Location. Reasonable restaurants nearby for dinner too.

A little claustrophobic. Very small room for 2 people and 2 bags.

Honestly,the whole experience was perfect.I booked as I had an early morning flight.Alot cheaper than booking a cab ! My room had the view of the runway and lovely shower.The train for the terminals just minutes ! I would use again

Annoying tech approach-couldn’t operate the lift when listening to mobile connection!!! One staff on reception with little interest in their job. Stupid tech first rather than customer first approach.

Excellent location - right inside South Terminal building. Very helpful & pleasant Reception staff. Good shower.

Room was just a dark box ... with no window! The bathroom was a (very wet!) wet room - unpleasant to reach the toilet once I had showered. Virtually no furniture in the room except bunk beds, a wall-mounted TV and a bedside stool.

This was our second stay at Bloc Hotel Gatwick. We enjoyed this stay even more than the first, because this time we chose a superior room which gave us more room space and a coffee maker. We also remembered to get our restaurant discounts this time around too. 😊 Clean room, spacious and comfortable bed, efficient air con, good Wi-Fi connection, close proximity to food and check in counters. We love this hotel😍

Booked VIP room with a view of runway. Good start to holiday and great location right next to security entrance with easy access to check in , shops and restaurants and train station. Stayed before and will definitely stay again. Hotel team always very nice and helpful. Good value for money.

This is the most convenient hotel for departures from Gatwick S Terminal. The facilities are great and it was very easy to check in and out. Staff at the desk was also excellent.

I would improve on hot drinks facilities.

Location was great since we were flying out of Gatwick. Easy to access transportation to Crawley and London for touring. Nice to have complimentary hot beverage option on 7th floor.

Floor in bathroom was very slippery since the shower/toilet/sink is all one room. (Not quite what was expected!) The rooms are very small but manageable for a short stay. It was very quiet.

Easy check-in, super convenient. Perfect stopover for an early flight.

Really convenient for departing for our holiday. Right next to fast track security. Room perfect for one night ours overlooked the arrival of planes

Right in Gatwick. We were delayed 10 hours so appreciated nit having to travel to a hotel location. Perfect for a short sleep and shower.

Felt like a capsule hotel in Tokyo. No room for 2 carry-on bags. Had to keep everything packed. Put it on the bed to get something out. No natural lighting. Shower was over the toliet. Nothing could go in the bathroom.

Next door to departures. Discount at restaurants.

Location. Room was clean. Bed was fairly comfy and great amount of pillows. They also provided bottles of water which was a nice touch.

Bathroom was pretty awful, I know it’s a wet room but the toilet is practically in the shower so you have wet feet unless you put a towel down outside the door in the bedroom. Check in online is a bit confusing, also getting so many messages made it more confusing. Clearer message on key elements of the stay with clearer instruction would be better. It could be much better sign posted and the explanation of how and where to use lifts could be more clear. It’s very tech based which is both good and bad. Managing everything from your lift and room pass, to all lights and air con, was not the easiest and isn’t explained well.

Great location and a comfortable bed. It served the purpose for the one night prior to flying out.

The controls for the room were not always responsive, mostly due to problems with internet conection. I didn't fully appreciate when booking what the wet room experience would be like, basically once you've had a shower you can't use the room unless you put a towel on the floor.

La cosa migliore dell'hotel è la posizione, letteralmente dentro il south terminal (a 2 minuti dal north terminal tramite lo shuttle), con l'ascensore si arriva direttamente ovunque: partenze, arrivi, ristoranti, etc. Camera silenziosa, non si sente niente; pulita.

Si paga praticamente per la posizione; la stanza era piccina, con un letto a castello e senza nemmeno una mensola o altro per poter appoggiare qualcosa (solo un pouf ad uso comodino). idem nel bagno che peraltro è una wet room, io ero da sola quindi tutto sommato non ho avuto problemi ma in 2 magari potrebbe essere un problema. Le luci non proprio il massimo.

Excellent location and excellent value for money. We were given an upgrade to a room with a window which was much appreciated! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Small but perfectly formed clean and smart room with complimentary bottled water. We appreciated the free tea and coffee making facilities just down the corridor and the fact that we could get a discount in local stores and restaurants. We also liked that the hotel will recycle anything you leave on the bedside table. Modern room with a nice big TV.

It wasn't an issue for us but might be worth mentioning that the bathrooms aren't completely private - there is glass at the top and bottom and the door has quite large gaps down the side. I don't recall it having a lock.

トランジット客用に必要最小限の機能を，コンパクトに提供するホテルだと思います．トイレとシャワーと洗面台が同じスペースであることに驚きましたが，不便は感じませんでした．合理的です． 特筆すべきは，フロントスタッフです．チェックインもチェックアウトもとても感じのいい方がフロントデスクに座っていました．チェックアウトの後，ヒースロー空港行きのバスがどこから乗れるかをフロントスタッフ聞きました．が，私はあまり英語ができないので何度も聞き返していたら，その方が確実に停留所にたどり着けるところまで案内してくれました．朝の5時半くらいでとても不安だった私を，彼は見かねて連れて行ってくれたのだと思います．親切でハンサムなフロントマンの方に本当に感謝します，無事ヒースローについて，帰国しました．

特にありません． が，強いて言うなら，空港の他の案内表示との兼ね合いがあるのだと思いますが，｢bcc｣がホテルの案内表示なのだと事前に宿泊客になんないした方がいいと思います．他の北ターミナルのホテルは大きく表示されていました．

It was a double room but the side of the bed was against a wall so you could only get out one side. That to me is a double room, single occupancy

La habitación no tiene ventana y la cama para dos una de sus partes da contra la pared. De hecho, si el de la parte de la pared desea ir al baño en mitad de la noche, ha de pasar por encima del otro. Me pareció algo caro para lo que ofrece sin desayuno. Se aprovechan de la gente dado que es una buena ubicación para coger el avión a la mañana siguiente.

Could not be more convenient, walk out from hotel lift straight into departures.

Some of the high tech automation didn’t work. The connection dropped in the app and I had to get a new link from reception to log back into the room. The TV wasn’t connected either - the engineer told me they changed the TV but it was still on the app, so not working.

Its a very practical hotel, the location fantastic because its inside the South Terminal and that's something we appreciate a lot.

The bathroom its a wet room which I think its a very good idea to save space, but when there is a wet room an "squishy" is necessary, I had to dry the floor with one of the towels, if its left wet it can be dangerous if you wanna use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I had a runway view. I have stayed there 4 times now. Also being inside the south terminal makes for easy and quick check-in without all the travel to airport stress.

Because I booked through Booking.com I didn’t get the security priority pass. This may make me book direct with Block next time. Although on August bank holiday, security took 10 mins

The shower. It wasn’t working well. Wet room not an experience I’d do again., just my own thoughts. Room otherwise was comfortable. When all lights were out it was extremely dark.

Size of the room (designed for 4 guests it wasn't enough even for one), lights system, mattress, no cups or glasses at all, but the worst was the shower/toilet room! If you use a shower, then water goes over everything else - over toilet tub, all over the floor. Just imagine a shower cabin with toilet and washbasin in it and literally under the showering water. That's it! Don't recommend.

Overlooking the airport was a novelty and my daughter enjoyed watching the planes come and go. Great location in the terminal and the ability to drop bags off the night before travelling was convenient.

Having a shower/wc all combined. Meant that if someone had a shower you had to either try and dry the floor or get wet feet using the toilet after someone has had a shower. Also meant water poured under the door into the room.

Location is perfect for early morning flights. Great rooms and early check in was an absolute bonus.

Coffee machine on floor 5 was temperamental.

As a plane spotter, upgraded room to 1 with a view of the airfield, this was worth the extra, views are fantastic. Blind controls for the windows were great. Bed was comfy. It did the job for my purpose of stay.

Bathroom is more a wetroom, so toilet gets soaked if you have a shower, which you then have to dry before using again. The floor then stays wet, which is a sudden surprise and slight disappointment to end up with wet socks when you forget. Very nice coffee making machine, but no kettle for hot water for tea, so have to go along the corridor to the afterthought of a hot water/coffee machine next to the lift. The only space for your luggage/suitcase is to be pushed under the bed.
