Great space , fairly priced and good size rooms. Lovely living area and full sized kitchen.Greatt for longer stays. Overall good but need some improvements.

Overall the incorrect information given for check out since booking portal mentioned 10am meanwhile the email from the vendor states 11am which is very frustrating to rush n get checked out first thing in the morning. The Hot tub is a hazard with a deep step not labeled with warning and a single bar to keep you from getting harmed.

Door entry system was sticky and only worked after 3 attempts which caused undue alarm

The location, the size of the unit, the AC was amazing, and the backyard was great.

Some of the cups weren't clean, and several beds kept squeeking. Also, the checkout was too early (10 AM), should be around 12 PM

Great access to the Blue Mountain Convention Center & Blue Moutain Village. Also a quick walk to the pool & hot tub spa amenities. Well stock with kitchen & bbq tools and equipment alongside a dishwasher.

Unfortunately one of the 3 barstools was missing a bolt so we have to keep it on the side on the floor out of reach for safety reasons. Also luckily for us we didn't lose our key fob for the pool but they are very small and not labelled for the rooms so there's a good chance of losing them or mixing them up with other guests at the pool.

The unit was very clean, the location was perfect, wifi was great, the local Vacasa personnel were extremely friendly and helpful ( Candice, Tracy ), they also helped a lot with special request that I had

The entry door could be tricky when entering the code , the TV was a bit cumbersome to navigate, and not a ton of viewing options. It would be helpful to know in advance if guests should bring things like foil, plastic wrap, facial tissue, etc.

The unit was spacious and in good order generally. Staff were very responsive when we had trouble with the door code. The location was perfect. The bed were comfortable and lots of room around the bed to walk around. The view was beautiful and the hot tub a delight! We will be back!!

The only thing I would suggest is that they fix the kitchen faucet (very loose) and replace the handle on the dishwasher lock as it was difficult to find without the plastic on it. Also saw a cobweb from the light fixture and a rotten lemon found behind the TV. Missed when they cleaned before we got there.

The property was exceptionally clean and the layout was wonderful. The beds are large, there was a great set of dishes and things to use and the POOL IS FANTASTIC! We really enjoyed the amenities and location to the village

A few things: 1. The beds and pillows were not so comfy! The pillows were so small for a king size bed and they offered not much support 2. There were a few basic things missing such as tin foil, plastic wrap, they forgot our detergent but did bring it the following day, toiletries only are for a single day essentially so we did find we ran out and the shampoo is terrible lol we had to buy some since it was a shampoo conditioner blend. I’d suggest if this is a vacation rental to have those dispensers in the bathrooms so they can refill it. Most people don’t travel to an air bnb style home with toiletries and tin foil 3. Coffee and tea would be ideal it was not provided. 4. The dishwasher was very finicky to open and close 5. Thankfully we got parking but when we went out for dinner and came back on Friday night there were maybe 5 cars waiting to find parking on the premises which is very hectic.

Great location, all in walking distance. Outdoor hot tub is very convenient.

Coffee machine broken, old stove and some date furniture. No dishwasher soap available. Communicating via chat that response like an AI bot.

Hot tub was nice, fireplace in the appt was cozy and location was convenient.

Cons - Water heater ran out of hot water after about 10 minutes of use, so almost everyone had to take a cold showers. Floors in the front washroom were FREEZING so everyone shared the one in the master bedroom. For the high price I feel the apartment should have exceeded expectations, even if it's a "resort" hotel apartment. Especially since check-in was at 4 pm. And checkout at 10 am. Most hotels have better check-in/out times than that. I requested an earlier check in time before the stay but heard no word back so plans were made accordingly to that. Booking and doing all the agreements would be a lot easier if they didn't push the vacasa app so aggressively. I'm not signing up for an account, downloading an app and dealing with linking everything together just for one stay. Overall it wasn't terrible, but it ABSOLUTELY wasn't worth near the price point, even being so close to the village. At $1600 for 2 nights, there should be a hot tub in the room, or a mini bar.

Annonce mensongère pour les animaux. Le site de booking indiquait clairement que nous pouvions apporter un chien de moins de 25lbs. Une fois que nous avons reçu le contrat à signer une semaine avant, nous avons constaté que nous ne pouvions pas apporter d’animaux du tout, nous avons téléphoné et expliquer la situation et aucun accommodement ne nous a été fait, nous ne pouvions même pas annuler sans frais pour pouvoir trouver un autre logement qui accepte les chiens. De plus, la première nuit, le logement en haut de nous a fait une fête jusqu’à 4h du matin il chantait même du karaoké. Nous n’avons vraiment pas bien dormi alors que l’établissement promettait des règlements pour les bruits.

Lovely property, and easy access to the village and golf course

The location was fantastic! Overall, it was a very quiet and peaceful environment to spend some quality family time.

The balcony had a gorgeous view of the pool and surroundings but unfortunately it was not swept or cleaned prior to us checking in.

This lower unit has a side, outdoor sitting that is very nice,surrounded by trees and you can see the pond and golf course off to the left.

Saw others walking their dogs down the path beside the homes, they have tons of places to walk and are also welcome in the village and outdoor restaurants.The mountain view is lovely, can be seen from everywhere.The staff from Riverview were especially friendly, prompt with responses and were over the top helpful when I was changing apartments, had been arranged previously.

Very clean and had everything that we needed fir our stay. So close to the village and view was beautiful. Close to everything we wanted to see, shopping, restaurants.

A great girls getaway...everything was great. Couldn,t find how to turn on the fireplace. The only drawback...the 4:00 check-in was ridiculous. It was off season and I believe no one was in the unit the day before.

lots of room

disappointing for a one night stay to pay extra for cleaning. arrival and entry to room took over half an hour and all done over phone. no direct person to person contact.For one night not even salt and pepper, coffee, tea, creamers. wasted a lot of our short time there.

Very clean and comfortable

Clean. Everything is ready for guests. Games, laundry, utensils and coffee machines like home.

Our condo was clean, fully equipped for 8 adults, a baby and dogs! The Keurig wasn’t working but quick service replaced it before morning coffee time with friendly door to door service! Excellent stay for our family vacay with lots of games, entertainment both on and off property.

The condo at Rivergrass was perfect for our family! It was budget friendly, convenient location and the pool was an added bonus!

The property has nice appliances but other items are in need of updates (furniture, carpeting). The property is supposedly deep cleaned but this is not the case. The thick layer of dust on the bedroom backboard, hair in the bottom kitchen cupboards, and crumbs on the floor indicate that the property has not been deep cleaned and is not properly maintained. That is unacceptable and the main reason I would likely not book again at the property.

Perfect for relaxing vacation in familly

Plus: pool, quiet, not too crouded. Minus: Older apartments, AC broke during our stay, door lock/unlock keypad was finicky, further away from the village.

Very clean property within walking distance of the village. The property showed some wear and tear with water staining and paint blistering likely from past leaks or fans not being run after showers. 10am checkout time rushes the day of checkout, would be nice if it was 11am. Otherwise it was well stocked with cleaning supplies, extra sheets and linens.

Very clean and comfortable, properly decorated. Location is great. Facilities are good and well maintained.

The electrical outlets are loose, there are only a couple that will hold plugs in place. Mattress on the main bedroom is a king size but sheets were smaller, they didn't fit and kept coming off.

This was a great place for our family with young kids. Some of the furniture was worn, but everything was clean and the pool was lovely.

We went as a family of 4, we sure had an incredible time out here lace was fantastic. Well I do it again yes in heart beat. Thx for making our stay memorable.

We booked last minute and had to wait outside in 34 degree weather talking to a telephone operator in order to get a code so we can get into the place. Once we were in it was quite nice but I wouldn’t have booked it here if I knew the process to get into the building would be such an ordeal.

Great layout and size of unit. Easy check-in & checkout. Located near Blue Mountain Village and short drive to the public beach.

We enjoyed the pool and spa , the fact that the lodging was quiet and that we had everything we needed for our family and the very good customer service when we needed it. We stayed for a week and enjoyed various daytrips from there.

Bathroom floor was covered in long dark hair & master bedroom pillow was dirty. Also not impressed that the unit had a Keurig coffee machine but even 1 coffee pod there. A hotel room would at least have coffee /coffee pods available…..why bother providing a coffee machine then even provide at least 4 pods…..very cheap. Cutlery & dishes cleanliness was also questionable. Unit above us was also very noisy stomping around. Unit is definitely not sound proof.

Extremely clean and perfect for the stay

Great location as it is an easy and short walk to the village. The unit is clean and well supplied for guests. It was nice on a hot day to have the pool so close to our unit. Shout out to our hosts who made accommodation for us to park our four motorcycles at our unit.

Ice cube trays could have been full. That's it. That is literally the only thing that wasn't right.

This was a great place to stay with family and friends! It seems a little outdated. Most of the media you could connect via wifi or Bluetooth but they still have a CD player on premises. Shower on the main room is a bit smaller. Fantastic view of the gold courses.

The area is so calm and nature friendly

Last moment they changed my room and it was first floor. I have to carry all my luggage for 5 people by stairs. we booked for 5 people but the bedroom was one bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds so it’s was a bit difficult to arrange.

Very good close to the village

Walking distance to the blue mountain slope and restaurants. The chalet was clean with hardwood floors. The bathrooms had towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Very cozy and warm considering the rainy weather in May.

Stayed there with my family of 4 and honestly it was spacious and wonderful. The house was clean and fully stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub which was clean and hot right outside our place. Walking distance to the village. They had a shuttle if you didn’t want to walk the 3-5 mins. The shuttle takes you anywhere within the blue mountains area. I was there for my daughter dance comp and we had to go to the inn which would be a 10min walk and we took the shuttle cause it was raining and it was great. I would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I loved it so much we will be bring our girls back in the summer .

We chose this location with the plan of enjoying the hot tub in the evening but the key fob did not work. We messaged them as soon as we checked in at 4 and they said they would send someone to give us a new one. We waited until the hot tub closed at 10pm but the management did not respond. We were very disappointed. We even asked to be moved and no response.

The property was clean and the surrounding area was nice. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the village (walkable distance). What ruined the whole experience for us was the lack of proper sound isolation between the floors that allowed the excessive noise from the party in the upper unit come in and not let us sleep until 4 AM. There was loud music, shouting, stomping, etc. Upon officially complaining to the administration team, they were not supportive or responsive. would not be staying at these properties again and would not recommend to others who are looking for a peaceful stay.

The place was kept super clean, comfy beds. The kitchen had all the utensils and only 650 m walk to the village.

The only thing i noticed was the old and worn out sofa set and its pillows, which seems little dirty and been there for years. But we can ignore that part, as the overall stay was amazing.
