Good location' impressed with swimming pool, swam everyday! Breakfast lacked variety and no Vegemite/ peanutpaste/ pancakes otherwise good.

The room was very private with a view to the water. I loved the simple, traditional breakfasts. The pool was the perfect temperature. It was a bit of a walk to dinner, beach and shops (10 mins) but my preference was for a quiet and private location. I felt safe and cared for by staff as a solo traveller.

Some of the pavers on the way to the room were missing/broken. I had to be a bit careful of this but it is an easy fix.

Location was nice.

The bed sheets were heavily soiled, on top and bottom sheets (I noticed as I felt somethingscratch my feet). Towel was stained in the bathroom (there was only 1 instead of 2), and the phone was just put on a bottom shelf and not even plugged in (no location on wall to plug it in). Staff did not appear to be overly concerned with the stains over the sheets, however ended up changing the sheets after coming to the room to inspect them. Bed was very hard like laying on a plank of wood, and there was only a sheet on the bed and no blankets. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights ( we booked 2 rooms), however had to change hotels due to the conditions of the room and linen.

Breakfast is very good and location is great.

Breakfast was fresh every morning. Always plenty of pool towels were available. A really relaxing place to have your holiday. We have been 6 times before this trip.

Stayed 2 nights in Villa Puri Ayu and it was amazing. The staff always kind and helpful. Good location, 2 minutes walking from beach. Room was clean, no big noises during the night. Good price as well.

Breakfast does not have a big veriety but is good and tasty

The property is a small hotel, but very nice. It has a real Bali charm. Breakfast is really good (Toast and Balinese food). If we come back to Sanur we will stay in this hotel again.

Nähe zum Strand in Sanur. Der Strand in Sanur ist ideal für kleine Kinder, da es sehr flach ins Wasser geht und die Wellen sich am vorgelagerten Riff brechen. Sehr umfangreiches gastronomisches Angebot direkt in der Nähe.

Die Anlage ist augenscheinlich in mehreren Abschnitten gewachsen. Wenn man wie wir in dem Neubau in Richtung Straße (900erter Zimmer) unterkommt, hat man leider keinen schönen Ausblick (bspw. auf den Garten) und am Wochenende kann es dann auch schon mal von den benachbarten Bar und Restaurantbetriebe laut werden. Andere Bereiche der Anlage sind hiervon nicht betroffen, so daß man Glück oder Pech haben kann.

Pool ist recht schön, in der Nähe sind 2/3 nette Lokale. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand.

Ich habe das Gefühl dass alle Bilder hier mit KI etwas verschönert wurden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber aber ganz und gar nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es war sehr einfach gehalten und ok, vielleicht haben wir das älteste Zimmer erhalten? Es ist auch etwas außerhalb gelegen, zur Einkaufsmeile läuft man schon ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend rundum ist etwas heruntergekommen.

The property had barking dogs right next door all night every night and property management didn't even offer to move me to another room ... bad attitude by management

First room was mouldy & uninhabitable. We had to cancel & move to another hotel. Came back next day & got a better room with no mould and larger - enjoyed the stay - staff we're great as were the pools

We loved the relaxed vibe and the great location close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. I booked four rooms — all were very clean, with some more recently renovated than others. The staff were lovely, breakfasts were delicious, and overall it was an enjoyable stay. We’d happily return.

It was a bit tired and needs some work. Staff were disinterested. Our room had a strong sewerage smell and the TV didn’t work.

Loved staying here. The room was great and so close to the beach. Lots around to eat or drink. The only downfall was the wifi which barely worked. Besides that everything was great.

Lage, kleine, ruhige Anlage, großer Pool, wenige Meter zum Meer, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Kommunikation. Im Vorfeld und vor Ort, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Wie schon oft geschrieben: das Bett war uns ebenfalls zu hart und es hat geknarzt bei jeder Drehung. Da könnte man mit besserer Wahl der Matratzen und Unterlage/Lattenroste aufbessern.

The room was clean, spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a water refill station. I am a believer in reducing plastic waste. The breakfast choice was good.

There are stairs to negotiate to reach the breakfast buffet. Also when it is busy it is hard to get a table in a shady spot.

Could hear people in upstairs accomodation stomping about late at night or early hours in morning also only had a sheet for bedding so was cold with aircon on and if you turned aircon off you became hot in middle of nite

The room was large and comfortable. The swimming pool is lovely. The kitchenette is well-equipped. The location is very good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and other activities. The Wi-Fi works very well.

Breakfast could be improved, because although there is a good variety of options, none of them are particularly good and they’re usually very greasy. Sometimes you also have to wait a long time for certain items to be restocked. Cleanliness and maintenance could also be improved. The pool bar is only open during breakfast. It would be a nice improvement to have snacks, coconut water and drinks available throughout the day.

Villa Puri Ayu is in a fantastic location, just an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and the whole place has a relaxing vibe that made our stay feel effortless. We would definitely stay again.

The toilets need a bleaching once in a while. There's an ECO plan going on there which is great but at times chemicals are needed. Shower water pressure was a bit low and the wifi signal was weak and intermittent

Wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Sanur. Close to all major sights, nightlife and the beach (less than a 5 minute walk directly to the beach). Great facilities with a few pools scattered around the property. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and was delicious.

Our room was very generic. I would have preferred one of the more traditional ones. My husband enjoyed the buffet breakfast but it was a little carb heavy for me most mornings.

Excellent location for alleyway access to the beach boardwalk. The room is in a lovely garden setting with its own porch and chairs outside. There are two swimming pools to choose from and plenty of loungers in the shade and sun. Nice pool towels are available from the restaurant. Good buffet breakfast is served outside. There are plenty of water stations for filtered water to refill bottles.

The room was dark. There was no desk or chair in the room, which I had seen in pictures, but these must have been other rooms. There was no door on the bathroom for privacy. There was no blanket for the bed, only a sheet.

Location near restaurants, like Genius Cafe and Santorini. The Daily Baguette is great too. All within 15 minutes walk. Clean and well air conditioned. Quiet. 5 minutes walk to Sanur Beach.

Central location to the coast path in a quiet location. Decent buffet breakfast. Good sized pool. Great book exchange in the lobby.

No toilet door( just a shower curtain) meant the common sewerage smell occasionally permeated through the room. Breakfast supervisor( male) unfriendly.

A well maintained and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed staying in our apartment, as it was roomy, had excellent air-conditioning, was very clean and had a great bathroom. The surrounds,gardens and both pools were great for relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The proximity to both the beach path and easily walkable streets was appreciated.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a smaller pool nearby, which we enjoyed as it offered the option of some shade. Staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Within a few minutes you can join the coastline where amenities, restaurants etc can be found. We also hired bikes easily which is a great way to explore Sanur.

Hard bed No blanket

Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Produkten. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, nicht weit von Strand und dem quirligen Bali-Leben (Restaurant, Shops etc.)

Häuser etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus bewohnbar und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zusatzbett und der Platz war dadurch sehr eng und beschränkt.

Bed sheets were dirty, and the ironic part is they tell you our bed sheets aren’t bleached to save the environment, so shut up and put up with this dirtiness!! I couldn’t believe my eyes! On the bed sheet there were traces of blood, black colouring and yellow. Yuck! I went to them and asked to immediately change the bed sheets, funny they brought with them four sets, of which three were equally dirty as the original one, and only the last one was clean!
