وجدنا جرد كبير في الغرفه الارضيه. كانت صدمه كبيره عندا وصولنا إلى الفندق

وحشة جدا..تجربة سيئة اوي. ريسبشن وهاوس كله!! اكل وحش ومفيش فيه تنوع وتحديدا في اصناف البروتين قليلة جدا. الملايات والفوط تقريبا مش بتتغير وريحتها كانت سيئة جدا ومستوي النضافة عموما وحش اوي.

المكان نفسه فيه حاجات كويسة لكن ادارة المكان سيئة جدا..

The assets of the hotel are amazingly well maintained, but the staff behavior was extremely terrible with Egyptian and foreigners as well. The location is perfectly fine but the management of the property was very bad.

The towels were not clean, linens had bad smell. Mosquitoes everywhere. Bad air condition. Weak entertainment team. Not variety of food at all. I stayed for 5 days didn’t see any changes in breakfast or even dinner. Samples of portions especially in protein items! The behavior of staff was very weird, I was saying good morning to get feedback with وعليكم السلام!! WHAT WAS THAT!! Really!!

احنا كنا اكثر من عائلة الحقيقة لما حجزنا كنا متخوفين من الفندق لاننا كنا متعودين ننزل في فندق اخر يعتبر اعلى في التصنيف بس لما روحنا الفندق فعلا حاجة مشرفة جدا موظفين منتهى الاحترام والتعامل الراقي في كل الفندق الاكل جميل ومتنوع الفندق مريح نفسيا للأقامة الغرف كبيره كانت اقامة ممتعه وكان في اجماع مننا كلنا انه افضل من الفندق الي كنا بنروحه لي ملاحظة بسيطة المخدات مش احسن حاجة 😅

Unfortunately, several aspects of the hotel need urgent attention. Some of the products and facilities appear old and outdated, while the general amenities do not meet the standard I expected from a hotel of this category. The linen and some towels appeared old, discarded, or not in an acceptable condition, which negatively affected the overall impression of the room,The mattresses were also uncomfortable, and some of the pillows were in poor condition, The TV quality was poor, with an unclear picture, and many of the channels were not working. The safe box was also very old and should be upgraded. Another major issue was the lack of response to guest requests, particularly from housekeeping. For example, after 10:00 PM, I made two separate requests for two bottles of water, but unfortunately, nobody responded or followed up. This was disappointing and made us feel that guest requests were not being taken seriously, The front desk staff, in general, seemed to lack sufficient information about hospitality and guest service

Aqwa One dah we ate sea food and it was delicious and perfect.

Otel konumu çok iyi otel restore edilse bambaşka bir yere dönüşür.

I strongly advise against staying at this property based on our deeply disappointing experience. Unacceptable Staff Behavior The staff attitude toward guests—especially children—is hostile and unprofessional. Instead of a welcoming environment, we felt targeted and unwelcome throughout our entire stay. We suffered through three days of a terrible sewage leak that flooded the air conditioning system and permeated the rooms with a foul odor. Management completely failed to address the root cause of the plumbing failure. Their only "solution" was sending a staff member to spray room freshener to mask the stench, which did nothing to fix the unsanitary conditions. To make matters worse, the management consistently cuts corners by shutting down amenities well ahead of schedule. Both the dining area and the aqua park closed early every single day, leaving guests with fewer services than what was paid for. This resort fails basic standards of hygiene, hospitality, and guest service. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Overall, we had a very good stay at this 5-star hotel, and I would like to leave a fair and constructive review based on our experience. The pools are excellent, and the aqua park is amazing, especially for families with children. The hotel facilities in general are excellent to very good, and there is plenty to enjoy during the stay. We booked four rooms. Three of them were excellent, very clean, comfortable and in very good condition. However, the fourth room was a little older and could benefit from some updating. It was also located on the garden level, and unfortunately we noticed some small rats around the garden area, which is something the hotel should look into. One area that I definitely think needs improvement is the children's activities and entertainment. We struggled to find anyone who could clearly explain what activities were available for children, and we did not see much organised activity during our stay. For a 5-star family hotel with such excellent pools and an aqua park, I think a better organised kids' programme would make a big difference. I would also like to mention the towel policy, as constructive feedback to the management. We had an issue regarding supposedly missing towels, which caused unnecessary stress and delay for our family. We were initially told that there could be a charge of $15 per missing towel, and in our room there was a discussion about charging us $30 for two small towels that I could not recall being missing. This was quite distressing because it is difficult for a guest to prove what happened to a towel once housekeeping has been in and out of the room. After looking at previous reviews from guests from different countries, it also appears that similar towel-related issues have been mentioned before. I therefore think management should review the current system and find a better way of keeping track of towels without putting unnecessary pressure on guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! Everything was excellent-from the beautiful atmosphere and clean facilities to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Our first room was a disappointment but thankfully we were upgraded to a much better room. The floor of the aqua pool needs maintenance. Also the long distance from the hotel to the aqua was an everyday hassle.but other than this everything was perfect

The Beach was fantastic with a clear water and white sand , also the Aqua was nice and large and the best is that close to the beach.

Coffee should be included as per other 5 star resorts I have been before.

Most employee needs more hospitality training and to be nice and welcoming which must fit this 5 stars hotel. 11 years old child charged as full adult.never faced such situation before in a 5 stars resort in Hurghada.

The food is amazing and i really loved that the hotel is child friendly. The hotel is very very clean and actually i always find someone cleaning like alwaysss. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The rooms are a bit old and the AC is not working properly so book in the family rooms better

مقابلة محترمة جدا في الريسبشن.. الغرف كويسة جدا والتكييف جميل.. اتعملنا أبجريد من جاردن فيو إلى بول فيو الأكوا بارك ممتعة جدا للكبار والأطفال.. تجربة ملهمة حقيقي بنشكر أستاذ مصطفى كمال في الريسبشن على تعاونه طول الوقت المطعم الرئيسي كويس جدا ومتنوع.. والسناكس متنوعة ومتاحة طول الوقت على البول والأكوا.. الحلويات بعضها لذيذ لكن محتاج تبقى أحسن المطعم الهندي في الألكارت محصلش.. عظمة بجد.. لكن المطعم الشرقي والبرجر متوسطين من كتر الاحترام خدنا وجبات سناكس وعصاير للطريق شكرا ليكم.. ونشوفكم الصيف القادم بإذن الله

Spacious rooms, room layout as family suites, location (not far from the airport and close to lots of shops), comfortable beds, nice and clean waterpark, big beach, friendly staff and good food. Kids (teenagers) loved it

Hygiene, not good supervision for lifeguards in the waterpark, low-quality facilities, definitely not 5-star standards, quality of food is not the best,

نقطه واحده فقط على الفندق الأكل لا يليق بفندق خمس نجوم المفروض يكون الذ كميات الأكل كبيره ولكن مش شهيه وليست بمستوى خمس نجوم ولكن الاقامه جميله جدا مرافق نظيفه وشاطي رملي غير عميق

Superbe hôtel tout était parfait les réceptionniste Mustapha et Rawan qui étaient très agréable et professionnels les serveurs les plagistes les agents de sécurité qui eux aussi étaient super sympathique. La nourriture était vraiment bonne et variée , le cadre de l’hôtel , les toboggans qui étaient gigantesque,les activités le soir enfin c’est juste a conseiller pour les familles et aussi pour les couples. Merci encore une fois à refaire avec plaisir
