Le personnel pas trop souriant,bien que serviable. Horaire d'ouverture de la piscine 10h-20h ,pourrait etre ouverte plus tôt ou un peu plus tard pour une longue fin de semaine . La vaisselle pour cuisson (absence de casserole) ,Poêle très usée dans la cuisine,pour un hôtel aux suites tremblant ça fait un peu cheap.

The pool would randomly close for short periods of time with no clear explanation why. I think it was to give the lifeguard a break. The hotel should make sure the pool remains open without fail during the pool hours.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026We got upgraded to a slightly bigger room for free, with a balcony and fireplace which was nice. The small kitchenette is handy to have breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect. There is parking but the visitors parking is also free and a 6-min walk away. We didn’t have a chance to try the pool or the jacuzzi but if I had stayed another day I would have done!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Great location but very disappointing service! Just 2 minutes walk from all restaurants and the area felt very safe even for teens walking around on their own. The sauna, gym and pool were excellent. If you are looking for very quiet place this hotel may not be the best choice.
Front desk service seriously need improvement! Their service was by far the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. We stayed from Saturday to Thursday and received Zero room cleaning during our entire stay. On the third day we asked the front desk why our room had not been cleaned. We were told that housekeeping is provided every two days but that never happened. We ended up taking out our own trash and wet and dirty towels collected in the room and going to the from desk ourselves for clean towels and basic amenities such as coffee, shampoo. The front desk was also difficult to reach by phone and was not very helpful when we had questions. I asked multiple times over two days how the sauna worked but they were not able to explain it properly. I figured it out myself: the temperature is set automatically when you select the time and you need to wait a little while for it to reach the max temperature. In the pictures below you can see all the dirty and wet towels that we had to collect and keep in our hallway throughout our stay. We had to change bed sheets ourselves too! Sofa is not comfortable for sleeping as well.

Il mentionne grand lit double donc on s’attendait à des lits queen mais non ce sont juste des lit double donc quand tu es habitué à dormir dans un lit King c’est difficile. L’adresse mentionne 1000 des Voyageurs ce n’est pas bonne … nous avons dû chercher pour trouver l’hôtel et demander aux passants

Le services au chambre est absent, Le personnel manque de Le professionnalisme à l'exception de la madame qui nous a affecté la chambre. Je suis allé 5 fois à la réception pour passer l'asspirateur dans la chambre et avoir des serviettes à près 4 jours. J'ai demandé à parler à un responsable, les receptionists ont dis qu'il n'y pas de gestionnaire. Fortement déconseiller!

Room was nice and this is a great ski-in/ski-out location. I wish we were provided a room that was further away from the lobby. There were a LOT of students loitering all throughout the lobby, hallsways, and healthclub which disrupted our stay. These students had already checked out and were simply waiting for their bus...
