Super 8 by Wyndham Grande Prairie

The ground access.

Wifi did not work in the corner room we were put in. The room smelt musky and like old BO. I had to spray with fabreze to tolerate the stench. No hot tub was a bummer.

Excellent location and pricing. Breakfast was excellent.

Front desk staff at check in seemed grumpy, but could have been having a bad day.

Location. price and Breakfast!

I LOVED the room and the bed was super comfortable the kitchenette even had a dishwasher and the had a bathtub . My kids loved the pool and water slide and I had impressed with the designated smoking area/barbeque area.

The location was not so convenient if your main transportation is on foot

Staff not friendly. Bathroom sink was clogged.

I love the inside pool and the location

Location is central to shopping and restaurants.

Staff was friendly and gave us a doggie bag for our pup that was staying with us.

The parking lot but that's not their fault.

Pool with slide. House keeping was good. Breakfast was decent

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. I got 2 double beds, if I wanted 2 double beds I would have booked that. When we arrived the lady at the front seemed to lie every time she opened her mouth regardless of the question. I wasn't waiting any more time with her and she mom

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, clean room. Easy access to my vehicle. Good food - I liked that there was take-out. I appreciated that instructions were provided for TV access!

People chatting outside late at night, but I guess that can happen anywhere.

Staff knowledgeable helpful caring and kind. Room clean and up to date.. good location close to all amenities. Breakfast was exceptional. Unleash area for dogs was easy to find well stocked and maintained. Lots of parking.

Sound proofing needed between rooms next door neighbor slamming doors awakened us all night long. Every shower neighbors made squeaked.. stomping feet overhead.. bathroom tap leaked..TV had to be run manually.. no hot tub..

Central location. Kids the pool and waterslide

No vending machines. Housekeeping only every second day. Bed was worn out. Property is showing its age.

Good

Nothing

The pool was great, The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfy. I love that they are using Dove products!

The juice in the machine needs more water it's still too concentrated at least for my liking.

Pool was great, huge slide for the kids Breakfast was good. In a good location

Not 100% clean Few hairs around the bathtub Rust on bathroom appliances Coffee machine not cleaned properly

The staff as the best!

Close to all facilities I wanted to visit Hot breakfast Pool Air conditioning

Saw very few staff and they don’t greet

I did not try the customer appreciation dinner either of the 2 times it was put on so I cannot attest for the food but I am very impressed that they do that for their clientele.

Noisy person above me was annoying but staff did their best to solve the issue.

Room cleanliness but hope smell in hall way improve.

Hall way smell.

床很舒服

Had free breakfast but no fruit available.

The electrical plugs were all loose. Our charger cords would not stay in. Parking area could be improved.

comfy rooms

we loved it

Quite time should be 11:00pm trying to sleeping but kids or someone jumping around above us past midnight when we had to be up early 6:00am

Clean, friendly, good breakfast.

Nothing

For two stars it felt like four stars! A lot of cute guys were there too!!!

No hot tub...but can a gurly boyy blame a hotel for that...maybe I am too specific...scorch!!!

Location

Staff, only pool, food was not fresh, manager was rude, no respect for disabled people

all good, but definately looking like its going downhill..stay there lots mostly because of location and transit to venues etc...starting to get run down..the parking lots are getting dirty, cigarette butts, garbage everywhere... Getting worried to park vehicles in rear...Just need to send a worker out for an hour each morning with a broom..especially at table in front...looks like crap!

Staff are always friendly

neighbours upstairs

I was in the middle of a group who made lots of noises at my door in the wee hours of the night. Fighting, cursing, shouting from adults then the children opened and slammed the doors for hours. Up and down the hallway. It was a trip

Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was a little over cooked.

Location great. Great clerk on front desk. It acutely has tub stopper.

Room smelt off, like someone was smoking in it previously.

It was very close to where I was working and walking distance to restaurants

You have to park in the back and walk around the building to the front or walk all the way through the building to get to the elevator

Все що необхідне для відпочинку ми мали:чиста комфортна кімната,тиша,зручне ліжко і сніданок з ранку

Сподобалось все,ніяких нарікань

Laundry facilities and well equipped kitchen in room

I didn’t dislike anything

Clean, friendly and comfortable! I felt my money was well spent there.

Breakfast. Tasteless potatoes and overcooked eggs, even though I was there at 5:30 am. I would have loved cream cheese for my bagel.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast

I liked the deposit was only 100, the swimming pool was great for the kids. Hotel room was great no problems at all. Definitely recommend!!

Loved the size of rooms and mattress was extremely comfortable!

The pool did not open early enough.

The room was clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was decent. Overall pretty decent for the price.

The parking is kinda weird, the pool was dirty and cold, and no hot tub. But overall not terrible, just not as nice as some others.

The breakfast was fine. Kind of meh (the egg omelet things had been sitting out awhile) but there was a decent selection. Bed was comfortable. Pool was great, nice waterslide. Great price.

I found one of the staff members a bit unpleasant but everyone else I interacted with was friendly. We had to ask to get the waterslide going (I don't know if that's normal? There wasn't a sign or anything so we spent a long time looking for a button). My son went to the lobby to ask a staff member and he reported that she seemed annoyed that she had to help. Also the smell was weird... Smelled like cleaning product so that's not terrible,I just really didn't like the smell of that cleaning product. The elevator smelled the strongest, strangely.

Quiet room, very comfortable beds, great shower, good breakfast, dog run beside the hotel, helpful staff

Location and pool for kids

the beds were comfortable and they accommodated us with a pull out couch which we paid for.

They never cleaned and we had to ask for clean towels. We stayed for 3 nights, so it would have been nice to have the room cleaned and the garbage taken out. We did our own cleaning. The hotel hall way had dirty linens and garbage bags were piled. The garbage bags were gone the next day. They need more staff.

The location was great, breakfast looked good, but didn't have as we couldn't due to going for surgery.

The coffee pods that were on the room, were not the best they were either old or the brand just makes Coffee that looks like weak tea. This was both the regular and the decaffeinated. Other then that everything was great.

Breakfast was not edible. Very poor quality food.

Terrible noise from road.

we always love to stay in super8, but we are disappointed that pool is not available that time,

Always a great place to stay

Location within GP was great.

Very dirty, even hallway had rice all over the floor. The bathroom had hair trimmings all over it. Dirty walls. Bathroom door doesn't latch or close.

Great location near a lot of the main stores and area.

Friendly checking in, gave us a Christmas gift

Flush handle lose and toilet seat was loose and falling off

It had big comfy rooms and was quiet.

The staff was not the nice excpesially at night seemed very judgemental.

Room was very comfortable as we upgraded to a kitchenette. It was so comfortable it felt like we were at home.

The air conditioner was too loud and the main TV the signal was very bad kept cutting in and out

Beds were Super comfortable

Good location. Close to mall.

Price was good

There new tv providers, sucked ,

Friendly staff

Elevator went wrong wouldn't stop on my floor
