The gentleman who checked us in, Unfortunately not the best, he couldn't find my booking even with the number I gave him and my passport in his hand. Very poor performance I have to say. Not smiling not friendly approach. I work in hospitality/hotel and not what to expect.

The whole room was clean and tidy. Nice little bar in main lobby as well.

Food menu was limited, but we didn’t eat in the end anyway.

The continental breakfast started early which was great for us, but everything had gone and no one replenished the meats, cheeses or croissants, so we went hungry.

Location for North terminal flights. This was prefered hotel for flights from Gatwick until this visit.

We paid highest price ever, significantly more and via Booking.com as cheaper than direct. We were given room 001 which was a disabled room in the basement and was horrible, I feel sorry for the disabled if this is the room they get! We did not complain on arrival having arrived at 2am. On complaining in the morning we were told we had that room as Booking.com had requested it, we didn't book a disabled room! But they agreed it was not to the standard of their standard rooms. On complaining about cost we were told that dissabled rooms were generally the cheaper rooms so we are totally disgusted with the experience of booking through booking.com, unless of course you didn't request a disabled room and they just said that to avoid any compensation.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Long wait for food not ideal when you're looking for an early night due to early morning flight.

The breakfast was awful , bacon was cooked to death harder than old boots ! The scrambled eggs and beans disgusting, coffee terrible from the machine.

Apart from the rooms which were good, the hotel was awful. The restaurant was pure 1970s Little Chef without the service. One person was taking all the orders and doubling up as the only barman. We went to eat in the terminal.

Food service in the evening was extremely slow. Went into breakfast at 5am and there was no food or takeaway bags available, despite this being included in the price of the room. These aspects, particularly the latter,of our stay spoiled our experience of the hotel as a whole.

Stopped off in the bar for a drink. I wanted the toilet, so followed the sign - I ended up in the far end of the check-in lines in the airport. When I returned I asked why the sign sent me that way and was told the toilet (just a door, no signage) was just opposite the bar. When I asked why it had no signage, I was just told, dismissively, "You should have asked (he was not there to ask at that time I needed to know). No apology, as it was made clear it was just my stupidity.

1st night the room I had was not very clean but okay and I had another room second night which was just perfect for me

Breakfast is meant to finish at 10am staff started to clear it away at 9.35 .The cleaner was hoovering around breakfast area at 9.30am while we tried to eat breakfast a member of staff told us not to rush she's not normally this early in restaurant area .

Very clean, quiet, huge bed and en suite shows, room had AC. Hotel has a bar and restaurant area, it’s directly inside the North Terminal. Instant check in, breakfast included. Staff were lovely. We got from the room to past security / into departure lounge in 10 minutes straight so it’s perfect for an early flight out of Gatwick. The price wasn’t too bad either.

Location is perfect, received message prior to arrival to advise about how to access hotel which was helpful. Booked for night before our honeymoon and the staff on reception gave us an upgraded room and two mini bottles of Prosecco which was lovely! Staff very kind and attentive. Breakfast at convenient time and included gluten free cereal & bread with dedicated toaster.

The on-site restaurant is very limited, although price not too expensive for airport food. Better availability of bar snacks (e.g., chips/fries) would have been nice.

Excellent location, especially for an early flight from Gatwick North Terminal. The hotel is directly connected to the terminal, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient for an overnight stay before a flight.

Nothing major to complain about. The room was a little basic for the price, but overall it was comfortable and extremely convenient for Gatwick Airport.

Very, very kind complimentary Prosecco to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Clean, comfortable room but bit too close to the lifts. I thought I had booked a room with a double bed and a single bed. However, we had a double and a sofa bed which was not ideal Very good VEGAN continental breakfast

Very, very disappointed with the Mojito bought at the bar. Seriously cross because we did not receive our very early morning wake up call. Neither did we receive a knock on the door. Outrageous!

We had a ground floor room Sewage came up through the bath plug three times, no maintenance to sort the issue. They moved us up to 3rd floor They were at full capacity and clearly your plumbing system can’t cope! At the prices you charge this is unacceptable I have photos of you have an email to send to

Warm, comfortable. The bed was average. Basic room. Restaurant: minimum, basic, average high street food and expensive for what it was. Not really what I expected. The cost of parking overnight is seriously taking advantage.

It's the most convenient hotel at Gatwick North Terminal, connected by a tunnel right beside the EasyJet bag drop - if you have an extremely early flight, like I did, it's your best option. Rooms themselves were more spacious than I expected and the bed was comfy. Nice big television. Staff member I spoke to when checking in was friendly and helpful.
