Location was good. Older hotel but maintained in excellent condition and very clean.

Ontbijten is matig en geen tijd voor uitslapen. 10 min roep de vrouw dan moet je weg herhaal het meer keren tegen iedereen niet echt fijn.

Its starting to show its age, look rough around the edges and could do with a glow up.

We did get continental breakfast which was great. I thought the rooms were good and the staff were absolutely great.

I like the value but the elevator is a bit unnerving and the rooms haven't been renovated in awhile.

Correct pour un hôtel dans la région. Chambre ok pour une ou deux nuits. Espace vie dans l'hôtel très bien. Bien placé et parking très bien.

C'était indiqué en grand comme publicité qu'il était fraîchement rénové cependant la chambre n'en avait pas du tout l'air, même si elle restait correcte. Quand même un prix elevé pour ce standing.

We were told 3 queen beds but they were small queens or just double size. It was disappointing as we weren't short people but small in stature and still struggled to share as a family of 5. Very thankful I only booked 1 night and decided not to extend to the other 2 nights we had thought about doing

Everyone was so friendly, free breakfast every morning and it was a big setup too. Rooms cleaned everyday 11-2. Even refunded me when I checked out a day early.

Booking.com was used to book this hotel, which we paid upfront nonrefundable. It looked like I did pay for the dog but when we went to the hotel they said I had not paid. Booking.com was no help and will never use them again! I was given a room on the fifth floor and then after an hour and a half they called and said I must move to the third-floor. This was already at 10 o’clock in the evening, when I asked why were we having to move, they said it was because I had a dog!! Well what the heck man, the dog was with us when we checked in, but anyway I moved with my husband and pet to the third-floor and the room stunk the bed was horrible. The whole Experience was exhausting. Then, after I got authorization from the bank that it showed the payment went through for the pet. They then asked me when I was checking out to give them my credit card again!! These people they are the worst.I cannot stress it enough.

The breakfast was half decent and had an excellent selection.

I messaged and phoned to ensure we’d have an extra blanket for my daughter who gets cold at night. They never answered any of the messages but assured me on the phone all would be fine. I asked at the desk when we checked in and the lady said “sure sure”. We NEVER got a blanket and after getting in late b/c of a wedding we just gave up. If that wasn’t enough the bathroom had a gross weird yellow liquid on the tile in the shower. Staff never addressed it when I spoke up. The hallways stunk so bad Luke old smoke and mold and the elevator was so sketch if you stay here use the stairs.

Sofa bed was not clean, had to ask for sheets. Was given one, had to ask for another and a pillow.

Location was great

The cost for a mediocre hotel was outrageous. The elevator clunks and doesn’t leave you feeling reassured that it won’t break down. The continental breakfast as just okay.

The staff were kind and accommodating

Location was great. Loved the proximity to the grocery store, dine in and take foods right next door. Breakfast was good. Staff worked hard to keep it fully stocked during a very busy weekend. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was good. 24 hour access to tea and hot water in the cafeteria was wonderful.

No kettle in the room just coffee..I’m not a coffee drinker. Disappointing. Front desk staff had no town map or available information about sites of interest in the area. Room was dated and could have used an upgrade …particularly the bathroom. I booked quite a while in advance and was disappointed we did not have a balcony.

Breakfast was good, a bit crowded when we got there in the morning. Needed more tables and seats. Great location as a whole.

Facility a bit dated and needs some cosmetic repairs. The ceiling in our room’s bathroom had some peeling paint and had some other cosmetic issues. The air conditioner was very loud and noisy. Didn’t like the elevators, never sure it was going to work.

Great location and the young lady at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating.

When I arrived I could not check in! It was 9:30 at night and I was tired. Booking.com had messed up and not sent my reservation to the hotel! That was really frustrating and we had to wait over 40 minutes before getting to our room. At 7am two construction guys were working right outside our room on the elevator! It was so so loud! I was woke up and frightened. I was not happy about that!

Family from Poland came. We gave them the executive suite. There were 3 of them. The 3 member ( Father)didn't get pillows , bedding ,towels or soap or shampoos. 11:00pm were asking. for this. Their excuse was they are a 3rd party member. Their hands tied. We demand Satisfaction. Roman & Danuta

Location near to the museum

We were only there for a late night check in and out by 8:30 so we can only comment on that it was really clean and big spacious rooms. The free breakfast was good and overall everything we needed for our quick stay.

Water coolers in the front barely worked but other than this it was perfectly acceptable.

Excellent presentation, cleanliness and quality.

Breakfast was good but the pancakes were very rubbery. Everything else was solid though, loved the sausages! I liked that the TV was a smart TV so I could use Netflix and etc.

The shower was a little small and there was only a charging port on one side of the bed. I’d prefer both sides to have a charging port. There was also a door to a conjoining room in my room but we did not book the other room, so that felt freaky.

Very clean, central location. The continental breakfast was good. Very friendly staff.

The elevator is older. Although still very safe, it comes to an abrupt halt when it gets to your designated floor.

Complimentary breakfast was pretty sad. Once we showed up, there was no eggs or bacon or sausage. Whatever was supposed to be in the PAN, so just grabbed a muffin and some yogurt. While we were eating that, they did restock, but really there was no selection. Couple muffins some fruits yogurt some juice some breads and you can make your own Waffle for the kids I didn't find there was much variety or much selection.

For $260, I found that pretty pricey for the size of the room. It was quite tiny and felt a little cramped. There is no ice machine that we could find. We had to go down to the front desk for ice. The only thing we found was an exercise room which is fine for some, but if you're coming with children or after a day of Golf and biking, a hot tub, or a pool would have been nice. No spa, treatments, no restaurant or lounge. Really nothing in the hotel. It was very plain, when we asked the staff, we're to eat, they couldn't even direct us properly to a restaurant.

Ein guter Zwischenstopp um Drumheller und das lohnenswerter Tyrrell Museum zu besuchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und trotz der einfachen Grundausstattung war trotzdem alles da was man braucht.

Unsere erste Übernachtung in Kanada und überrascht über den vielen Plastikmüll. Nur Einmalbesteck und Geschirr.

The location of the hotel is good. The room was clean but date.

The water piping system is very loud. We can hear other rooms water running, and at night I woke up my partner when I use the sink.

Our first room smelled like strong cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room that still had a faint smoke smell.

Our bathroom door was not working and we got locked out in the middle of the night. Got a key to use the bathroom of a room across the hall and had to wait until 930 to get someone to come and get the broken door handle off to get our stuff from the bathroom . An email was sent to the management about this and we have received no response after following up twice after initial email. We did not get a good sleep because of it and had to cancel plans that we had booked at a specific time. They did not seem to be to concerned about this at all .

Breakfast was good, but i didnt have the full breakfast coz i used to eat indian style breakfast, find little hard to get along.

There were no water bottles provided in the room initially, this was my first stay in canadian hotels, but in my point of view minimum 1 or 2 water bottles should be provided in the booked room initially, i had to come to reception in midnight to fill my water bottle.

Shower faucets installed backwards. No bath plug. Tired decor and design. Nothing’s been updated in over twenty years and it’s very obvious.

Staff were fabulous. Room was very clean. We loved having a balcony.

Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a lovely Canadian run supermarket right next door.

The breakfast was pretty basic compared to some similarly priced hotels, but the breakfast room was roomy and light.

Well-located hotel, 1 minute walking from a big supermarket Well-appointed room with a reading chair and good lighting. Comfortable bed and pillows. Cleanliness was adequate. Kleenex paper . Large mini-fridge with a freezer compartment. The shower works well. Heating works very well. Breakfast: It starts early at 6:00 a.m., and I love that. Sausages, omelets, cereal, yogurt, pastries, waffles, and more.

I arrived 25 minutes before check-in. They made me wait 10 minutes because it was too early.... Was that really necessary? I’ve never experienced that at my previous hotels. The bathroom fan is noisy and runs nonstop. It’s probably at the end of its life. You have to keep the bathroom door closed to sleep, and even then, I had to use earplugs.

We have stayed here a few times already and its been consistent every time. Rooms are good, but on the older side. Staff is friendly and breakfast area is great. Free parking and quiet. Easy to check in and out.

Place is quite old and could use a face lift.

L’emplacement est bien. Tranquille et proche de tout. Le personnel est très gentil et quelqu’un est toujours en train de nettoyer, frotter, désinfecter. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est très complet (omelette, saucisses, machine à gaufres, céréales, gruau, yogourt, fruits, variété de boulangerie). Machine à eau au rez-de-chaussée et désinfectant à main à disposition. Les lits et oreillers étaient très confortables. Chambre et salle de bain très propres. Je recommande les yeux fermés!

Room selection - my wife has mobility issues and thy provided suitable room. Staff were very helpful and obliging. No issues with parking the car, Ample parking lot.

I fell they could have done with better election of food, not happy using plastic utensils. The elevator could do with some repairs/maintenance as it was not a smooth ride. General impression of the hotel - very tired looking!

The breakfast was very nice and had lots of options. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave which was lovely for leftovers. Staff was always friendly. Lots of parking.

The door to the room was a little wonky, the frame is out and the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. But the latch on the inside made us feel secure enough. Especially since the magnetic lock or whatever it is that the key card opens worked fine. The door for the deck was also hard to open and close but since it’s winter we didn’t need to be out there much.

The breakfast was awesome - not just continental, it had such a great variety! A definite plus!! The rooms were very clean The rating of the hotel was 3 stars - I would give it higher!!!
