Everything else other than the room all was great, I would like to specially thank Ahmed from the room service staff, Also Ahmed Said at the restaurant dinner who was very hospitable and of amazing service. Also special thanks to Nada from guest service relation.

the room was in a very bad condition specially the bathroom there was no shower door, the sink drain is broken and each day there was insect coming out of it. Also the shezlong on the jungle aqua pool it's back was broken and couldn't be well adjusted. Also the room was full of mosquitos

We had such a wonderful family stay at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park, and it was truly a hit with my children! The hotel offers so much for families, and my children absolutely loved the slides, pools and activities. The everyday entertainment kept them busy and excited, and there was always something happening. Seeing how much fun they had was one of the highlights of our stay. I would especially like to recognise Mohamed, who took care of our room during our stay. He was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always ensuring that our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. He made sure we always had enough water and refreshments, and his consistency and kindness did not go unnoticed. Having someone who takes such pride in ensuring that guests are comfortable makes such a difference. I would also like to thank Amira and Aya from the spa, who took wonderful care of my mother and me. They were warm, professional and attentive, and made our spa experience so relaxing and enjoyable. It was lovely to have that special time together during our holiday. Overall, Pickalbatros was a fantastic choice for our family. The combination of the activities, slides, entertainment, facilities and wonderful staff made our stay memorable. Most importantly, the children had an amazing time. A special thank you to Mohamed, Amira and Aya for your kindness and care. You each contributed to making our family holiday even more special.

Thank you, Neverland! Thanks to every member of the Neverland team! it was a highly successful trip and a delightful stay. It has honestly been the best one out of the last three years. Check-in couldn't have been easier. Last Tuesday, Mr. Ahmed Abdel Ghani from the reception team had us checked into our two chalets (2066 and 2067) in Jungle Park before 12:00 PM. The chalets were beautifully renovated. During Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the resort was mostly occupied by foreign tourists. The crowds at the Jungle Aqua Park were barely noticeable, and even when they increased, it was totally manageable. The Water Valley Aqua Park (around the Cobra slide) was a bit more crowded, though it remained light during the early parts of the day. The wave pool was excellent during the morning session (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and quite manageable during the two afternoon hours (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM). The Midway (amusement park area) gets bigger and better every year. A quick tip: head to the bumper cars early right when they open at 8:00 PM.Restaurant crowding was very reasonable, and there were practically no lines if you went right when each restaurant opened. Fresh juices were available most of the day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner went smoothly with absolutely no hassle. The food variety was more than enough to cover everyone's cravings and then some, all with excellent quality. You will find pizza, pasta, calamari, shrimp, duck, turkey, salmon, grilled dishes, nuggets, burgers, fatta, koshary, and more. The desserts and bakery items this year were outstanding, along with zalabia (sweet dumplings), popcorn, and fresh fruit served in the evening.Cold water was constantly available despite the massive demand. In my opinion, managing the logistics for a resort with this high capacity, diverse guest mix, and extensive requirements is something that truly deserves praise and appreciation.The entire staff is well-trained, qualified, and patient.

L’hôtel en général est magnifique , magique pour les enfants tout a été penser pour qu’ils passent des vacances merveilleuses.

La climatisation s’est arrêté à plusieurs reprise et donc je devait appeler tous les jours pour qu’il viennent la réparer. Par contre la dernière fois qu’ils sont venu il était minuit et il l’ont réparer et depuis aucun problème. Donc vraiment le service est top, et joignable à n’importe quel h.

The park amazing. Plenty of pools so never feels over crowded. The resort is clean. And the selection of food and quality is extremely good.

The drink selection for moktails very poor and no ice cream available throughout the day. That was very disappointing for the children. We spent time in both Egypt and Turkey. The kids would prefer to go back to Turkey as they loved the ice cream being available. Really disappointing especially for children.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Wonderful Family Holiday! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Neverland Aqua Park Hurghada. Our children had so much fun, especially with the children’s entertainment and activities. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice for the children, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our apartment was lovely, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Mostafa Mahros. He was extremely friendly, helpful and, most importantly, very honest. He took great care of us and always made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and honesty really stood out, and he truly deserves special recognition. ❤️ The only small area for improvement would be the gluten-free food options. There were some gluten-free choices available, such as cakes, but we found the options quite limited at breakfast, lunch and dinner, especially when it came to gluten-free bread and other suitable choices. Providing a wider variety of gluten-free meals and bread throughout the day would be very helpful for guests with dietary requirements. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. Our whole family was 100% satisfied, and we would definitely come back again! Thank you to the entire Neverland team for making our family holiday so memorable.

الاستقبال وصلنا الساعة 2:00 ظهرًا، ولم ندخل الغرفة إلا الساعة 5:00 مساءً، أي انتظار 3 ساعات. * رسوم الطفل: تم دفع 190 دولارًا لاحقًا لطفل عمره سنتان مقابل ليلتين، وهو مبلغ نراه مرتفعًا مقارنة بعمر الطفل. * الأكوابارك: كانت التجربة أقل من المتوقع وتحتاج إلى مزيد من التطوير والاهتمام. * المصعد: المصعد الخاص بإحدى ألعاب الأكوابارك كان عاطلًا، واضطررنا لاستخدام الدرج. * التعامل: تعامل أحد العاملين في منطقة الألعاب لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب من حيث المهنية واللباقة.

Les jeux pour les enfants etaient adaptés.

Le bruit ++++, parcourir de long km afin de pouvoir atteindre un restaurant pour s’hydrater ou se nourrir. Le petit déjeuner il fallait parcourir au moins 10mn de marche en plein soleil avant d’atteindre le premier restaurant. Le sol est toujours glissant car le carrelage n’est pas adapté. Les lits pas confortable. La plage: attendre dans la chaleur le bus 20 mn avant d’être transporté jusqu’à la plage qui est à 10 mn en transport. La nourriture toujours pareille ( pâtes) et impossible de rester trop longtemps sur place car trop de bruits. Les chefs cuistos pas forcément content de vous servir.

Lors de notre réservation sur Booking, arrivée une fois à l’hôtel, nous avons eu un supplément de 1000 € car ma fille de 14 ans est compté commun adulte, alors que cela n’est pas précisé sur le site Booking

Très bel hôtel, très propre et bien entretenu. Je le recommande pour les enfants. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et à l’intérieur. Tout est vraiment gratuit.

Je n’ai pas aimé la réservation avec Booking, car nous avons eu un supplément de 1000 €

Le Neverland, c’est vraiment le paradis des enfants ! 🤩 Tout est pensé pour eux, jusque dans les moindres détails et la décoration. Les aquaparks sont incroyables, le parc d’attractions est un vrai plus et surtout… la restauration est excellente. Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs Pickalbatros, mais ici, de l’entrée au dessert, tout était vraiment délicieux. Le service est également au top : personnel souriant, avenant et aux petits soins.

Cleaness, security, food and snacks, staff very cooperative, swimming pools and water games like the wave. We were unable to ship the electric wheel chair for mother due to airline's restrictions. Thanks to the facility who availed a mannual wheelchair.

Shisha prices are very high 1,200-1,500 EGP! While the same priced in Marina at 300 to 400 EGP. Also, we wished to find a sushi resturant but unfortunately not available! Recommend to allocate more transportation buses and golf cars. Recommend to allocate a track for golfcars only that can move inside between the rooms.
