The restaurants weren’t great

just what we needed from an airport hotel - able to get a very early flight. Good that we could leave luggage with them for the day before our stay

A great location , the nice welcome on arrival , a comfy bed in a spacious room , a good shower. We had a meal in the restaurant - cod and chips and a chicken curry - both very nice. Also had a couple of drinks.

The restaurant prices are a bit high , I think.

The lack of good internet in our room/wing. Although the staff reception did not admit it but there is a problem with the free internet in the “glass” cube. They had to log us on using a staff password. So if stopping there on a work trip & need to the internet be aware.

Overpriced especially food and wine, service in restaurant ridiculous waiting time, interior decor is drab and old fashioned, bedding too short for length of bed. Not sure Sky TV was available.

Ease of getting in and out for an early flight. More of A traditional type business hotel than the modern box based accommodation. Room size excellent, some of the rooms are a considerable walk from the main elevator. Clean and comfortable bed, no noise so was well rested for the next park of my journey.

Location, comfort, ease of check in and check out. Bed very comfortable, pillows very good.

Only niggle if I had to make one is that I was up at 4am, tea and coffee facilities were in the room which was a god send on arriving late and leaving early, niggle would be that I would have liked some biscuits. Not a deal breaker but would have been a nice touch.

We didn’t have breakfast as departure was 6.00am

The location was fabulous along with the facilities.

The water was off in the morning so I couldn’t have a shower and had to brush my teeth in bottled water before leaving for my flight.

We've never stayed at a airport hotel before, and we're amazed and delighted by the ease of booking, the choice of food and services and the general ambience of the hotel. We Really felt relaxed and ready for travel

Hotel is close to terminals but signage to it was poor.

Very crowded. Restaurant staff worked hard but service was slow. Kettle in my room was broken. No magnifying mirror in bathroom and lighting was poor.

Very comfortable bed and had both a bath and a shower - which I love.Also very easy for connecting to terminals as we had to do at 04.30am. Must add that the check in clerk was friendly and efficient too.

Location was great after we arrived at Gatwick Airport. Was also easy to get from here to Heathrow Airport for out onward flight.

The hotel is tired. Beds a bit springy.( too soft). Bathrooms are tired, need updating. Basic amenities in our executive room, hate to think what is available in other rooms.. Not value for money. Smell of stagnant water in reception area as you come in. Personally I think the Premier Inn is better value for money..

We were placed in a quiet and clean room.

There weren’t enough towels for both of us.

Loved the fact that it was airconditioned..love the bed and the cleanliness of the hotel..we were upgraded as we are on nearly all our stays at Gatwick Hilton( our number 1 choice ) when visiting the UK..so all in all it was a pretty great night

Great experience, I would highly recommend! This was one of the best sleeps I've gotten in a while. The location is incredibly easy to get to. The atmosphere, amenities and value are 10/10! Super clean and could barely hear any noise. My flight got cancelled and all the staff did a wonderful job receiving us when me (and others) felt tired from the flight delays and cancellation. I had breakfast at the Garden Restaurant where I was welcomed by Rinku - he is so friendly and did such a great job welcoming me for breakfast. I also had lunch at Amy's Bar where I was greeted by Joseph - absolutely wonderful! He added to the amazing experience, and provided amazing customer service. Thank you both, Rinku and Joseph!

Location and room were lovely. Food was ok but a bit disappointed in the quality of vegetarian offerings at the bar downstairs. Breakfast coffee was AWFUL though and that machine needs either replacing cleaning or just offering an alternative simple filter coffee it was undrinkable and I am not a coffee snob:)

Very good sized room at reasonable price. Good breakfast

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.Staff were really pleasant and helpful. We were able to walk from arrivals indoors to the hotel. The room was comfortable and and a kettle and tea provided. Plenty of hot water for a bath or shower and air con controlled from the room.

Noisy planes at times but unavoidable as we were very close to the airport. Pillows were a bit too plump to be comfortable Minor inconvenience!

Continent for early flight, busy but you check in. Early with digital key is very easy. Walking distance from southern terminal, clean spacious rooms with free water bottles.

Reservation and service excelent, In the restaurant service by Mr Rafferty was polite and perfect . Every one are very polite a nd curtious

Everything was up to the standard but Nasra and the lady at the reception went extra mile to help me which made the stay even more pleasant, they were very helpful.
