Die renovierten Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Essen ist zu allen Mahlzeiten (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen) stets sehr gut und man hat sehr viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Desert Rose Resort, it was again a wonderful experience from beginning to end. What truly made our stay special was not only the beautiful resort and its facilities, but most importantly, the amazing people who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. A special thank you to Mrs. Samar El Nobi from Guest Relations, who was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, Mrs. Samar gave us such a warm welcome and made sure our stay arrangements were perfectly organized. She also followed up with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made a big difference. Mr. Mohamed Reda - gave us a very warm welcome and made our check-in process incredibly smooth and comfortable. At Del Mar Restaurant, Adel Saad was exceptional. He was always welcoming, cheerful, and incredibly hospitable. His positive attitude and friendly service made every visit enjoyable. At Le Bistro Restaurant, Nady Nabeel provided an outstanding level of hospitality. He was always welcoming, cheerful, and attentive, making us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. At Sunset Bar, Tarek Ali deserves a special mention for being extremely responsive and attentive. He was always ready to help and made sure we had everything we needed. At Sand Bar, Taha Farag was also very responsive and attentive. His friendly service contributed to making our time there relaxing and enjoyable. At the Main Restaurant, Adel A Moniem was always smiling, helpful, and welcoming. His positive attitude really stood out and added to the pleasant dining experience. At Winter Garden, we would also like to thank Mohamed Ashour, Galal El Nady, and Moaz Galal for their excellent service. All three were extremely responsive, attentive

The main restaurants and the snack bars are what needs enhancements in cleanliness and quality of food, but everything else other than this was more than perfect.

We arrived at 1 PM, it took us only about 20 minutes to be in our room, special thanks to Ms. Samar from guest relations who made sure that we will have the most comfortable stay, the room is very comfortable and well equipped, there are many pools, for kids, for adults, they are all clean and entertaining, also there is a good aqu park which my kids loved so much, the beach is amazing, very clear water and so many colored fish, food is very delicious with many varieties, they also serve many kinds of fresh fruits, Thanks to Mr. Milad at the main restaurant for taking good care of everything and making sure we didn't need anything, also thanks to Islam at the fruit station for his friendly and warm attitude and for serving the most delicious mango, there are many cafes and bars, you must try Bella Vista at day and Fancy Flamingo at night. After trying many other resorts, we have finally found Desert Rose, this is our 7th stay there and sure there will be more stays in Desert Rose in the future.

I really like the room i stayed in. I like the new decor, the high ceiling felt spacious. The room was very clean. Thanks to Nedar the cleaner she made the room spotless and each day she made something different like a heart and another day she made a elephant with the pillows and towel and left it on the bed. The small things really matter because it shows the effort someone puts in to make your stay memorable.

I didn't like the Palm buffet restaurant it was so busy and caotic. But i was told it will be renovated so im sure it will be alot better when its done.

We had a really great stay at the hotel. Everything was good, from the room to the overall service and hospitality. I would especially like to thank Mr. Karim from the Front Office. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly, and he made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. His attitude and way of dealing with guests were excellent. Also, a special thanks to Matawa from the Del Mar restaurant. He was very polite, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our experience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the great hospitality. Highly recommended!

The resort is wonderful, and the staff are extremely friendly—from the reception team to Ms. Samar El-Noby (Guest Relations), Mr. Milad (Restaurant Manager), and Mr. Ayman and Mr. Hany (Bar Managers). Every staff member is dedicated to ensuring you have an enjoyable stay. The swimming pools are varied and very clean. The beach is vast and sandy, with a separate area suitable for snorkeling. The hotel features a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The housekeeping team performs their work with great professionalism.

The animation team is not good enough; they need to improve their performance and increase the activities they offer. The property is very large, so the number of golf carts needs to be increased. There are no activities at the swimming pools.

I had some change of plans so I tried to get in touch with the hotel to manage They were definitely below standards They kept trying to dodge my calls And when I reach to them (after maaany trials) they put me on a hold for endless time 2 times out of about 100 calls, I did manage to reach the mysterious reservation department and they promised to look into my requests in 24 hrs Obviously no response at all I contacted booking.com customer service, even to them NO RESPONSE After many many trials of communications, they denied all my requests (for no good reason) I think the only good reason for them is to collect extra money When they transferred the rest of my fees back it was less than expected Horrible experience

Everything was perfect 👌. As we always say in our family, Desert Rose is our home in Hurghada. Even after a small misunderstanding occurred at check-in😅, it was rapidly solved with a lot of apologies. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, food was delicious with so many varieties, and the beach is the best in all of Hurghada. Highly recommend and definitely worth it. We will come back again for sure for our next vacation❤️.

We had a very nice stay at Desert Rose Resort from 23/08/2026 to 27/08/26 The hotel is beautiful, very clean, well organized, and the location is great. The activities were also enjoyable, and there is always something to do around the resort. The staff were absolutely wonderful — very kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to the entire team for their excellent service and positive attitude. Our room was very clean, especially the renovated rooms, which were really nice and well maintained. Overall, the resort was clean and beautifully organized. There are, however, a few things that could be improved. The main restaurant feels quite old and is often very crowded, especially considering how large the resort is. I think the hotel would benefit greatly from having more restaurants and bars, as well as more food options around the pool and beach. The main restaurant also needs some renovation and a more modern atmosphere. The variety of food could also be improved. More variety and a little higher quality would make the dining experience much better. Another area that needs attention is the beach. The beach itself could be cleaner and better organized, and the beachside chalets in particular looked less maintained compared with the rest of the resort. Despite these points, we really enjoyed our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff truly make a big difference. With some updates to the restaurant, beach area, and food variety, Desert Rose could be an even better resort.

L’hôtel, les chambres, les restaurants tout est fabuleux. On y a passé un merveilleux séjour.

Les gens qui réservent des transats avec leurs serviettes dès l’ouverture des piscines mais qui ne sont pas là avant la fin de la journée. Dommage que le personnel n’y soit pas attentif et ne respecte pas la condition qui est qu’au bout de 30 min, ces derniers sont libérés (c’est écrit dans leur appli et sur le règlement fourni au check-in). J’ai dû en réclamer et on m’a répondu qu’ils ne voulaient pas de problème avec les clients…

Tous sauf le buffet et les cocktails qui sont déjà inclus dans le all inclusive

Le personnel vraiment très agréable et aidant vraiment la quand on a besoin. La partie taxi vraiment très sympa et agréable on a vraiment apprécié notre séjour et déplacements grâce à eux.

Les activités on a été très déçus on paye et au final il y a rien de convenable…c’est trop cher pour ce que c’est on a pas de qualité de service vraiment médiocre. La nourriture pas terrible ils arrivent à rater même ce qui doit être local.. c’était pas bon Et oui ne pas

Too many people comming all the dayasking if i want to buy something. Services sold by that people were 4or more time expensive than you can order ( even better ) via booking or other companies on internet. A ride on a camel , for max 10 min arroynd the beach for 25 eur per person...is crazy. 1 hour ride arround pyramids is for arround 14 eur....or i have ordered quads i to desert for 2 adults and 2 children. It was good, but than they braught me to a "beduin" who sold me in a chaos 20grams fof tea for 10 eur.... due to the chaos created he just put that into my hand and the person from hotel pushed me into the bus....as well the ride was for 160 from 180 and the same you can buy on internet for 80......then we have ordered in hotel trip to luxor....hopping for a good servis as it should be from hotel, but the guid was selling us items foe 70 eur which costs 5...than they braught us to a restaurant were we didnt eat bcs it was dirty , ignoring that one of us is glutenfree ( even we have mentioned that when ordering ) .....the same issue with aergies was in their main restaurant . There were some informatiion tha it does not incluede gluten, but when we have double checked with staff than suddenly it was with glutten...in general , wxcept the place it was not the best expiriance.

Bella esperienza al Desert rose ❤️ Camere molto belle e curate, tutto l’hotel è stato appena ristrutturato con uno stile boho molto bello e elegante. Personale molto accogliente e gentile, Lucia( italiana) era super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento o richiesta da parte nostra. cibo molto buono; buffet non molto grande ma di qualità. Del mar (ristorante di pesce) era ottimo e il messicano era buono con lo staff molto gentile e le bistro era elegante e di ottima qualità e personale fantastico. Scivoli pochi ma divertenti e il mare molto bello sembra un laghetto Il bar in mezzo all’acqua La bella vista è il posto più bello in tutto resort 😍 Pulizia 10/10, accappatoio molto speciale ! Il divertimento serale si faceva durante l’ora di cena ogni sera quindi non siamo riusciti ad attendere nessuno dei loro show !! Islam il responsabile della palestra e padel era molto bravo e gentile ( miei figli si ne sono innamorati di lui )

هندسة الديكور وجمال المنتجع ونظافته فاقت توقعاتي ماجعلني افتح واقرأ عن صاحب المنتجع وتاريخه. الاكل مرتب واغلب الأنواع لذيذه فاجأني المطعم المكسيكي رهيب لزيز واصلي. لاحظت انه التسجيل فيه صعب جدا والحجوزات محدوده. سهراته مررره حلوة ومرتبه والديجي مبدع مسبح الروقان مره حلو ومسابح الاطفال كبيره. عجبني المسرح وفعاليات الاطفال. الزحاليق المائيه جميله جدا المنتجع من افضل المنتجعات في الغردقه

اللاقون مو مره عجبني سياسه حجز أسره المسابح طول اليوم عليها مناشف وفاضيه مافيها احد يحرمنا نستخدمها المفروض يمنعوا الحجز لو شافوا الكرسي ساعه غير مستخدم يشيلوا المناشف. لانه السياسه دي الفندق هو اللي يتحكم فيها بالذات المنتجع كبير والمستفيدين كتير وعندهم موظفين يقدروا يراقبوا اسوأ شي بالنسبه لنا كان كثر القواعد ممنوع ممنوع كل شي ممنوع ممنوع تأكلوا غير في دي المنطقه ممنوع تخرج كاسه القهوة من دا البار. ممنوع تدخلوا اي سناكس في بار السهره. قواعد صارمه واحنا جايين منتجع ننبسط مو نتبع قوانين. مقارنه بمنتجعات أنطاليا او الغردقه الأمر كان مزعج عملوا حركه مهي موفقه في سهره الكابانا واقف بودي قارد بتلفون يشوف الدعوة واللي ماعنده دعوة مايدخل وبعدين يشيك برقم الكبينه. دخلنا بس بعد ما انتظرنا وقف يدخل ناس غيرنا واحنا واقفين لانه ماجاتنا دعوه ماعرف ليش الحركه البايخه غير الموفقه دي انزعجت وكنت حأمشي. خدمه الجولف كار مهي افضل شي لمنتجع خمسه نجوم لانه غرفتنا علي البحر فعشان نروح الرسبشن مسافه فلازم نطلب الجولف وننتظر اكثر من 15 ل 20 دقيقه عشان يجي هو واحد جولف وفي مره الجولف كار وقفني دقيقتين في مبنى تاني دخل يعمل شي وانا استناه. المفروض يعملوا خدمه جولف افضل من كده بمحطات. الناس اللي عندهم مشاكل في المشي والتنقل يتعبوا.

La plage n’était pas aussi belle que sur les photos, les infrastructures ne sont pas à la hauteurs, le Kids club est délabrée, le personnel de réception est dépassé et désagréable et non professionnel.

- Smiling staff greeting you everywhere with special thanks to the dedicated housekeeper Hendawy and Chef Samir at the main restaurant. - Food is available throughout the day, the first day we missed dinner but late dinner and late bites were available around 3 AM. - Aquapark was clean and orderly. - There was more than one beach where one was a lagoon and the other was an open sea. - The night shows were very entertaining.

Could be great. The location is amazing as are the staff (when you’re a good tipper), however, it needs tunes by the activity pool. Rarely saw entertainment staff just harassed by people trying to sell tips. However the big issue is that we paid $100s to have Ultra All Inclusive and got the same gin and couldn’t book a restaurant in 10 days. The problem? - the food in the palm is aweful. I lost weight. I made a pool dry cheese sandwich twice and only had dessert another night as the food is inedible. Such a shame as could be an awesome resort. And for anyone saying there is something for everyone, just check out a Monday night. If you don’t like Chinese, you go hungry. We had to order room service several times at cost. Ruined our holiday.

Dit was echt een voortreffelijk hotel, super mooi aangelegd en ilen zeer stijlvol ingericht. Daarnaast is het personeel erg vriendelijk, van de servicemedewerker tot de zwembadmedewerkers. Iedereen probeert het verblijf hier onvergetelijk te maken.

First of all, The hotel is very clean and they have good security. The room is comfortable and the housekeeping clean the room well daily. There were many activities all day and we rarely got bored. At the stage, they do a vast category of entertainment including movie nights, performances, and shows. The food is really good and you could find something to eat even if you’re picky. The snacks during the day are also delicious and they have a different menu every day of the week. There are lots of pool sizes from 40 cm all the way up to 210cm, and the pools are always clean. The beach is nice and it’s not too rocky.

Sometimes the food at the main restaurant is a little under seasoned (but if you put a little salt and pepper, it tastes really good!!) But, the food at all the other restaurants is perfect.

Séjour d’une fille Française seule et J’y retournerai à 100 %. J’ai été accueillie avec gentillesse. Tout le personnel a été souriant, serviable et attentionné du début à la fin de mon séjour. Peu importe ce dont vous avez besoin, chacun fera son maximum pour vous aider avec le sourire. L’hôtel est magnifique. Sa décoration est unique, avec une végétation luxuriante, de magnifiques fleurs, des palmiers et des arbres partout. On a l’impression d’être dans un jardin tropical. L’ambiance est paisible, dépaysante et l’ensemble du complexe est bien entretenu. Pour le buffet principal je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs. Il y a un choix impressionnant à chaque repas il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les produits sont de bonne qualité. Quand je vois des critiques sue la nourriture alors qu’elles repartent avec des assiettes remplies à ras bord, je trouve ca injuste. J’ai très bien mangé pendant mon séjour. Les piscines sont très agréables. Il y en a trois, dont une adaptée aux enfants. Les deux autres sont parfaites pour se détendre. Il est vrai qu’il faut se lever tôt pour avoir une place autour de la piscine, mais on finit tout de même par trouver des transats. Une fois installée, l’ambiance est agréable. La plage est superbe : propre, spacieuse et toujours plein de place. Je n’ai pas pu tester les restaurants à la carte, car ils étaient complets plusieurs jours à l’avance. En demandant aux Guest relation elles vous trouveront un créneau n’hésitez pas a aller leur demander !! Le personnel mérite largement des pourboires. Ils rendent le séjour encore plus agréable et ils contribuent a 100% a la note de 10 ! Ils ne demandent jamais rien. Au contraire, certains hésitent à accepter lorsque vous leur donnez un billet. Leur gentillesse est sincère et ne dépend pas de cela. L’emplacement est idéale pour moi il est a 20 minutes de la Marina est plus proche de la ville ça m’aurait déranger. Les taxis ne coutent rien !

Le seul point négatif concerne l’emplacement de ma chambre (moins cher aussi) qui était située tout au bout du complexe au pied de la plage. Je préfère la piscine donc c’est selon ses préférences. C’était a 5, 8 minutes a pied de la réception, et elle était un moins moderne que les chambres situées près des piscines. La prochaine fois, je demanderai une chambre proche des piscines ou de la réception. Le lit était selon moi pas très confortable Ça n’a pas gâché mon séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, nettoyée et offrait une vue magnifique sur la plage. Rien que pour cette vue, cela valait le détour.

1. Staff are very helpful , cheerful and organized. I would like to than Mr Ahmed Hadad , Ms Samara and Mr Milad , they did great effort in our satisfaction and reservations and mangement of any situations encountered. 2. Food is excellent in main restaurants and a la cart also , I tried Mexican and French restaurants. 3. Facilities are very good including bars , pools and beach. 4. Room was spacious and they added extra beds for my kids for free , just needs some renovation and they will do.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Special thanks to Mr. Amr from the Reception for his professionalism, warm welcome, and kind assistance, and to Ms. Samar from Guest Relations for her continuous follow-up and genuine care throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

My only comments are that the housekeeping could improve the room cleaning, and some staff members, especially at the bars, could be more welcoming and friendly with guests. With these improvements, the overall experience would be excellent.

Отдыхала с ребёнком, мы оба довольны. Очень вкусное питание и довольно чистая территория. Отдельное спасибо уборщику Мухамеду за заботу, ребёнок был в восторге от фигурок из полотенец. Так же огромное спасибо девочкам из детского клуба, сын бежал к ним каждое утро с восторгом. Спасибо персоналу отеля за хороший отдых и заботу ❤️

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Ms. Samar from Guest Relations, Mr. Haitham, the Main Restaurant Manager, and Mr. Ibrahim from the Reservations Department for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. The food offered a good variety of choices but could be better, and my family absolutely loved the aquapark and the sea, making our family vacation truly enjoyable.

The only downside was the noise from the evening entertainment, which continued until around midnight. Since I usually go to bed around 10:00 PM, it was a bit disruptive.

The food it terrible. The kids were sick for two days (diarrhea). For the amount of money they put in the hotel it is strange that they did not put any effort into decent breakfast, lunch and dinner. The alla carte restaurants are also terrible.

My stay at Desert Rose Resort Hurghada was disappointing mainly because of the staff attitude and the check-in experience. At first, the staff seemed polite, but in reality, their way of dealing with guests was full of unnecessary stubbornness and poor attitude. We had booked two rooms, but when we arrived, we had to wait for around two hours. After that, we were given only one room, with a very bad view overlooking an inactive/closed resort or village behind the hotel. The staff told us this was the best they could do because the hotel was busy. We waited another two hours for the second room, and when they finally offered it, the air conditioning was not working. When we complained, the staff replied rudely, saying that this was what was available and that we had arrived early. After I got very upset and made a serious complaint, suddenly all the problems were solved. We were given two rooms next to each other with a good view, which clearly shows that a better solution was available from the beginning. Another major issue was the bar staff. Unfortunately, most of them were extremely rude and unprofessional. On the positive side, the restaurant staff were excellent, very respectful, and helpful. They were probably the best part of the experience. Overall, the resort itself may be good, but the guest service and staff attitude need serious improvement.

للأسف، كانت بداية إقامتي غير جيدة بسبب أسلوب التعامل أثناء إجراءات التسكين واستلام الغرفة. شعرت بمضايقة وسوء معاملة من أحد موظفي الاستقبال ويدعى أحمد زيدان، حيث كانت طريقة التعامل غير لائقة، وتم تعقيد إجراءات استلام الغرفة بشكل غير مبرر، مع تأخير في تسليمها، كما كان أسلوب الحديث معي يحمل قدرًا من الاستهانة وعدم الاحترام كنزيل، وهو ما سبب لي انزعاجًا شديدًا. كما شعرت بعدم الترحيب من موظفة استقبال تدعى مريم، حيث كان أسلوب التعامل ونظراتها لي ولأفراد أسرتي يحملان شعورًا بعدم التقدير، ولم أفهم سبب هذه المعاملة، مما ترك لدي انطباعًا سلبيًا وأثر على حالتي النفسية طوال فترة الإقامة، فلم أشعر بالراحة أو بالسعادة كما كنت أتوقع. وفي المقابل، ومن باب الإنصاف، أود أن أشكر بعض أفراد فريق العمل الذين كانوا مثالًا في حسن الاستقبال والاحترافية والتعاون، وكان لهم دور كبير في تحسين تجربتي، وهم: * مستر ميلاد (مدير المطعم). * محمود سمير – مطعم The Palm. * محمود محمد – مطعم The Palm. * عرفات – قسم Housekeeping. * سعيد زيتونة – البار. * عادل سعد – مطعم Del Mar. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق الاهتمام بتدريب موظفي الاستقبال على أسلوب التعامل مع النزلاء، لأن الانطباع الأول عند الوصول هو من أهم العوامل التي تؤثر على تجربة الإقامة بأكملها.

Absolument tout était parfait , l’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, chaque recoins est décoré avec beaucoup de goût , chambre magnifique très propre et neuf et très moderne , la nourriture est très bonne et variée , le seul point qui nous a un peu embêté , c’est que nous n’avons pas trouver de place pour manger dans les restaurants à la carte , et nous restions que pour 3 nuits donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter des restaurants à la carte .

Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and it’s a perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing Red Sea holiday. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Зелёная, ухоженная территория, всё цветёт. Отель не новый, очень большой, частично сделано обновление корпусов. Мы жили в главном, всё чисто/красиво. Хорошие рестораны а-ля карт, у нас был ultra all inclusive, поэтому можно было записываться как на ужины, так и на обеды. В одном (с очень красивым видом, Del Mar) можно было даже завтракать. Это спасало от посредственного выбора в общей «столовке». Море хорошее, но не ожидайте активной морской жизни прямо у берега, максимум морские звёздочки, медузы, мини-рыбки. Можно купаться в закрытой лагуне (хорошо детям) или в открытом море. Их разделяет отличный бар. Потрясающие вечерние шоу! Такой талантливой команды певцов и танцоров давно не видела.

Заранее писала им здесь (в Букинге) относительно раннего заезда, так как наш самолёт прилетал ночью. Мне отвечали на отвали, сказали, что с 7 утра заезд будет стоить 10$ с человека. По прилёту на ресепшен сказали 40$. На мои вопросы, почему пишут одно, а на деле другое, было сказано - «это старая информация». Я писала за полторы недели до приезда. В итоге мы смогли договориться, нас заселили в 7 утра бесплатно, но менеджер, который провожал нас до номера хотел чаевые за это - буквально тянул руку. Мы не дали, он демонстрировал обиду. Дно просто. Так же выбесили зазывалы на экскурсии на пляже. Обнаглевшие в край. Видят, что вы не загорали ещё - всё, новая жертва. Хамят, давят, мол «как это у тебя денег нет на экскурсию? Не ври, не могла ты без денег приехать. Ты что, не работаешь?» Вообще не ваше дело, как я приехала отдыхать! Ещё один минус - Ultra all inclusive не даёт возможности заказывать нормальный алкоголь, всё что они могут предложить - местный «элитный», который в магазине 5$ за бутылку стоит. Что наливают людям без ультра - лучше не знать. А ещё в детском бассейне подруга с ребёнком чуть не порезала ногу, так как одна плитка со дна отвалилась, и её буквально можно было достать. Ну и какие-то очень агрессивные комары/песчаные мушки под вечер активизируются. Нас знатно покусали.

The resort is fantastic

Renovated areas which is most of the hotel is Outstanding. Alot of Activities and varieties that fill the while day. Animation team , night shows , volley-beach , beach paddle court,kids area , water park. The Food is amazing! Variety and Quality. The A la carte restaurants are a must try!! We tried the mexican and seafood. The bella vista cafe in the middle of the sea is unbelievable!!!! We sat there in the morning and by sunset. The renovated room is well decorated and neat. At Night we had so much fun in Zaytouna Cafe. Each area there gives you a different experience. Definitely we'll go there again. Higher than our expectation for a local chain hotel.

- Votre hôtel manque d’honnêteté dans la manière dont il communique avec ses clients. Vous nous refusez l’accès à une piscine qui est pourtant l’une des principales attractions largement mise en avant sur vos réseaux sociaux. Aller prendre un verre dans un espace animé réservé aux adultes est tout simplement impossible lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants. - Les glaces que nous souhaitions consommer étaient complètement fondues et donc immangeables. Nous avons payé une formule tout compris, et non une simple pension complète. Pourtant, chaque fois que nous demandons quelque chose d’aussi simple qu’un sirop de vanille dans notre café, on nous répond qu’il faut payer un supplément. Vos responsables nous ont finalement indiqué que nous pouvions en bénéficier, mais à chaque fois que nous le demandons, on nous informe ensuite qu’il n’est pas dispo. Vos cocktails sont mauvais et la nourriture est fade, répétitive. - Nos enfants ont développé des éruptions cutanées et des boutons sur le visage ainsi que sur tout le corps, et ils sont fortement affectés. Depuis hier, toute notre famille souffre de diarrhées et de douleurs abdominales, alors que nous ne sommes ici que depuis notre 3ème jour de séjour. Si nous avions eu connaissance de tous ces problèmes, nous n’aurions jamais choisi votre établissement. - On nous a également indiqué que nous devions acheter des gilets de sauvetage pour que nos enfants puissent utiliser les toboggans aquatiques. Après les avoir achetés avec notre propre argent, nous nous sommes finalement vu refuser l’accès à tous les toboggans, sauf un seul. Par ailleurs, les deux seuls toboggans situés près de l’espace déjeuner ne glissent même pas correctement, au point que nos enfants restent bloqués à l’intérieur et doivent attendre pour pouvoir terminer la descente. - Votre hôtel est beau, mais mais c’est bien la seule qualité que nous pouvons lui reconnaître. Faire payer un supplément pour les cabanas, ainsi que pour certains transats, est inacceptable

Très beau complexe hôtelier, la lagon, les piscines, la nourriture proposé était à mon goût.

Mon ami et moi avions réserver une chambre, mais j’avais déjà payé à l’avance. Mon ami n’a pas pu rentrer sur le territoire égyptien j’ai dû donc payé pour nous deux, l'hôtel à refusé de faire un geste financier au vu de ma situation, même en passant par booking qui les a contacté... déçu.
