Staff need to make sure that they are putting clean sheets on the beds. One bed was gross with hair and the top sheet was worn out in places.

Nothing linen was average no cups spoons no tea paper cups wrapped in plastic bags.

Nothing was disputing felt sorry for the young guy at desk .

It was in a great position within walking distance to facilities we needed. The rooms were large with good facilities and very cakes . Breakfast was an added bonus.

We were very thankful for the beautiful breakfast provided. Makes our stopover so much easier without have to look for a place to eat early in the morning. Much appreciated it.

Basic rooms, beds (king) were ok, typical continental breakfast. Parking was easy, lots of spots.

Dirty (outside) windows. One room had a giant bird crap on it and it wasn't fresh... A/C in same room not very cold, filter light was on and it was leaking on the floor. Kitchenette (2 burner stove top) were scary old (70's) i'd be afraid to turn it on

Location was okay. Was pricy but after riding a motorbike all day it suited our needs as a place to get some sleep.

Room was spacious enough for 1 person. Seemed clean. King size bed was fairly comfortable but felt "old" Breakfast was mediocre but every continental breakfast I've ever had has been mediocre. Parking was ok.

Not anything to improve on really... maintenance and upgrades... In my friends room the A/C didn't work very well (clean filter light was on) and it was leaking on the floor. They advertise kitchenettes but I'd be scared to turn that 1960ish stovetop on. Windows were pretty dirty on the outside.

The view was fantastic.

Room and bathroom wasn't very clean. The tub and sink could use a good scrub at the faucet and seam points in the shower. the ledges were full of dust. Clearly doesn't get cleaned very well.

The location was what we wanted. The room had been updated and was clean and bright. The desk clerk was helpful.

The bed was comfy.

The place was very outdated. Had to walk two flights of stairs with heavy bags no lifts. Steps were falling apart. The room had just a bench only which had a small coffee machine and paper cups to make your tea or coffee. No fridge if you wanted to put anything in and no cupboard to hang clothes. Some of the lights were no working either. It was a long way to town.

Tv didn’t work and no one could fix, rooms were tired and dirty. Socks turned black from the oily dirt in carpet.

Really was happily surprised with the proximity to the Canada games facility, the waffle maker for the breakfast, and the servicing of the rooms.

I had a pleasant stay. Even though the building is older, the room smelled fresh and clean. The bedding and towels were bright white and spotless. I also enjoyed the view of Kamloops from my second-floor room overlooking Greenstone Drive. Another highlight was the convenient location, with grocery stores such as FreshCo and Real Canadian Superstore, as well as nearby dining and coffee options like Subway, Tim Hortons and Starbucks, all within walking distance. The hotel also offers free parking, which was a great benefit, and having a gas station close by made it easy to fuel up before continuing my trip. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was a good continental. Front desk staff, a young man named Karan was very pleasant. All in all, very satisfied.

Location was great. Continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. Beds were very comfortable - not too hard not too soft.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was a good size and clean, and the breakfast room was fantastic! It offered a huge variety of options like cereal, muffins, waffles, and yogurt!

I noticed a faint smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room (maybe coming from the bathroom fan?). And the chain lock on my door was broken.

We stopped there on our way to Jasper. The breakfast was basic but enough, the view was beautiful, the room was big and there was free parking.

It feels a bit old, the bathroom needs renovation in my opinion.

Husband struggled walking up to the second level on the stairs; no lift. We slept through the continental breakfast but lovely Monika allowed us to have banana and yogurt.

we were greatly impressed with the room amenities. It would be even better if the lamps beside the bed would keep the power outlet powered when the light is off to be able to charge devices when the bedside lights are off 😀

The location was convenient for our road trip, and the room rate was affordable.

The hotel required an additional $100 security deposit at check-in, which wasn’t clearly communicated in advance. The breakfast selection was very limited, and one of the yogurts was expired. The air conditioner in the room was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably hot during the night. The room also had a noticeable cigarette smell and did not feel as clean as expected.

It’s quite conveniently located and there are some grocery stores restaurants. We seen a few minutes of driving Walmart as well. There’s free parking, which is great. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but breakfast is available.

The view from our window was beautiful! Beds fairly comfy, the room big, nice stay altogether.

not sure if there was syrup for waffels? some clearer signage would have helped.

it is summer and access to ice would have been great. also had a kitchenette without anything like a pot or kettle

Overall, this hotel offered great value for the price I paid. The room, bedding, and overall hotel premises were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Check-in was quick, smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is a two-storey building with no elevator, which may be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility limitations. The location is another plus, with Sahali Mall, several restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. I would definitely consider staying here again.

There was a small fridge, sink, and microwave in the room. The breakfast had a variety of decent items - cereal, toast, bananas, yogurt, and waffles. It was what I would expect for a basic breakfast.

We had a room on the second floor. The hallway floor was not level, and seemed like it had rises and dips along the hallway. There was an uneven step up into the room (seemed like a result of the crooked/uneven hallway floor), which we often stumbled down every time we left the room (no mobility issues, just kept catching us off guard). The beds were very hard. We had a balcony off our room, however the lights on the balcony could not be turned off, so it bled light into the room all night (curtains did not fully cover the edges of the patio doors). The sound transfer from the road was significant even with the patio door closed and curtains closed. The room was very dated. The TV was not a smart TV, and although there was cable, the package/channel selection was very limited. The bathroom door didn't latch, but the door jam was not square so that helped the door stay closed.

Value for money though the building and rooms look just a little tired. No issues...

If you are looking for a cooked breakfast none available unless you count waffles and toast as cooked. This was not an issue for us. Walk to centre of around half and hour by car, 10 minutes.

Sketchy place still hasn't returned the damage deposit taken for the room and it's been 4 days since my stay. Out of the 4 places I stayed on my trip, this was the only place that didn't return it immediately. Places like this definitely make travel that much more difficult in today's economy. There are better places to stay in Kamloops if your in town
