Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Eva vom Service , das Animationsteam die geben echt ihr bestes und Evi vom Spa, das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Das Hotel ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen, es scheint sich niemand mehr zu kümmern, die Matratzen auf denen meine Kinder geschlafen haben ein Ekelfaktor, Die Automaten sind kaputt und die Bilder hier auf Booking sind veraltet Das WLAN hat nie funktioniert in unserem Zimmer und es gab keinen Platz um seine Schwimmsachen aufzuhängen

Awesome Property located right on the beach surrounded by Olive Trees and Orchards growing a variety of Fruits and Citruses. Mr Liontarakis and his crew really go out of their way to accommodate every guests needs. From Karina and Mihalis at the front desk, to Angelo the Restaurant Manager, to the Cleaning Ladies and Maintenance Man that make sure the resort is spic and span every single morning from 6:00am. Food is rotated on a Multicultural Cuisine with something different everyday, although you will find something GREEK on every menu. What a Great place.

Wir hatten eine schöne Villa mit einem kleinen Pool, das war toll, auch die Aussicht war perfekt. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr nett und freundlich, genauso wie die Bedienungen im Restaurant.

Das Essen war leider überhaupt nicht gut, wie in einer Kantine 😕. Frühstück endete bereits um 09:30, für Teenies Mitte in der Nacht🤣

nobody was cleaning at swimmimg pools areas , pleatny of empty plastic cups around , sunbeds need to be changed , lack of proper entertainment - we didnt even notices animacion in the hotel , all incl drinks very limited (nothing for kids - no coctails at all unless you pay extra) ...in general just an average hotel , returned disappointed

Lokalizacja hotelu jest na uboczu ale nie daleko pobliskich klimatycznych wiosek lub miasta, gdzie można dojść spokojnym spacerem, ma to swój urok dla rodzin z dziećmi, widok z basenów, barów czy restauracji na morze, brak walki o leżaki, nie brakowało ich nawet dla 5 osób aby mogły być obok siebie o różnych porach dnia, obsługa przeważnie miła i pomocna ale trafiły się osoby w lobby barze, które miały gorszy okres w swoim życiu i dało się to odczuć podczas zamawiania i oczekiwania na zamówienie, zmieniało się trochę podejście gdy zamawiało się płatne drinki ale następnego dnia była powtórka zachowania w obec gości hotelu, jedzenie oprócz śniadań różnorodne czasami przesolone lub nie doprawione ale raczej smaczne, jedynie śniadania monotonne, drinki i napoje te w cenie pobytu bez zarzutu tzn. nie są największych lotów i tylko ograniczony wybór przy drinkach (bez kolorowych ładnie podanych aby zrobić zdjęcie) ale można zamawiać. Pokoje sprzątane chyba 6 dni w tygodniu a ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, przydało by się trochę odświeżyć ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

Brak w pobliżu bezpiecznego przejść na drugą stronę ruchliwej ulicy aby pójść na plażę lub pospacerować przy brzegu morza, nie było to bardzo uciążliwe lecz wymagało dużej uwagi w szczególności z dziećmi

Debería haber mas variedad en la comida y noté que casi todas las carnes tenían el mismo sabor siendo diferentes tipos. También nos encontramos una cucaracha dentro de la casa y varios bichillos pero no le dimos mucha importancia al estar justo delante del campo.

Jeg la merke til at personalet virket litt sure, spesielt han som hadde ansvaret for restauranten. Hver gang vi kom for å spise og da vi gikk ut av restauranten, følte vi at han fulgte med på oss som en sikkerhetsvakt på en flyplass.

Hôtel agréable, pas trop grand ce que nous avons apprécié. Les chambres sont propres et climatisées. La nourriture est satisfaisante et les boissons aussi. Les espaces communs sont agréables, notamment les terrasses couvertes du bar et restaurant. Les soirées animées dans ces espaces sont très conviviales. Vue sur mer, il suffit de traverser la route pour atteindre la plage.

L’espace buffet à volonté est étroit, choisissez bien vos horaires pour vous restaurer.

Rooms are old

The villa upgrade was a nice surprise and the upgraded accommodation was comfortable. The pool area was also pleasant.

contacted the hotel immediately after booking to explain that I was travelling with my disabled child and that we had booked two rooms. I specifically requested that the rooms be close to each other and easily accessible. I was told several times that this would be arranged before our arrival. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been organised. The rooms were not near each other and there were many steps between them. This made moving around difficult and stressful for our family, especially when travelling with a disabled child. I was genuinely worried about someone falling because of the number of steps. The cleanliness was also disappointing. There was dust in several areas and I saw insects around the property. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations that had been set before our arrival, despite the reassurances given beforehand.

Food options were good, constantly bringing out fresh food. Plenty of food there for the kids too who are fussy eaters. The snack bar was useful to keep you going between meal times, also some self serve drink machines to use in the day so getting drinks was quick and no hassle. Considering the size of the hotel, they do a good job to keep it clean All Staff Friendly The room was good, with fruit, wine and a spa set there for us on arrival Multiple Swimming pools which were all of a good standard

Pushchair access to the rooms at the top of the hill was difficult.

Eau froide certains soirs, fraîcheur dans la chambre le soir (mauvaise isolation?), nourriture mérite d'être améliorée.

Rapport qualité-prix, l'accessibilité, proche de l'aéroport, proximité de Malia et Chersonissos. Produits d'hygiène mis à disposition dans les chambres et change de serviette tous les jours.

Le buffet est correct mais les plats sont souvent froids. Un micro-onde serait nécessaire. Aucune diversité des desserts.

If I would change things there it will be more club activities as staff tried but not quite believed what they proposed, children club room need work as old smelly and not welcome to kids. Bathrooms need renovations and smell in room need to be tackled

ACHTUNG: Eine verlockende Falle! Es ist ein Hotel des Grauens, eine Katastrophe! Das scheinbar familienfreundliche Hotel war so schlecht, dass wir als Familie, obwohl wir eine ganze Woche gebucht hatten, das Hotel trotz hohem Geldverlust verlassen hatten! Es ist nie und nimmer ein 4*-Hotel. Das Essen ist eine Massenabfertigung, viel zu eng bestuhlter Raum, lärmig und grauenhaft. Das sehr dunkle (höchstens 2*) Zimmer trotz Meeresblick ist extrem lärmig (vielbefahrene Strasse; Röhren im Badzimmer, die während der Nacht unangenehm tönen; man hört die Spülung, wenn jemand um 3 Uhr morgens aufs Klo geht, sehr hellhörige Türe und Fenster), die Schranktüre fällt einem fast entgegen, keine Steckdose neben dem Bett, hohe Verletzungsgefahr beim Bett (Sprissen); das Personal scheint auch nicht zufrieden zu sein (eher lethargisch); das angebliche Kinderspielzimmer ist eine Schande: dunkle, chaotische Kammer! Die Gäste sind hauptsächlich Raucher! Dies spürt man auch während des Essens (Passivrauchen und Raucherhusten überall); der Pool ist salzig und brennt, die Liegestühle rostig. Natürlich hatten wir für die 5 zusätzlich bezahlten Nächte kein Geld zurückerhalten, ausser 50 Euro Taxe.

Die Unterkunft hatte für uns eine gute Lage, da sie nicht mitten im Trouble und dennoch zentral ist.

Das Essen war leider nicht so toll, ich hätte mir bessere Qualität und mehr klassisch Griechische Gerichte gewünscht.

Partiamo dalla camera (avevamo la villa con piscina privata): spaziosa, all'arrivo ci hanno dato una bottiglia di vino con della frutta, presente frigorifero con due bottiglie di acqua, bollitore con tè e caffè in polvere. Fornito lettino per bambini (inizialmente non posizionato in camera come da richiesta di prenotazione, ma poi abbiamo chiesto in reception e ci è stato portato subito). Bella la piscina privata, numerosi lettini; se hai la macchina puoi raggiungere con quella la villa e parcheggiare proprio lì dietro, poi per raggiungere reception, ristoranti, piscine, ecc si cammina a piedi un pezzettino (qualche scalino c'è) e poi si scende con un ascensore (le ville sono proprio in fondo e il complesso è grande). Forniscono asciugamani con 10 euro di deposito ciascuno, poi ti restituiscono i soldi. Le piscine e la zona scivoli sono molto carine, acqua salata e sempre pulita e non eccessivamente fredda. Noi abbiamo sempre trovato una sdraio, ma siamo stati a inizio settembre. La zona scivoli è aperta dalle 11 alle 17. Colazione dalle 7.30 alle 9.30, buone offerte dolci e salate (forse avrei aggiunto qualcosa sul dolce); consiglio a chi ama il buon caffè di non prendere il loro cappuccino ma l'espresso e aggiungerci il latte freddo, decisamente più bevibile. Il pranzo è fino alle 14.30, la cena dalle 18.30 alle 21.30: io ho sempre trovato una buona selezione di cibi, buone soprattutto le specialità greche e asiatiche, ho una bimba piuttosto difficile da accontentare ma alla fine le abbiamo sempre trovato qualcosa da mangiare; inoltre ogni giorno c'era cibo a tema (messicano, pesce, ecc). Presenti seggiolini per bambini. La zona merenda apre dalle 11 alle 17 con gelato, pizza, pasta, patatine, carne, abbastanza bene fornita anche se meno rispetto ad altre in cui son stata.

Odore in bagno non piacevolissimo ogni tanto. Attenzione alle prese elettriche perché le hanno a 2 e non a 3. Avrei tenuto aperta la zona scivoli almeno fino alle 19. Poco pubblicizzate le attività con l'animazione. Son presenti vicino alle villa dei campi da beachvolley, calcio, e tennis se non ricordo male, ma sono in zona isolata quindi secondo me vengono sfruttati poco ed era un peccato (magari metterli vicino alle piscine poteva incentivare a usarli, anche con tanto caldo). Credo organizzino anche escursioni perché vedevo spesso partire autobus ma anche queste non sono pubblicizzate.

Ett helt okej hotell. På frukosten, lunchen och middagen fanns något för alla men det var inte extraordinärt på något sätt. Barnen gillade vattenrutschkanorna.

Saknade färsk frukt vid frukosten och snackbaren. Det var dåligt isolerade dörrar, så det var fruktansvärt lyhört. Det var nästan som att inga dörrar fanns ut mot trapphuset. Det var väldigt stökigt med hög ljudvolym vid alla måltider.

Location was good. Crete as a place was beautiful. Room was cleaned daily.

Most of the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. Facilities were not as shown on photos. Hotel was dirty, we didn't see anyone cleaning around the pool in the whole 10 days. No baby changing facilities, I was asked to change my baby on a dirty sofa in the luggage hold room with strangers watching. Our rooms were infested with ants and although rooms were sprayed by cleaners the problem never got any better. Not one cocktail offered in the all inclusive and food was very disappointing.

Egen pool-super; mat-super; servise i restaurangen-super; kvällsunderhållning till vuxna-dålig; minidisco-super; drinkar-hemsk dåliga, det finns lokala alkohol som är goda med det som serverades gick inte att dricka (gin), utom vin och öl som var ok.

the room very old, the bad uncomfortable, it's very hot in the room. the air-conditioner in the lobby and dinning hall very hot and seems it's not working. all the water in the bathroom drains out to the floor.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Méditerranéo hotel. Le personnel est très professionnel, gentil, accueillant. Je vais citer le Boss Haris,Michail et Évita à l'accueil,Angelo, Maya, Eva au restaurant,les barmen,les dames de ménage,les services techniques pour notre piscine etc... J'aurais pu toutes et tous les citer, malheureusement je ne connais pas tous les prénoms. Merci à toutes et tous pour ce merveilleux séjour. Famille Gelois.(Juillet 2025)

We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was perfect. The food was great and the nearest beach was fine, just 10 mins by walk.

Zeer net en mooie zwembaden, lekker eten . Sommige kamers zijn erg hoog gelegen en wij moesten elke keer 64 trappen doen. Best aangeven bij reservering als je dit niet wil. Ik zou zeker terug gaan.

The food was horrible, for a 4 star hotel is this not oke. The food was cold and one day it was even rare. Also not a lot of choice. Also the all inclusive was minimum. We had a little appartment with a pool. The appartment was good but not clean. When the woman came to clean she only did the floor and nothing more. The swimming pool was a nice size. We walked every day to the city.

The food was good quality, tasty and there was always lots to choose from. It got quite busy and noisy in the restaurant though so maybe a second eating area/restaurant would improve this. However we always found a table and staff were really quick at clearing and setting tables. The snack bar was nice to eat at that was open in the day near one of the pools if you miss lunchtime or didn't want to go to the main restaurant. Cakes and deserts were always delicious! The staff were so hard working and friendly. The pools were good there were 3 and one with slides. There was always enough sun loungers but we were there in April so not sure how it would be in peak. The onsite shop was great. Sea views from the rooms were amazing!

The entertainment during the day was not great. There was hardly anything to do apart from go to the pool so we had to venture out to the beach and days out. There is a tiny indoor play area/room for younger children. We had a couple of days of rain when we were there and there was nothing to do unless went out or made own entertainment. There wasn't many staff in the entertainment team. The evening entertainment was Okay but became a bit repetitive mainly a kids disco or a quiz for 1 hour. The entertainment side needs more improvement. Also the entertainment in the evening was in the outside bar which had no dance floor and wasn't best placed with it being chilly at night. Investing in an indoor entertainment room with a stage and dance floor would improve rating. Or using one of the indoor rooms already available would be better. More chairs and tables need to be provided too as there were not enough for all families to sit down at night. The pools were quite cold and were like salty sea water.

Staff were friendly. Cleanliness in rooms and communal spaces was of a good standard.

Food was inedible. The layout of the restaurant doesn't work. The villas and individual pools are around the wrong way so the loungers and pool don't get sunshine at all. The loungers by the main pool are tired. The "playground" is a small, poorly lit softplay room. The location is on the outskirts of Hersonissos town and whilst it has a good link to the public bus, you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach with a long walk to the town.

Room was very basic. We had to ask for a shower curtain, mattress toppers as the beds were so hard, extension lead as there are no sockets near beds in second room and a fan as the air conditioning didn’t work very well so the second bedroom was like a sweat box. Bathroom stank constantly of drains and toilet was stained terribly. I was shocked to find the soft drinks were not proper brands such as coke or Pepsi. These tasted awful as they were cheap own brands. Only local spirits wine and beer in all inclusive. You had to pay for cocktails which were around 9 euros. Staff were really miserable and rude at bars in particular and man on reception in the evenings was so rude. Restaurant is chaos at peak times as it’s not big enough for the amount of guests staying. Food was ok and was replenished well. Pools were good with plenty of sun beds however a lot of sun beds were broken. This is a very honest review. This is definitely a 4 star hotel. It’s only got its stars for having extra facilities such as a spa, gym which you have to pay extra for. I would rate this more like 2 or 3 star max. Luckily we just used our room as a base as it was pretty awful to stay in.

They should start updating and renovating and clean up the trash around the hotel. The private pool is broken 2 day

The Concrete bridge over the Pool Collapsed, Broke in half and fell into the Pool. It is luck no one was under it. Very scared of the bridge from he mail hotel up to the rooms behind.

Nice hotel, nice location over the road from the beach. Great selection of food and plenty for vegetarians/gluten free. Thank you Maja for my gluten free bread each day. Easy walk into town. We could always find a sunbed, though many were broken. Salt water pools x 2, 1 had freshwater showers, the other had salt water showers which i found a bit odd! Aqua gym was fun, entertainment team very hard working. This is Greece, not Spain so we weren't expecting 4* external entertainment, but would have been nice to have at least had pens/paper for the quiz! It is only the animation team who provide the entertainment every day. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh toiletries provided. It's a shame the all inclusive drinks stopped at 11pm. All inclusive drinks consist of beer, wine, soft drinks and local vodka/gin. My kids asked for grenadine & lemonade (soft drink) and they were refused, saying its not covered in all inclusive!

First of all the hotel staff is really nice, polite, friendly. The manager. Mr. Gorgos is extremely nice and professional - attended us really well and gave us the best villa of the hotel after we explained to the receptionist our villa was not good. The view of the room was beautiful and our private pool was excellent.

No free wifi in the rooms - if you want wifi in the room you must pay 10€ per phone. Small dinning room, small pools, we arrived at the villa and found an empty bottle that was left by the previous guests, no refilling of shampoo and soap, the cups in the room were not washed by the cleaning staff...

I like the staff they are very friendly and the swimming pools are very nice

The hotel, in my opinion, does not deserve more than 2 stars because the facilities are so old and the room has very old furniture's the dors from plastics and aluminium the bathroom so bad 👎. The food is so bad it's garbage. Sorry for this word, but that's true, and also, if you want to use something from the hotel, they will charge you a fee like wifi in the rooms is not free the towels for swimming pool are not free. Unfortunately, the photos that i saw it in booking.com are not like reality.

The facilities are clean and well looked after. Staff are friendly and food was wonderful. The animation team were exceptional.

The location is a little out of the way. The villas are a bit tired and could do with an update.
