Her şey çok güzeldi. Erken check in ve geç check out imkanı ücretsiz bir şekilde sağlandı. Her zaman bir şey isteyip istemediğinizi soruyorlar. Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgili. Konum olarak havalimanına çok yakın 15 dakika sürüyor. Yemeklerin tadı genel olarak iyi fakat Türk mutfağının asla yerini tutamaz fakat Türkiyede böyle bir otelin maliyeti düşünüldüğünde çok makul bir tatil oluyor. Alakartlarda Mangal en iyisiydi şefi Türk. Genel olarak rezervasyonu ve etkinlikleri blueapp üzerinden takip etmenizi öneririm. Bir gün sunrise garden otelde festival yapıldı çok iyiydi onun dışında akşam animasyonları zayıf kalıyor.

Alles! Das essen war super! Für alle etwas dabei. Buffet war vor allem am Morgen sehr vielseitig. Frisch , gute Auswahl. Ausstattung war mega sowie das Personal. Die Themen Restaurant sind sehr zu empfehlen. Meine Highlights waren das indische und das ägyptische Restaurant. Original wie beim Inder ! Ich war sehr begeistert. Das ägyptische Restaurant ist direkt am strand mit Meerblick. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Strand und liegen waren Top! Hatten ein swim up room und das war unglaublich schön. Ruhig, sauber. Die Zimmer sehr groß und alles vorhanden. Mini baar kostenfrei mit vielen Getränken die jeden tag befüllt wurden . Service - Zimmer, Bars, Restaurants + allgemein sehr zuvorkommend und fleißig. Sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Man fühlte sich rund um wohl. Werden wieder kommen.

Das Wasser am strand ist durch die bucht etwas trüb gewesen. Schnorcheln ist etwas schwieriger durch die Sicht. Aber an dem Steg wo es auch liegen Plätze gibt, befinden die unter diesem Steg soviele Fische die man gut beobachten kann von der liege aus.

Mangal isimli restorandaki Türk şef Ahmet abinin yemekleri çok başarılıydı. Kendisine tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Bence otelin en büyük artısı olarak denizi çok sakindi ve yüzmesi keyifliydi çok iyi yüzücü değilseniz bile yüzersiniz. Otelleri araştırırken diğer otellerdeki bazı yorumlarda denizin çok geç derinleştiğini okudum. Ama bu plajda öyle bir sıkıntı yoktu kademeli olarak derinleşiyordu. Plaj sakin ve sessizdi. Havuzları çok temizdi. Bence balayı veya kafa dinlemek için idealdi çok gürültülü müzikli plajları sevmiyorsanız gayet iyiydi. Odalar da her gün temizleniyordu ve yeteri kadar hijyenikti. Tekrardan imkanım olursa özellikle plajı için gelebileceğim bir oteldi. Çünkü en büyük artısı deniziydi. Tekrardan otel ekibine teşekkür ederiz.

Açık büfede yemeklerde ilk gün damak tadımıza uyanı bulmakta zorlandık. Ama sonra deneme yanılma yöntemiyle damak zevkimize uyanları bulduk.

Le complexe est vraiment très beau, spacieux et agréable. La plage et surtout le lagon sont magnifiques, c’est un vrai plaisir d’y passer du temps. L’hôtel est également très calme, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié : pas de musique à fond toute la journée, donc parfait pour se reposer et profiter tranquillement des vacances. Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées et confortables. Rien à redire de ce côté-là. Le personnel est adorable, toujours gentil et serviable. Je tiens vraiment à faire une mention spéciale à Mohamed de la réception, qui a été exceptionnel avec nous. Il a vraiment tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux et pour répondre à nos demandes. Merci encore à lui ! Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le fait de pouvoir accéder aux autres hôtels pour se promener, ainsi qu’à l’aquapark. Ça permet de changer un peu de décor et de profiter de davantage d’installations. Gros coup de cœur également pour les nombreux restaurants à la carte. C’est vraiment agréable d’avoir autant de choix et, surtout, nous avons très bien mangé dans ceux que nous avons testés. Le petit-déjeuner à la carte est aussi une très bonne idée. C’était une première pour nous et nous avons vraiment apprécié. Le buffet, quant à lui, n’est pas extraordinaire, mais il y a quand même suffisamment de choix pour que chacun puisse trouver quelque chose qui lui plaît.

Best vacation ever! Mina is an absolute superstar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Words cannot describe how amazing this resort is! The private beach is mind-blowing and the rooms are massive. But the real highlight of our trip was Mina! He is hands down the most helpful and polite person we’ve ever met. He looked after us from start to finish, solving everything in a heartbeat and making sure we had the best time. The hotel is lucky to have someone so passionate about their job. 5 out of 5 stars! If you come here, you HAVE to look for Mina. Wir hatten die Pool Suite 714 im Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort gebucht und über 7.300 USD für den „Posh Club“ – die angeblich beste VIP-Kategorie des Hotels – bezahlt. Was als exklusiver Luxusurlaub geplant war, entwickelte sich zu einer eklatanten Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsgefährdung für unsere gesamte Gruppe. ​Massive Magen-Darm-Erkrankung & verdorbenes Essen: Alle drei Reisenden litten an tagelangem Durchfall. Das Buffet bot oft nur lauwarmes Essen, Wurstwaren hatten ausgetrocknete Ränder, der Fisch roch verdorben und das Sushi war ungenießbar. Nach unserer Krankmeldung brachte der Butler sofort das Medikament Antinal (ohne Trinkgeld, da wohl tägliche Routine). An den Folgetagen wurden uns ohne Erklärung schlagartig keine Eiswürfel mehr serviert – ein klares indizielles Eingeständnis für eine verseuchte Eis-/Wasseranlage. ​Gefährliche Schockchlorung mit Nasenbluten: Der Privatpool veralgte dreimal grün. Das Personal führte mitten am Tag unangemeldet eine chemische Schockchlorung durch. Mangels Warnung oder Poolsperrung nutzten wir den Pool kurz darauf, was durch die verätzten Schleimhäute zu 15-minütigem Nasenbluten bei einem Mitreisenden führte. ​Schimmel, Verfall & Stromgefahr: Beide Badezimmer wiesen sichtbaren Schimmel an den Dichtungen und Feuchtigkeitsschäden an den Decken auf. Massiv verkalkte Armaturen, herausgequollene Dichtmasse, morsche Holzabdeckungen am Pool und frei zugängliche, ungeschützte Lüsterklemmen im feuchten Außenbereich. ​Trinkgeld-Erpressung bei Trinkwasser: Trotz des teuersten VIP-Status und bereits reichlich gezahltem Trinkgeld mussten wir bei extremer Hitze um einfaches Flaschenwasser betteln. Das Personal hielt demonstrativ die Hand auf und verzögerte die Ausgabe, um noch mehr Trinkgeld zu erzwingen. ​Fazit: Wenn selbst der exklusive VIP-Bereich („Posh Club“) im Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort derart verkommen, dreckig und gesundheitsgefährdend ist, sollte man um dieses gesamte Hotel einen großen Bogen machen.

★★★★★ Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Crystal Bay Resort Ich hatte einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Crystal Bay Resort in Hurghada und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Butler-Service von Mina und Hajar. Beide waren jederzeit äußerst höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Egal, ob ich zur Rezeption, zum Strand, zum Restaurant oder an einen anderen Ort im Resort wollte – ich wurde immer zuverlässig gefahren und sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Dieser Service hat meinen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders angenehm gemacht. Auch die Poolbar war für mich ein absolutes Highlight. Die Atmosphäre war wunderschön und der Service hervorragend. Besonders Mohamed möchte ich hier erwähnen – er war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hat einen wirklich tollen Service geleistet. Auch im Pool Club war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Kellner waren durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, insbesondere Mahmoud und sein Team. Man hat sich dort wirklich willkommen und gut umsorgt gefühlt. Sehr positiv überrascht war ich außerdem vom WLAN. Im Vergleich zu früher hat sich die Qualität deutlich verbessert. Während meines Aufenthalts war die Verbindung sehr gut und zuverlässig. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich allerdings: Mit dem indischen Restaurant war ich leider nicht zufrieden. Der Service dort wirkte auf mich deutlich unfreundlicher als in den anderen Bereichen des Hotels. Außerdem musste ich relativ lange auf meine Getränke warten. Das war schade, da der Service in den übrigen Restaurants und Bereichen des Resorts wirklich hervorragend war. Abgesehen von dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Crystal Bay Resort absolut weiterempfehlen. Besonders der persönliche Service, der Butler-Service, die freundlichen Kellner und die schöne Anlage haben meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Vielen Dank an Mina, Hajar, Mohamed, Mahmoud und das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit. Ich komme gerne wieder!

التاخر في الرد و عدم سهولة التواصل مع الفندق اثناء الحجز ما قبل الوصول . المطعم الرئيسي صغير جدا و موقعه غير موفق من ناحية إطلالته او حتي وصول ضوء الشمس له . الحفلات و موعدها المبكر حيث انها قبل العاشرة تنتهي و لم يعد يوجد اي سهرات بعد العاشرة مساءا

Extremely disappointing experience – Crystal Bay Hurghada I booked Crystal Bay Hurghada from Germany for 14–21 August 2026. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the room was in a completely unacceptable condition. It was dirty, with visible dirt and damage on the floors and walls. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with rust everywhere, and the windows were not clean. I have photos showing the actual condition of the room. Because of this, I did not check in or stay at the hotel. I immediately spoke with the reception and management, and they agreed to cancel my reservation free of charge. The hotel then contacted me twice via WhatsApp and asked me to submit a free-cancellation request through Booking.com, assuring me that they would accept it and resolve the matter. I submitted the request as instructed. However, until today, I am still waiting for the cancellation to be approved and have received no refund. Despite their promises, the hotel is no longer responding to me. Booking.com has also tried to contact the property by phone and email, but the hotel has not responded. Because of this situation, I had to book another hotel at a higher price and lost valuable vacation time. Honestly, based on what I experienced, this is nowhere near the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel. In my opinion, even 2 stars would be more than enough for the condition of the room and the level of service I experienced. The room condition was disgusting and unacceptable, but what is even more disappointing is the way the hotel has handled the situation afterwards. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I strongly recommend that management improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and, most importantly, take responsibility when problems occur instead of leaving guests without a solution.

I stayed in a room with direct pool access (swim-up), which was an excellent choice; I also enjoyed the variety of food and the option to dine at different restaurants. I liked that the hotel offers possibility of having breakfast/lunch box for my excursions /programs. I also liked that it wasn't as noisy as the neighboring hotel, where loud music played from morning till night. The hotel also has a good security system, so I felt safe. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Tout était parfait, notamment la bienveillance et la sympathie du personnel. Un grand merci à Hassan de la réception, qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable ! La nourriture au buffet était excellente, variée et délicieuse, grâce au chef Hamada et à toute son équipe, sans oublier les 5 autres restaurants inclus dans la formule. Les piscines et la grande plage étaient magnifiques, et l’animation était également à la hauteur, notamment avec les pool parties et beach parties. Un grand merci à Alzu pour son énergie !

The hotel’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good. The à la carte restaurants were also excellent. The BBQ restaurant was absolutely fantastic, both in terms of its concept and the quality of the food.

The only negative points I would mention about the hotel are that there can sometimes be some issues with sun loungers around the pool, although the staff do a good job of resolving them. The aquapark at the other hotel, which is used as the resort’s aquapark, was genuinely very dirty. Another negative aspect was the behaviour of some local Egyptian boys towards the tourist children. They were extremely rude and used inappropriate and offensive language. This is not an acceptable situation. When staff or adults intervened and tried to address the behaviour, it sometimes led to problems with the children’s families.

Nous avons séjourné 12 jours dans cet hôtel en famille au début du mois d’août. Commençons par les points positifs : l’hôtel est très beau, élégant et agréable. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l’établissement, son côté familial et le fait qu’il ne soit pas surchargé de monde. L’animation est vraiment très bien, le buffet est varié et de bonne qualité, et dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un très joli cadre. Malheureusement, notre arrivée a considérablement entaché notre expérience. Nous avions réservé une suite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants ainsi qu’une chambre standard pour 1 adulte et 1 enfant. Lors de notre arrivée, vers 1 heure du matin, le réceptionniste nous a indiqué que notre fils de 14 ans était considéré comme un adulte. Je reconnais que lors de la réservation, je n’avais pas précisé son âge exact, et nous étions tout à fait disposés à régler la différence correspondant à son passage du tarif enfant au tarif adulte. En revanche, on nous a demandé de régler 1 650 € supplémentaires pour les 12 jours, alors que la chambre avait déjà été intégralement payée, pour un montant de 1 790 €. Nous avons évidemment refusé de payer une telle somme. Après plusieurs heures de négociation, et alors que nous étions arrivés en pleine nuit, l’hôtel a finalement accepté de ramener cette somme à 600 €, que nous avons malheureusement été contraints de régler afin de pouvoir rester dans l’établissement. Nous avons trouvé cette situation extrêmement disproportionnée et très difficile à accepter, d’autant plus qu’elle s’est déroulée à notre arrivée, à 1 heure du matin, avec nos enfants, après un long voyage. C’est vraiment dommage, car sans cet épisode, notre séjour aurait été beaucoup plus positif. Nous avons apprécié l’hôtel, son ambiance familiale, son calme, ses infrastructures, l’animation et la qualité du buffet.

Une demande pour une suite en rdc avait été demandé pour éviter de monter et descendre les escalier avec bébé et poussette et on nous a dit que c'était un supplément, hors aucun supplément ou tarification différente sur booking ... Finalement en montrant une carte d'invalidité ils ont accepté . Après tout ça on peut douter de l'honnêteté de certain . La climatisation est extrêmement bruyante !

Reception stuff very helpful specially Mrs Manar who really was amazing and very helpful she really made our vacation and we extended our vacation for another 3 days

Unfortunately, our experience with the service at the hotel was quite disappointing. The bar and service staff were not cooperative or attentive at all. We would sit at the lobby bar for hours, and no one would come to ask if we wanted anything to drink or if we needed any assistance. The same thing happened around the pool, where we would spend a long time without anyone checking on us or offering service. We also noticed that the staff seemed to pay much more attention to foreign guests than to Egyptian guests, which was very disappointing and made us feel that we were being treated differently. They were not welcoming or friendly at all, and they rarely smiled or showed any warmth toward us.

The room view was amazing.

This not an issue with the hotel. The staff was really helpful and they provided all needed assistance. The CIB ATM machine inside the hotel was a nightmare. The machine took my card and did a system restart then it did not return the card, leaving me without any means of payment. I complained about that to CIB bank and their response was to wait for three working days to get my the issue resolved , which was not acceptable.

Le service (serveur, agent de nettoyage, animateur, personnel à l’accueil) était exceptionnel, la propreté, la piscine adults only avec son bar et le départ tardif offert.

كانت إقامتي في SUNRISE Crystal Bay تجربة جميلة جدًا، والفندق بشكل عام فوق الممتاز. أكثر شيء أعجبني هو تنوع المطاعم والأنشطة، بالإضافة إلى الشاطئ الجميل وحمامات السباحة. كما أن وجود أنشطة رياضية وترفيهية متنوعة جعل الإقامة ممتعة ومناسبة لقضاء عدة أيام بدون ملل. الخدمة كانت جيدة جدًا، والموظفون متعاونون وودودون، كما أن الغرفة كانت مريحة ونظيفة. ومن الأشياء التي أعجبتني أيضًا إمكانية الاستفادة من Aqua Park الخاصة بفندق SUNRISE Garden مما أضاف تنوعًا أكبر للإجازة.

إقامة رائعة وممتعة للمرة الثانية بقيادة المايسترو مستر مينا الذى بذل قصارى جهده لجعل اقامتنا مختلفة ومميزة بتجربة البوش كلوب. حيث يتم التعامل معك وكأنك أمير من أول الاستقبال من بوابة الفندق وحتى إنتهاء الإقامة. جميع طلباتك مجابة وبدون أى تأخير . فهو يعرف كيف يدير عمله بشكل رائع. لقد قضيت عيد ميلادى هناك بشكل استثنائي بفضله. شكراً جزيلا مستر مينا وأيضاً شكر خاص لمستر ايهاب مدير البوش كلوب وجميع العاملين على الشاطىء تحديداً. سيظل كريستال باى من اقرب الفنادق إلى قلبى وبالتأكيد لن تكون المرة الأخيرة. وانصح الجميع بتجربة البوش كلوب حيث أنها تجرية فريدة لن تجدها إلا فى صن رايز.

ホテルの海は濁っていた(人口の浜辺だから？) 清潔だけどお部屋が古い感じと匂いがちょっとした 初日置いてあったミネラルウォーターが詰め替えられた水だった(不味くて息子が気づいた)

We had a great stay at Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort in Hurghada. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was good with a lot of variety, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The gym was clean and well equipped, and the internet connection was good and available throughout the resort. The pools and the beach were also very clean and well maintained. A big thank you to everyone working in the restaurant for always being helpful and available. A special thanks to Hassan Hafez at the reception for being extremely helpful, friendly, and always available whenever we needed anything.

Food was excellent quality and meals available practically at all times. Good swimming pool Lagoon was lovely and the water was warm in August. Excellent facilities - nice gym with very helpful gym staff, football grounds (one of my sons played almost daily), pool table. A lot of the facilities were readily accessible except one of the a la Carte restaurants which was a long walk away. UK plugs in the room was a bonus!

The hotel dedicated beach is not good for snorkeling and swimming , however the neighboring Sunrise hotels have very nice beaches and excellent marina for swimming and snorkeling The only problem is that you need to walk very long distances to go from the hotel to the marina Need to have golf cars to go to the beaches and marina of the neighboring Sunrise

Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf in Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort in Hurghada. Alles was werkelijk perfect! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Een speciale dank aan Mohammed Fawzy van de receptie. Hij is zonder twijfel de beste! Hij doet er alles aan om de gasten tevreden te stellen en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Ook de animatie was fantastisch. Een speciale vermelding voor Fox, die elke dag met veel enthousiasme en energie zijn best doet om iedereen een geweldige tijd te bezorgen. Our stay at Crystal Bay Resort was truly amazing from start to finish, and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We had originally booked a Deluxe Partial Sea View Room. Unfortunately, the first room we were offered didn't match our preferred preference, but the team handled the situation professionally. A very special thank you to Bahi Adel, who made our vacation even more memorable by upgrading us to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view. His kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful gestures made a huge difference and added a special touch to our stay. We would also like to thank Manar from the reception team, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms are a little outdated compared to newer resorts, but they are very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The restaurant staff genuinely go above and beyond to make guests happy. We tried all three à la carte restaurants. Mangal was absolutely outstanding, with delicious food and a chef who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The Indian restaurant was another highlight, offering authentic, flavorful dishes and a warm, attentive team that made the experience even better. As for Yades, we felt it was slightly overrated. The atmosphere, décor, and overall vibes are fantastic, but the food didn't quite live up to the same high standard as the setting. The beach and pools were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Every member of the team worked hard to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible. We'd especially like to thank Abdelhamid, the lifeguard, for his friendliness and attentiveness, and Mahmoud at the towel center, who was always cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, and everything about our stay made it a memorable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort – Grand Select. The resort is beautifully maintained, with spacious pools, a clean private beach, and lovely landscaping. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and serviced perfectly every day. The food was fresh with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a family vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent hospitality.

Overall, we had a great experience. The only reason I rated value for money slightly lower is that the price feels a bit high compared to similar resorts in the area. A little more variety in the evening entertainment would also make the experience even better.

All inclusive, un vrai luxe. C’est un peu cher mais on n’a plus qu’à se laisser porter. Et en vacances c’est appréciable. Les chambres sont confortables et très spacieuses. La plupart du personnel est au petit soin. La Pink party et la Pool party sont exceptionnelles pour les enfants. Le buffet est gargantuesque, presque trop même. Le restaurant indien est très bon.

-Les prestations d’excursions, les taxis, les boutiques et le spa de l’hôtel sont trop chers par rapport aux tarifs extérieurs. -Les desserts (arabes=trop sucrés) et les gâteaux en gelée, les mousses, le goût du chocolat en tant que Français c’est bof bof. Même les goûts des glaces ne sont pas de bonne qualité. La quantité ne vaut pas la qualité ;-) -La plage était magnifique mais l’eau est assez trouble donc pas paradisiaque comme sur les photos. Du coup on a préféré la piscine. -Attention au sol extrêmement chaud et glissant de la piscine

This is our 14th stay at Crystal, and it has been amazing as usual. Everything is perfect! The variety at the buffet is huge, and the quality of the food is excellent. The cocktails at Yades are great, and I really liked the idea of providing books on the beach for guests to borrow. A huge thank you to Mr. Sherif Mohamed, the Front Office Manager, who always makes us feel at home every time we visit. He is one of the main reasons we keep coming back, as he always goes above and beyond to make our stay special. The beach is amazing as always, with its beautiful crystal-clear water. We'd also like to give a special shout-out to Abdelaziz and Hany on the beach for their excellent service and friendliness. We can't wait to come back again!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort. La struttura è pulita e curata. La nostra camera swim-up è stata fantastica, un vero valore aggiunto che ha reso la vacanza ancora più rilassante. Il resort è tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla routine e godersi qualche giorno di vero relax. Anche la clientela è di un certo livello, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera piacevole. Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto lo staff, sempre cordiale, sorridente, disponibile e preparato. L’unico neo del soggiorno è stato il condizionatore un po’ rumoroso e l’assenza di un servizio bar per le camere swim-up, che avrebbe reso l’esperienza ancora più esclusiva.

Praticamente tutto!! Avevamo la camera 447, camera con accesso diretto in piscina meravigliosa che dire!!! Cibo sicuramente più proiettato per turisti inglesi/tedeschi ma non mi lamento dato che era vario. Servizio impeccabile davvero, la gentilezza del personale è veramente oltre la media, un resort che non può non essere consigliato.

L’unica pecca è stato che alle 18:30 la piscina era praticamente vuota e non c’era più nessuno in giro, e il fatto che non ho mai trovato la merenda nel pomeriggio tipo patatine o panini, cosa che ho riscontrato in altri resort. Ma per il resto lo consiglio comunque tantissimo

Leur professionnalisme a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également parfait, idéal pour profiter pleinement des vacances. The bars and drinks are great as well. The cleanliness of the entire property is outstanding, and the pool is spotless. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort. We travelled with our baby and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, and their hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much to ask for – every request was handled quickly, professionally, and always with a smile. The food was one of the highlights of our holiday. There was an incredible variety at every meal, with fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. We looked forward to each breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and were impressed by both the quality and presentation of the food. We also loved spending our days at the beautiful beach and pool areas. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing, while the pools were well maintained and offered plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, giving us more than enough room to relax as a family with our baby. You can snorkel next door at the sister hotel for free. Overall, this was truly a 10/10 experience. The combination of excellent service, amazing food, beautiful facilities, and genuine care from the staff made this one of the best family holidays we've ever had. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Hurghada.

1.Еда. Очень качественная еда. Персонал в ресторане замечательный. НО! Есть очень большой минус, с детьми не удобно, так как ты не можешь сам себе сделать чай и кофе, все нужно просить что бы принесли и ждать. Это очень напрягает, потому что времени уходит слишком много впустую. 2.Расположение номера понравилось. 3.При заселении подарили бутылку вина, но какое оно по вкусу не скажу, не пили. 4. Девушка Карина, которая во всем помогала, просто золото.

Ооо.... Здесь можно долго писать. Номер старый ужасный, грязный, мусорка в туалете не закрывалась и была грязной, абсолютно по всему периметру номера грязный плинтус, грязная станция для чая и кофе, ручка двери на террасу грязная ужасно, сейф был изнутри замотан какой-то изолентой, батарейки видны были. Уборка номера так себе, хотя мы всегда оставляли по 2$ чаевых, каждый день. Вопрос с мытьём плинтусов поднимался, но это мало помогло. Было ОЧЕНЬ МАЛО света в комнате, просто темнота. Я накрасить ресницы нормально не могла, ничего не видно было. Але и зеркало есть для этого и столик, но ничего не видно, просто ужас! Это самый худший номер из всех отелей в которых я жила в Египте, а я всегда живу в пятерках и не самых дешёвых . Ничего из полотенец не крутят, это как-то странно. Отель я оцениваю на слабую 4, а номер на 1.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt unglaublich gut gefallen! Die Lage direkt am Meer und der wunderschöne Strand waren ein absolutes Highlight. Besonders toll fand ich die klare Trennung, sodass es einen eigenen Bereich für Adults Only gab – das hat für super Entspannung gesorgt. Das Essen war hervorragend und wirklich für jedes Alter und jeden Bedarf perfekt abgestimmt: Mein Vater muss wegen seines hohen Blutdrucks auf Salz achten, und da das Essen standardmäßig ungesalzen zubereitet wurde (man konnte am Tisch einfach selbst nachsalzen), war es für uns beide ideal. Die Zimmer waren zudem blitzsauber, und das gesamte Personal war super freundlich, hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und der Service war top.

Ein kleiner Punkt, der verbesserungswürdig ist, sind die alkoholischen Getränke. Es wurden ausschließlich einheimische, ägyptische Marken ausgeschenkt, was geschmacklich leider nicht so ganz mein Fall war. Hier hätte ich mir eine Auswahl an internationalen Marken gewünscht.

De keuze uit de diverse restaurants is geweldig, vooral Mangal (superlekker en mals vlees). Personeel is supervriendelijk en ze doen alles wat in hun mogelijkheid ligt om de gasten een heerlijke vakantie te geven

In eerste instantie vond ik het vreemd dat niet in elk restaurant dezelfde wijn geschonken wordt. Voor mij was dit achteraf geen tegenvaller, er werd gewoon gezorgd voor een wijntje wat ik lekker vond, dus eigenlijk niet echt een tegenvaller!

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub vom 9. bis 15. März in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Am Ende haben wir eigentlich nur eines bereut – dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Was zukünftige Gäste hier erwartet, ist vor allem ein sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Dies war bereits unsere zweite Reise nach Hurghada, und wir können ehrlich sagen, dass der Service hier sogar noch aufmerksamer war als in unserem vorherigen Hotel. Egal ob Wünsche oder kleine Probleme – das Team versucht immer sofort zu helfen und eine Lösung zu finden. Auch die Küche verdient ein großes Lob. Die Köche geben sich viel Mühe, täglich abwechslungsreiche und sehr leckere Gerichte anzubieten. Wir waren wirklich begeistert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm, und besonders positiv überrascht hat uns, wie gut das Hotel für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet ist. Überall gibt es Rampen und einen guten Zugang zum Strand. Da sich meine Großmutter mit einem Rollator bewegt, war das für uns bei der Auswahl des Hotels sehr wichtig. Ohne Nachfrage wurde uns direkt ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss angeboten, was für uns eine große Erleichterung war. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Julia aus dem Kids Club, die mit viel Herz und Engagement mit den Kindern arbeitet. Man merkt wirklich, dass sie ihre Arbeit liebt. Auch das Animationsteam tagsüber war freundlich und motiviert – besonders schön waren die täglichen Strandpartys um 11:30 Uhr mit kleinen Snacks und Spielen für Kinder. Ein Bereich, der vielleicht noch verbessert werden könnte, ist die Abendunterhaltung, sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene. Hier wäre etwas mehr Programm sicher eine schöne Ergänzung. Leider gab es auch eine kleine Enttäuschung: Die einzigen Personen, bei denen wir uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt haben, waren die Mitarbeiterinnen im Guest-Relation-Büro.

Es muy completo, hay muchas opciones para comer y tienen muchas opciones para celiacos. Tienen cartelito para que todos los chef sepan la condición que tenes y preparen comidas aptas! El desayuno increíble! La habitación impecable, como pasamos nuestra luna de miel nos prepararon un upgrade y la habitación decorada! Muy lindo todo! El personal es un 10!

Que no tiene opciones para hacer Snorkel hay que ir a otro hotel que está pegado y es un bajón porque nos quedamos sin hacer la actividad porque fuimos y no había nadie ☹️
