The location great for the saints vs black lions match .Central to Shops etc

The new key card systems , we had to go down to reception twice as ours didnt work . Also a black lions rugby player was rude to us in the lift and he was only on first floor so why he had to get in the lift shouting and running and asking us to stop the lift . He didnt understand the instructions for using the key in the lift and forced my key and in doing so we had to go back down to reception to have our key reset for a third time . The room we were in was freezing. Only a thin duvet and eventually got the heating unit working . The bed a bit lop sided .

The convenience to the town centre, bus station and train station

The overhead shower I couldn't use as it didnt have a separate head, and no handles in the shower, so felt unsafe. It also needs updating.

The hotel was lovely. With very helpful staff. The girls in the bar, the gentleman on reception both evenings. Breakfast was fantastic , the one thing, the only complaint I have is that I had to comment to the manager on a lady talking in the restaurant on speaker phone very loudly. How do you think that is okay to do? He was very busy seeing to everyone to notice in his defence.

I liked the location because it is next to the bus station so it is extremely easy to get to the destination that you need to get to. Also I liked the staff very much I think that the staff where no judgemental and extremely helpful and extremely supportive

I did not like the carpets as I thought that they where too busy also I did not like the cooked breakfast I thought that they where extremely bad quality. But I thought that the continental breakfast was absolutely brilliant I think that it would have been nice if they had some Blueberry muffins like the premier Inn do. Also I think that the chairs could have been more comfortable in the bedroom

Very clean hotel. Staff were exceptional. Rooms are a very good size and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Prices are a little high in the bar area.

Staff were very friendly and wonderfully professional. Facilities were extremely clean and totally comfortable. Customer service was truly excellent. I felt safe and secure. Breakfast was outstanding! Toiletries were luxury. Food was fabulous.

The fridges in the room are not cold and a bit pointless having them. At least have the fridges cold enough to cool a drink. I had bought some salad and chicken breast pieces which got bad because the fridge was not cold enough and was a waste of my money. Even though the staff at the reception tried to help by giving us an ice bucket to put out drinks which was helpful. The place is in town so at night was a bit noisy because it seemed there was a club close by. Room needs to have more lighting in the middle to make it more brighter. Didn’t like the fact that I had to pay parking much was costing £10 and had two cars as coming from different places. As a paying customer the hotel should waive free the parking charge and if I knew would not have booked this hotel at all. Just shows more ways of trying to get more money out of people.

The location for what we were there for

The service, coffee shop was always closed! Each time asked staff they had a different time it would open. Broken safe in room that we reported but still didn’t get fixed. And no free parking despite £150 per night!

The bedroom, whilst in need of an update, was very well soundproofed and comfortable.

The cleanliness in the bathroom was very poor. When I mentioned it to the front desk the person said thank you and that was it.

Although we travelled by train for this, i overheard & seen the price of £10 to park your cark at the hotel. I dont agree with this when you're already paying to stay there.

Breakfast was a buffet, just warm. Scrambled eggs were tasteless. Sabina or Sabrina the waitress was very unwelcome & unfriendly. Somehow unbeknown to me only two out of the four breakfast we pre ordered was paid for. When we checked in the evening beforehand the receptionist confirmed that four breakfast had been ordered on our reservation. Sabina/Sabrina made it her morning mission to continually come over to us, and badgering us about this. Even after I said that I would check my booking once back up to our room (my phone was left in room). she continued to make us feel uncomfortable, next waving around a printout of our booking and continually giving us stern glances our way. We had to pay a higher price for two of the breakfasts because we didn’t booked at the time so a £10 extra fee!

Piszkos a szőnyeg, fürdőszobában csak plafonra van felszerelve egy fix tusoló, kényelmetlen a tusolás. Reggeli nagyon kevés a választék, minőségben is gyenge, kávé íze rossz, csak kenyér van (egyféle) nem egy 4* szálloda színvonalának megfelelő. Utolsó napon reggel a takarítónő bejött, amit nem is értettünk, hiszen tudniuk kellett hogy még nem jelentkeztünk ki!

I Like the staff. I thought that the staff where extremely kind and very understanding and extremely patient. I also loved the double bed. I thought that the bed was absolutely lovely I thought that it was extremely comfortable I also think that the Location is absolutely brilliant because you are near everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

I did not like the chair. I think that the chair could have been more comfortable. I did not think much of the sausages and the hash browns but I thought that the other choices at breakfast where extremely pleasant. I loved the honey cluster cereal and I thought that the fresh juices where beautiful. I think that it would be good if some of the bedrooms had baths. But apart from this I really enjoyed my stay. I thought that the place was extremely homely aswell which was a nice touch. Also I think that the fridge was extremely useful as well and it was a decent size. I really really enjoyed my stay here

With the weather being so hot recently I’ve struggled to get sleep lately so when I booked this hotel for a friend’s wedding I know it’d be a late night but at least I’d get a good nights sleep. Unfortunately staff knocked on my door that much I thought someone was breaking in and then they opened the door and apologised. It was the amount of knocking that I couldn’t believe and then to find out it was because they got the wrong door number! This is not acceptable for a paying guest to deal with. Being woke up so abruptly gave me a headache all day, so it wasn’t the ideal start of a day considering I still had to drive home too. They refunded me my parking but I’d rather got up in my own time rather than by thinking someone’s trying to break into my room!

Liked the atmosphere and looks of the property as soon as I walked through the entrance, the staff were lovely and welcoming.

I didn’t like how there was a £10 parking charge which I had to pay but other people I knew were staying that also didn’t have to pay this parking charge.

The bathroom smelt like pure drainage/sewage causing the whole room too smell like blocked drains and there were sticky marks on beside tables the bed also looked like it had been made in a rush , the lay for our room also stopped working multiple times meaning we couldn’t use the lift or stairs ect and had to keep getting it reset

Welcoming, stylish, free iced water in reception, huge bed with crisp sheets, efficient air conditioning on a 35 degree day. A very short walk to the town centre.

We parked in a council car park round the corner and saved considerably on the car parking charges outside the hotel.

das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichhaltig, schade war dass es bereits um 08:30 Uhr fast kein Brot / Croissants mehr hatte, lediglich Toast, es wurde dann jedoch noch welches gebracht als wir nachgefragt hatten.

Das Personal ist wenig aufmerksam und nicht sonderlich zuvorkommend / freundlich - es ist eher eine "Abfertigung" Wir fühlten uns nicht sehr willkommen Auf dem Flur lag über 2 Tage eine Kaffeetasse, das Hotel ist generell sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise riecht es etwas "muffig" im Flur

L'isolation phonique de la chambre 319 est très limite, liée à l'exposition sur la rue roulante derrière mais surtout à une fenêtre très fatiguée et qui ne ferme pas complètement.

Convenient location for MotoGP and central to Northampton. Hotel was clean and the bar staff friendly. The air conditioning kept the room cool enough to have a good nights sleep. Hotel was quiet. There were tea and coffee making facilities.

Shower was poor - low pressure, the sink was cracked near the outlet. There was no loo brush. The breakfast was limited in its offerings. The car parking had to be paid for even though the room was quite expensive.

Room table by TV had a layer of what I can only describe as gritty substance, not sure if crumbs or whatever, It was supposedly an upgrade room as I was on my own. Bathroom sink waste was blocked, so any time I used it, the sink filled up with water, which must therefore be contaminated by the waste pipe below. Sink was therefore of no use . But shower was fine.

A lovely hotel

Very nice hotel, we booked this hotel specifically because it had air conditioning in the rooms. We stay in a lot of Northampton hotels as this is my hometown. Apart from the central location, the hotel has good parking available, hairdryers in the rooms, tea/coffee making facilities and a good bar and lobby area. The staff were very friendly. I will certainly be staying here again.

Just the location, which i needed.

The room was dirty,,shower,wasn't to a average standard, complained to reception, just told,they will make a note of it and tell cleaning staff. Went down in the morning for a coffee no one to get a coffee from..

The fact that it’s so close to Northampton town center makes it easy to access the town center and see the beauty in it.

Every room should have a fridge. This is the first time I’m seeing an hotel room without a mini fridge

had to pay an extra £20 to check out at midday which I wasnt aware of at booking. drains in bathroom room 321 were very smelly and plastic key cards constantly stopped working after using them in the lift meaning you had to return all the way back to reception to have your room key re coded then return back to your floor and room. bit of a drama. Breakfast was poor, wish I hadn't paid for it and eaten out instead. at 9am staff were letting the food run out as it was due to finish at 930, dried up eggs, black pudding wasn't cooked all the way through due to how it was laid on top of each other. Felt I was being rushed out dead on 930 so not a good experience

I stayed here this week as I was working at the brewery it was convenient as its walking distance. Smooth pleasant check in with loads of free parking. Clean tidy air conditioned room. I only ate breakfast which was buffet type which was more than good enough would stay again.
