Aladdin Beach Resort - Families and Couples Only

Good located: near from the airport. Really nice atmosphere - all atractions are located on 1 place, what was comfortable. Excellent management of loungers and towels- on the beach, as well as in aquapark. We had always 4 places when we needed. Aquapark is really huge advantage. Room was in a bungalow - quite and clean. Very clean bathrooms - by the beach, and actually everywhere:) Service was very nice and helpful.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and the place was spotless. We went to check in rather than having two standard rooms they offered us a family suite instead he said it was in front of the beach. I was surprised when I got there and the start of the beach was about 5 meters from our door. They were working on one of pools but even at that there was still loads of beds and space. We ate in all the restaurants and nice had one bad meal. The Teppanyaki was my favourite the chef was amazing followed closely by the Italian. The staff were amazing they work constantly cleaning the hotel and maintaining the grounds. The staff working bars and restaurants we all so nice and we always welcoming with a warm smile they couldn't do enough for you..

Location is very good. Atmosphere is on great level. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff is very kind. Noise is on good level. Value is impressive. Amenities is very good.

Cannot recommend aladdin beach resort enough we had the most magical 10 days was so clean staff so friendly had a fusdy child fatima on reception even ordered mcds to hotel for us food had a great choice no one got ill and lots to choose from only down side is the alcohol is not great but im not big drinker so wasnt a issue. The pool the beach the parks the water park so much to do we got a fantastic holiday at a fantastic price will definitely book again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have just returned home from spending an amazing week at the aladdin beach resot . I can thank everyone at the hotel enough. The hotel grounds, rooms and facilities where spotless . The food had a great variety The waiters where amazing in the restaurants. The location is perfect not far from airport, shopping centre and other attractions. Aqua park was again spotless and staff brilliant. I cannot wait to return next year

We had a fantastic stay at this resort, mainly because the bar staff were so friendly, couldn’t do enough for you and made us feel special. The room was nice, clean and plenty of storage. Shower room was roomy. Sushi, Mongolian and Asian restaurant were fantastic and easy to book with the app or in reception. The fish restaurant was awful (in our opinion). It was rushed, the food was thrown on the plate, not very appetising at all. Service was the worst out of all of them. The buffet had plenty of choice. Tips go along way. We are definitely returning ext year.

On arrival the reception staff were very polite and friendly. Reception staff were the same the whole way through our 10 day stay. Our room had a pool view, queen size bed , very spacious and plenty of storage and it was spotless. Water replenished in the fridge every day. Our housekeeping was top class, beautiful arrangments made with a towel left on the bed with flowers. The room was spotless, cleaned every day. The food was amazing, such a large variety to choose from.My husband and i never ate one bad meal. Everything we ate was delicious. The pool bar man was top class, so friendly and helpful. The pool area also spotless and the pool staff were amazing and very hard workers. The hotel waiting staff were faultless, always smiling, funny and nothing was ever a bother to them. Even the staff in the pharmacy were so helpful. This was our first time in Egypt, we wanted a chilled out relaxing holiday after an awful year and thats exactly what we got. The holiday was amazing.Top class in fact. We will be back to Aladdin Beach Resort next year. Well done to all the staff for making our holiday so special. Mrs Jane Bassett

The experience in this Resort was so nice. The staff is a 10, they are happy to help you if you need anything, the cleanliness also impressed me, the evening shows are also fantastic.

1st time visiting Egypt and Aladdin beach resort and was so impressed by this hotel. I’ve never known a hotel be as clean and well staffed as Aladdin is. Every where you look someone is cleaning and all staff had a constant smile on their face. As 2 female travellers we felt incredibly safe on site and can’t find 1 fault with our stay at all. The food was lovely and plentiful with a selection to suit most needs and we stayed in one of the standard rooms which yes the furniture wasn’t as modern as the deluxe but so long as I have a bed to sleep in and a shower to wash in I’m happy. Fantastic hotel with a great vibe to it and I will definitely be back.

First impressions for me first visit to Egypt not the best, but the place grows on you, firstly the staff are one of the best I've come across. The hotel is lacking that something building in need of repair in places, room adequate some mold showing in the bathroom (being picky) not a modern hotel, loads of choice for sunbathing beach pools various some quiet some loud, aqua park thats look brilliant to entertain all ages, eats plenty to choose from just not hot, a few restaurants need to book early, breakfast was the best egg however you want them, omelets really nice, loads for kids to do, lots of other nationalities there too. Overall my first visit was good flight time not so, my mistake not taking notice, if is can be done more suited to me day flight times I'll be back.

Here’s our honest view of Aladdin. The hotel is 4* and I would definitely agree with this. Both good and bad points below. Hotel is around 15 mins from airport so quick transfer. Grounds- These were stunning and so so clean. The staff worked so hard to maintain this and everything was extremely clean and tidy. Rooms- We got upgraded to a deluxe room which was nice. The only downfall was the lay out of the rooms. We were directly outside the children’s play area which considering we are two adults wasn’t ideal. The room had a terrace, again personal preference I do prefer a balcony but we made do. The room again was spotless and cleaned daily fresh towels ect. A second key card can be given just ask at reception. We were able to keep the room on till 6pm on the last day for £15 which was brilliant. Food - This for us was the downfall. It was very standard and basic. We did find however as the week went on it did improve slightly but we survived on pasta really. Entertainment- This was not great at night but in the day the team worked hard to ensure there was things to do. Didn’t mither too much if they knew you just wanted to sit and sunbathe. Staff- They work so hard and are very attentive. It was our first time in Egypt and they do expect to be tipped. I was ignored on a few occasions by pool bar staff as they served people who had earlier tipped. Other than this the staff are great very friendly and chatty and work so hard. Trips - We enjoyed a couple of trips to dolphin house and orange bay. Orange bay is beautiful. We used cruise tours for our trips and the service is excellent would highly recommend. The beach at the hotel is lovely too with lots of beds although we went in April could be different in summer months/ school holidays. I probably wouldn’t return to Aladdin and would try another hotel there wasn’t a lot of English when we first arrived and by the end was around 2/3 family’s that had arrived. Hope this helps !

Resort was amazing, very clean, Lots of options for food All members of staff were very friendly and welcoming, they all work hard to make you feel as comfortable as possible we travelled as a family of 11 and everything went so smoothly thanks to the members of staff, The best part is the entertainment team, they also work incredibly hard, we took part in most activities as there was so many to choose from, and enjoyed every one we did, thank you to all the team at Aladdin beach,

We visited alladin beach as a group of 8. 4 children, 4 adults. The hotel was fantastic.... the staff are amazing from the gardeners to the animation. Food one of the best we've had at an all inclusive hotel. Facilities are great, the kids we're never bored. The only thing that could be better was the visiting acts..... one the singers sounded like one of the cats was being strangled lol... second time we've visited this hotel and won't be the last well done aladdin beach and thank you!!!!!

Staff very friendly at the hotel. Very accommodating to your needs. Rooms are clean and tidy. Tea, coffee provided in the room, plenty of bars around. Good choice of themed restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The food is really good and so much variety we particularly loved the Mongolian restaurant. Staff are fantastic the bar/wait staff worke tirelessly and the animation team are fantastic. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

we had a great holiday here! Adam was so friendly and included everyone in all the fun activities! would definitely recommend! the food was also really nice and had many options to choose from!

So we arrived at this hotel at about 10:30 at night and were directed to the restaurant for food even though it was late. When we got to our room (1414) I think it was a fanily suite, it was huge, beds were lovely and spotlessly clean. Big walk in shower. Fridge stocked with water and nice balcony. After a good sleep we headed to breakfast. Big restaurant with a variety of food to choose from. In my opinion the fruit selection was lacking but there was plenty of choice otherwise. You can’t access drinks yourself on this resort which was a bit annoying but there staff are on the ball bringing them to your table and are so friendly! The rest of the hotel matched the room. Spotless everywhere, every restaurant, pool area, the gardens, all immaculate. Every toilet, also spotlessly clean. The staff do an amazing job. For lunch there is the main restaurant, Dolce vita, or the beach bar. All with freshly cooked for you areas which is nice because some people just don’t keep an eye on their kids touching stuff they aren’t going to eat. The beach is lovely, lots of lovely fish about for snorkelling. The waterpark at alibaba is only a few minute walk for the thrill seekers. You can get towels and drinks over there too and eat if you book in advance. There are few shops between the 2 hotels where you can grab bags and football kits etc and à chemist. The guy near the beach who sells creams and stuff was fab! We only ate at the dolce vita à la carte. We did go to the dolphin but my kids are really funny eaters and there was no menu and no kids menu eirher so we left. After that we didn’t bother with the others. The entertainment team work their socks offs with m plenty of activities and the foam party was great! On a cloudy day I went to the spa for a pedicure, honestly the best pedicure I have ever had! I left with feet I haven’t had that smooth since being a baby! On our last day we didn’t fly until 11 and we we’re lucky to be able to keep our room on for a few but they do have a shower to use if this is not an option. The staff work so hard , if you can tips are much appreciated! I think I’ve covered everything but please message me with any questions. Highly recommend this hotel, so much so I booked to go back before we left!

We visited over the Easter holiday. They definitely went all out it look absolutely beautiful. A egg hunt for the kids. A festive Easter theme buffet. The place is clean & tidy. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff. They go the extra mile. Warm & friendly. We did tip as they work fr hard. We also brought chocolates which my children handed out. The rooms are clean & welcoming. We were on the second floor with a balcony which was nice in the evening to sit & relax. Our cleaner was lovely always making sure we was ok & the room was tidy., The restaurants we tried were Italian,Chinese & teppanyaki all delicious. The main restaurant something for everyone. I’m a vegetarian & my youngest is the most Fussiest eater. We never left hungry. Some really nice veggies Indian dishes. The evening they have a bbq going on outside the main restaurant with so many varieties. If your a cat lover or even feel like you want to help bring some cat treats as their is strays unfortunately but guest to help by feeding them & giving them water. I did notice traps so the hotel is aware. I’ve been coming to Egypt for 18yrs. First time to Aladdin. I would definitely return. Highly recommend to others. On the beach with lots of sun-beds .

We love this hotel. We have been here 10 days and wish we had booked longer, we have had what we would class as a proper holiday, relaxing and having fun! Room - we had a deluxe family suite which was situated near the front of the hotel. The room was clean and stocked with fresh water daily. Entertainment - they make the hotel what it is. They are so friendly, they took the time to always have a chat with us. They create a great vibe during the day and at night. We took part in Bowles, yoga, Zumba, darts and the evening activities. Don’t forget your white outfits for the white party! Food - we thought the food was great, particularly the Mongolian restaurant. The chefs in the sushi went out of their way to cater for my husbands shellfish allergy and made him sushi off the menu so he could enjoy it. Drinks - the cocktails are nice, they aren’t the usual pina colada etc.. they make their own but they are great and we drank them every day. You can also get your standard soft drinks - coke, sprite & Fanta. The pool bar make a great coffee. The orange juice tasted more like squash than juice but the kids liked it. There were renovations going on during our stay which we were aware of but it didn’t effect us at all. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back again. We were made to feel so welcome by every member of staff we met.

We arrived at Aladdin for a fun and relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. I would come back to this hotel, everyone is so welcoming. There is plenty to do whether it's chilling by the pool or a fun activity planned by the entertainment team. The entertainment team create a great atmosphere around the pool and in the evenings. We have enjoyed the food and the cocktails and definitely made the most of the all inclusive. With the food, there is something for everyone, our fussy eater daughter managed to eat fine every day. All the staff are polite and friendly and to us, that is what makes the hotel so great.

Lovely, clean hotel with a great selection of food. The entertainment team are fab and get you involved in the different activities going on. The pool foam party was a great afternoon and they made Easter really special for the children. We’ve had a great time here!

Rooms are nice and clean, so it’s the rest of the hotel, staff are constantly cleaning. Staff are lovely especially saad and Ahmed and all animation team at the beach bar, food is okay, beach bar sushi and tepenyaki are defiantly worth a visit as dinner buffet is more an acquired taste. Losta of excursions and stuff to do too

What a fabulous experience. The food was fantastic. Always something different to eat in the buffet. Restaurants were always available via app or machine in reception or guest relations (there is never a queue). Fish restaurant wasn’t great. Italian not to our liking because the service was bad, food mediocre but Mongolian, Teriyaki and sushi were excellent. Loved all the meals there. The teriyaki show table was fabulous, the chef and food were the best. A big shout out to Hana at the pool bar, what a hard working a mazing guy. All the staff are so hardworking especially Amr Modather, Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Mahmoud were fabulous waiters, we loved every single one of them. We will 100% be coming back.

Had a wonderful stay. Great food, had a lovely delux room, staff cant do enough, lovely and clean all around and the animation Team are so friendly and entertaining, we had such good fun.

Room nice but right out side as we had a ground floor was construction site and large sheets of tarpaulin as our view see photos, was very noisy and dusty. Decent cocktail such as Pina Colada is to be paid for the ones you could have were horrid. Caged monkeys and dogs out back in horrid cages really sad to see and it’s not mentioned when booking as we would never have come. It’s just not needed in a kids playground. Food I struggled as I don’t want mash or roast potatoes for breakfast and to get an omelette you would que for a while. We were sold this as a 5star and having stayed at many 5star hotels this is more a 3 star. Very disappointed and thinking we were being holiday snobs realised on speaking with other English people they felt the same absolute S..t hole one called it I’m afraid, some of hotel closed off due to building works even at the beach so no relaxing here, there is pools but only one heated so that’s packed the water is freezing.A jacket is needed in the evening as it can get cold at night weather in the day is nice. Beach is nice apart from the building works. Booked a carte Italian well we was in at 7pm out by 7.40 food was same as Buffett and no service help yourself we were in and out couldn’t see the point in booking. Had the worse Christmas and Boxing Day ever wish we had just stayed home. Only thing we will miss is the sun☀️ Can get a taxi from hotel man from white shark very good 20 minutes to marina had the best food at soul restaurant amazing food and staff.. And shopping mall 10 mins away in taxi but can walk, Hurgarda itself was good but not this hotel unfortunately.

It’s ok. Food really nice - but like a cattle market in the main restaurant. Italians was lovely. The hotel is so clean. They work so hard. However, staff look so miserable, as their job is so monotonous - horrible to watch. Our room was lovely and situated perfectly. However, others looked awful, as building work going on. Huge tarpaulin erected. Bungalows looked dark and dingy. Beach set up wasn’t the best. Dirty sunbeds and shabby. However, the Beach Bar and restaurant food, really nice. Entertainment was horrific - just awful. Not one good experience ! If you get a good deal, enjoy.

All the staff from cleaners to management are the best! Spotless clean, on hand 24/7, great food, family oriented, don’t need to leave the resort, can use its sister hotel The Ali Baba amenities, waterpark, 12 restaurants, multiple pools some heated, private beach, pool/beach staff do everything for you, stayed in a deluxe junior suite which was perfect. Big praise for our houseman Ayeman Abrahamn, excellent job done by him! Also beautiful big man on the beach bar, the pool boy who speaks 5 languages (forget name), Egyptian brother on pool bar, 3 young women in main buffet restaurant, Emad the guide you can book desert trips with he’s a gentleman, Meena in the trinket shop he’s so happy, sharma chef in the pool bar for making us all flap like chickens daily, crepe chef for his designs, they are all so kind, happy and polite who make you smile ever time you see them, they go above and beyond for everyone and remember everyone. Christmas was made magical by the hotel, every single member of staff involved and the detail the put into everything!

It is a wonderful resort which is built on a unique location to attract tourists and guests. The Resort provides the stunning views of the Red Sea. It is extremely beautiful, attractive, and impressive with beautiful plants. Resort's noise levels did not affect the quality of our stay. The rooms provided us with a peaceful and comfortable environment to relax and sleep. Mr Omar, the Owner of the Resort (omar@hwaidakhotels.com) and his staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Mr Omar has a very warm and sunny personality that is very engaging. He is very friendly, easygoing, and brings joy and happiness to our holiday. He is a person with generosity, integrity, respect and courtesy and has a cheerful approach to problems and dispute resolutions. We were provided with the best rooms which were perfectly clean and very comfortable. The resort offered the delicious breakfast each morning, lovely food at lunch and very impressive dinner in the evening. Food is cooked perfectly. The Chefs made cooked food less spicy by using balanced seasoning ingredients, i.e. salt, pepper, sugar/sweeteners, and acids. Everything is absolutely delicious. Mr Makram Hassani (one of the managers in Agrabah restaurant) is an amazing person who is dedicated, friendly, hardworking, exceptionally admirable, and possesses outstanding qualities. He and Mr Omar made a strong impression and left a powerful positive impact on our stay at this Resort. Credit should also go to the following persons for their specific contribution, hard work and friendliness in making our holiday pleasant. Their efforts can never be overlooked: The key players include: Mostafa - House Man Sayed Mohammed, Hamand Shihat, Omar Yousuf, Abdu, Hossam, Ahmed Mohammed, Abd El Nasser, Hanna Fekri, Lamia, Mohammed Ahmed (all from Agrabah Restaurant). The Animation Team must create and organise creative content by recruiting more technical professionals like artists, animators, character designers etc and offer different kinds of amusement and social and cultural activities. This can attract tourists and guests and retain animators artistic talents and skills. Based on quality, usefulness, satisfaction, or cost -effectiveness, this Resort is something that is well worth the money paid for it. We wish Mr Omar and his staff a happy and blessed life. Will absolutely be back...

I had an amazing experience. The people here are very friendly. The hotel is brilliant and the food is very nice. The pool area is very peaceful but is also very fun at the same time. The beach is on the door step, which is convenient.

I am here now and regularly take my holidays in egypt, where I always have a negative comment to make even if it's trivial.I It was nice to have live singers in the night, especially the ABBA medley. I can honestly say that I can't think of one niggly comment (apart from the bathroom window and no mattresses on the sunbeds), I can highly recommend this hotel and once again the staff are amazing. My room was lovely. I will be looking to book again as the staff made my holiday with their amazing service. Mr manager, you should be so proud of your staff,we spoke to everyone we met even if it was good morning and received a smile back every time.

We had the most fantastic holiday, made truly unforgettable thanks to Bintu, a wonderful member of the animation team. She brought so much friendliness, humour, and joy to every moment. Whether it was daily activities or evening entertainment, Bintu always made us feel welcome and kept us smiling. She has a special gift for making guests feel at home, and we’re so grateful for the energy and kindness she shared with us throughout our stay. The hotel itself has been excellent, the food was great with plenty of variety, and our deluxe room was spotless, comfortable, and of an outstanding standard. A huge thank-you to the whole team, and especially to Bintu, for making our holiday so memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, warm, and relaxing getaway.

Well what can I say apart from it’s just amazing, 2nd time here this year and haven’t long came home this month from 11 nights away with my mum ,I call Aladdin my 2nd home , I’ve made so many friends within the staff at Aladdin some I see as family, the staff can’t do enough for you even the care they showed me during my last trip a few weeks ago when I was ill for a few nights with my health condition they are just the best thank u Mo salah bar waiter and Mohammad pool waiter for all your help in looking after me it went unnoticed ☺️, koshi the teppanyaki chef is amazing u must go try his food 😋, Mostaffa restaurant manager is just so lovely ☺️ my friends in the animation team Wagsi , Tony ,Catrina , Justin you guys wrk so hard and make everyones holiday so much fun during the day and at night luv u guys 🥰 then Gamal front house manager who is our dear friend/family thank you for always looking after myself and my mum and making sure our holiday is perfect from start to finish you are just the best and we miss you 💚, Aladdin beach resort I can’t fault you’s and I just can’t wait to be back next year …. The hotel is very friendly, personal is doing very good job, every day with smile and nice mood. Entertaiment is fantastic , every evening different show, different programme. I am enjoying time here .

Really good location as it is close to the airport…. Not too close so we don’t hear the airport. We are near lovely beaches. Atmosphere is exciting, always something to do and the staff are very friendly, especially the bar staff and the entertainment staff. Rooms were lovely and clean, very modern and stocked with everything we needed. The value is worth it, good price for an all inclusive holiday. Noise level was good, it was quite late at night so we could all sleep well. The service was friendly, quick and kind. The hotel has everything you need… drinks, pools, water parks, beaches, entertainment, music and lots of fun!!!!

Well where do I start ! After reading reviews before we went , we went with low expectations! But my god we was surprised, fantastic food , clean room very modern , superb staff all friendly ,the ladies who greeted us in the restaurant very welcoming. The hotel as a whole was worth the money we paid !! Will definitely go back again . Whoever wrote those bad reports obviously went with very high expectations. Will say Aladdin you are fantastic 😊

Just got back from an amazing experience at The Aladdin so thought it only right to share my review. We originally booked into another hotel in Hurgharda but after an unfortunate experience we were forced to find alternative accommodation. We arrive in the Aladdin reception with our suitcase and children in tow with no prior booking. We explained our situation to the very helpful man at the reception who said they would be very happy to help us and could offer us a Delux family room for the next 10 nights at a very competitive rate. We accepted and check in was very smooth from then. The Room: We were shown to room 2242 which was a Delux family bungalow. The room considered of a large main bedroom with all the amenities you could need, a bathroom and a second bedroom with 2 beds, tv and storage. The room was decorated beautiful, was spotlessly clean and continued to be cleaned to a high standard all holiday. The pools: We visited the main pools near the beach. Both pools were clean and kept clean throughout the day. All staff were very friendly and helpful including bar staff. The animation team were also present for most of the day doing various games and activities which was very fun to watch. The beach: Beach is beautiful and sandy, never a problem getting a bed, staff always helpful. Sea is lovely and clear and can be accessed by a jetty or from a certain part you can walk in. The floating beds are also a nice touch and we enjoyed using them. The water park: Waterpark is again clean with very helpful staff who were also keeping on top of safety and making sure everyone followed the rules. Great fun for children and adults alike. The Food: The food is absolutely wonderful. We were not expecting much having stayed at a few different all inclusive hotels in Egypt and always found the food to be passable at best. This was not the case here. The food was extremely tasty, fresh and varried. Breakfast and dinner we had in the main Agrabh restaurant and would like to make a special mention to the 2 ladies who great you as you walk in. They were always so happy to see us and extremely helpful. We took lunch at the snack bar on the beach as was easier with having young children and although that was the same everyday it was fresh and tasty. My children especially enjoyed the waffels! Kids club: The kids club and park are an absolute star of this hotel especially in the evenings. Kids club is open from 20:00 until 21.30 and the park is staffed from 17:00 until 23:00 my children absolutely loved it here and the staff were brillant with them all. Entertainment: Evening entertainment is awesome!! Serval shows a night and all of them are worth watching. There is a lovely atmosphere in the entertainment area which has to be credited to the staff! A massive thank you to Mo Sahal the waiter who was one of the highlights of our stay. He waited on us every evening with a smile and a chat, he never expected anything and was just genuinely happy to help. He is a credit to this hotel. Overall I can't complain about anything! Sorry, but I was a bit dissapointed... We were traveling with polish TUI travel agency... And one of the first question at the check-in was: "Are You from polish TUI or german?". And after we said "polish" I got to know, what's the difference... We did get a room, which I suspect to be one of the worst rooms in whole resort... We reserved a trip for 4 person, but got a 3-person room with additional bed (foldable)... When I went to the reception to ask if they have any other room because we don't like this one, then they told us, that we can pay for the upgrade. So we did. TUI Poland did not refund us any of our cost at all - they refused our claim... To be just - I need to add - that all the rest of our stay was awesome - staff was very nice, the upgraded room was also nice and everything else was just great - I even regret that we stayed so short.

I have had the most AMAZING time at Aladdin beach resort. So much to do, food and service is top notch. Rooms are spacious. They get cleaned every day. If you need anything go and see Tony in entertainment. He is very helpful and very nice. Restaurant staff are also very kind. I am coming back nect September and my brother is coming back in January. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

This is my second trip to aladdin, and already booked for January 2026. This hotel has everything that you could possibly need and want! The beach area is superb! The pool area’s also amazing, there are three pool areas to choose from and each offers a different experience. The rooms have been brilliant too. The spa staff can be a bit pushy for sales, but I understand that this is their job to do. Spa experience has also been great for massage. Reception staff are great. Animation and activity staff are super, and so friendly. Food is good, something for everyone at all times. All staff work so hard, around the clock. I really do rate the aladdin for a vacation stay :)

We just returned from this hotel. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good vacation. The food was varied and plentiful, but cold. The evening entertainment was terrible and boring, with dancing every day. I'm shocked with so many entertainers that they can't do anything more. How much dancing is there?! (I don't know, maybe karaoke or bingo?) The kids were bored and didn't want to watch it. Unfortunately, there's nothing outside the hotel either, so there's no chance of going out. As for the staff, there were some nice people, but one incident ruined our vacation. The waiter by the pool, after we asked for a drink, kept talking to himself in his own language; even his colleague shook his head, so it wasn't pleasant. When we informed the manager about this, the reaction was immediate. For four people, we were given one room with separate beds, which is supposed to be a better room. I dread to think what the worse ones are like. People sleeping on the floor? Overall, the hotel has potential, but the organization is very poor. I go on vacation twice a year and one thing is certain, I will never return to this hotel, I do not recommend it to families with children.

The service is really great. Very friendly and helpful people. Animation team 10of 10. The food in restaurants is nice, but not good foe kids. the Japanise restaurant is well. in general the good but we got used to something with better quality. The selection in restaurants could be better.

Came here for ten nights with the family, hotel staff are lovely, polite, helpful and always willing to help out. Animation team were great always had something on for entertainment. Food selection limited but has some lovely restaurants where the food was very nice. We come to hurghada every year weather is beautiful, we come to aqua blue usually so we found this hotel a little disappointing, the beds were not comfortable very hard but overall the hotel is value for money.

We had a fantastic holiday and now have the holiday blues! We are a family of 4 we stayed in a standard room which they added extra beds too, these were not refurbished and slightly old but perfectly fine for what we needed. The gardeners work so hard to make the grounds beautiful The food at this hotel is great! We never got bored due to the availability of a la carte restaurants for dinner. The Mongolian ( Chinese) was so yummy, lots of food we went twice we enjoyed it so much. We mainly ate at the beach restaurant for lunch and they also did an evening dinner that you can sign up for. The main agrabah restaurant was great for breakfast and you can also use the Italian by the pool for breakfast too. They do a huge selection, cereals, fruits, breads, omelets, eggs, pancakes all sorts! We were there for Halloween and they put on an amazing Halloween dinner with a brilliant dessert display outside and Halloween party. You can use the pool and waterpark at Alibaba hotel next door, this was a much nicer swimming pool and you also get drinks and snacks there. He waterpark was great for our 6 and 11 year old they loved the slides and always felt safe as the lifeguards are brilliant. The beach is really nice, our children spent the days looking for starfish and snorkelling seeing a wide array of beautiful sea life. You need to be up early to get beds on the beach but never a problem to get beds around the pool area At check in they give you a qr code to download Aladdin app so you can find out all details of the hotel and can also book restaurants via the app Great holiday, brilliant food highly recommend this hotel

We have had a great time at this hotel and loved all the facilities they have to offer. We made use of both the pool and beach and went to majority of the restaurants. We especially loved the beach bar for lunch. All staff members were all so lovely including the animation team ( Vibes guys ), waiters, restaurant staff, cleaners and reception staff. I would definitely recommend for couples, families and anyone who wants to visit Egypt. We also had the opportunity to do many attractions as our hotel was in the perfect location of Hurghada: including a day trip to Cairo, Luxor, boat trips, snorkelling in the Red Sea and ATV rides which were all extremely good value for money

Location is great as it is right on the beach. Atmosphere is good at night at the entertainment. Rooms are clean and have plenty of space, rooms are spotless everytime the cleaners have been in they do a very good Job. Good value for money. Noise level is fine. Service is great. Just visited here for a week with family and it was everything I needed and more. Friendly staff great animation team and food was excellent. Wifi was reliable too.

Just back from a 1 week stay at this resort & wish we had booked to stay longer. The rooms are a good size & cleaned daily. There are a variety of pools to choose from, most activities are around the main pool and we didn’t have any issues getting sunbeds. You are also able to use the water park, pool & bar facilities at the adjoining Ali Baba Palace. The entertainment, bar & serving staff work very hard and I travelled with my 3 children who are aged 19, 21 & 22 and we had a fabulous holiday. A special mention to our young waiter/bar tender Mohamed Alii who became friendly with my son and provided great service to us during our stay. We stayed from 10-17 September and would recommend this resort.

The pros.. The vast majority of staff are helpful, smiling and friendly. Waiters, servers, lifeguards etc were frequently playful with my son. You can see the many cleaning staff working relentlessly all day around the grounds and pool area to keep things as safe and clean as possible. Yes, some staff approach you regarding trips. It really wasn’t often or intrusive. And if you say no thanks, they leave you be. Red Sea excursion people on site have pretty good reviews though.. The room we had was one of the older ones, red curtains mid brown wood kind of style, but it was not shabby, the aircon wasn’t overly noisy and there was a good sized mini fridge that was topped up with bottled water daily- even when we had the do-not-disturb sign, water was still left on our table outside. Beds, big and comfy, rooms cleaned daily. Water park is great, it’s got slides for babies, younger kids, older kids and adults. Again, lots of staff keeping things safe. No problems getting sunloungers by pool or on the beach at any time. The sea is lovely and warm! My son loved playing football with other kids in the evening- they have a member of staff as ref at all times. Lovely play area too. There’s a pharmacy, souvenir and snack shops, hospital, and excursion shop all on site. Lots of different currencies can be used and they calculate the exchange rate properly. Oh, and the staff put a cake in our room on my birthday! Lovely touch. Cons…. So, our room was right next to the entertainment stage.. most nights, the sound wasn’t that loud in our room and ended at a reasonable hour. But one day they started building a new stage at 5am, very noisy. The ‘white patty’ started at 1730, and didn’t end until much later than usual and then they noisily took the stage apart again at 1am. It was like trying to sleep in a club toilet with the walls and windows thumping and vibrating. What made it worse was there was less than 25 people actually dancing, and some of those were staff!! This all corresponded with the second day that we were very poorly with Egypt belly and we just wanted to rest in peace. (Egypt belly was a very nasty business, I could see us ending up in the hospital the way it was going, but thankfully the pharmacy gave us treatment that worked very quickly and it was cheap). And the food.. I am not fussy, but it just wasn’t good. Very odd choices (I think to please the many Russians there) and poor quality- eg very fatty chewy meat, very salty or flavourless meat and sauce dishes, neon coloured things, French toast that needed a saw to cut and surprisingly limited selection of fruit.. after our belly troubles we really didn’t want to touch salad anymore (some of which was nice) so I just ended up with a plate of plain rice for each meal. I didn’t feel the food reflected Egyptian cuisine, neither was it Western Europe/American. We were very tired of it and ate out of necessity in the end. The drinks were also poor quality. Branded Coca Cola was served across the site, but tasted very different (bad and chemically) at the beach bar and other places. The juice was more like squash and the water tangy. I didn’t even bother to try the alcohol. The choices were naff anyway. We also didn’t bother with the entertainment. We heard the same strange collection of songs played nearly every night and as we passed by the stage we never saw anything that made us want to stop and watch. Wasn’t really a problem for us, we were ready to relax and play cards in our air conditioned room by that time of night. Finally, the shower in our room was only just tepid. I didn’t inform the staff, but it would have been nice to have hot water to feel properly clean. The water also seemed very hard, you needed a lot of soap to get any lather at all, so take more than you think you need. I would give 3.5 stars if it was an option. And perhaps if we’d been in a room away from the stage, that wouldn’t have been a bother and I could give 4 stars. But the food and drink was disappointing and I wouldn’t want another holiday putting up with that for a week.

I'm not one to leave a review, I go away atleast 4 times a year but this holiday has been disappointment after disappointment which has led me to leave this. I will vouch that the hotel is clean, food is bearable... Night time entertainment was painful to watch, we found ourselves going back to the room 6 nights out the 10 because it was just rubbish. Even my 6 year old didn't enjoy it, I just find the atmosphere very dull and boring. This hotel is not worth the money we have paid as a family of 4. 4 girls may I add, and all the workers are male and stare and talk to you like you a peice of meat/rubbish which left us uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel or return.

What an amazing resort and entertainment team Bintu was fantastic always happy and entertaining checking in to make sure we were all ok involved our 13 teen year old boy in the activities around the pool. 5star room was always clean and the resort is being cleaned 24/7

Staying at the hotel was really great. Beautiful surroundings, well-kept interiors and pleasant atmosphere make you immediately able to relax. The staff is very nice, helpful and always smiling, which makes your stay even more pleasant. Delicious food - a large selection and everything fresh, everyone will find something for themselves. The beach is clean and well-kept, ideal for relaxation. Definitely a place worth recommending and I'll be happy to come back here!

Room. Spotless very modern and cleaned daily to a high standard. Bottled water replaced every day and towels every other day. Pool/ beach area. Again very clean always an attendant cleaning the pool area. Being an all inclusive resort you have to expect. Bit of chaos around the bars etc but no really long cues. Loads of sun beds available we did have to get up early to ensure we had enough beds for the family but again part and parcel off it. Entertainment team work tirelessly to ensure everyone is happy and included in games around the pool. Maris especially funny. Evening entertainment. This was a bit repetitive but ok all in all. Boho party the pick of the bunch. Again no real queues whist waiting to get a drink. Mohamed Salah (yes that is his name) was very helpful and always smiling nothing was to much. Food. Breakfast limited but that’s the joys of an ai resort. Lunch we tended to eat at the beach bar as more for the kids. Pizzas were always good. Evening meal. Again quite repetitive but we always managed to find something to eat. The live cooking outside was especially good. We ate in the Italian one night slightly disappointing but not horrendous. We saved the best until last. On our last night we opted for the teppanyaki this was by far the best meal of the holiday. And highly recommend everyone tried this. We organised 2 trips whilst there. One with Red Sea sky. Great boat trip swimming with dolphins snorkelling and inflatables. All excellent and the included lunch and soft drinks was also a great touch. Then we booked a vip quad bike safari through moto safari. Again very good and very reasonably priced. 25k in to the desert to experience the way T they live out there then 25k back. All in all a great 10 day holiday. Would 100% return in the future.

Currently still here at Aladdin beach and that flight home can’t come quick enough !!!! If your English avoid this hotel we are spoken to and treated like second class …. I’ve never experienced more rude unhelpful and down right ignorant staff in my years of travel , the reception staff are about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard and the entertainment staff are not existent. Would advise if you have booked this hotel change it as soon as you can !!!!! The food has made all ten of us ill and now resorted us in eating out and ordering McDonald’s to which the reception now won’t even help us do that and order the food in we have yet again arranged a taxi to the local McDonald’s

Due to school holidays it was a bit noisy with children and sometimes it was difficult to find a restaurant table. Full marks, though, to certain waiters who helped us. Rooms were fine, but it was a 5 minute walk to the restaurant! The domestic staff - male - were brilliant. Hurghada disappointed us overall, though, because we couldn’t see much fish life or coral when snorkelling from the beach. As the experience at the airport was chaotic - both ways - Regret to say we probably won’t return to Hurghada!

Aladdin resort has been a great experience all the staff and entertainment staff are very amazing and friendly, there is lots to do around the pool, yoga and aqua gym was my favourite, but lots more activities to do with all the family, the beach and water park is spectacular and great fun to swim in the Red Sea and all the slides that are really thrilling in the water park. I look forward to coming back especially for the weather!!!!

The hotel was amazing, the food is okay we all managed to eat a meal at lunch and tea very similar most nights, the hotel is very clean they clean the hotel all day every day it’s spotless, the entertainment team are great and always get you involved with everything, however the night time shows aren’t great and should be considered to change them as it’s near enough the same every night the boho party and white party where amazing!! We have enjoyed our stay here

Our recent holiday was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences we have ever had. While we tried to find the positives, the sheer number of problems with basic service, hygiene, and facilities made our stay incredibly stressful. Here is a breakdown of our experience: Cons (The Overwhelming Majority) • Shocking Service & Communication: The staff’s lack of training was evident everywhere. Waiters did not understand basic English words like “salad” or “the time.” Ordering was a lottery; there was a more than 50% chance the waiter would bring back whatever they remembered, not what you actually ordered. I asked for chicken and got fish. Another time, I asked for a beer and watched them give it to another man, presumably for a better tip. The attitude was often rude, with one staff member responding to a question with a blunt, “Yes, yes what?” • Terrible Food & Drink Quality: The quality was appalling. I was served a RAW omelet on three separate occasions. When I asked for an espresso, I was given an instant coffee with more dry instant coffee sprinkled on top. The beer was flat and tasted like piss. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and the a la carte sushi restaurant was so bad we had to go to the main buffet afterwards to get a proper meal. • Hygiene & Cleanliness Issues: This was a major concern. It appeared someone was literally living in the lobby toilets. This meant they were constantly being closed for cleaning, but were still unusable and smelled like piss everywhere. The Kids’ Club toilet was also absolutely disgusting, with filth everywhere. Housekeeping was unreliable; they would frequently forget to leave towels in the room after cleaning. On one occasion, I had to call reception twice and wait two hours just to get a towel. • Poor Facilities & Bizarre Rules: There was no cold water in our room; the tap water was always hot. The hairdryer would only work for 20 seconds at a time before overheating. The water park, a key attraction, inexplicably closes midday, kicking everybody out for lunch. Furthermore, they don’t serve beer there—only soft drinks and coffee. • Unprofessionalism and Disregard for Guests: The issues started before we even arrived, with the airport transfer charging us £100 instead of the agreed-upon $100. Other guests were rude, leaning over your plate at the buffet or simply taking your sunbed the moment you walked away. We requested a late check-out and were told it wasn’t possible, yet no one checked into our room after we left. Pros (The Very Few) • Responsive Management: To their credit, whenever we raised a serious issue with the managers, they dealt with it straight away. • Evening Buffet: The food in the main restaurant during the evening service was quite good. • Kids’ Club Activities: The club itself was excellent for children’s activities. However, this comes with a severe warning: DO NOT let your child use the toilets there. They are horrifically unsanitary. Conclusion: Do Not Go Here Despite the managers’ efforts to fix individual problems, a holiday shouldn’t be a constant battle. The failures in basic service, hygiene, and quality were relentless. This was not a relaxing experience; it was a stressful and unpleasant one. We will never return, and we strongly advise anyone reading this to save their money and book elsewhere. Avoid the disappointment.

Currently here at the moment and don’t have a good thing to say about the place. The food is disgusting, the staff are arrogant and rude. You ask for a drink at the bar it’s like everything’s too much for them. Constant power cuts. Aircon goes off and doesn’t come back on for hours. It looks nice and the rooms are nice but other than that everything else is awful.

This holiday was by far the best, all the staff were very friendly and amazing vibes, the animators always put on an amazing show and just had an amazing time, will be sad to leave.

Booked this holiday for the family based on reviews on TripAdvisor. I must say I was very disappointed with the hotel. 1. The entertainment team for children was poor, not much on offer except pizza making. 2. The entertainment team beg you to write them good reviews, the basically ask for your phone and connect it to their WiFi hot-spot so they are not using the hotel WiFi to complete the review. 3. The food was average for children, no chicken nuggets or chips. There is no snack bar throughout the day. Drinks are warm. 4. You can't relax in peace around the poor without being harassed to buy an excursion. 5. The room was average. I would say this hotel is a 2 star at best, pool area not clean and not enough sunbeds. Please do not believe the positive reviews that include the entertainment team are great, the evening shows were far too sexual for children to watch.

Here we go, we attended for 14 x nights in August. Weather was great very hot, great location by the beach. We arrived late at night the welcome was underwhelming, the room wasn't ready and we were told to get a drink and wait. After hanging around we followed the porter to our deluxe double room room 2966. What can I say an absolute dump, 2 X singles beds for a family a three, they then brought down a pop up camp bed, I'll upload the pictures of it, disgusting thin and stained mattress my lad who is 13 a big lad had to sleep on it for 2 x weeks despite numerous complaints, we have taken this up with easy jet. Anyway onto the rest, pools are overcrowded with people pretty much people on top of you, sunbeds disgusting , they don't get cleaned see the pictures theres just no hygiene around the whole place, young lads with minging mops the blue anti slip mats gross. The food was average, a la carte plain and boring, teppanyaki was the best. The beach restaurant at night time the BBQ food cold and just sat and some young lad blasting music. We had 2 x takeaways to break the holiday up, KFC delivered and Castello both really nice, we ate out at the Marina x 2, Las Vegas steak house and the Moon both amazing. The entertainment around the pool was ok, shout out to Tony and Angela nice ppl, evening entertainment again really overcrowded, not sure why the amphitheatre is abandoned shame just another dumping ground next to the pool. Lots of potential this hotel but just a dive. We stayed at long beach last year levels above this. See pictures. Last time to Egypt for us. Book another hotel.

I really don't understand why people are saying this hotel is so good!! : On a late night arrival the reception staff were completely hopeless, rude & ignorant!! no welcome drink either!! : So glad we up graded our rooms to the deluxe rooms, these were nice to be fair & very clean. : Breakfast wasn't to bad if you don't mind eating omelettes & eggs every day!! : Pools...were crammed & also closed when children pooed in the pool, the drinks around the pool were pathetic, warm, in flimsy cups, no cocktail choices!! & they always ran out of ice!! : Beach, liked the beach, snorkeling was good but again the drinks were warm!! : Dinner: well that's another story! choice was limited for English people, unless you lived off pasta!! the children's section was crap!! no mayonnaise available which my granddaughter loves with everything!! : Entertainment, well all I can say is people must be easily pleased!! hardly any interaction with people during the day & in the evening, waiter service was hardly existent & the queues for the bar were a complete joke!! Nearly all drinks at night were served in a plastic cup unless you asked for a glass...which lets be fair you shouldn't have to!! & these drinks were warm as well & the spirits were awful!! Most nights we went back to our rooms & drank the alcohol that we took with us...so glad we did now!! : A la carte restaurants, we booked the Italian, which I couldn't attend as I was ill but the rest of my family said it was the best meal they'd had since arriving, we also booked the Mongolian, this wasn't to bad but the upper floor area we were in was extremely hot & very windy!! : Marina, this is definitely a must, we went into Lucas bar, English food, great service & the food & atmosphere was amazing!! We also went to the Senso Mall, this was really nice, plenty of shops & an eating area, we had McDonald's, which I'm not a lover of but it was great!! KFC was average but better than the hotel food!! On a positive note, the man who cleaned our room was excellent, went out of his way to make sure we were all happy,nothing was to much for him & he kept our rooms spotless!! Some of the bar staff were friendly & helpful. When we were due to leave we were told that we couldn't keep our rooms as the hotel was full!! they offered us a room to shower in which we were grateful for & accepted...it was a standard room & it was absolutely awful, small & dated!! AC didn't work, bathroom was dreadful, absolutely nightmare, by this time we just wanted to go home!! We've been to Egypt numerous times and this was by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed in!! I would not recommend this hotel at all but if you're easily pleased and happy to part with a lot of money...What can I say go for it!!

The only positives about this hotel are the lovely weather, our friendly and hardworking room cleaner, the beach, and one meal at the à la carte restaurant (which was excellent once we were finally seated) The hotel complex was very nice also and very spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing. The “all-inclusive” drinks service was extremely poor, drinks regularly ran out both morning and night with beer running out before 10 pm four nights in a row. Even when available cocktails/drinks were warm & served in tiny cups and only a small selection was included; anything else such as smoothies or cans of pop came at an extra charge. Queues for drinks were also ridiculous and in the mornings there was sometimes no one serving at all. Breakfast was very poor (and I’m not a fussy eater), with long queues just for eggs. Wi-Fi was weak everywhere and we were constantly approached to book extra paid activities. Our room which we paid extra to “upgrade,” looked nice but still had issues: the sink wasn’t fixed to the counter, we were given two single beds despite being a couple, the only plug near the bed was positioned next to the air conditioning switch (turning it off by accident) and the tap water came out brown on the first day but later cleared. On some mornings there was also a sewage smell from the toilet. One of the pool areas needs maintenance as the flooring is coming up and the general service feels chaotic. The language barrier made things more difficult when ordering drinks or asking for certain things, When we booked the à la carte restaurant in advance we were left waiting for other guests to finish before we could be seated. We also felt like we didn’t get a talk down of the hotel and the facilities we were just left to find things our self. Overall despite the beach, cleaner, and weather being lovely, the constant shortages, poor service, and lack of upkeep mean I would not recommend this hotel.

On my last day of a 2 week holiday with my family, my mam, dad, sister, partner and 4 kids age 5-8 we have had an amazing time. The hotel is beautifully located on the beach with many pools to choose from we prefer the main pool on the beach. The entertainment team keep everyone active with many activities to join in on. The food is ok, breakfast being the over all favourite. We had the family suit which was decorated beautifully but the air con was not very good in comparison to my mams and sisters rooms we struggled to get it cool. We have stayed in Egypt many times and we have never had a bad holiday because it’s just a beautiful country. A few things that could be improved are. The drinks in the beach restaurant were always warm, the air con needs fixing in our room, the pool tables should be free to use, avoid the shops on the beach they are ridiculously priced much cheaper outside.
