المطاعم تحتاج الي تطوير من تنوع الاكل و تغييره و لا يوجد فعاليات ممتعه متكررة حمام السباحة الكبير يحتاج الي صيانة من الأرضية لا يوجد عروض ف حمامات السباحة كلها ع الشاطي الموظفين يحتاجو الي خبرة و تطوير و يوجد نقص ف مقدم المشروبات ع الشاطي و حمامات السباحة الأكوابارك سيئة للغاية تحتاج الي تغيير وليس صيانة

Every thing about this hotel is fantastic, even before we arrived , a warm welcoming WhatsApp from Mr . Amr from reception gave us a warm and encouraging feeling that turned into satisfaction and enthusiasm when he greeted us there . The days just fly there where you enjoy every activity , pools , beach, food , drinks , even the room , the friendly helpful staff every where , such a lovely place . We will sure come back again and again

Gostamos de tudo. Quarto grande e muito confortável. Deixaram uns miminhos o que fica sempre bem. Fomos recebidos de forma muito calorosa. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. A envolvência do hotel é muito bonita e tudo muito bem cuidado. Jardim bonitos, cuidados e limpos. As piscinas são ótimas, os meus filhos adoraram o aquapark. A comida é boa, bem confeccionada e com bastante variedade, não faltou nada. A pastelaria é uma mais valia, é um espaço bonito, cuidado e de qualidade. Recomendo muito este hotel para famílias com crianças. A praia é boa, o mar não é raso e dá para nadar, tem uma parte com pé para as crianças, depois afunda. Já a praia ao lado no Palace o mar é raso, não dá para nadar, só junto ao pontão. Como é um hotel grande é mais confuso, não é aquele hotel tranquilo, mas é muito bom. Gostamos muito e super recomendo. Só tivemos pena de não ter ficado mais noites.

Não foi não gostar mas um aspeto a melhorar...o chuveiro do nosso quarto tinha pouca pressão.

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c’est la qualité de l’établissement dans son ensemble. L’hôtel est très agréable, propre et bien entretenu. Les piscines et les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment magnifiques, avec de nombreuses activités pour toute la famille. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Nous avons également apprécié la variété des repas et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et en gardons de très beaux souvenirs.

Pour les animations, j’aurais beaucoup apprécié qu’il y en ait également en français. Ma fille de 4 ans et demi aurait ainsi pu mieux comprendre et participer aux activités. Je trouve cela vraiment dommage, surtout qu’il y avait beaucoup de Français dans l’hôtel.

The food and drinks were of excellent quality, with a good variety that made every meal enjoyable. The staff were one of the highlights of the stay—friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a positive attitude. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and effortless, which created a great first and last impression. The resort’s beautiful swimming pools and sandy beach provide excellent facilities for both relaxation and family enjoyment. There is also an aqua park for both kids and adults, which adds even more fun and entertainment for all ages. I also really enjoyed the animation programs and the animation team, who were energetic, friendly, and successful in creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere without being intrusive. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Iedereen wil overal mee helpen. Het eten was TOP! Niemand heeft buikpijn gehad of is ziek geweest en dat zegt heel veel!!

Helaas waren ze dagen bezig met het met verf bespuiten van afdekplaten van waar ze het nieuwe zwembad gaan bouwen. Hierdoor zaten we in de stank van de verf. Dit is zeer schadelijk voor je gezondheid. Pas na het meerdere keren te hebben aangegeven, en meerdere mensen die klaagden, stopten ze met het verf spuiten.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. From the warm welcome and refreshing welcome drink to the quick and smooth check-in, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Everything was available whenever we needed it, the hotel was spotless, the staff were always friendly and smiling, and any requests or issues were handled quickly and professionally. The food was of excellent quality with a great variety to suit everyone. A very special thanks to Mr. Al Amir Elia for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. The only area that could be improved is the entertainment program. While we enjoyed the fire show very much, we felt that the evening entertainment could be more varied and engaging.

My stay at Beach Albatros was excellent overall, and I was very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The only issue I noticed was that the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the resort. It wasn't a major problem, but improving the Wi-Fi coverage would make the guest experience even better. Apart from that, everything else was outstanding, and I would happily stay here again.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Alle personeelsleden zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Regelmatig werden we opgebeld of aangesproken met de vraag of alles naar wens was, wat ons een erg welkom gevoel gaf. De kamer was ruim, heel proper en van alle comfort voorzien. Er zijn verschillende zwembaden voor jong en oud, waardoor iedereen zich kan vermaken. Het aquapark is uitstekend onderhouden en bij elk zwembad zijn voldoende redders aanwezig, wat een veilig gevoel geeft. Daarnaast zijn er meerdere restaurants met een ruime keuze aan verse en lekkere gerechten, waardoor er elke dag voldoende variatie is. Ook worden er dagelijks leuke activiteiten georganiseerd voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen. Een welgemeende dank aan alle personeelsleden die er alles aan hebben gedaan om van ons verblijf en onze vakantie een onvergetelijke ervaring te maken. We komen met veel plezier nog eens terug!

Konaklamaya ilk girişte check in zamanımız saat 14.00 olduğu halde biz sabah 04.00 da otele vardık. Hemen bakery de karnımızı doyurduk ve bir süre sonra bize dinlenmemiz için iki büyük yataklı dinlenme odası verdiler. Saat 14.00 e kadar havuz deniz ve yemeklerimizi de yedikten sonra yeni devasa odamıza geçtik. Mükemmeldi

Genel olarak herşey güzeldi beğenmediğim pek birşey yoktu. Sadece minibar oldukça zayıftı , sadece su verdiler. Ama odamıza büyük bir kayık tabak dolusu meyve getirdiler.

I canceled the reservation after i reached with my family at the reception as the staff there was very bad specially Bishoy , he wanted to take extra 20,000 EGP with no justification and i had to cancel and make reservation at other hotel.

What i liked most is the safety measures by all staff members especially on the pools and aqua park. Mr. Hamada’s service and hospitality is fantastic, he always made sure that we are well occupied. The beach is sandy and wonderful. Many pools with lots of variety. Aqua games are great and suitable for all ages. Its a great hotel for families and kids with lots of activities. Kids club has a very active team keeping kids busy. Very much liked the football, mini golf and padel yards.

Sometimes you can’t find a sun bed at the beach. Same for the night show area, tables don’t occupy all guests. Food in the international restaurant is tasteless. Food is moderate in general. Variety of drinks could be better. Some staff members need to be better in communicating with local guests.

This was out first trip to Egypt and it was fabulous! The hotel seems to be family focused so there is a lot of entertainment for children. Our room was very clean and spacious, air conditioner worked well, hot water was plenty. The hotel territory is huge, with a lot of swimming pools and attentive lifeguards at each, also there is a big water park interesting for children and adults, a mini-serf school, a sandy beach with a sandy slope suitable for children and quite deep for swimming too. There are several restaurants catering pizza and pasta for children, seafood for grown ups, and anything in between, and a 24-hour cafe where you can have tea/coffee with delicious pastries any time of the day. For adults and older children there are also two piers where you can do some snorkelling and see some fish (not much, but it is a good start).

Nothing - we liked everything! We only did not find a minimart - there is a shopping area but they seem to sell travel bags, scents, Prada T-shirts... some swimming supplies too but it does not look like a normal minimart where you can buy needles, hair ties, sweets etc. - maybe we did not look well.

Le personnel est incroyablement serviable. Les chambres sont confortables et ce qui est rare bien isolé de la lumière. La qualité de la nourriture. La literie est de bonne qualité.

La chambre familiale montre deux espaces nuit cote à cote, avant la réservation je m'étais assurée que c'était bien le cas et on me l'a confirmé. Finalement, nous avons eu une chambre avec deux espaces nuit en enfilade. J'ai envoyé un message à l'accueil et il m'a été demandé de passer pour trouver une solution.

Öncelikle tesisin konumu iyiydi, çok fazla eksiği vardı. Her akşam animasyonlar çok sıkıcıydı. Sürekli farklı milletin çocuklarına yönelik çocuk animasyonu izlemek zorunda kaldık. Yemekhane cidden kokuyordu. Daha önce sharmda farklı otelde kalmıştık kesinlikle mısır oteline kıyasla bu daha kötüydü. Denizi güzeldi. Plajı türk plajlarına benziyor fakat fazla tuzlu olduğu için Türkiyedeki gibi sürekli denizde vakit geçirmek zor oluyor. Çok kalabalık bi otel şezlong savaşı vardı. Fiyatı uygunsa gidilir değilse gidilmez. En güzel kısmı pastanesinin olmasıydı. Yiyecekleri ve kahveleri çok lezzetliydi.

Premettendo e compreso che siamo in Egitto la struttura ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Staff gentile ci ha anche regalato il late check out fino alle 15. Cibo più che sufficiente ( ripetitivo) abbiamo addirittura trovato il latte senza lattosio! C'è un area aperta 24 ore dove poter mangiare un dolce e bere un cappuccino , è un plus graditissimo, peccato però non aver potuto usufruire perché tutto con lattosio. Presente un area celiaci anche se minuscola. Animazione internazionale carina ma non invasiva. Presente una spiaggia con sabbia perfetta per bambini cosa difficile da trovare in un resort in Egitto! Resort Promosso!

We liked everything! But we want to highlight that food is exceptionally good! Shrimps, steaks, Indian food - we enjoyed every evening. Special thank you to Beshoy, front desk manager - he did his best to make our stay comfortable. My small one was very happy with aqua park. Highly recommended!

The à la cart restaurant - we do not recommend it. In our experience food at regular buffet restaurants was better, small choice, not best quality.

Personnel très sympathique et toujours prêt à rendre service. Formule all inclusive de qualité, avec des prestations à la hauteur. L’aqua park est agréable et bien aménagé. L’hôtel est propre, soigné et parfaitement entretenu.

Le mobilier est quelque peu vétuste ; un renouvellement serait souhaitable afin d’améliorer le standing de la chambre (chambre familiale, bloc 7). Par ailleurs, la piscine de l’aqua park n’est pas chauffée, ce qui peut limiter son confort d’utilisation.

This was our seventh time at the hotel. There was a lot of renovation last year. All three restaurants in the main building were renovated. They are very nice and modern. The water in the new slides' pools is heated. So it can be used in winter. Our favorite place was the renovated cafe and non-stop bakery. Lots of delicious baked goods await hungry guests. The cakes are beautiful and delicious. We would like to thank the ever smiling Abdallah Saied, the manager of the cafe. The waiters were kind and fast.

Le personnel est débordé et nous accorde peu de temps. C'est un peu l'usine à touristes. Hôtel très bruyant dans les couloirs tôt le matin, malgré une demande de chambre au calme. Hotel pratique pendant quelques jours pour faire les excursions aux iles

Die Anlage sowie Hotelzimmer, Strand waren sehr schön besser als auf den Bildern. Der Pool am Strand war beheizt und auch ein Pool bei den Rutschen. Die anderen waren nicht beheizt und ziemlich kalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Keiner verlangt Trinkgeld. Die einzigen Mitarbeiter, die nervig sind, sind von Spa. Man muss mehrmals am Tag Nein sagen und trotzdem wird man am nächsten Tag wieder gefragt. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. The Bakery hat 24 Stunden geöffnet und die Donuts, Kuchen und Torten sehr lecker. Der Cappuccino einfach Weltklasse.

Dass das Restaurant mittags im unteren Bereich von Marche nicht wirklich viel Auswahl hat.

I would like to thank for beautiful holiday in this hotel. Very nice place close to AirPort and Grand Aquarium. Plently of food, tasty desserts and ice-cream. Superb aquapark, heated pools, clean beach. Very kind staff, especially Mr.Shadi from the reception, Mr. Tamer Saad lifeguard and all animators team always helpful and with smile on faces. We love Pickalbatros in Egypt. This was our umpteenth visit in this chain and level is 👌

La propreté impeccable, la gentillesse du personnel de la réception aux personnes de ménage, les arrangements qu'ils proposent. Les buffets sont variés et très bons. Mention spéciale pour le nouveau bar à pâtisseries ! Les équipements sont super (malheureusement les tennis étaient en réfection, nous reviendrons les tester). Un endroit idéal pour se reposer. Отличный отель. Персонал делает все, чтобы ваш отдых был максимально комфортным. Анимация, волейбол, море, пляж, теплый бассейн, еда- все понравилось. Кафетерий с пироженками - отличный! Кофе невероятно вкусный там! А изобилие пирожных поражало.

Не понравилась, что за основными блюдами в ресторанах приходилось постоянно стоять в очередях. Картошки фри - ни когда не было, ждали. На завтрак не было например омлета или глазуньи наготовленных и приходилось ждать в очереди чтобы готовили. Так же на обед и ужин.

Bazı havuzlardan içkiye ulaşmak çok zor ve çok uzak. İçkilerin kalitesi kötü. Odalar eski ve bakımsız sayılabilir. Özellikle denize doğru olan odaların koridorları çok bakımsız, çöpe koysan kimsenin almayacağı kırık dökük koltuklar amaçsızca koridora koyulmuş.

The design on the facility is amazing which keeps every thing near, the aqua park is amazing a lot of pools is heated also the is sandy with no corals you can swim from the shore, also the reception team are amazing starting from Adel who recipe me at night when i decided to change a hotel after one night stay, to Mr. Peter reception night manager who prepared every thing for my stay, to Mr. Amir the day manager who facilitate every thing with Ahmed on my arrival, till the check out they managed to make my stay superb, i went to a lot of hotels in Hurghada, and this is on the top of the list, food it good rooms are great activities is amazing, just go and you will never regret it

Havaalanından otele Transfer istememize rağmen otel tarafından hiç bir mesajımıza dönülmedi ve çocuklarımla havaalanından otele gece çok zor ulaşım sağladım 😐 Yemek menüsü her gün aynı olmayıp değiştirilirse bence daha güzel olabilir

Isıtmalı havuz olmasını ve aktiviteleri, aqua parkların yeterli olması. Ayrıca cankurtaranlar çok dikkatli ve tedbirliydi.

Genel olarak iyiydi sadece birkaç kişi sorularımıza çok kaba cevap verdi.

Yolun karsındaki Diğer oteller bizim otele girebiliyordu.. Biz de dolaşalım diye geçmişimize izin vermemesi. Güvenlik yalla yalla diye geri göndermesi kadar kötü bir durum yaşamadım.. Grup oteli, yabancı otel değil ki bizi kovdular... Lütfen bir düzenleme yapın.

Otelin sunduğu hizmetler oldukça kaliteliydi. Yemekler, temizlik, personel iletişimi, havuzlar, deniz ve plaj kalitesi yeterliydi.

Havaalanına yakın ama Hurgada şehir merkezine uzaktı. 15 km.

Die Lage war schön, Leute haben sich gut verteilt da es eine grosse Anlage ist.Personal sehr nett. Wir fragten ob wir dass Zimmer tauschen können da es am Abend sehr laut war aufgrund der entertainment Bühne welche direkt unter dem Zimmer war —> Das Personal kümmerte sich sofort und wir konnt das Zimmerwechseln

das Essen leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, Sehr viele Gerichte mit Kümmel :/ und Dill Leider muss man für alle spiele wie Billard, Minigolf etc noch zusätzlich bezahlen (All inclusive ist dies für mich nicht)

Nous avons séjourné en famille à l’hôtel beach Albatros. Mention spéciale pour la chambre familiale parfaite avec 2 adolescents. Nous avions de la place et une literie très confortable. Notre chambre était assez loin de la partie principale mais ce qui nous allait pour être au calme tout en ayant des piscines à proximité. Et ça c’est top car il y a énormément de piscines, une belle plage, et donc de la place pour tout le monde avec des personnes qui peuvent nous servir des boissons régulièrement. Le parc aquatique est top pour les enfants. L’hôtel est propre et le personnel au petit soin pour rendre notre séjour agréable. L’homme qui faisait le le ménage de notre chambre était top! L’emplacement est top car pas trop loin de l’aéroport, sur la plage et pas trop loin du centre de la ville pour partir à la marina par exemple.

J’ai trouvé dommage que les piscines ferment trop tôt, un peu de manque de variété en terme de nourriture et un bar à glace ouvert que de 12h30 à 16h30 avec peu de choix. Pas de possibilité d’avoir des glaces le soir par exemple. Le personnel parle surtout allemand et anglais, il y a peu de touristes Français. J’ai trouvé que nous étions parfois trop sollicités lorsque l’on se repose à l’hôtel pour nous proposer des massages, le coiffeur, les excursions, c’est dommage cela peut gâcher les moments calmes. Surtout que nous pouvons aller nous même demander lorsque nous en avons besoin car tout est sur place.

Regarding food, It's really good, I like how fresh everything tastes. Also, the location of my room was great.

I have noticed that some of the staff are not treating each other well and sometimes use inappropriate words in front of the guests. I believe this may affect the overall experience, and I just wanted to bring it to your attention. And also, I would suggest using proper maintenance signs. For instance, instead of wet floor cones, a clear sign stating “Elevator Under Maintenance” would help avoid confusion for guests.

Kahvaltı son derece yeterli. Geniş bir hamur işi seçeneği var. İlave olarak oldukça geniş bir açık büfe bulunuyor. Bunun yanısıra taze waffle, pancake ve omlet servisi var. memnuniyet verici. Yemekler genel olarak çok başarılı. Öğle ve akşam yemeğine özel et, fırın ürünü ya balık ürünü bir yemek çıkıyor. Herşey taze servis edildiyor. Hazır gıda, yada kalitesiz bir şeye denk gelmedik. Kumsal ve deniz olağanüstü. Tertemiz bir deniz ve kendine has rengi olan kumsalı var. Sezlong alanı geniş ve rahat. Su kaydırakları da çok büyük ve güvenli. Havuz alanı zaten çok büyük, çok fazla havuz seçeneği var, derin-sığ, sessiz-çocuklu gibi.. Çocuklar için çok fazla eğlence seçeneği var. Personel çok yardımcı oldu her konuda, iletişimleri çok iyiydi. Genel olarak çok temiz bir otel, günün her anı temizlik devam ediyor.

The whole resort was very nice and the food was really nice. Mr Peter and Mr Hamada were very supportive and hospitality at best.
