The room location was not as I expected from the photos on booking.com I thought we were in a ground floor next to the pool, however up three flights of stairs. Then a further flight of stairs to breakfast I discussed the room allocation with a member of staff who said what you see on booking.com is not necessarily what you get.

L'hotel è ben organizzato, la stanza molto ampia e pulita. Le due piscine sono ampie e hanno a disposizione lettini per gli ospiti. Il ristorante fornisce servizio anche in stanza e in piscina dalla mattina fino alle 21. La Spa è a mio giudizio ottima, ho provato il massaggio balinese ed è stato meraviglioso; inoltre nella Spa se non si ha più la stanza a disposizione l'ultimo giorno si può anche fare la doccia dopo il massaggio, molto comodo.

Ci sono due piscine grandi, l'unico neo è che al pomeriggio una è sempre in ombra e la seconda per metà. La colazione ha veramente poca scelta. Il ristorante chiude troppo presto la sera, intorno alle 21! La posizione non è molto comoda per andare in spiaggia, che comunque non è molto bella per bassa marea e in Agosto anche con alghe.

Nuestra experiencia en Ari Putri Hotel, en Sanur, ha sido muy buena. La ubicación es uno de sus puntos fuertes: está cerca de muchos lugares de interés, restaurantes y del paseo marítimo, pero al mismo tiempo se encuentra en una zona bastante tranquila, lo que permite descansar y desconectar. El hotel está muy bien y cuenta con dos piscinas, algo que disfrutamos mucho durante la estancia. Además, tiene su propio restaurante, donde comimos de maravilla. La comida nos sorprendió mucho, tanto por la calidad como por el sabor. Otro de los grandes puntos a destacar es la atención de todo el personal, que ha sido de 10 durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.

Como crítica constructiva, creemos que al hotel le vendría bien un poco más de mantenimiento y cuidar algo más la limpieza, tanto de las habitaciones como de algunas zonas comunes. Son pequeños detalles que, mejorándolos, harían que la experiencia fuera todavía mejor. Aun así, son aspectos que no nos impedirían volver. Hemos estado muy a gusto y, si volvemos a Sanur, repetiríamos sin duda. ¡Muy recomendable!

Rooms are big, staff accommodates our needs with 2 young children. Great swimming pools.

Toilet upstairs next to the breakfast area was not clean for the 4 days we stayed, making it difficult for everyone since breakfast area is far from the rooms. Fridge at the room was not working properly. Showers were changing from cold to hot water by itself all the time. We changed rooms and happened to both rooms.

Great location, close to the restaurants and beach. The buffet was excellent and offered great value for the money. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. Next time, we look forward to trying the restaurant and enjoying the spa. Very convenient location!

The mattress was too soft for our liking, and the bed sheets and towels could use an update. The water pressure was also not as strong as we would have liked. Overall, these are areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

Struttura un po’ datata, soprattutto i bagni erano abbastanza vecchi, ma comunque puliti.

A reggeli jó volt. És fantasztikus volt este a vacsoránál az élő zene. Külön ki kell emelnem a szálloda által biztosított driver, Dharma kedvességét és hozzáállását.

A legnagyobb probléma az volt, hogy a reggeli órákban egy órára majdnem minden nap elfogyott a hidegvíz a rendszerből, nem lehetett a WC-t sem lehúzni. A csúcsidő elmúltával ez megoldódott.

Struttura in sintonia con l'ambiente esotico. Camere pulite e staff cordiale e premuroso. Colazione buona nella norma, suggerirei eventualmente di inserire qualcosina in più come scelta. Nell'insieme lo consiglio per un soggiorno rilassante.

They have a great massage package available and I recommend it. That's about the only good thing about this place, now check the bad.

I booked a double room, but it wasn't available so they put a separate bed into the room. The rooms very dated and you smell smoke.on your way to the room. Inside the room, it didn't smell good either. We had a nasty centipede in the shower that would not go away and kept crawling up the tub. The tub had chips rust showing, overall this place was dirty and unprepared.

I had blood on my bedsheets. I was given a plug for the bath too small for the hole (defeats the point of the purpose I book the hotel for) and was told to walk and buy my own by reception. Took over 2 minutes for the water to get warm and then treated like a fool that could not figure it out for myself.

Lekker rustige plek. Prima zwembad. Eten in de ochtend was simpel maar goed. Je bent echt zo bij het strand en bij de winkels/restaurants.

Dat het altijd een verrassing was of je warm of koud water had.

The location was fantastic for what I needed. The staff were exceptional. They loaned me a kettle so I could make my coffee in my room… nothing was ever too much trouble! Restaurant was great and very reasonable.

Not much natural light … my air con was leaking water which took a few goes to repair but staff were there straight away.

It was a good location and the staff were friendly, especially as it is a smaller hotel and we arrived in the middle of the night. The breakfast was simple but fine - FYI they rotate sausages, bacon and ham every 3 days.

The two rooms we booked were ok. 201 had an unpleasant smell so we changed it to 305 which was better. 202 didn’t smell, but the air conditioner dripped a huge puddle all over the floor next to the bed, making it hard to sleep with the constant drip.

The location has lots of restaurants but not near the beach.

The staffs are nice but I was kinda surprised of the room. They use local electric outlets and has no provision nor the front desk were ready to provide provision for adaptors to charge phones. The hotel should have anticipated that considering most of their guests are foreigners.

Location was great, with easy access to everything I needed. Two pools with plenty of sun lounges. Comfortable bed. Good size room and good value for money. Would stay here again.

The first room I was given had a strange musty smell but they happily moved me and it was all good after that.

De douche hangt boven het bad. Het bad is glad, dus levensgevaarlijk. Het bad had geen stop, dus in bad gaan ipv douchen was ook niet mogelijk. Overal werd er gerookt dus daaraan ontkomen was onmogelijk. Rook drong vanaf de verschillende balkons door tot in de slaapkamers. Kamers werden niet naar behoren schoongemaakt. Na een paar dagen veel zand op de vloeren.

Strong sewage smell in bathroom covered by strong mothball smell and towels covering drain (known issue?), had to get sorted as horrible but complaints dealt with quickly. No ice tray in fridge makes it hard to drink our duty free! No soap in bathroom, just bubble bath and lotion. No bottle opener for our bintangs! Breakfast pretty ordinary - could do with granola, yoghurt, more fruit selections, better coffee. Towels were grey and thin. def needed upgrading.

No complaints - value for money

The location is fantastic, central to restaurants and the Beach. We enjoyed the two pools and the on site restaurant which has great food and fabulous live entertainment.

Staff at reception not particularly helpful but overall it’s a great choice and good value when staying in Sanur.

Overall ambience of the hotel is very good. Location is perfect and staffs are super helpful! The rooms are clean and have a balcony too.

Breakfast needs to be improved. At least they can add some cereals, milk/yougurt and/or add famous local dishes including Bubur Ayam which is always there in most hotels in Bali.

Loved the Balinese character of the hotel. Nice quiet location and only a short walk to many restaurants and shops. Loved the restaurant where the food was great with nightly entertainment by an exceptional singer who could sing anything you threw at him. Choice of two pools was lovely.

The breakfast was particularly disappointing with a strange assortment of foods with only two hot dishes every day eg banana fritter and wedges. There were always eggs 5 ways and a few salad items and bread. But given the price of the rooms it wasn’t bad and there was always something to put in your tummy and good value. Also didn’t like the smelly resident dog who had a free rein to wander around the restaurants and bark at random to make people jump. Also noted on one occasion a ginger cat on the roof hopping through the kitchen window who was only shooed away some 5 minutes later.

Fabulous hotel and facilities, large room (Deluxe twin) BEST shower I have EVER had in Bali and room rate includes simple Breakfast. Brilliant little restaurant onsite with no ++ taxes - good menu, extremely well priced (approx $6 Aus for a Chicken and Cashew with rice) and good choice of beverages. Lovely spa onsite. Ten minute walk to the beach and the "shuttle bus" picks you up from out the front and can drop you off anywhere along its route up to Icon Shopping Mall.

The grounds are lovely with beautiful gardens and traditional Balinese art. The rooms are comfortable with balconies or patios. Breakfast is simple: eggs, fruit, and bread but fresh. Overall a great and affordable hotel with very kind staff in a safe location.

De ligging en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel waren top, het eten uit het eigen restaurant was ook prima. Kamers groot genoeg en voorzien van een balkon. Op 5 minuten lopen van Sanur Beach en voldoende winkels, restaurants en bars op loopafstand, helemaal prima.

Er was geen lift in het hotel, met zware koffers is dat nadelig, ook was de TV niet aangesloten op het Internet, hierdoor kon je geen gebruik maken van diensten zoals YouTube, Netflix en dergelijke.

I loved the traditional Balinese architecture! The staff were exceptional at this family run business. Comfortable, clean rooms. Onsite Spa offering great value treatments. Located in a quieter part of Sanur. Short walk to the beach with a mulitude of eateries to cater to your taste.
