Check in went smoothly as did checkout. No issues with room. I did not eat any meals--passed on free breakfast. I was at the end of a hiking trip and all I wanted was a good night's sleep and quiet.

All went well just as we expected, no surprises! Year after year, clean and comfortable.

Comfortable room with everything we needed. Very convenient for Terminal 4. There were two queues at check-in but a third desk was opened at once and the queues quickly cleared. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful and efficient. We did not stay for breakfast but it was nice to have a complimentary breakfast had we wanted one.

Spacious room with good ac, great breakfast to start the day. Staff were friendly and they held my luggage for a couple of hours which was nice. About a five minute walk to terminal 4

The bathroom could have been a little bigger.

A hotel that perfectly serves its purpose: a place to sleep between flights. It is located right at the airport with excellent access to the Elizabeth Line; the room is clean and includes a kettle.

Parking was very tight and expensive, also a a 7.20 pound drop off fee outside the hotel this is crazy fortunately the hotel waved the charge.

Rather spacious room.

Bathroom, shower and water pressure as good as zero. If you turn the shower upwards, nearly no water flow. Shower door also does not closed well causing slight flooding. No towel rails.

Very close to the Heathrow Airport Terminal 4.

No complimentary water. Carpets inside the room has some stain not removed. There is no halal food for breakfast option except for eggs.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Great service, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great location in terminal 4 for my departure flights. A hot breakfast included is a bonus.

Great location for an overnight stay while travelling to or from Heathrow. Rooms are perfect for this. The breakfast is an added bonus! It’s easy to get to T4, 2 or 3.

I got one of the rooms for disabled people. As a result it was very big. The aircon worked very well. Everything was actually perfect. Super convenient for traveling. The hotel was at terminal 4, linking to the airport through a covered bridge. Even though we departed from teminal 3, it was very easy to get there.

The breakfast could have had more variety. No other complaints.

Never got there, war broke out and no refund offered, as we booked a no refund deal. Yet other big hotels were kind Enough to redate us for another year.

A long way away from the hire car services area Ask for a room with an external view otherwise you face inward and if you don't draw the curtains!!!

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. All in all a great stay. I certainly would look to stay here again for comfort and convenience.

Our room was nice but small. Very clean and great housekeepers.

The breakfast was disappointing. Not many gluten free options ( I am a celiac and had read there would be options) and the hot cocoa machine on both sides was not operational. For me, it wasn't great.

Its location was great, don’t have to travel a long distance to the airport or from the airport. The WiFi-fi was superb. There are sufficient lifts to move guest to and from their floors.The rooms were clean. The security around the property was good

The very best location for travel from Heathrow Terminal 4. It was so easy to walk to the hotel from the underground station and from the airport to the hotel. Luggage trolleys were available at the hotel entrance. The room was comfortable, staff were lovely and a good selection of reasonably priced food in the restaurant.

I had to repeat a number of times that I required interconnected rooms which unfortunately wasn’t given in my 1st stay , though the staff member told me “yes no problem “ 2nd stay it was organized.

We had to leave at 4am for a 6am flight, which was before breakfast was available and there was no option to stay without breakfast. So we asked that a packed one was available for us the collect at 4am. When we checked out nothing was there for us, so the receptionist had to quickly find us something. We had to wait for 15mins (time is precious when travelling) and we were given:- 2 bottles of water, 1 juice box, 2 croissants (one flattened), 1 cereal bar, 1 jam pot, 2 apples and 1 set of cutlery - no serviettes.

Initially we were allocated a room (614) adjacent to a kitchen vent. The noise from this was unacceptable. We requested room change and this was effected without any further problem. No one would have been happy with the original room - I hope other guests avoid this experience.

Everything was great. The location to terminal 4 is just the best and makes it so easy to get to and from the terminal. Great room. Nice staff. Nice restaurant. Brilliant price. Terrific.

The location - easy walk through the tunnel from Terminal 4. The room was comfortable. This is a large airport transit hotel and shares space and lifts with the Crown Plaza.

The air conditioning in the reception/bar area could have been turned down, it was uncomfortably cold in the Plaza bar area.

I'm not sure what it's called but there is a certain smell when you first enter a room which is very unpleasant. Also the hand soap smelled weird

We were due to arrive in the afternoon but on arrival to Heathrow plane couldn’t land and we ended up in Paris. They then after many hours shipped us to Victoria St station and eventually ended up checking in at 6.00am the guy at the desk was very helpful

After we eventually got to our room, through a mile of corridors the room just looked very tired I guess like we were. Oh and no fridge in the room, apparently you need to book into the Crown Plaza for that luxury. Went down for breakfast. That was not nice, hot food was cold, selection very limited. So back up to the room to find that the key would not let us in. Another long journey to the desk to explain to the young girl. It took some convincing that I needed another key. Back up to the room, guess what it didn’t work. Back down to let this young lady know didn’t work, but oh no she knew better and proceeded to argue with me that she had definitely given me a new key not the old one. Eventually a gentleman who agreed to come back to the room where he saw that no, the key didn’t work so he used his master key. Then shower time, large shower head only 3 holes working, plus with the shower running no water available in the sink. Sorry to say not a nice experience overall and to think we have booked 2 nights on the way back hmmmmmmm

The breakfast was terrible. No fried eggs available, bacon was awful. Toast was raw or burnt. Worst breakfast we've had.

I have been a Premium Inn customer for over 25 years but their IT system and pricing is now very poor , so I have moved to Holiday Inn Express. I hope I have another 25 years with you. Yours Terminal 4 outlet was fantastic. Nice atmosphere and very very convenient. Staff were exceptionally helpful. I had a beer in Monday evening - a Guinness but no Guinness glasses. Barman said no stock. I strongly complained, and the plain glass used was not clean as lots of bubbles on inside of Glass!! This could be improved. My second pint appeared in a Guinness glass , so the learning is to complain directly if it is a valid complaint. Rgds Stanley Graham Hamilton

We stayed at the beginning of the trip and it was good. Then we stayed again upon returning from the cruise, and it was terrible..the beds were very uncomfortable and the room 370 the plug in by the door was falling out....

This is a solid option at Heathrow. Doesn't disappoint. Walk to the terminal in 2 mins. Decent breakfast. Does what it says on the tin.

Bedding was not changed. Lots of long black hair. Phone broken so husband had to get dressed again and go downstairs. Said someone would come up immediately to change bedding. Plus phone broken and a young guy came up and basically did noticing but tell us” yes it’s broken”. There was also black mold in shower We asked for a different room. No one came. Husband back downstairs, gave us new room right beside the one we were in. More hair in bathroom sink. Honestly so gross. Clearly the same person cleaned both rooms. We would not stay here again. Sent hotel a letter. They spit out a AI reply.
