The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and varied, and the hotel staff was professional, friendly, and always happy to help. The yet still conveniently close to the old town city.

Unfortunately, there were also a few aspects of our stay that could be improved. The room was quite small for a family of two adults and two children, and the bathroom and shower were especially cramped and uncomfortable. The water pressure was also very low, which made showering difficult. The furniture in the room felt rather old and was not particularly comfortable. The air conditioning also struggled to work properly, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the sleeping experience. During the night, we had a very unpleasant feeling in the beds, as if something was constantly biting or irritating our skin, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. We hope the hotel will take these points into consideration, as with some improvements to the rooms and sleeping conditions, the overall experience could be significantly better.

Sehr freundliches Personal Wir hatten eine Reifenpanne und der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat uns sofort einen Platz in der Tiefgarage angeboten und uns mit Kaffee versorgt und sich persönlich nach seiner Schicht um die Reparatur gekümmert!!! Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!!!

Na pokoji chyběla klimatizace, ale bylo to OK.

A száloda épülete szép, kultúrát. A személyzet nagyon segítőkészek, mindenben ha kellett, akkor, segítettek! A reggeli valami fantasztikus volt. Nagyon változatos, friss és rendkívül bőséges!

A szálloda kicsit messze van a tótól, illetve a belváros is, ha valaki nem rutinos túrázó, akkor autóval, busszal érdemes indulni! Azt sajnálattal tapasztaltam, hogy kevés parkolóhely van a szállodának, az utcában lehet parkolni, de ott is elég kevés hely található!

Lovely stay in Hotel Vittoria. Ideal location, nice walk into sirmione old town. The man (unfortunately didn't get his name) on reception was very polite, and helpful, and showed an interest in what I was doing. It was much appreciated as a solo traveller. Will return if I'm in the area again.

הצוות היה היה מקסים , מסביר פנים ואדיב. נתנו הרגשה טובה ממש.. החדר היה נקי והמיקום היה יחסית מרכזי (5 דקות נסיעה מהעיר העתיקה).

החדר לא ממש תאם את התמונות , בפועל היה ישן יותר . המיטה לא הייתה נוחה (המזרון שקע) מאחר והייתי רק לילה אחד , זה לא היה לי קריטי כל כך,, אבל אם הייתי צריכה להעביר שם כמה לילות הייתי מתבאסת. ממליצה לוודא שהחדר שמקבלים הוא בדיוק כמו בתמונה

Clean and spacious room, good shower and comfortable bed. Small fridge in the room, wifi and aircon worked well. The staff was friendly, check-in easy. Buffet-style breakfast was copious and very good. The location was handy for transport and there were good supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

That we only stayed one night! ;)

Struttura ben tenuta e organizzata, buona la posizione con a disposizione servizi navetta per il centro, piscina e garage ben protetto per noi che siamo arrivati anche in moto. La camera era spaziosa,pulita e ben ventilata con bagno altrettanto grande con cabina doccia veramente comoda. Il titolare la mattina ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre richieste per la colazione dolce e salata, con abbondante scelta. Consigliatissimo per i prezzi richiesti a dir poco vantaggiosi!

Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an sehr wohl und vor allem herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel ist zwar eher einfach gehalten und sicher kein Luxus-Hotel, aber genau das wird durch das unglaublich nette und aufmerksame Personal mehr als wettgemacht. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Hundefreundlichkeit. Unser Hund durfte wirklich überall mit dabei sein und war ganz selbstverständlich willkommen – so etwas erlebt man leider nicht überall. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt ganz entspannt genießen, ohne ständig überlegen zu müssen, wo unser Vierbeiner bleiben kann. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir etwas brauchen. Auch bei Fragen war jederzeit jemand ansprechbar, und wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Gastfreundschaft noch von Herzen kommt. Wir haben uns nicht wie „irgendwelche Hotelgäste“ gefühlt, sondern wirklich persönlich und herzlich betreut. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern eine unkomplizierte Unterkunft mit ganz viel Herzlichkeit, tollem Service und echter Hundefreundlichkeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Avisamos no início do check in que o frigobar estava quebrado e a recepção nos orientou que não teria como concertar até que o final da estadia achei um absurdo pois pagamos o valor completo ,mesmo tendo nos oferecido utilizar a da geladeira do bar mas tínhamos que estar descendo do quarto para pegar água e etc se precisasse.por isto a minha avaliação à recepção relatou que o outro hóspede não avisou que a mesma estáva com defeito no check out mas é obrigação da escalação entregar em ordem para o próximo check in .

Die Lage war von Vorteil. Die Altstadt war knapp 4km oder 40min zu Fuß entfernt. Nähe gab es genügend Restaurants.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und sehr Hellhörig. Ausstattung war renovierungsbedürftig. Straßenlärm war morgens nervig. Natürlich welche Seite des Hotels. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, werden aber als Dauerparkplatz von manchen Gästen verwendet. Es gibt aber einpaar Gehminuten öffentliche. Pool war ausreichend.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gepflegt und außergewöhnlich sauber.

Très bon hôtel situé à 2.5kms du centre historique de Sirmione.La piscine est bien entretenue et appréciable par fortes chaleurs. Le personnel est agréable et de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et varié. Les chambres sont propres et climatisées.

L'insonorisation des chambres n'est peut être pas optimale.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Rad waren es ca. 10 Min. Abis zu Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Hotel i jego otoczenie zdecydowanie lepiej prezentuje się na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości. Pokój na jedną noc ok, nie na dłużej. Wszędzie daleko! Nad brzeg jeziora ok. 1 km, do starego miasta prawie 4 km. Natomiast personel na 5+! Szczególnie Pani z recepcji, która wszystko klarownie objaśniła, a poza tym poleciła restauracje z wyśmienitym jedzeniem-dziękujemy:)

Lokalizacja, ciasna łazienka, ciemny pokój (może tylkon my tak źle trafiliśmy) na parterze, pod którego oknami wszyscy przechodzili z basenu.

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise vollkommen ausreichend. Unser Zimmer war wirklich SEHR alt. Es war sauber. Durften in der Tiefgarage parken! Achtung sehr eng! Das Personal (Rezeption und Frühstück) mega freundlich. Die Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Für jeden was dabei. Sind satt geworden.

Ich war eine Woche mit Sohn und Hund im Hotel.Das Personal warmer sehr nett hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Auch unser Hund war sehr gern gesehen. Der Weg zum Strand betrug ca 15 Minuten, aber wenn man keinen Strandtag wollte ,konnte man sich am Pool aufhalten. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, so konnte man viel zu Fuß erreichen..Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnuswar super,Zimmer sauber ,Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, was mich aber nicht störte....

Lage und Frühstück sind gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Das Haus ist insgesamt schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Für die Durchreise für eine Nacht war es aber in Ordnung.

Wir haben auf dem Weg nach Rom eine Nacht im Hotel Vittoria verbracht und den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen: der Pool, das Frühstück und die Lage haben uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne länger geblieben wären. Am besten war aber das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Wir hatten einen mega tollen Urlaub im Hotel Vittoria. Schönes kleines,sehr sauberes Hotel, perfekte Lage mit Busanbindung für die Altstadt oder für Ausflüge in andere Städte. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Der Pool perfekt. Das Frühstück ist klasse und die Mitarbeiter überragend. Sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung grandios. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Bilderna är verkligen förskönade !! Så fint är det inte som det visar , (fler som skrivit samma såg jag nu efteråt) , slitet hotell o poolområde , men vi badade iaf . Fanns rätt mycket på detta hotellet som var mycket sämre standard än som det ser ut på bilderna !! ( Men som sagt, trevlig personal blev deras räddning ..)

Soggiorno eccellente e accoglienza deliziosa! ​ Soggiorno fantastico! Prima dell'arrivo ho inviato un'email chiedendo una pulizia particolare per via della sensibilità alla polvere che abbiamo io e mio figlio. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una camera impeccabile e super pulita in ogni dettaglio, dalle tende ai letti. ​Il personale è eccezionale: il signor Vittorio e la signora Valeria sono persone squisite, simpaticissime e incredibilmente disponibili. Ci hanno fornito preziose informazioni e ci hanno aiutato per ogni esigenza, compresa la gestione del parcheggio. Colazione eccellente e varia. ​Se dovessimo tornare a Sirmione, torneremo sicuramente a trovarli. Un'esperienza bellissima che porteremo nel cuore!

Warto było dokupić miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Super basen, pyszne śniadanie, blisko nad Gardę i do pysznych pizzerii, nic więcej nie trzeba :) Przyjazne pieskom.

Le Personnel, la jeune fille de l'accueil n'a pas précisé le problême de chambre heureusement que j'ai osé lui dire que ça ne correspondait pas a mon sens a une prestation "supérieure". Elle a essayé de voir avec son patron absent par tel mais sans pouvoir y faire grand chose.

L'hotel était en surbooking nous avons eu une chambre rez de chaussée, avec littéralement la douche de piscine collée a notre fenêtre donc tout le monde voyait dans notre chambre depuis la piscine et nous avions vue sur les gens qui se douchaient.. nous devions avoir une chambre supérieur avec blacon nous avons eu une cave car obligé de fermer les stores...la piscine est petite et pas sure de la propreté...Le patron a fait une mini réduc de 20 euros qui a mon sens ne vaut pas le désagrément

L'emplacement électrique del'hôtel, très pratique pour aller à pieds à la plage et aux restaurants ainsi que visiter la presqu'île. La piscine est un plus par rapport a la chaleur. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathiques.

Le bruit dans les couloirs et par le personnel de cuisine lors de la préparation du petit déjeuner. Nous étions au rdc. La clim est un.plus mais elle est mal positionnée et envoie l'air fais sur le visage.

A 4 fős szoba 4 férfiembernek nagyon kicsi. Szekrény vagy polc a pakoláshoz nem igazán állt rendelkezésre.

Albergo impeccabile sotto ogni punto.di vista nella parte iniziale di Simrione ma comunque molto elegante e piena di servizi. Accoglienza al check in da una ragazza garbata e professional, competente e sempre disponibile. Camera per quattro persone comoda. Piscina.aperta fino alle 21:30. Colazione di alto livello con ottimi prodotti sia dolci che salati. Area esterna tranquilla e piena di locali in un quartiere etremamente pulito. Ottima base per spostarsi sul Lago di Garda. Grazie Vittorio per l'accoglienza e la professionalità: non è da tutti vedere un imprenditore dare mano alla sala e organizzare i tavoli, vedere il buffet, parlare con gli Ospiti senza dimostrare fatica o perdere pazienza. Les 2 personnes à l'accueil étaient juste géniales.. Un monsieur tout d'abord qui nous a aidé pour placer notre remorque dans le parking en dessous de l'hôtel, il nous a également aidé avec un plan de Sirmione pour nos différents déplacements. Il manquait 1 couverture dans notre chambre, la dame de l'accueil est venu nous amener une neuve... un accueil parfait. Et un hotel très kids et dogs friendly. Je recommande et surtout si je revoens à Sirmione, je réserve là à nouveau.

Sehr freundliches Personal Toller Pool Man konnte den sogar bis21 Uhr nutzen nette Terrasse neben dem Pool man konnte dort auch eigene Snacks und Getränke verzehren. Super preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Weinig parkeergelegenheid

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Betten waren nicht zu weich und die Matratzen neuwertig. Wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage hat es auch geschafft, das Zimmer gut herunterzukühlen. Alle Angestellten waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren 2 Stunden vor dem Check-In dort und wurden schon ins Zimmer gelassen. Beim Frühstück war für alle was dabei, der Kaffee war lecker und der Service gut. Es gibt Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage und auf der Rampe dazu. Außerdem auch kostenfreie Hotelparkscheine für die städtischen Parkplätze an der ruhigen Straße vor dem Haus. Im letzten Jahr waren wir fürs doppelte Budget in einem 4-Sterne Haus 200m Luftlinie entfernt. Das Hotel war vom Zimmer vergleichbar. Wenn man auf einen Bademantel und ein Fahrradverleih verzichten kann, ist man im Hotel Vittoria gut aufgehoben. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Alles gut für den Preis und die Lage. 2 oder 3 zusätzliche Sonnenschirme am Pool wären super, aber haben trotzdem immer noch einen einen Platz im Schatten gefunden.

Ci è piaciuto da subito il ragazzo alla reception, cordiale, simpatico preparato ma soprattutto gentile , ci ha spiegato ogni posto dove andare a visitare. (Anche la ragazza molto simpatica e disponibile) l'ambiente ottimo in tutto. Ci ritorneremo presto.

Niente non ci è piaciuto , anzi sarei ingrata a dire qualcosa di negativo.

The hotel has a lift and also an underground garage and storage for bikes The staff are helpful and friendly. They gave great suggestions for visits to local towns and villages to sample pasta dishes. They organised my bike rental ( drop off and collection from the hotel- super easy!) The location is great, near lots of great local restaurants, the supermarket and the bus routes to the old town and also Peschiera.

Bardzo miła obsługa, zawsze chętna do pomocy i odpowiedzi na pytania. Bezpłatny parking przy hotelu. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego a także kilka minut spacerkiem od samego jeziora Garda. Basen czysty, mogłaby być zimniejsza woda 😉 Czystość w pokoju idealna, klimatyzacja sprawna a śniadanie bardzo dobre, brakowało nam jedynie świeżych owoców.

Posizione eccellente a due passi da locali, ristoranti, supermercato e negozi. Nonostante la mancanza di parcheggio privato, in pieno agosto non abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare parcheggio e la struttura fornisce pass per sosta permanente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Dejligt lille hotel, med meget venligt og smilende personale, ikke sidste gange vi bor der. Og morgenmaden er forrygende.

Das enorm freundliche Personal - immer ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Ebenso das kostenfrei Parken in der Tiefgarage - optimal. Zentrale Lage - trotzdem ruhig - zwei Lidos am See sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well located. The breakfast is good.

The room, the bathroom and the pool need a refresh. The room for 4 people was very small and due to the hot temperatures we were not able to sleep because we had to chose between the noisy air conditioning just above our heads or opening the window and get the noise of the street.
