لا أنصح بهذا الفندق على الإطلاق. للأسف كانت تجربتنا سيئة جدًا ومخيبة للآمال، خصوصًا أننا كنا نتوقع مستوى مختلفًا تمامًا من فندق 5 نجوم واسم معروف مثل الباتروس. المشكلة الأكبر كانت في جودة الطعام، حيث تعرضنا لوعكة صحية وأُصبنا بنزلة معوية بعد تناول الطعام في الفندق. وهذا أمر خطير ومثير للقلق، وكان من المفترض أن يتم التعامل معه بمنتهى الجدية والاهتمام. للأسف، كان تعامل مدير الفندق، الأستاذ سعيد، مع شكوانا غير احترافي وفظًا للغاية. والأكثر استغرابًا هو عدم اهتمامه بالموضوع أو بسلامتنا، وبدلًا من التعامل مع الشكوى بشكل جدي ومحاولة حل المشكلة، أخبرنا بكل بساطة أن نقوم بإبلاغ شرطة السياحة! وهذا رد غير مقبول إطلاقًا من مدير فندق 5 نجوم تجاه ضيوف تعرضوا لوعكة صحية خلال إقامتهم. كنا نتوقع على الأقل اعتذارًا واضحًا، واهتمامًا حقيقيًا بصحتنا، وفتح تحقيق في موضوع الطعام ومعرفة سبب ما حدث، ولكن للأسف لم يتم التعامل مع الأمر بالشكل الذي يليق بفندق بهذا المستوى. والأكثر إحباطًا أننا دفعنا مبلغًا كبيرًا مقابل الإقامة، ومع ذلك لم يتم تقديم أي تعويض أو حتى حل مناسب لما تعرضنا له. بصراحة، ندمت على اختيار الباتروس. الإجازة التي كان من المفترض أن تكون للراحة والاستمتاع تحولت إلى تعب ومشاكل وتجربة مزعجة جدًا. تجربة لن تتكرر أبدًا، ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق لمن يبحث عن جودة الطعام، الخدمة الاحترافية، والاهتمام الحقيقي بالضيف. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected, especially from a well-known 5-star hotel like Albatros. The biggest issue was the quality of the food. We suffered a health issue and developed gastroenteritis after eating the hotel’s food. This is a very serious and concerning matter, and we expected it to be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the way the hotel manager, Mr. Saeed, handled our complaint was extremely rude and unprofessional. His lack of concern was very disappointing.

I would have given a score of 10 except for the following: 1. I booked this for a companion friend and his 2 kids from while in USA. My friend is Egyptian. I booked my family in the adjacent Pickalbatros resort. Upon checking in they did not honor my reservation I made for my Egyptian friend because he is Egyptian nad apparently has different pricing and cannot use U.S. pricing. I was forced to cancel reservation and he had to make his own reservation. 2. The show in that resort Supposed to be accessible to the other 2 adjacent Pickalbatros resorts and vice versa. It is not and have to pay for it. However, with talking to front staff they "reserved us to go it 2 days later" which I ended up not going and staying in our other resort for unique activities that night. My recommendation is to be upfront with any restrictions and place it on booking.com to avoid misunderstanding or disappointment. Otherwise there was no other concerns

Personnel accueillant à l'arrivée mention spéciale pour Mohamed de la réception. Les chambres sont de grandes tailles pratiques et propres..

Nous avons remarqué un manque de civisme des locaux ( égyptiens ) se permettent énormément de choses qui ne sont pas correctes avec l'approbation du personnel (certains) Ils ne font pas la queue dans les restaurants, dans les attractions et sous les yeux du personnel. Plusieurs touristes avaient l'air très agacés et prenaient les devant même si parfois compliqué !! Cela peux vraiment nuire à un sejour et faire perdre des clients Vraiment dommage.

بصراحة المكان بالنسبه لي رضاوه كل شي متوفر وحتى ما يخلون مجال للزعل اهتمام جدا عالي واشكر كل الموظفين هناك وبالأخص المدير العام الاستاذ محمد وكل طاقم العمل على رحابه صدورهم

ما فيه شي ماعجبنا بالعكس كل شي كان حلو وحتى لو فيه شي مجرد تواصلك معهم يرضونك كانت ولله الحمد تجربه ممتازه واكيد المكان له تكرار

The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. What really stood out was how friendly and supportive every single member of the team was. Their hospitality made such a positive difference to our overall experience. Specially Mr. Mahmoud from the manager of maintenance team and Mr. Mohamed from reception If I choose to stay at this property again, the wonderful staff will definitely be one of the main reasons. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

1- The rooms are a bit dated, which was not what I expected based on the impression I had at the time of booking. 2- Also, the family rooms have only one bathroom, which was quite surprising and inconvenient for us as a family. 3- The kids’ aqua park could definitely be better maintained in terms of cleanliness. During our stay, it did not feel as clean as we would have expected, which was disappointing considering it is mainly used by children. 4. The beach experience was unfortunately one of the most disappointing parts of our stay. The beach is not located directly at the property but at Al Dana Beach Hotel, so we had to use the shuttle bus to get there. What made the situation more frustrating was that we repeatedly faced issues with the staff at the other hotel regarding where Neverland guests were allowed to sit or access the beach. We were told that certain areas were “not our place” and that we had to move or walk to another area. The way this was communicated was rude and made us feel unwelcome. This arrangement really needs to be better coordinated between the two hotels so that guests are not placed in such an uncomfortable and annoying situation.

Les piscines aquatiques,proximité du mall.

Beaucoup de personnes irrespectueuses (bruits incessants la nuit par les Voisins) / personnes qui mangent dans les piscines/ trop de monde qui font n’importe quoi avec les vélos/ personnes qui doublent et non reprisent par le personnel/ le sol des chambres devraient être nettoyées / pas de glaces à l’hôtel la journée bien dommage pour les enfants avec la chaleur (en octobre il y en a) / accès à la plage d’un autre hôtel trajet trop long à pied désormais et peu de places par ailleurs la mer est vraiment pas terrible de ce côté là

- لابد من اضافة مرايات في الغرف وكذلك يلزم اضافة الباصات للتنقل بين الأماكن بشكل اكثر سلاسة وذلك لتقليل فترات الانتظار الطويلة. - الألعاب في الملاهي لابد ان يكون لها وقت اطول ويجب ان تستمر إلى الساعة 12 ليلا. - الشاطيء يحتاج عناية اكثر من ذلك.

رحلة ممتعة و لله الحمد، المرافق و المطاعم ممتازة جداً جميع الخدمات متوفرة داخل المنتجع لم نحتاج للخروج ..

الغرف في الدور الثالث و لا يوجد مصعد! و على الرغم من انه حجز غرف على إطلالات و لكن لم يكن فيها اي اطلالة كما ان احدى الغرف التكييف جداً سيئ لا يعمل! النت سيئ في الغرف و يتوقف تماماً عن العمل في العاشرة مساءاً يوجد تأخير بعض الشيئ عند طلب اي خدمة للغرفة!

Hade velat ha lite mjukare säng. Annars var det helt ok.

Het eten, faciliteiten en personeel van restaurants en personeel aan zwembaden.

Via Booking.com had ik duidelijk aangegeven dat ik een kamer aan het zwembad wilde. Bij aankomst kregen wij echter een kamer op de tweede verdieping, dus niet aan het zwembad. Na overleg kregen we uiteindelijk een andere kamer, maar daarvoor moesten we wachten tot 18:00 uur. Wij hebben bijna zes uur hebben gewacht op onze kamer. Dat was erg vervelend, vooral omdat we met kinderen reisden en na de lange reis graag zo snel mogelijk naar onze kamer wilden om bij te komen. Al met al vond ik de communicatie en het nakomen van gemaakte afspraken erg teleurstellend.

Hygiëne, het eten, faciliteiten. De personeel van restaurants en huishouden ontzettend lief.

Na overleg kregen we uiteindelijk een andere kamer, maar daarvoor moesten we wachten tot 15:00 uur. Dat was erg vervelend, vooral omdat we met kinderen reisden en na de lange reis graag zo snel mogelijk naar onze kamer wilden om bij te komen. Nadat we de kamer hadden gekregen, kwam er een manager van de receptie naar ons toe. Hij vertelde ons dat hij ons zou uitnodigen voor de Neverland-show en dat we hiervoor een brief zouden ontvangen. Helaas is deze uitnodiging nooit gekomen. Mijn zoon wilde heel graag even kijken wat er bij de Neverland-show gebeurde. Toen hij daarheen ging, werd hij echter weggestuurd en kreeg hij te horen dat hij $45 moest betalen om de show te mogen bekijken. Dit vond ik erg teleurstellend, vooral omdat de manager ons eerder persoonlijk had verteld dat wij zouden worden uitgenodigd. Al met al vond ik de communicatie en het nakomen van gemaakte afspraken erg teleurstellend. Vooral met kinderen verwacht je dat afspraken die door een manager worden gemaakt, ook daadwerkelijk worden nagekomen.

I m still waiting for a refund. I submitted numerous emails and messages, I called few times which was useless . Staff can’t help or don’t understand and we’re all not helpful. My family stayed only the first night because they had to, I rebooked another stay at pickalbateos aqua park which is part of the same hotel chain. Alf Lila Wa Lila was for adults and kids couldn’t play or swim since the pool wasn’t kids friendly .

للأسف late Dinner اقل فى المستوى من السنوات السابقة برجاء زيارة الباصات بين الفندق و خصوصا بعد انتهاء الاكتفتى سلوك بعض النزلاء بإهدار الطعام عدم التنظيم و الازدحام على VAR

Huge resort with many facilities & entertainment. It's one of the best family resorts all over Egypt. I liked the pools , the animation team, and the night entertainment.

This was my second visit to Neverland, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel quite as enjoyable as my first visit. To be fair, my disappointment has nothing to do with the staff or management. They were doing their best and making a real effort to handle the situation. The main issue was simply the **crowd**. When a resort this huge is almost 100% occupied, it becomes difficult to enjoy the facilities in a relaxed way. The restaurants were very noisy, and the Aqua Park was extremely crowded. You often have to wait, deal with long queues, and share the facilities with a lot of people. Another thing that really bothered me was the **amount of food wasted at the open buffet**. I noticed many guests filling their plates with enormous amounts of food—far more than they could possibly eat—and then leaving most of it untouched. In the end, all that food goes straight into the garbage. It was honestly quite disturbing to see such a huge amount of perfectly good food being wasted. I really wish the resort could find a way to raise awareness among guests about food waste. I honestly believe Neverland is a completely different experience when it’s not overcrowded. **My advice is to visit outside the holidays and peak periods.** If you do that, you’ll probably enjoy the resort much more—it really can feel like heaven. One more piece of advice: **avoid the spa unless you’re prepared for extremely high prices.** I found the prices shockingly expensive and, personally, didn’t feel they were justified. Overall, I still like Neverland and would consider going back, but definitely **during a less busy period**. That would make a huge difference to the experience.

منتجع رائع جدا جدا العاملين من طاقم رائعين، وأخص السيد ايمن حسن المدير الذي لم يتركنا دقيقة بعد شكوى بسيطة شخص يعكس طابع وأخلاق المصرين الرائع، مدير ذو مهنية تفوق التوقعات. منتجع يستحق التجربة للعائلات بكل ما تحمل الكلمة من معنى. وسوف اذهب السنة القادمة ان شاء الله ولكن انصح الجميع بتعامل مع مكتب سياحة وليس عن طريق موقع Booking.com لا توجد مصداقية من ناحية booking.com

المساحات كبيرة جدا يجيب ان يكون تنوع أكثر للضيافة بين الوجبات الرئيسية، تخص الأطفال.

افضل فندق فى الغردقه

Stayed for one night, but the experience fell far short of our expectations. The aqua park itself is okay, but the wait times for slides were ridiculous. We waited forever for just one ride and ended up giving up and leaving. Most of the pools are quite shallow (max 120 cm). I heard there was a deeper pool (150/160 cm) somewhere on the property, but we didn't get a chance to check. The snacks and drinks were terrible, especially the coffee, it was really bad. ​Despite booking a honeymoon room, there was nothing special prepared upon arrival. When I brought this up with reception, they did send a fruit plate and some Cola to the room later!

Upon arrival, there was no bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush, or shaving kit in the room as suppose to be in any hotel for welcoming the guests… Didn’t like the organization for bike to stand in a long queue taking time for riding the bike. The frequent lineups for each activity, such as cycling and others. Animation team I did not feel the presence of the animation team during my stay, and I did not see them at all.

The food was horrible. There was alot of bugs and birds at the food eating. This complaints was given to the administration. This is a safety concern for me. I got sick for two days from the food. The staff was amazing. cleanliness was bad also.

Overall, it was an outstanding experience and offered excellent value for money. It is an ideal resort for families, whether they have young children or teenagers, as it provides everything needed for entertainment in one place. Although the resort is not located directly on the beach, a complimentary shuttle bus to its private Dana Beach operates every 15 minutes, making access convenient. For food lovers, this resort is an excellent choice, with a wide variety of dining options and consistently enjoyable meals. I experienced an issue with my room, but it was handled professionally and resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, no matter where I was in the resort.

Suggestions for Improvement A considerable amount of food is left on dining tables, much of it almost untouched. I hope the resort management could consider partnering with local charities or establishing a food donation initiative to make better use of this surplus, where regulations and food safety standards permit. Installing showers near the main swimming pools would be a valuable addition, especially since some guest rooms are located quite far from the pool area. During busy periods, the reception team appeared to struggle with managing guest requests. My request for a golf cart to transport my luggage was never fulfilled. After waiting for a considerable time and making several unsuccessful attempts to follow up with reception, I eventually had to carry my luggage myself while trying to find my way around the resort.

Lots of activities for kids , Aqua park , VR ..etc .Kids loved it and enjoyed their time .

Outdated room . We asked for iron and reception said that they don’t offer that inside room and only laundry service available which was inconvenient for us . Fridge , safe , toilet door were broken .

المكان حلو وشامل فيه كل شئ بس لازم نركز بالنقاط الجاية .. اولا اذا اطفالك اقل من 5 سنوات وانن ما راح تلعب بالاكاوبارك فالمكان موومناسب لك تقدر تلقى اماكن احلى وبسعر ارخص ... ثانيا المشي مرا كثير لان نيفرلاند فيها 3 فنادق مختلفه فالمساحات شاسعه وكبيره جدا في باص ينقلك بس عند البوابات لازم انت تتنقل .. ثالثا الاكل المطاعم كثيرة والخيارات كثيرة بس غالبا المكان جدا زحمه فمو سهل عليك تلقى مكان تجلس وتاكل الا انك تجي بدري من يفتح البوفيه . . باختصار المكان جميل اذا معاك اطفال ومراهقين صغار ماينفع وناس تحب الهدوء ماينفع لها ابدا

تجربة جميلة وممتعة للعائلة كانت إقامتنا في الفندق جميلة وممتعة جداً، واستمتعنا كثيراً بالمرافق والألعاب المائية. المكان مناسب للعائلات، والخدمة كانت جيدة، وأنصح بتجربته. كما أتقدم بالشكر الخاص للموظفين محمد أحمد ومحمد عنتر على حسن التعامل والاهتمام والاحترافية، فقد كان لهما دور كبير في جعل تجربتنا أكثر راحة ومتعة. بالتأكيد نرغب في تكرار الزيارة مستقبلاً.

le personnel de la la réception est très désagréable. a notre arrivé nous n'avons même pa eu droit a un verre d'eau. nous avion réservé depuis plu de 5 mois et émis le souhait d'avoir des chambres en étage on nous a attribué des chambres en Rdc très mal situé, devant notre refus et après la publication d'un avis google négatif on nous changé de chambre 2 fois. Nous avions réservé dan cet hotel pour ces piscine et le parce aquatique mais seulement 40 % des tobogans sont ouvert

We stayed in rooms 5936&5937 very spacious and clean. Special thanks to room service Mohamed El Sayed very polite and helpful. Food varieties and snacks. Activities VR and fun city make you busy all the day.

De faciliteiten zijn super, de aquaparken, de VR, de kermis en het superaardige personeel (met grote uitzondering van het onaangename receptiepersoneel), gewoon super!

Personeel aan de receptie zowel bij check in als check out absoluut niet vriendelijk nog gedienstig. We kwamen aan na 14u dus voorbij check in-tijd maar toch meer dan 2u wachten op een kamer, die dan nog niet het type was dat we geboekt hadden (hotelkamer ipv bungalow) waardoor we uiteindelijk pas na 2,5u in de juiste kamer terechtkwamen. Bij uitchecken eerst 1u45 moeten wachten voor de bagage werd opgehaald van de kamer en dan wilde de receptionist nog dat we onmiddellijk onze bandjes lieten doorknippen zodat we geen gebruik meer konden maken van de faciliteiten, ondanks dat we pas 's avonds vertrokken. We hebben dit uiteraard geweigerd maar dit is absoluut niet hoe het hoort. De rest van het personeel is zó aardig, de receptionisten vallen erg uit de toon, jammer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More Than a Hotel… A Masterclass in Genuine Hospitality After spending our vacation at Pickalbatros Alf Leila Wa Leila, I can honestly say that this is one of the very few places where the people make the destination even more memorable than the facilities themselves. From the very first moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the team made us feel that we were not just guests—we were family. Our sincere thanks go first to Ms. Rana at the Front Desk. Her professionalism, kindness, warm smile, and willingness to help created the perfect first impression. She made us feel welcomed before we even reached our room. The culinary experience deserves a standing ovation. Every restaurant was excellent, but the bakery was simply outstanding. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, yet I can confidently say that the croissants here are among the best I have ever tasted—perfectly baked every single day. The Italian restaurant was another highlight, especially the gentleman preparing the salads and pasta. His passion, attention to detail, and genuine care transformed every meal into a wonderful experience. A very special thank you also goes to the Housekeeping team, especially Tarek from Minya. Our room was spotless every single day. Nothing was ever missing. Fresh towels, perfectly changed bed linens, and exceptional cleanliness became the standard rather than the exception. Every day felt like walking into a newly prepared room. However, what truly amazed me was something far beyond beautiful buildings, delicious food, or entertaining facilities. It was the people. I still cannot understand how every employee manages to maintain such incredible energy. They work long hours, under the intense summer sun, constantly serving hundreds of guests, yet they never lose their smile. Even more unbelievable is their ability to anticipate your needs before you even express them.

كل شيء جميل وكل الشكر للأستاذ مكاريوس والاستاذه رانا في استقبال الف ليله وليله ذوق جدا وعملوا علي راحتنا طوال فتره الاقامه والأستاذ إسلام اللي استقبلنا اول يوم وكل الاستف في المطاعم والبارات خليه نحل شغاله لراحه النزلاء والهاوس كيبنج كل شيء جميل وتيست اكل جميل وتنوع رهيب

الفوط لازم أخدها من الفندق معي علي الشاطيء وارجع أسلمها تاني بالفندق يا ريت الاداره تغير النقطه دي وتخلي النزيل يستلم الفوط من الشاطيء

It has everything, a proper resort with several options will keep your family enjoying the whole experience. The water park, the meals, the shows, the games, and a lot more. Thanks to Alf Leila Wa Leila team, the manager Amr, Mika, Antar and Rana for making sure we enjoy our stay, Zoghby, Osama and Mahrous for helping with the luggage, and the SPA team as well. Everyone was amazing, very friendly staff and they made sure everyone was enjoying their time and having fun. I rarely due reviews, but for Neverland I highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at Neverland Alf Leila Wa Leila, and everything exceeded our expectations. The resort was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and perfect for families. A special thank you to the receptionist (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name). He was wearing a navy suit on July 5th and personally escorted us to our room. It was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture that made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. The only small thing I had hoped for was a room overlooking the aqua park or one of the pools. However, it wasn’t a problem at all, as the resort is well designed and it was easy for us to get around and enjoy all the facilities. We would also like to thank Moham ed Tharwat from Room Service, who took excellent care of our room throughout our stay. He was always friendly, professional, and attentive. The food was delicious with a great variety to suit everyone. The aqua park and amusement rides were fantastic, and the smiling chefs and the staff at the aqua park made our vacation even more enjoyable with their kindness and positive attitude. This was actually our fifth stay with Pickalbatros Hotels, and once again they did not disappoint. Every visit is a wonderful experience, and we keep coming back because of the outstanding service and hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was great, and everything was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our vacation and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Hady for his outstanding support and hospitality. He took care of every request we had, responded quickly, and made sure everything was arranged perfectly for us. His professionalism and kindness made a big difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate all his efforts and would definitely recommend this hotel. We look forward to coming back again!

The rooms should be slightly renewed

Everything was good.

Scattered areas and delay in shuttle bus. Food was ok but in some restaurants it was tasteless. One guy operating multiple slides at the same time creating quite a long que and waiting time. Some employee were rude like waleed in the burger restaurant, he really lack professionalism. But to be quite honest my overall experience was ok.

Clean, helpful staff and nice atmosphere,

The kids thoroughly enjoyed the water slides, swimming pools, playground, swings, bumper cars, amusement rides, evening games and activities, and the VR experience. These were the highlights of their stay and the parts they enjoyed the most.

Our room was located far from the main facilities and entertainment areas, making it inconvenient to access the resort's amenities. Although there was a wide variety of food, the quality was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The entertainment also lacked variety and seemed to be aimed mainly at foreign guests, with very little Arabic music or activities for Arab families. We also experienced several maintenance issues in our room, including an air conditioner that did not work properly on the first night, a refrigerator that was not cooling sufficiently, and a room telephone that was out of order.
