go down one after another without any control, which creates a risk of collisions at the bottom. Installing a simple traffic light or sensor system (red/green) would make the slides much safer for everyone. Overall, however, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Amazing hotel with excellent food, a perfect location, and outstanding service. We came with our family hoping there would be plenty of activities for the kids, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations with even more entertainment than we imagined, including great options for adults. It offered exceptional value for the price, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The only minor thing was that the family room was different from the photos. We expected separate bedrooms with a door, but the sleeping areas were only separated by the bathroom, so there wasn't much privacy from the children. We also paid extra for a sea view, but since our room was on the lower floor, the view was partially blocked by trees and a fence, so it wasn't quite what we expected.

La chambre n’était pas la même que celle réservée sur Booking, une vue partielle sur la mer, un tout petit lit (alors que c’est écrit grand lit double), une chambre mal insonorisée à côté de la route, des attentes interminables pour prendre des taxis, très bruyant dans le restaurant principal, la propreté laisse à désirer ( fourmis dans l’armoire et petite bête dans le lit)…

The only good things were the view, the restaurant, and the waiters.

The hotel has far too many stairs, making it very uncomfortable for families with strollers and for elderly guests. The reception staff were not helpful and showed very little willingness to assist. The property is advertised on Booking as having an elevator, but the elevator is only in the reception building. The accommodation buildings themselves have no elevator, so guests still have to carry luggage, strollers, or anything else up and down many stairs. This information should be made clear before booking.

I loved how spacious the hotel is and how no area ever felt crowded. It's designed so well that there's always plenty of space everywhere. The service was excellent, and there was so much to do.

What I didn't like was that our room was on the second floor. We were traveling with two strollers, so we had to carry them up and down the stairs every time, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning in the dining room was poor. It was always hot while we were eating, and we ended up sweating. Unfortunately, the dining areas also weren't well ventilated, so they often felt stuffy and uncomfortable.

Activités, infrastructures, piscines

The hotel consists of several buildings, and we were accommodated in a building called the ANNEX, which is located on the opposite side of the road from the main hotel facilities. In order to access any of the hotel’s facilities or activities, guests staying in the ANNEX must cross a busy main road with heavy traffic, including cars, buses, motorcycles, and other vehicles. There is no pedestrian crossing, which makes the situation extremely dangerous, especially for families staying with children. The hotel claims that there is a tunnel that can be used to cross the road. However, the tunnel only avoids crossing part of the road, so guests are still required to cross a section of it. In addition, the tunnel is not suitable for normal pedestrian use. It is extremely low, below normal standing height, and is also very dirty and poorly maintained. This accommodation arrangement is completely unsuitable and unsafe for a family with children. Despite raising all of these serious concerns with the hotel, I was simply told that I could cancel the reservation. No appropriate or safe alternative accommodation was offered.

Очень качественный отель, я бы дал ему 5 звезд, вместо 4 которые у него на эмблеме и каким он себя позиционирует.

Non organizzano nulla non ha nessuno spazio verde , per andare in piscina bisogna attraversare una strada , tutti i bar nonostante l’all inclusive dovevi pagare extra , musica troppo assordante da discoteca , non c’è un clima rilassante , tira sempre molto vento ! La nostra camera al 4 piano senza ascensore ! Cibo non ne parliamo!

מקום מלא עיסוקים הפארק מים חמוד אבל את המתקנים מיצינו והלכנו לפארק מים אחר. ההופעות בערב יפות ומושקעות האוכל מושקע וטעים חדר נחמד הצוות היה מקסים רק חבל שמעירים מוקדם בבוקר לניקיון…

רחוק מההרקליון הניקיון בחדר אסלה נוזלת ולא תוקנה רעש של המקרר או המזגן מהדור הישן בערב (רעש של מים) לא הצלחתי לישון המיטות רכות מאד מלא… מדרגות לא נוח לנכים או לאנשים עם בעיות ברגלים(הייתי עם שבר ברגל ולא הייתי היחידה) מרחקים גדולים ממקום למקום האוכל טעים אבל המלון מלא ישראלים יכולים לשים בנפרד את הגבינות או הנקניקים והבשרים . הפרדה של הבשרים מהחזיר ומהפירות ים… הקינוחים טעימים ממש אבל בכולם כנראה יש חלב ואין קינוחים לאלרגיים או שומרים חלב בשר…

A Családi szoba nagyon kényelmes, jol felszerelt. A szálloda elhelyezkedése remek, közel a tengerhez.

Nem a szálloda hibája, de rettenet szomszédaink vannak.

השירות מצויין, הבריכות נקיות מאוד וליד החדר שלנו הייתה בריכה צמודה , זה היה מאוד נוח, חשוב לשים לב באיזה מיקום מקבלים חדר- זה משנה את כל החופשה

בצ׳ק אין דרשו תוספת לכל לילה על בן ה-16 שלנו למרות שבבוקינג הוא נחשב ילד עד גיל 17, לא וויתרנו ואחרי שהמנהלת בדקה עם בוקינג הסכימו לקבל אותנו ללא התוספת
