Espectáculos. El horario, para ser disfrutado por personas que están de vacaciones es muy limitado. A las 22:15 de la noche acababan. Imaginamos que está pensado para el público extranjero, pero incluso ellos seguro que disfrutarían si por lo menos se alargase hasta las 23 h. La variedad en las comidas y cenas era escasa. Los desayunos bien. En otras cadenas hoteleras hay una persona a la entrada de los restaurantes que te asigna mesa o te indica como funcionan las cosas, aquí es totalmente libre. Siendo un 4 estrellas es lo que esperábamos. Independientemente de esto, todo el personal de comedor era muy amable y servicial.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Everything! I really don't understand how someone can find something to complain about. From the staff to the facilities everything was great. The room was nice, quiet with a hairdryer and kettle. Food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. The self-service stations were brilliant. The staff are always helpful and smiling. Special mention goes to Monika and older gentlemen (I'm sorry don't know the name) from reception. When you have a late flight you can still enjoy the day there and on the end you can use the shower in the room just ask in reception. Fantastic!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Meals were incredible and staff were extremely helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. The room had a free safe (which gave a little trouble but was sorted by technician) and a reasonably large fridge.
Hotel was a little dated and more repairs could be carried out. Otherwise it was the perfect choice for us.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026El buffet es super completo y muy buena la comida. Además sus horarios son amplios y permiten adaptarse bien. Parking cómodo, hemos podido aparcar todos los días sin problemas. El paseo y la playa tienen salida directa desde el hotel. Personal muy amable. Variedad en cuanto a shows nocturnos, muchas opciones de actividades y animación durante el día.
Muchos reservan las hamacas desde primera hora y sin darle uso durante el día.. con el viento que hay en la isla, resulta difícil colocar sombrillas y por tanto no hay muchas zonas de sombra. Hay que apartarse y colocarse bajo las palmeras. El hotel es conocedor de este problema.

Les buffets du matin , midi et soirs sont variés il y a tout pour faire plaisir aux goûts de chacun. Vous avez en plus de ça un petit côté snaking avec un p’tit buffet tout au long de l’après midi. La piscine est super il y a plusieurs espace! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal puisqu’il est au milieu de l’île et toutes les activités à faire sont pas très loin.. vous avez des spectacles le soir !! en bref je recommande

The food was excellent every day with lots of choice for everyone . The pool areas and the location of the hotel were fantastic- straight onto the beach .
The dining area was in need of renovation ( was like being in a canteen not a restaurant) . The bar area was similar and needed updating and making more comfortable.

Es hatte zwar genug Liegestühle. Diese wurden aber schon am frühen Morgen mit Tüchern von anderen "lieben" Gästen reserviert. Oftmals sind die Gäste gar nie aufgetaucht. Dass Personal sollte solche Reservationen unterbinden.

Le personnel est accueillant, souriant, bienveillant et professionnel. L'accès à la plage direct avec en plus possibilité de belles ballades le long de la mer. Des petites boutiques sont pas loin. C'est agréable car en plus aucune voiture ne passe. Le All inclusive est vraiment top 👌 L'aéroport a côté nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine 🥰 Merci a toute l'équipe 😊

La propreté impeccable.Le personnel très sympathique.Le panorama tout simplement magnifique.A refaire absolument! Je le conseille très sincèrement .Nos yeux ne suffisent pour admirer la beauté du paysage.
Certains touristes n'ont pas la tenue requise pour se rendre au restaurant.Il néglige le personnel du restaurant. quand un touriste renverse de la nourriture,il n'est pas toujours ramassé.Je trouve fort regrettable et irrespectueux envers le personnel.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La ubicación es magnífica, junto a la playa. La comida excelente, el personal fantástico. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas con terrazas muy grandes así como los baños.
Imposible utilizar las tumbonas. Aunque hay carteles de que no se pueden reservar, los huéspedes ponen toallas desde el amanecer en ellas y permanecen así todo el día en ellas hasta bien entrada la tarde. El hotel debería velar por el cumplimiento de la norma para no perjudicar a los demás. Las piscinas p

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Location is excellent, we had a fabulous room with beach and pool view. The hotel is spotlessly clean, alot of staff who work very hard. Nathan from the entertainment team was a gem. Matagorda shopping centre 3 minutes walk from the hotel, with nice restaurants and bars if you fancy a change from the hotel. The food was good, alot of choice and the pool snack bar well stocked with nice food, burgers, hot dogs, toasted sandwiches, salads, crisps, peanuts, ice-cream and fabulous cakes.
