Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort - Hurghada

Kahvaltı, akşam yemekleri güzeldi. Deniz, hem kıyı tarafı hem iskele tarafı güzeldi. Her şey iyiydi yalnızca 1-2 eksiklik vardı.

Tatlı yemek için her akşam Aqua Vista hotelindeki bakery e gitmemiz gerekiyordu çünkü diğer restaurantlarda yalnızca 5-6 çeşit ve bana hitap etmeyen tatlılar oluyordu. Bakery (Sweet home) çeşitlilik ve lezzetler güzeldi. Plaja giden shuttle araçların yarım saatte bir olduğu söylendi ama saati düzensizdi. Plaj başka bir pickalbatros oteline ait ve orada kullanabileceğiniz snack bar çok yetersiz ve plaja çok uzak, 36 derece sıcaklıkta oraya yürümek ciddi zor oluyordu. (Plajdaki snack barda çeşitlilik çok az ve lezzetsiz, özensizdi, bunun düzeltilmesi gerekiyor)

الفندق ممتاز جدا للعوائل والاطفال وقريب من المطار والسوق وأحب اشكر الاخ محمد كراويه على اخلاقياته واسلوبه الجميل حتى كان يضحك مع الاطفال ويشجعهم يروحوا الاكوابارك وكان دائم متواجد ويرحب بالجميع وفعلا كانت اقامة جيده بكل امانه اللي عنده اطفال لا يفوتكم الفندق انا دائما اسافر للغردقه ودايما اروح فنادق عشان الاطفال هذا بصراحه افضلهم يعني باقي الاوتيلات الاكوا متباعد وتحس بتعب من المشي ولكن الاكوا بالفندق هذا احسن بكثير من باقي الفنادق

We had a very enjoyable stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Hotel. The hotel is truly family-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere and facilities that make it a great choice for families with children. A special mention goes to the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Everyone we interacted with was polite and genuinely willing to assist and make our stay comfortable. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Talaat, who went above and beyond to facilitate our stay and promptly resolve any outstanding issues we had. His professionalism, responsiveness, and care made a real difference and are highly appreciated.

The only area that could be improved is the room amenities. Some standard items were missing, such as an iron, slippers, shaving kit, and dental kit. Providing these items as standard would make the overall experience even better.

The Management Strategy is awful ... In my first day I went to the beach, which is in Albatros Palace hotel, one of the hotels that belong to the same chain, and when I asked for towels, the guy told me that the towel center is to serve the guests of Albatros Palace hotel only, and that there is a sperate towel center for Albators Aqua Blu guests... this was weird, especially that the employee of Albators Aqua Blu towel center was not available!! the funny part is that when I asked for the manager, he requested me to meet him in the reception...!! instead of coming to me .... and it ended up in a very awkward situation, as the Albatros Palace hotel towel center guy asked me to use the towels he provides right in front of him !!! as if I was to steal them. The next day was another surprise for me, as it took me like 10 minutes walking to find the restaurant for the beach snack, and again, I found one for Albatros Palace hotel guests and one for Albatros Aqua Blu guests!! it was weird that the Albatros Palace hotel, restaurant guy refused to serve me and asked me to walk again to search for the Albators Aqua Blu restaurant!! so after 5 more minutes of walking... I reached, to find the Albatros Aqua Blu restaurant guy there refusing to give me a plate to take the snack with me to the beach !! he told me that the management prohibits this... This way of dealing with guests would definitely make it the worst experience.

Very nice Resort with many entertainment options and variety of restaurants. Kids had much fun also in the evening in the fun park and VR games. The Staff is really friendly and very helpful.

We had such a great time at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort! The staff were super friendly and always helpful, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the food was tasty with lots of options every day. My kids loved the aqua park and the evening shows — honestly, there was never a dull moment. Everything felt easy and well organized, which made the trip even more relaxing. Some of the main pool guards reserve the sunbeds for other clients while they stay in their rooms. When you go to the main pool at 8 am, you’ll find that most of the preferred places (shaded) are already occupied and no one there

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort, Aqua Blu, and Aqua Vista, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! One of the best things about this resort complex is that the three hotels are connected, so no matter which one you book, you can enjoy all the facilities across the three resorts. There are three fantastic aqua parks (one for adults and two for children of different age groups), plenty of swimming pools, and fun activities throughout the day. The entertainment team did a great job, and the Foam Party was definitely our favorite! The food was excellent. There are several large open-buffet restaurants offering a great variety, and the 24-hour bakery was simply outstanding. The pastries and desserts were some of the best we’ve ever had! Every evening there were enjoyable night shows at the theater, making each day end on a high note. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Karawya from Guest Relations, who welcomed us warmly upon arrival and also checked on us before we left to make sure everything had been perfect. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly valued. We would also like to thank Patricia from Guest Relations, who came to speak with us while we were enjoying the aqua park and was very interested in hearing our feedback. Her friendly attitude and attention to guests were greatly appreciated. In fact, every single staff member we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and wonderful with children. Their hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. This wasn’t our first visit to Hurghada—we’ve been there six or seven times—but it was definitely one of the most enjoyable vacations we’ve ever had. A big thank you to the management, Guest Relations team, entertainment staff, and everyone working behind the scenes for creating such a memorable experience. Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of tasty options every day. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mr. Fawzy ❤️ at the Tagine Restaurant, who made our dining experience exceptional with his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great atmosphere for families.

The main disappointment was the beach. It was mostly allocated to other hotels, so the Aqua Blu beach area had a limited sea view and no sandy beach, which affected the overall beach experience. Also, the diving center offered us a very poor deal by charging almost double the normal price for the Aquarium trip tickets. Fortunately, the Aquarium trip itself was excellent and we really enjoyed it, but the pricing from the diving center was unfair.

Amazing resort, the idea of having 3 different hotels in the same vicinity where you can walk from one onto the other is super fun & satisfying This provides an unmatched experience of huge varities of food, entertainment & activities Every night we would dine at a different restaurant from the multiple options (i think there were 5 or 6 restaurants across the resort) And we would also choose to either have a relaxing pool experience at the Vista hotel, or an adrenaline-driven one in the aqua park hotel! Pickalbatros never disappoints and we're definitely looking forward to our next stay

We always find ourselves coming back to a Pickalbatros hotel when we're planning our vacation We're a family with 2 little kids, and I can't express the amount of joy & surprise we had when found out there was a FREE theme park for us to use, not to forget to mention the free VR gaming area as well which was a blast for all of us As a family, Pickalbatros really took good care of us, especially in entertainment options all day long. There was no dull moment in our stay (even the tiny details like the habging towel monkey the housekeeping made for our kids!) And the food was very clean and delicious, all of our different taste palates where satisfied I enjoyed my stay there, with special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Karawia from the reception who made sure our stay & requests were being fulfilled

my short stay in pickalbatros aqua blu Resort was really wonderful ,starting from the very kind reception staff , ( many special thanks to Mr Mohamed always present and reactive) the room is spacious and well equiped , swiming pools area is also clean and secure ( life guards everywhere ) , we found 3 differents theme restaurants with various menus. the Children's ride park was a unique idea . I can say everything meet our expectations in aqua blu, try it you will not be disappointed

From the moment I entered the Hotel Mr. Mohamed the receptionist met us with a big smile to the staff who made our wishes their command. Everyone was smiling and happy to provide a great service for the hotel customers. They were so kind with the kids. My 7 year old kid skipped the queue of the pasta to order despite his mum being lining up but the chef was so nice and kind to serve my kid before everyone was in the queue. The safety and hygiene were great, I admit that as an expert tour guide who has been in the tourism industry for 22 years. The Aqua park was my main goal behind booking the Hotel and it was amazing, in addition to that VR and amusement park in the evening were topnotch for my kids. I highly recommend the hotel for families who are seeking lots of activities for their kids.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Essen war sehr gut.

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Fotos auf Booking stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Die Betten sind dementsprechend auch durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Der eigene Strandabschnitt, ist nicht direkt am Sandstrand, sondern beim Steg und man darf vom Beachhotel Pickalbatros nichts nutzen, es hat einfach eine kleine Strandbar und ein Bistro für die 2. Klasse von der anderen Strassenseite. Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn wir solche Informationen vor der Buchung gewusst hätten.

Everything you need is available, the staff is very helpful and cheerful. Also lots of activities and entertainment for kids. Restaurant staff Abdallah was very helpful and friendly. He made sure that we got all what we needed.

Maybe the only thing is that the bus transporting us to the beach wasn’t very friendly for elder people. And I think it should be availed more frequently.

Second time to stay, Variety of being in three hotels together as there are two hotels in the same place, comfortable beds, Nice swimming pools, food timings, Aqua park resturant thanks to his chef for the good effort, also the sweet section in aqua vista reception was amazing.

The food quality in tagine resturant was average, one night the chicken coming from the grill was raw, also hi-gene should be supervised especially for the chefs on the grill for all the restaurants as they use the same gloves to prepare raw chicken and kofta then use it to remove the cooked chicken or meat from the grill which is a high potential of salmonella. Most Tv Chanel’s were not working. There is no transport shuffle to Airport although it’s very near. The night show area is not convenient to the shows and most people leaving early after the kids show finishes, the lights are high and the play area around kills the show atmosphere, also the shows need improvement.

The cleanliness is top tier, the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet in your lifetime. I’ve enjoyed my holiday the most not because the fact I was on holiday but the welcoming feeling I had and the smiles everywhere. Food is also lovely the whole holiday was one to remember thanks to this hotel.

The waiters in the restaurants.... They are paying attention to foreigners more than any Arabs.. they would be roaming around asking the tables around us if they need anything, but rarely come to our table to ask if we need anything.. This is the reason for giving it 9 instead of 10, other than that every thing is perfect
