Best Western Hotel Arya

I liked the free parking and paid breakfast. It was close to restuarants. The rooms were modern and nice

The pool was freezing and hard to get in

The staff was amazing, everything we need got taken care of quickly and proffesionaly. The room was spacious and very nicely aquiped with everything we needed, small mini fridge, cattle and a hair dryer. The rooms and lobby were spotless and moddeld woth good taste. The breakfast was immaculate, there was plenty of food and different drinks and everything wad delicious. The location is great as it is close to everything.

Honestly nothing. I cant find anything bad to say

Neue Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer.

Very nice property Very clean and equipped

The room we’ve stayed had stairs so check before if you have big and heavy begs

Sehr nettes Hotel in guter Lage

Frühstück- Auswahl eher klein. Rührei- eigenartige Konsistenz- Ei aus Verpackung ? Sonst ganz ok

Boutique type hotel. Quiet, easy to get a sun lounger. Very close to bars and restaurants and a bus stop for easy and convenient travel to the old town or outside of Sirmione. Exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee, water and cake available complimentary all afternoon

The guy at the reception was fantastic, he did a great job

Everything was great, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with such a great variety of options to choose from. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made our stay even more special.

nothing to complain. will come back next year.

Lokalizacja, dość daleko do centrum. Nieprzyjemny zapach w recepcji. Śniadania, za duzo produktów na słodko. Niesterowalna klimatyzacja w apartamencie.

Naše ubytování mělo i kuchyňku, pračku (včetně pracího gelu) a velkou terasu. Bazén hezký, místo na lehátkách vždy bylo. Poloha fajn, kousek COOP a zastávka, odkud jel autobus do historického centra.

Camera molto pulita. All'accoglienza sono stati molto gentili. Comodo il parcheggio dell'Hotel.

Camere pulite , accoglienza super tutto perfetto.Complimenti al personale super gentile

Everything was good, clean quiet and good position. The hotel got an amazing pool as well.

The staff doesn't speak English very well. They has a lot to improve.

Zwembad - alles ging heel vlot - fijn ontbijt

Moderne Zimmer, Pool, Self Service Theke

would like to express my serious disappointment with our stay from August 6–8. We experienced several problems: a strong unpleasant smell in the reception area, rooms located in two separate areas despite explaining that we were traveling with a child with Down syndrome, ants in the room that returned the next day, and most importantly, a faulty air conditioner in Room 15. We specifically booked rooms with air conditioning, but the AC did not cool the room even after technicians came to fix it. As a result, our children could not sleep properly, and eventually six people had to sleep in one room. We repeatedly reported these issues, but unfortunately, no proper solution was provided. Considering the poor service and the conditions we experienced, we are requesting a full refund for our stay. Before posting negative reviews on Booking, Google, TripAdvisor and other platforms, I would prefer to give you the opportunity to resolve this matter fairly. I look forward to your response. Kind regards,

The family room we had was very spacious… the pool is very small but giving a boutique hotel vibe. Just wished they rework the flooring around the pool as it’s dangerous especially for kids - very slippery. The distance to the lake is great, also to vineyards, and restaurants.

The pool flooring area needs to be replaced as it’s very slippery. Quite dangerous. I think the hotel is fairly new? The smell of fresh construction site is what greats you at the entrance and at the breakfast restaurant.

La ubicación, el personal muy atento

Escalas

This is a fantastic hotel. Everything is new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff are among the friendliest and most helpful people we have ever met. Whenever we had a problem, they handled it quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food. The pool area is also very cozy and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!

Personalet

Personeel, en het zwembad is heerlijk. Fijn ontbijt en mooie grote kamer en badkamer!

Niks

Nada a apontar.

Copilot said: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. As a wonderful surprise, we received a complimentary room upgrade and ended up in a spacious room with a jacuzzi. After a long journey by ferry and car, this was exactly what we needed and made our arrival extra special. The room was spotless, very modern, and beautifully designed. The hotel itself felt fresh and well maintained, and there was plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and something for every taste. It was one of the highlights of our stay.

The only drawback was the air conditioning system, which we were unable to turn off. This made the room a bit less comfortable at times.

Hotellet hadde hyggelig personale og bra beliggenhet. God parkering for stor bil 😊

What a gem we stumbled across, very nice comfortable rooms , great breakfast, good safe parking , very quiet and lovely staff, especially the young lad on the desk when we arrived . This hotel was really good value.

Not a dislike for us as we love a good walk but for some it may be a bit far to the old town,on the plus side it was really quiet.

Our room was cute, had good size and was very clean! It was modern the size of the bed is also comfortable. The location is so good there are a lot of cute bakeries, markets etc. close to the hotel and the area is quiet.

The air conditioning was hard to manage and we could not turn it off. We could hear the noises from the hall, kitchen and from the neighbors too much.

Voto assolutamente positivo! Torneremo!

Breakfast was fine, it was continental.

Recomendo o Hotel.

Staff and room

Ac dosnt cool needed fans which were provided

We loved our room! It was modern, clean and comfortable, with an AC and a small fridge. The staff, Michael in particular, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel very special! In all our numerous travels, we have never been welcomed with so much passion and care. Thank you!

Struttura molto accogliente, personale cordiale e disponibile

Prezzo eccessivo per notte

Bardzo sympatyczny hotelik

Breakfast was great - our room had a washing machine that was very useful after two weeks of traveling - overall GREAT GREAT PLACE.

ALL WAS GOOD

Pulizia e accoglienza

Nulla

Sehr modernes Bad. Sehr nettes Personal. Genügend Parkplätze. Gutes Frühstück.

Außenoptik der Anlage schreckt etwas ab. Pool Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht. Ameisen im Badezimmer.(Terrasse direkt neben an)
