It’s amazing. I booked this property after reading the reviews but I just wanted to add a couple of things more which is not mentioned as you stay in this hotel you can also go all three hotels which is next to each other it looks they make it three hotels but they all in within one land so it’s all one hotel but it looks three so you can go and enjoy all the hotels. What I like about they have one restaurant which is a Asian restaurant which we loved it as we like Asian food and only Asian food is there Also the beach is very nice. You can also go to the beach. Bees only 10 minutes walk but they have a shuttle bus every 5 to 10 minutes which is very good but they close 5 o’clock

One thing was disappointed as this is a Muslim country and they don’t have a Muslim shower in this hotel that was quite disappointing because we wasn’t expecting this as a Muslim. We need a Muslim shower and in Muslim country wasn’t expecting this.

The resort is very good with cooperative nice Staff especially Mr Micheal the reception employee, and Mr Mohamed Tohamy , They were always solving any problems and smiling all the time , the restaurants are very good and various kinds of food were there and the refill is very fast , the entertainment facilities are very good , I recommend strongly

The staff, specially Mr. Meachel Reda, he was very caring and supportive. The aqua park timing. The park between the 3 hotels (aqua park, blue & vesta). The beds were very comfortable abd the room size was spacious with the balcony.

Food can be better specially the lunch and dinner buffet.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir Herrn Michel Reda aussprechen. Er war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Seine herzliche Art und sein hervorragender Service haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den ausgezeichneten Service. Clean , staff is helpful and food is v.good

I didn’t like the change in management decisions that prohibited the adults from using the medium aqua .. i visited this place 3 time before and we were all enjoying the same aqua together .. but now to allow only kids using it and adult use only the big one this decision caused us to be separated as we had to do turns who to go an who to stay with kids as w cannot keep them unattended , so it was very frustrating we could enjoy the stay all together and play with the kids .. i think this will change my decisions to come again for the next years

Drei 4* Pickalbatros gehen nahtlos ineinander über. Alle Einrichtungen wie beispielsweise Nachbarrestaurants darf man besuchen. Leider hatte ich den Eindruck in einer Art industriellem Urlaub angekommen zu sein. Es fehlt an Exzellenz und Liebe zum Detail, wie ich es beispielsweise beim gleich teuren Grand Waterworld Makadi gefunden habe.

Achtung: Rechnen Sie bei einer Erkrankung und dem Besuch der hoteigenen Klinik mit hohen Kosten. Der Nachtzuschlag alleine liegt bei 300 Euro. Fragen Sie bei der Behandlung Ihres Babies, welche Medikation geplant wird. Sonst bekommt es, auch wenn es sich klar um eine Viruserkrankung handelt, ungefragt zusätzlich ein Brandbandantibiotikum.

I would probably say night life.

After a 5-hour drive to reach the resort, I was disappointed to find the room unacceptable on arrival — a strong paint smell, particularly troubling given I was dealing with a sinus infection at the time. When I raised this at reception, I was told only one room was available, which turned out to be a side pool view despite having booked and paid for a pool view room. After I mentioned I would note this in my review, I was then asked to check yet another room — meaning a third trip to the rooms area after an already exhausting day of travel. A suitable room was eventually provided, but the process was frustrating and avoidable. As this was our honeymoon, I had specifically requested a few extras in advance and made clear I was happy to pay for them. These requests were entirely ignored. We had also requested one large bed; instead, we received two separate beds pushed together. Service was inconsistent at best. One receptionist was notably rude — mid-conversation with my wife, he turned away to attend to another guest without acknowledgment. We also noticed a lack of consistency in how different guests were treated, which added to the overall disappointment. Basic amenities were lacking: no bathrobes, and the iron was only provided temporarily before being taken back. Toothbrushes and slippers were eventually supplied on request, but these shouldn’t need to be requested at a resort of this supposed caliber. The in-room TV was a standard set with no smart or casting functionality, and the remote control was broken. The balcony also felt enclosed rather than open, more like a sealed box than a place to relax. Given the price paid, the overall quality and experience did not reflect good value for money. Between the room mix-ups, ignored requests, missing amenities, and inconsistent service, this was not the honeymoon experience we had hoped for. I would not recommend this resort.

It is perfect place for kids. I want to say thanknyou mr micheal reda. He is very helpfull. If you have problem he will solve it immadiately.

The Aqua Park is excellent for children. For adults it is also decent. The room was very clean and regularly cleaned whilst there was always water provided in the room. We were even given a plate of fruit and drink on our second day.

The Aqua park opens at 10am which is a bit late.

1- I was unwell and tried calling the receptionist several times, but no one answered my calls. 2- You need to increase the size of your service team. You are currently understaffed, which is affecting the level of service provided. 3- I needed pain relief, but the doctor needs a consultation fee alone was 3,000 Egyptian pounds.

De ligging vlakbij de airport, bedienend personeel en schoonmaak werkt hard en is vriendelijk. Voor kids is er een leuke vr room waar je gratis gebruik van mag maken.

Er zijn restricties met de glijbanen, onder de 55 kg mag je niet op alle glijbanen. Dit staat niet op de website vermeld. Ook boven een bepaald gewicht (70kg) mag je niet op een groot deel van de glijbanen. Verder zou t fijn zij als hotel ook een adult only zwembad heeft van de vele baden die er zijn- veel lawaai overal Wat me tegen viel was contact met booking.com, als genius lid mag je sneller een reactie verwachten en niet pas na 5 dagen. Accommodatie was incl luchthaven transfer, maar bleek alleen op de heen weg te gelden dus alsnog taxi moeten boeken voor terugreis naar luchthaven. Verder opletten met aanschaf visa, organisaties vragen meer terwijl ze 30 euro kosten

“I really liked the outdoor children’s play area, especially the new equipment that has been added to the hotel. When I stayed here in 2024, this equipment was not available, so I was very happy to see it this time. It is a great addition for families with children.”

“One thing I did not like was that when you arrive at the hotel, you may be given a room located far away with no view. If you refuse the room, you can spend a lot of time waiting for another one, and sometimes the room has to be changed more than once. I experienced the same situation at this hotel in 2024 when I stayed at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu. Another issue is the noise at night. Children sometimes gather and play in front of the room doors, with some playing football and shouting loudly. This can be very disturbing, especially at night when guests are trying to sleep and relax.”

"A fantastic stay from start to finish!" We recently stayed at pickalbatros aqua Park and were thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with great amenities. The aqua park slides super fun and the pools very clean. The food were amazing alot of variety options, we love the tagine restaurant was the best and all the stuff were very friendly and helpful. and the location made getting around incredibly convenient. ​A special shoutout to [Mr Michael the night manager ], who made a huge support for our family after my daughter broke her leg. I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for his incredible assistance. And he was ensure we had everything we needed during a very stressful emergency, like changed our room from first to ground floor, that made my daughter can go out of the room for the last 2 days in our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The rooms were old, outdated, and in need of maintenance. Several power outlets were loose, protruding from the wall, and did not work, which raised both convenience and safety concerns. It also appeared that the better-maintained rooms were being allocated to certain guests, while others were given older rooms. This created the impression of inconsistent treatment, which was disappointing.

Everything about our stay in Hurghada was perfect. The staff were amazingly friendly, with a special mention to Taha at reception for his wonderful hospitality! The food was good overall, and I particularly enjoyed the wide variety of seafood, as well as the quick meal options during the day. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for a great getaway.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande réactivité du personnel, toujours disponible et attentif. Le parc aquatique est excellent, aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Les buffets sont variés, de qualité correcte et avec un service irréprochable. La literie est confortable et contribue à passer de bonnes nuits. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un sans-faute et nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour.

Seul point d’amélioration : les chambres pourraient être un peu mieux insonorisées. Par ailleurs, lorsqu’on réserve directement, sans passer par une agence, il est un peu difficile d’obtenir des informations précises sur le fonctionnement du club au début du séjour. Cela reste toutefois des détails, qui n’ont en rien nui à la qualité globale de notre séjour.

Maten höll en hög standard, med ett varierat utbud som passade olika smaker. Det märktes att hotellet prioriterade kvalitet och generositet i både utbud och service. Personalen var vänlig, professionell och hjälpsam, vilket bidrog till en positiv helhetsupplevelse. Vi kände oss väl bemötta under hela vistelsen. Rekommenderat 👍

Leider war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit unzureichend. Das Essen hat uns ebenfalls nicht überzeugt – viele Gerichte waren viel zu salzig. Insgesamt entsprach das Hotel nicht unseren Erwartungen. Ich hoffe, dass diese Punkte in Zukunft verbessert werden.

Our recent stay at this pickalbatros resort was absolutely incredible, largely due to the outstanding service we received. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Mr. Michelle. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Michelle went completely out of his way to accommodate our needs and ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. His professionalism, warm demeanor, and proactive approach to guest satisfaction truly set a benchmark for luxury service.

The resort has many pools and aqua facilities designed for both kids and adults, ensuring that everyone has a fantastic time. The kids' area is filled with fun and safe water slides, splash zones,,...etc The nightly entertainment was another highlight of my stay. The resort organizes a variety of parties and shows, each one more spectacular than the last. Such as many disco, foam party,... Overall, the resort is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

بصراحه كنت حابه احجز في نيفر لاند لكن حجزت هنا بالغلط لم اندم لكن يوجد لخبطه لاتهم مجموعه تحت اسم واحد ( الباتروس ) الادارات مختلفه لم يسمح لنا بدخول النيفر لاند بالرغم نن لبسنا الاسوره يجب الانتباه لهذي النقطه
