Es war alles perfekt.Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Gastgeberpaar ist wunderbar und immer da wenn man einen Tipp braucht.

Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the entire B&B, including our room. The room was very well equipped with a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and even two hairdryers. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was also very clean, with comfortable sun loungers and pool towels provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing—we highly recommend eating there instead of looking elsewhere. We were extremely happy with our stay and would gladly return!

Nagyon szép szállás, az alkalmazottak nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek. Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, kocsival, busszalmegközelíthető. Gyöngyörű kilátás a hatalmas teraszról. A medence fantasztikus.

Palo, the owner of this property is extremely friendly and helpful. He and his wife make sure that our one night stay comfortable and pleasant. The property is located outside the popular touristy places.

A minor request is to have tea bags provided and the toilet preferably comes with hanger.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo B&B e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. La camera era accogliente, confortevole, pulita e ben curata, con un bagno spazioso e molto comodo. Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla colazione, di ottima qualità e servita direttamente al tavolo: un dettaglio che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato e che ha reso il risveglio ancora più piacevole. Molto bella anche la piscina, un vero valore aggiunto che permette di concedersi un momento di relax in un ambiente piacevole. La struttura si trova leggermente fuori Sirmione, ma proprio questa posizione rappresenta un grande punto di forza: è in un punto strategico per muoversi facilmente, rimanendo però lontani dalla confusione del centro. Inoltre, la presenza del parcheggio privato della struttura è davvero molto comoda e rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico e senza pensieri. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più speciale è stata l’accoglienza: personale davvero gentile, disponibile e premuroso, sempre con il sorriso. Torneremo volentieri!

peccato per il poco tempo disponibile, ma mi sono trovata benissimo, staff gentilissimo, struttura fatta molto bene.. parecchi servizi che non mi aspettavo, molte belle le camere, terrazzo con vista, la piscina un plus che non pensavo di trovare, colazione abbondante e buona, prezzo equilibrato, come posizione non male vicina a vari ristoranti ecc, ci tornerei volentieri, (magari cambiando camera) mi ha lasciato un posto nel cuore

La ubicacion es un poco alejada del centro historico

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal bzw. der Besitzer. Zimmer sehr modern. Bad neu und toll ausgestattet. Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl (Obstsalat, Wurst, Croissant, Rührei, Speigelei,...) und war teilweise frisch zubereitet, da kein Buffet sondern im angeschlossenen Restaurant gefrühstückt wurde. Kaffee so viel man will :) Obwohl fast an der Hauptverkehrsstraße merkt man nicht viel. Und toller Pool inkl. Badetücher von der Rezeption. Zwar etwas vom Zentrum entfernt würde ich aber wieder buchen.

La stanza era ampia, ben arredata e confortevole. Anche se la struttura si trova a Colombare, a 3 km dal centro storico di Sirmione, la stessa è vicina alle piste ciclabili che collegano il lungo lago, sia verso Peschiera, sia verso Desenzano.

Szinte minden. Csodálatos két napot töltöttünk itt két tacskó kutyánkkal( Lui, Mona) Paulo fényt visz a hotel és az étterem életébe. Az étterem kiváló minőségi alapanyagokat használ, még az olivaolaj és a lekvárok is szuper minőségűek. A szobába kávé, víz bekészítve.

Der Hotelbesitzer ist einer der besten und freundlichsten Gastgeber die wir bisher hatten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Abendessen wirklich sehr gut. Der Pool und Liegeplätze sauber und was uns am besten gefallen hat, ist das man rund um die Uhr ein und ausgehen kann wie man möchte. Rundum, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder! 😃

Lokacija je na super poziciji. Blizu samog centra Sirmionea, cca 8 minuta hoda. Mirno je i tiho. Svakodnevno čišćenje soba. Krevet je udoban. Ima mali frižider te svaki dan dobijete uz čišćenje sobe 2 bočice vode (iako je voda iz slavine pitka). Soba je prostrana. Ima aparat za kavu. U kupaoni imate šampon i gel za tuširanje, fen za kosu. Također ima i sef. Bazen je čist, zaklonjen od strane ceste, ima suncobrane i dovoljno ležaljki. Dobijete i ručnike za bazen. Doručak je solidan, u istom restoranu možete ručati i večerati uz 20% popusta kao gost hotela. Vlasnik Paulo je izuzetno susretljiv te je na raspolaganju za bilo kakvu pomoć ili savjet. Hotel ima svoj parking.

Przemiła obsługa. Wszystko "idealne" ... żal że spędzaliśmy tu tylko 1 noc. Super lokalizacja do zwiedzenia okolic jeziora Garda. Rewelacyjne śniadanie, komfort i ogólnie Wszystko REWELACJA ! Chciałbym tu kiedyś wrócić :)

Super Hotel mit extrem freundlichem Personal (ganz besonders Pauolo). Leider hatte unsere Zimmerkategorie keinen Balkon und war in einem extra Haus, aber es war trotzdem sehr sauber und hatte viel Ausstattung. Lage ganz gut am Kreisel in Colombare.

10/10 — Couldn’t Recommend It enough We honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. Paulo goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay possible and really makes you feel at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made our stay so much more special. The pool and rooftop was 10/10 The restaurant at the hotel was also a massive highlight. The food was genuinely the best we had during our whole time in Italy — everything we tried was so good, Breakfast lunch and dinner. Overall, we had such an amazing stay and couldn’t fault it. Great hotel, amazing food and even better hospitality. If you’re thinking about staying here, definitely do it. We’d 100% come back!

A high-standard hotel with parking available. The owners are very friendly and communicative. The rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast service is excellent. The availability of the pool after 9:00 PM is a big plus. Centrally located, it serves as a great base for visiting the beach in Sirmione and the town center. We recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, das Frühstück aber hervorragend und das Personal (Paolo!) ausnehmend zuvorkommend. Die Parksituation ist durch reichlich Raum zwar entspannt, es gibt aber keine Überdachung...... Die Klimatisierung war auch in der Augusthitze ohne Beanstandung. Die Poolanlage ist räumlich auch etwas bergrenzt, aber nett gemacht und bietet einen netten Aufenthalt für einige Gäste.

Die Außenplätze des Restaurants sind durch die Lage an einem verkehrsreichen Kreisel leider etwas laut.....

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was also fantastic — perfect for cooling off and relaxing on a hot day. We had to leave early in the morning, and the staff kindly prepared breakfast for us and left it in the fridge. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture and it made our stay even better. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Chef des Hauses, der mit seiner herzlichen, freundlichen und persönlichen Art für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre sorgt. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Auch das gesamte Personal verdient ein großes Lob. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und stets zuvorkommend. Der Service war einfach hervorragend und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Hotelrestaurant. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Jedes Gericht war ein Genuss und auch der Service im Restaurant war perfekt. Man fühlt sich hier nicht einfach nur als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen und herzlich aufgenommen. Genau diese persönliche Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt so besonders. Vielen Dank an den Chef und das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super vriendelijke gastheer. Accommodatie is modern en alles wat je nodig hebt, het zwemband was pure relaxatie. Het ontbijt werd aan tafel gebracht en was super lekker. Dicht bij het stadje maar toch nog uit de drukte.

Vorig jaar zijn we er ook geweest, en soms heb je wel dat een 2e jaar minder was dan de 1e keer. Maar alles is er nog steeds heel erg goed, en het is ons weer enorm bevallen! Het voelt ook echt dat we thuis komen bij verre familie.

Dat hun service zo goed is, dat het vaak tegenvalt als je dan ergens anders heen gaat.

O quarto muito bom, bem decorado, precisa de uma pintura, mas em geral muito bom. Como ficamos em 3 pessoas, achei o tamanho pequeno, mas muito confortável, camas boas, banheiro limpo e moderno. Café da manha excelente, pessoal simpático e disponível. Gostamos bastante.

O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, mas ficamos muito satisfeitos mesmo assim.

Wow! what a hotel. The sort of place you want to keep quiet its so good!! Room was excellent, great aircon, very friendly staff. I booked for secure Motorbike parking and it as as described with locked underground garage! Added bonus the hotel was fantastic, it also had a brilliant restaurant with the best breakfast and evening meals of the whole trip. The rooms were amazing, so glad I picked two night here. The hotel is at the base of an amazing peninsular with castles, restaurants, boats trips, beaches and was perfect. (Tip - Don't rely on Italian buses!) Highly recommended hotel.

Rooms are a bit compact, especially for longer stays. * Soundproofing could be improved, as some noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.

A very friendly host who gave us a really warm welcome. The hotel also has a restaurant and a pool, though we didn't get the chance to use them. Judging by how busy the restaurant was, the food seemed to be really good! Breakfast was basic, which is pretty typical for Italy, but it was served with a wonderful and friendly smile.

Great place to stay! This family-run hotel has incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. Paolo was especially sweet and polite, and his kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a wonderful way to start the day. They also have an on-site restaurant that's definitely worth trying. I would happily stay here again.

Personalen var väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående! Väldigt fräscht och god frukost. 1km till närmaste strand och man kunde enkelt ta sig runt med buss. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell!

Мы отдыхали здесь двумя семьями с маленькими детьми, и с самого приезда до отъезда всё было просто замечательно! Персонал невероятно добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный. Номера просторные, очень чистые, современные и со свежим ремонтом. Завтрак был очень вкусным и разнообразным. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает бассейн, в котором мы провели очень много времени и получили огромное удовольствие! Полотенца, лежаки и горячая вода в душе - есть всё для комфортного отдыха. В отеле царит очень приятная, спокойная и уютная атмосфера, благодаря которой действительно чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Это именно то место, куда хочется возвращаться снова 😊 Спасибо всей команде за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и обязательно вернёмся сами.

L’hôtel était beau esthétiquement et le personnel accueillant. La piscine est un plus malgré qu’elle soit assez petite .

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas un buffet , j’ai été déçue par cela. Il y a avait un gros trou dans le mur derrière la porte de notre chambre, ça ne faisait pas tres clean . Et le soir j’ai trouvé l’hôtel bruyant , l’isolation n’est pas optimale, on entendait les bruits du restaurant en dessous alors qu’on était au premier étage.
