Very clean and organized

Everything was wonderful, especially the Kids Club and the great care and attention given to the children. The staff were very helpful and cooperative, and the reception team were extremely supportive. Many thanks to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!

Très bel hôtel. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec une petite terrasse. Presence de 8 restaurants dont un principal. La nourriture est réellement excellente avec un choix incroyable (sauf au restaurant de burger) Sympathie de l'ensemble du personnel (mention spéciale à la personne faisant les chambres du bâtiment 7, de Hayat et Hahmed) Hayat parle un très bon français et est serviable et professionnelle.

Même si ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel : -les gens qui se baignent tout habillés et qui viennent en même tenues au restaurant.... -les gens qui réservent les transats dès 7h du matin alors que certains viennent seulement dans la Journée. (que ce soit les transats de la mer et ceux de la piscine).

Excellent range of good quality foods available with very considerate and polite staff.

Getting food in buffet style with many people who were often inconsiderate was frustrating but not responsibility of staff! The option to eat other meals a la carte in other locations was valuable and easy to book.

🌴 Sunrise Garden Beach Resort We’ve travelled extensively around the world and Egypt, and Sunrise Garden Beach was genuinely amazing. The food was great, the shows and animation team were fantastic, and it’s a lively, family-friendly resort with a lovely, clean and peaceful beach. But what really makes this hotel special is the people. A huge thank you to Mr. Moamen on reception, who went above and beyond throughout our stay and made everything so easy and special. Also a special mention to Alicia from animation and the lovely gentleman who looked after Building 9. The staff truly make this resort a credit to Sunrise. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely be back! ❤️

Az érkezésünkkor a szálloda recepción azzal fogadtak bennünket, hogy egy technikai probléma miatt nem tudnak elhelyezni az általunk előzetesen lefoglalt szállodába. Viszont.. a szálloda vezetése felajánlott - azonos árban - egy hasonló méretű szobát a mellette lévő magasabb kategóriával rendelkező SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort-ban. Elfogadtuk, de abszolút nem bántuk meg. Az ellátás, rend, rendezettség, tisztaság, a tengerpart, kiszolgálás tökéletes volt, és ami legfontosabb nagyságrenddel kevesebben voltak mint az általunk foglalt szállodában. A fő étkezéseknél az előírt dress code emelte az igényesség szintjét és emellett elő hegedűzene volt egy hölgy előadásában, ami különösen hangulatossá tette az étkezést, amelyeknél sehol, soha nem volt tumultus. A választható alacarte éttermek (vagy 5 db) nagyon igényesen berendezettek és az ételek nagyon finomak voltak. A saját tengerpart tiszta, nyugodt volt kellő nagyságú szalmatetős bungalókkal. Külön tetszett, hogy mindenhol (étterem, tengerpart) volt elszeparált rész a csak felnőttek részére, ezzel is biztosítva a nyugalmat.

Az érkezéskor átélt meglepetést kivéve nem volt.

Wonderful resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely beach with water starting shallow and get deeper slowly. Perfect for everybody. It was my husband's 60th and they went out of their way to make it special. Birthday cake and room decoration. They moved us clser to the beach due to his difficulty in walking. Drinks were great. Swimmingpool lovely. Buffet big variety and tasty. Will definitely come again.

It was not a big issue, but the food at the Egyption restaurant was not very nice. Dry and tasteless to us. Maybe because we are not use to Egyption food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Oldalról tengerre néző szobánk volt, szuper kikátás a strandra,. A szobában nagy tisztaság, kényelmes ágyak, nagy modern fürdőszoba. A tenger tiszta, kényelmes napágyakkal.. Jó programok, az animációs team fenomenális. Változatos ételek, jó ízűek, finomak. A pincérek ahogy leülsz, kérdezik, mit iszol. Mi a fő éttermekben ettünk, a Gardeben és a Maomlukban felváltva. Ahmed, a recepción is nagyon kedves😘Ajánlom a hotelt, még visszamegyek.

Az 5- ös épületben voltunk a második emeleten. A felső teraszokon nem volt ruhaszárító, csak a földszinten. Lehet, hogy azért mert kissebbek, de a falra lehetne valamit szerelni. Ez csak kis probléma, nem rontott semmit a nyaralásunkon, de azért jó lett volna.

Our Stay was perfect and the whole staff is really helpful and cheerful starting by calling you before arriving to ensure if you have any special requests or needs for your stay .. When we arrived they requested to have lunch while preparing the room for us which by the way was freely upgraded by the hotel ❤️ Everything in the hotel is perfect including animation team, restaurants and food quality, the beach and the pool, and the whole activities during the day. Also they made me a surprise for my wife in the room for our weeding anniversary

I keep hearing about sunrise garden and mamlook and how beautiful they are, but the hotel was not as expected, the floor in the rooms is not clean.. View from the rooms is not that good if the view is the most important to you, then you won't like the rooms. Food is good not many options, but good taste.. The receptionists are great and helpful

The room was quite worn out, and I did not use the water heater because it looked very old and dirty. Most of the staff were rarely smiled while talk to you. Specially the reception while I checking in . The marina is extremely long, and there are no coral reefs to enjoy. Also, the animation team activities were very weak and repetitive, so I felt bored during the stay.

I am a returning costumer and as always a very warm welcome to the hotel staff cannot do enough for you my cleaner in block 7 Mohamed is amazing nothing is to much trouble also Osman in the main restaurant made sure my coffee cup was never empty everything was wonderful and I look forward to my next visit

I’ve just returned from another stay here and once again it has been absolutely perfect. This hotel truly is the best, and it never fails to exceed my expectations every single time. The food is amazing, with such a wide variety and choice of restaurants – there’s something for everyone and it’s always to such a high standard. The hotel itself is consistently spotless, and you can really tell how much care goes into maintaining it. What makes this place so special, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team is attentive, kind, and respectful. They always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and they genuinely make it feel like a home away from home. The shows & parties on the evenings were amazing! Especially sunrise festival!

There is some great animation members like- Jimmy, Michaela and Diego🥰 in the team at the moment, but the team don’t make much contact with guests anymore which is sad as animation is key part of the hotel here and I know how good it can be with lots of guest contact/communication.

Die Lage in der Bucht. Das grosse, helle, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sehr feines Brot. Unglaublich viel Auswahl.

Das Essen war teilweise gut, teilweise weniger. Im Speisesaal war es recht laut, draussen schön und gemütlich. Täglich der Dieselrasenmäher (laut und stinkig).

We had an excellent stay at Sunrise Garden Beach Resort and this was already our second time here — certainly not the last. The kindness and professionalism of the staff are exceptional. Everyone is genuinely attentive to guests’ needs and always willing to help with a smile. The quality of the food is also outstanding. Unlike many resorts, the cuisine here is truly tasty and flavorful, especially the grilled dishes which were excellent throughout our stay. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the housekeeping staff is discreet, respectful and very attentive. We were also very impressed by the evening entertainment. The shows are of an incredibly high level, with professional dancers, acrobats and jugglers — much better than what we usually see in resorts.

Only one small suggestion: it could be even better to start the evening shows around 9:30 PM, which would make it easier to enjoy dinner without rushing.

C’est tout simplement l’expérience Sunrise : qualité, service et excellence au rendez-vous. Ce n’est pas notre première fois, et ce ne sera certainement pas la dernière. L’expérience commence à l’accueil par le professionnalisme de Mouhamed Tawfic : professionnel, aimable et attentif jusqu’à la dernière minute de notre séjour. L’établissement dispose de plusieurs piscines magnifiques et propres, d’un parc aquatique ainsi que d’une plage privée, le tout parfaitement entretenu grâce au management de M. Hefni et son équipe. Enfin, je ne peux pas oublier le grand chef Mouhamed et le chef Sayed et toute l’équipe de cuisine pour la qualité des plats proposés. Nous nous sommes régalés : crevettes, poissons, viande… une grande variété, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Merci Sunrise❤️

We had a wonderful 5-night stay, and choosing this hotel was an excellent decision. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The meals were delicious with a great variety of options every day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming— they were outstanding. The animation team was also amazing, full of energy and entertainment, e It definitely won’t be our last visit.

The entire family got food poisoning after eating grilled fish, which ruined the entire vacation and caused the excursions to be canceled. The pillows were very old and stained, and the towels were also stained. The staff didn't seem friendly. When checking out, reception asks you to rate the hotel on their official website—it's a psychological trick. The food was monotonous.

Perfect holiday in Sunrise Garden. Mr. Mo’men at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating—he arranged two innovative, well-designed rooms next to each other. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The aqua pools and the beach are amazing, offering a great experience for both relaxation and fun. The gym is also very well-equipped with all the necessary facilities; however, the only drawback is that it closes early at 7 PM. The food is delicious and offers a wide variety of wonderful dishes. Special thanks to Chef Aly for his outstanding work. The animation team does a fantastic job keeping all family members entertained and happy—thank you all and fola! The hotel is also well-equipped with sports facilities, including football, tennis, and paddle courts.
