Location
Very clean, responsive staff, accessible to Heathrow
High price
Light and airy and all sound proofed
Nothing
Quiet
Price was high for the room I received
The room was dark and ambient which was good for rest. I could hear doors slamming which woke me earlier than I wanted
The room wasn’t light enough. Shower pressure could be improved. WiFi cut out several times. I ordered room service and couldn’t have my drink because there was no bottle opener
Staff service was excellent and they really looked after us.
Nothing.
Very good
Satnav directions sent me round in corcles
Top quality hotel
Expensive breakfast, long walk to other terminals (but not hotel’s fault)
Comfortable beds. Great shower and toiletries provided. Lovely big TV. Safe, hairdryer, ironing board all provided. Easily reached from terminal. Nice restaurant available in the hotel
Noisy air conditioning even on lowest setting. No toilet brush. Very limited tea and coffee supplied. We were 2 in the room. 1 tea bag each !?
Closeness to terminal as we had early flight
The location to Heathrow airport - only 10 minutes away from Terminal 4.
It was all good - no complaints.
Very pleasant place to stay prior to flying.
Easy access to terminal and overall hotel facilities
Air conditioning in room too load. Ate dinner at the restaurant, burger was overcooked and chips were cold.
Nada me deram o pior quarto no térreo. Não conseguiu nem abrir as portas do corredor com as malas
Na verdade tudo muito ruim, pessimo
All great
Great Breakfast table - ok price if you are a big eater, otherwise it is quite expensive (£30)
Very good location easy to get to and very welcoming staff.
The gym was very small, good equipment but cosy.
Le calme et proche de l’aéroport
My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel as we stayed overnight waiting for our morning flight back to the US. The hotel is clean and welcoming, and features a unique atrium style lobby and restaurant that invites a feeling of calm. The highlight of our stay was the omelette that Gloria, the chef, made us in the morning for breakfast service. Gloria was kind and professional and the omelette was so good I had to let her know after I had finished it. If you have an early flight and need a hotel near Heathrow this is a great spot to stay!
Great place to stay. The food was great as well. Our server, Ayesha, was super friendly and attentive.
Everything was amazing and so comfortable! Everyone was really kind and helpful! The food was amazing! Big thanks especially to Gloria and Chef Phillip !
The hotel is excellent, my fourth time staying here. The breakfast crew are amazing, Sumara, Levisha, Gloria who makes amazing omelettes, Chef Philip, Pretima. All gave me above and beyond service. We cancelled another hotel just to come back here. It feels like a second home.
A very good experience. Breakfast was great. Gloria made it specially beautiful beautiful she came over our table, introduced herself, and asked about our stay.
Eveything

Room is a bit old but the breakfast is amazing. Great staff and food!
Staying here is always a joy. It is convenient and easy for travel out of Heathrow. The restaurant is also a delight. Good food and exceptional service. Tonight my server was Chanel. Super attentive and service with a smile. What more could you ask for when traveling the globe.
Fantastic location, close to the terminal and undercover walk. Parking available onsite is very handy, although expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable with all amenities you need.
Slightly dated but very comfortable.
This Hilton is my fav hotel in the Heathrow area, conveniently located and always delighted by Sumara and Ayesha’s great hospitality at breakfast and dinner.
Outstanding service! Rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable. The fitness center is excellent. The breakfast bar which was included in our room rate was excellent. I would specifically like to give Murphy a shout out for outstanding customer service. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward to our next visit.
The staff were very friendly and offered assistance whenever I needed. The room was cleaned well and was very nice. I also received a personalised welcome note from the hotel. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay.
Nothing,
Very welcoming staff and quick check in
I couldn't sleep because I was too excited for our holiday
Super clean and comfy beds!
Everything was excellent, but most the breakfast! The most complete selection.
Nothing I can think of!
The hotel was very nice. Very good breakfast. Nice bar area. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It's just a short walk to terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport.

I’ve stayed here several times. Very modern hotel with fabulous rooms, and great amenities. The breakfast is delicious, the croissants perfect and delicious omelettes made by Gloria (try with hot peppers on the side). Mmmmmm…
Access to the airport. Comfy room
Nice hotel, comfy rooms, bed, nice bathroom. Very nice food in restaurant OXBO, very friendly staff and if it happens to be Markus, great. He filleted a sole ( fish) for me, great. Thanks Markus. See you again.
Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt.
Douche was niet altijd even schoon en schimmelranden bij de douchewand. Weet niet of de prijs af doet aan het hotel
My wife and I stayed at the Heathrow T4 Hilton as part of our Golden Wedding anniversary celebrations. On arrival we received a complimentary room upgrade and on entering the room we found it had been decorated with balloons, towel swans and red rose petal confetti as well as cakes and wine plus cards signed by kitchen and guest relations staff members. We were absolutely blown away. We would like to thank all those involved in making our stay so special, especially to Karen D who we believe undertook and managed our room decorations and looked after us so well in the Exec Lounge during our stay. Thank you all for a Perfect Stay.
Truly a wonderful time at Hilton LHR! Hotel was quiet, always clean, and staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Additionally, I was especially impressed with the vegetable garden outside. Gloria and Chef Philip ensured breakfast was successful (and especially delicious!) I am excited for future stays at this hotel. :)
Location and food, staff very friendly
Ashtrays in front of hotel and down by the water
OXBO restaurant. Had a full breakfast before heading through the walkway to Terminal 4. We were served by Murphy. She was so special in how she looked after us. I highly recommend asking to sit in her area. Oh..and the breakfast was fantastic..!!
The location of this hotel is at the Heathrow airport terminal 4. We stayed for ease and convenience of airport travel. The thing that I noticed the most was the friendliness of the staff, especialy Sumara and Shenell in the restaurant. They literally made my breakfast and dinner phenomenal and unforgettable. They were warm and always smiling. Not only were they both efficient with their jobs, they made me feel at home with warm conversation. The accommodations were top notch, by that i mean a modern room and very clean. It is hard for me to be comfortable in a hotel since I am ocd. The room was cleaned every single day and I felt pampered. If I return to London, I will stay here again.
Great location for airport access. Airport access. Comfy rooms.
Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel in beautiful condition and nice and clean. Good food as well

We love staying at Hiltons as you can book confirmed connecting which is helpful when travelling as a family with teens. It was very easy access to terminal 4 for our flight in the early afternoon with time for breakfast and a fitness workout. Found the hotel breakfast decent - not as fresh as the other Hilton hotel breakfasts that we have eaten at but still served the purpose and had a good variety. Rooms are a bit worn (faucet, cabinet, etc.) - but beds and towels were clean. Very quiet even considering at the airport - took a bit to figure out how to get over to terminal 4 from our other flight but you use the tube and than it's easy (and free!) We took the tube into London to do some sightseeing and it was easy from the airport.
Hilton Hotel Terminal 4 Heathrow I was extremely disappointed by the service I received from the receptionist during my recent visit to the hotel. I went to reception to enquire about the health club, as I had previously been a member. I was informed that the facilities are no longer available to non-residents. While I understand that policies can change, I found the receptionist’s manner abrupt, unhelpful and discourteous throughout the conversation. As it was a very hot day, I then asked whether I could have a drink at the bar, specifically a pint of shandy. I was told that I could only have water by the reception area, without any helpful explanation as to why I could not use the bar. I also asked whether, as a disabled badge holder, I could leave my vehicle parked for a short while while having a drink. The response I received was unnecessarily confrontational and, in my view, very rude in both manner and tone. I explained that I am disabled and that I did not consider the way I was being spoken to acceptable. I ultimately left the hotel feeling angry, unwelcome and deeply disappointed. Reception staff are the first point of contact for guests and visitors and should represent the hotel with courtesy, professionalism and a willingness to assist. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I would appreciate it if management could review what happened and address the standard of customer service provided at reception. Regardless of hotel policy, visitors should be spoken to politely and respectfully. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Service: 1/5
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well taken care of. A special mention to Snezhana at breakfast, who was incredibly caring and attentive. She always made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely looked after. Her kindness and warm attitude made our mornings extra enjoyable.
Used this hotel a number of times before flying out from Heathrow. The rooms are comfortable and the staff very helpful. We ate in the restaurant and was served by Marcus who went out of his way to make it a lovely pleasurable experience.
The Free water on arrival that they charge 3.99 for in the shop
The carpet was smelling foul. The bathroom didn’t have all the right facilities. It only had one set of towels for two people. It also the TOP shower jet shower didn’t work so we had to have a normal shower. There was only two coffees which would decaf there was no dressing gowns there was no sugar the fridge was empty. The view was horrendous and my overall stay was awful because a couple were arguing all night next
I had such a lovely experience at the Hilton, and I especially want to thank Snezhana, the pastry chef, for her exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference. Thank you, Snezhana, for making the experience so special! ⭐️ However, I was disappointed with the way we were treated by Kuldeep, one of the hosts. When we arrived, we asked if we could have a sofa table, but we were told that it was reserved. Shortly afterwards, guests who were behind us in the queue were given the exact same table, despite apparently not having a reservation. This felt unfair and left us wondering why our request was not given the same consideration. I hope the management can look into this, as the experience could have been much better with a more consistent and fair approach to seating. Snezhana’s kindness and professionalism, however, definitely deserve recognition.

We arrived for a one night stay on the 30th of July, 2026. We are Diamond members, and were staying in a King room. The walk over from Terminal 4 was easy and quick. We were checked in by a lovely person; however, I am not putting her name here, because of the room she assigned us to, and I don't know if it was accidental or on purpose. Upon arrival, she told us she was upgrading us to an executive level room, Room 440. When we arrived in the room, a series of issues occurred. First of all, the room we booked (standard King) as well as all executive level rooms are supposed to come with a walk in rain shower. This room had no shower and only a tub. It was very difficult to get in and out of the tub as well. There were so many other issues with this room, including the bathroom fan which was taped to the wall. There was no hair conditioner in this room. The air conditioning was absolutely horrible and hardly worked at all. The wifi is not good in this room and it keeps going in and out. I will also go over the positive aspects, which include the Executive Lounge, and breakfast at Oxbo. Both of these were excellent experiences and should be commended. However, due to not getting the room I promised and all of the other issues with the room, this reservation should be reviewed, and I am probably owed a partial refund and/or some points. I will await a call from someone from the hotel
We loved this hotel. From the minute we got there, the staff was absolutely 100% great! From the front desk, the OXBO restaurant, and even the room attendants went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. The OXBO restaurant served my wife and I one of the best meals we have ever had. Honestly. Dinner. The maitre d' was super and our server Karen was very nice. Even the people who serve the dishes were pleasant. Breakfast is something special. It is buffet style, but done very well. Our servers Aiesha, Natalia, and the omelet lady (didn't get her name) were perfect. Kind and attentive. The hotel is easy to get to and SOUNDPROOF. Slept like a baby. The building itself is architecturaly intesesting and the back area has a nice garden an neat okd Airstream food trailer. Such a cool place.
Lovely people, great food and cocktails and wonderful service
As a 40th Wedding Anniversary gift my wife and I were treated to a nights stay at the Hilton Hotel, Heathrow Airport, before we embarked on a 3 week tour of Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. On our arrival we were greeted by Anita who gave us a full rundown of the facilities available. At the bar we began a conversation with some members of the bar staff and were treated to some wonderful insights into the many benefits of working for Hilton Worldwide and in particular the Hilton Hotel at Heathrow Airport. After some pre dinner drinks and a visit to the restaurant we walked out into the garden to take a look at the Bee Hives and vegetable plots that are used to supply some of the food for the kitchen. A special mention to Franky, Shenell, Avilton, Marcos & Anu for making the start of our holiday so memorable.
I have stayed here many times, either alone, with my girlfriend, or with my mum. All of those stays were 5 star experience. The staff were always pleasant. In fact, lost my Bose headphones in the hotel during my stay in April, and it was returned safely without fuss. The hotel is located 7 minutes walk through covered walkways to Terminal 4 check in area, which connects easily to Terminal 2&3 and 5 through free intra-airport underground/Elizabeth line/Heathrow express services. The breakfast is of very good quality with omelette station. The noise level, surprisingly, is minimal. I am a light sleeper who wears earplugs most nights, but I can fall asleep (and stay that way) without those here. I couldn't hear the plane at all even in the peak afternoon landing period. Given its location, connectivity, and the £150-250 price range, along with free breakfast for Hilton loyalty status (or a c.£20 upcharge per room) and a lovely executive lounge with substantial canapés during happy hours, it represents exceptional value.
good breakfast, pleasant staff and comfortable bed for an unexpected stay
electric connections for tech in room could be updated to include USB- C
Location and breakfast
Lavisia is incredible!! Her hospitality in oxbo restaurant was amazing and I would definitely come back xx
We paid £298 for a base room and were upgraded to an Executive Room. While the room was nicely finished, it was cramped and nothing to write home about. We have previously stayed in the Presidential Suite, which is easier to recommend and offers more bang for the buck. The lounge was decent and the service friendly. The AC coped reasonably well with the heatwave, although it was nowhere near American standards. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a non-enclosed shower that sprayed water everywhere. Still, the hotel is convenient and offers a smooth transfer to Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class Wing.
We had dinner at the OXBO restaurant for dinner and it was excellent! Anug was very knowledgeable and gave us wonderful recommendations. The service was so good that we visited the next night as well!
Spacious, clean and comfortable

comfy beds, nice shower.

Great Hotel great price and staff is wonderful. Great setting walking distance to terminal 4 unfortunately I'm taking off at a Terminal 2 but there is a free shuttle that runs around that will take you to wherever you need to be. Everything you'd expect from Hilton and at an airport even better!
My first trip to the UK, and stay at the Hilton Hotel at Heathrow Airport. From the offset of the trip the staff was amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The Oxbo dining area was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast in the morning was quite a treat each and every day of our trip. Special thanks to Samara for always having my coffee ready for me on the table, for being so pleasant and making my Brother and I feel so welcome. This morning had the omelette made to order. Thank you to both Gloria and Chef Phil for making it to perfection. Plenty of pics of the different meals, enjoy. Highly recommend anyone coming this way to stay at this hotel.
Clean and comfortable environment. Food is good and the service is great especially Sumara who went above and beyond to make sure the experience was great.
My server, Kumara, was exceptional. She was very friendly and made me and my wife feel very welcomed. I also saw how she treated other customers with the same hospitality.
Hotel was near the airport
Room was great. Excellent location for a flight the next morning.
The public spaces are really nice, especially the outside areas. The staff are generous and accommodating. Every single member of the team was professional, kind, and helpful.
The rooms are a little grim - small and with no nice touches. It felt like staying in a much cheaper hotel room. The slippers looked sad and old. The shower was difficult to use and didn't heat up well. The room was tremendously cold. The provision in the executive lounge was depressing. Dried out meatballs. No allergen information. I should be able to know what is vegetarian and what contains gluten. There was no bottled water in the lounge either.

Easy check in and lovely stay.
It was spacious.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
Ridiculous price of £5 in hotel shop for a 500ml bottle of water.

It was just an average room.
zeer aangenaam hotel met vriendelijke personeel! kamer zeer proper!

We stayed at the Hilton for one night; using their parking services for our holiday. We had an amazing dinner at OXBO and received the best service from Marcus - honestly don’t waste your money on anything on else, there is a more expensive restaurant in terminal 5 at the Sofitel but this was much better. Would highly recommend, a little more informal but the food and service was excellent .
Disgusting manners of your staff
A wonderful hotel and a perfect choice for anyone stopping at Heathrow between flights, about a 6-minute walk through a covered walkway from Terminal 4. It is also ideal for anyone planning to continue to another destination in England and wanting to freshen up and rest after a flight. I can honestly say that the hotel is extremely pleasant to stay in. Beautifully designed, with a lovely café on the lobby level, next to a dedicated and nicely arranged breakfast area. The breakfast was very good and varied, with a station for made-to-order omelettes, as well as a wide selection of vegetables and fruit for those who enjoy healthy food. The rooms are modern, very clean, and impressively functional. The towels were thick, high-quality, and pleasantly scented. The Crabtree & Evelyn products were full-sized and convenient to use, both by the sink and in the shower, including a matching body lotion. In addition, the shower had perfect water pressure, which really helps ease the tiredness after a long day. Many thanks as well to the helpful staff. We would definitely love to return to this hotel. It is certainly our number one choice at Heathrow.
None
Nice airport hotel.
This review is solely for the OXBO Kitchen restaurant at the Hilton London Heathrow Airport hotel. Every meal I had here was fantastic! The restaurant at my hotel (Crowne Plaza T4) was not great so I decided to walk down to the Hilton to try out their place. Fantastic food and great service. I wholly recommend the Chicken, Ham Hock, and Leek pie with the Pimm’s Eton Mess for dessert. One thing to note: if you are going to the restaurant in the evening, be sure to either bring sunglasses or ask to be sat somewhere the sun isn’t shining in. One wall is full glass and the sun can be BRUTAL.
Nothing special
Wrong people and wrong impressions. They FRAUDULENTLY DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY DEBIT CARD WHEN I DIDNT AUTORISÉ THEM
This has always been my go to hotel every time I have to stay around Surrey area. Since LHR airport has changed, it became more accessible to travel here. I stayed for 3 nights flying from LAX to attend a funeral. Over the past 20 years, it did not change much. The rooms are the same as it was, the service is not as friendly as it was. I was not able to have breakfast since my schedule is packed. The reception looks the same, the room has seen better days. It’s meant for short stays. I was not thanked for being a Hilton Gold member when I checked in. I was not expecting an upgrade but I requested for a room as far from the elevator not overlooking the posts. A far room was provided but it overlooks the motorway. I asked for a view of the restaurant. It’s just a minor thing, but would have helped to feel that you’re a welcomed guest. As I said, this has been my hotel of choice for 20 plus years. It’s probably time to look for another Hilton chain or a Bonvoy who also offers the convenience of its location.
Great guest service during breakfast. Merica was very polite and helpful, top class service. This is the top quality hilton guest service that keeps me coming back.
Snow white beautiful person and wonderful food. All staff was accommodating and welcoming. Thank you!
This hotel is one of four that are attached to Heathrow Terminal 4. It's accessible via an enclosed walkway from the terminal (it's the furthest away of the four, but still only a 6 minute walk...if you want the closest of the hotels, pick Crowne Plaza), We decided to stay in a hotel adjacent to the terminal because we had an early morning flight and wanted to remove the stress of getting to the airport. The room was nice, and standard Hilton quality. It had a bath shower, which is not everybody's preference but it did have a hand rail and ant-slip nodules in the bath. If you are travelling to Heathrow by train, access to the hotel is easy. Just alight at Terminal 4 station, go to the lifts and up to level 2 (the lift shows "hotels" for that level) turn right as you exit the lift and you will proceed to a covered walkway to the hotel (there is signage). There are trolleys you can use to cart your bags to the hotel if that is easier. All in all, a very convenient place to stay if you are travellinf=g out of Heathrow.
Very comfy pillows Very close to the terminal
