Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially enjoyed the massage service. It was very relaxing and helped me feel refreshed after a busy day. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for their kind assistance with preparing and issuing the invoice. They were very patient and efficient, which made everything much easier for me. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I really appreciate the great service and would be happy to stay here again.

التلفزيونات مو سمارت بعض الغرف سمارت حاولت يعطوني غرفة ولم يستجيب لي لان التلفزيون كله المحطات بالأندونيسي وفي واضحة مشوشه

النظافة سيئة واللحف والشراشف والمخدات قديمة جداً لاتليق بمستوى فندق مثل نوفوتيل ولا تليق فندق نجمة واحدة

Nice place , delicious breakfast but the mall near by it is closed

The rate is little high You will feel it

Location was good. With many food choices and a mall right beside the hotel.

NIL. Everything was good. Just the floor I requested didn’t come with a smoking room so that isnt a bug deal. Tho hopefully they can update their TV so Netflix, Youtube and mirrorcast are able to be used in the future

Spaces rooms, plenty facilities like as pool and gym and good breakfast.

The lobby room isn’t tidy enough. Pillows wasn’t comfortable for sleep, too soft and lost the firms. And the bed moving all the time.

Overall was very good. Thank you in for your hospitality

الفندق نظيييف وموقعه ممتاز قريب من مول مانغا سكوير والسوبر ماركت الفا واندو والمطاعم الريوق ممتاز ومتنوع وطاقم العمل فيه محترمين جداً وخدومين طلبنا الشيك اوت متاخر شوي عشان رحلتنا متاخره وما قصرو ابد م ازعجونا ع وقت الخروج

Dat we voor dit hotel geboekt hadden voor acht mensen en bij aankomst komen we te weten dat er geen plaats meer was door omstandigheden ( een bijeenkomst of meeting van Politiediensten hadden vermoedelijk voorrang ) Met als resultaat we werden overgeplaatst naar een ander hotel voor twee kamers één familie kamer voor 4 een 1 persoons Maar bij Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran was de familie kamer maar voorzien voor 2 personen er werden ons twee ander kamers getoond maar met het zelfde probleem vervolgens hebben Novotel aangesproken voor het probleem vervolgens werd er door Mercure hotel een tweede kamer aangeboden maar die wilden we wel betalen maar niet aan de prijs van Mercure hotel maar aan de prijs van Novotel daar hebben dan na 3 uur later dan toch mee ingestemd We hadden geluk dat we toegekomen zijn in Jakarta overdag had dat bij avond geweest was het een ganse ramp Vermoedelijk geeft Novotel gedacht te doen zoals met Aziaten twee kunnen op bed slapen en de rest op de grond wat niet ongebruikelijk is voor Aziaten

طلبت اطلاله و اكدت على الموظف و اعطاني اطلاله سيئه جداً ، بالاضافه الى انه يجب ان يكون هناك تنوع في الاكل

Novotel Mangga Dua is a very comfortable hotel for me and my family. The location is strategic and convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family stay. The service was outstanding and truly deserves appreciation. As an Accor member, I was very pleased with the benefits provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Iin from the Front Office for going above and beyond to fulfill all of my requests. Your kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again.

الافطار يحتاج زيادة بعض الاجبان والزيتون

The food variety and kids friendly corner at 5th floor. The staff also exceptionally nice.

Condition of parking isnt that great for local who brings their vehicles.

Room was dirty with dirty bed sheet , pillow cases , comforter sheet. Especially with all the towels were dirty and rashes after using . Bed bugs !!!!! Air conditioning unable to control temperature. Always at 19 Degrees Celsius

The room is spacious and clean, the pool is large there is also a fish pool that is interesting for children, It's a nice breakfast. It's a lot of bread. It's a good meal, good location also, thank you mba Iin

In town center

Lobby a bit dull. Had checkin online but no welcoming drink. Girl in charge at the counter on 6 July during breakfast is not welcoming. TV in the room is outdated. Prefer smart tv with youtube and netflix. Overall is a great stay due to location.

لا يوجد اطلاله مكتوم رغم اني اخترت افضل ماعندهم جناح مكتوب بالبناية الملتصقه به مباشره يصلح للنوم فقط واللي يحتاج شي من الاسواق يومين وارحل الاسياب طويله كنك في سفر اللي يحجز يطلب قريب من المصعد

I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was convenient.

The only issue I encountered was that the chiller fridge was not cold enough.

I have to thank the staff and engineers and in particular Dian. I was not happy with my TV and it was changed old for new quicker than I went to the cafe for a capacino

Staff was friendly and approachable

We didn't like the mattresses makes our body aches, pillows were too thin, old bath towels (smells that we had to request for a change).

Reception staff behavior is great

الرائحة في مفارش النوم جداااااً لا تطاق سيئة والموقع مزعج واثاث قديم بالكامل يحتاج الى الترميم بالكامل مع تغيير المفارش .
