Great place to stay. Heart of downtown Denver and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great walking area on 16th street. Very friendly staff and easy check in and out. I arrived early and they were still able to accommodate and provide a room. Thank you Hyatt

Buffet was exceptional.

Came to Peaks Lounge tonight with some friends, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the valet, Alex! He made the night before it even started! From the second I pulled up, his energy and customer service were next level. It was toasty out tonight, and he offered me a water without even being asked, that kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days. Genuinely one of the kindest, most attentive people I’ve come across in a service role. Alex, you’re an absolute gem!

Adrian and Brent were fantastic, friendly, and timely.

Alex, Jay, and Andrew the valet guys were very generous in offering us water. It’s very hot today and I was dying of thirst! Thank you for keeping up the good work!

Centrally located for easy walking around downtown. Property was newly remodeled. Breakfast was always fast downstairs even with a convention of 900 people in attendance.

This facility was chosen for the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network Think Tank - a multi-day gathering of over 300 physicians, researchers, industry representatives and patient advocates (my role). It is easily reached by airport train and Denver’s downtown free bus (~1 hr) - $1.35 for a senior! The hotel is a very clean, open modern facility - comfortable rooms and public spaces, with several floors of well equipped meeting ballrooms and meeting rooms and catering capabilities and serving staff.

Overall we are happy with locations, elegance of the place. Room were clean and nice, spectacular view of the mountain from our high floor (20th) room, lounge (rooftop) is ok but needs to be improved, refinished and furnished better. House keeper were nice and responsive, not as happy with the front desk personnel

Greeted by exceptional staff at the front check-in. Our room was extremely clean and very well taken care of throughout our stay! Lots of options forfood and drink in the hotel and extremely close to anywhere in downtown we wanted to go. Everything was in walking distance!

Had an amazing company conference at Hyatt Regency Denver. Large meeting rooms, amazing food service, plenty of restrooms and multiple elevators made for a great experience.

The Hyatt hotel near the convention center is a great location. Hotel has amazing amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and makes you wanna stay even longer.

Brent and Alex provided warm and welcoming service upon arrival and departures over the week we stayed at Hyatt for a business conference. They were always ready to help in any way and provide waters for which was very much appreciated given the heat. Their fast and friendly service were so appreciated!

We were here for a work trip for the week and rented a Jeep to take advantage of exploring what greater Denver had to offer. Several times during our stay, Alex was at the valet and took exceptional care of us. He’d always have the car cool, offered us waters and made sure we needed anything. In addition, he provided recommendations and advice based on where we were going. He made our stay exceptional, which we are very grateful for.

Valet team makes the hotel look very professional. Alex, Kevin, Harry, and Andrew were quick and professional getting my family In and out.

I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver while attending a business convention, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the incredible value. Considering the price I paid, I was genuinely surprised by how upscale the hotel felt. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything had a clean, modern, high-end feel that exceeded my expectations. I also had a great first impression when I arrived. I wasn't expecting to be able to check in until 4:00 p.m., but I got there a little after noon and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready. Being able to check in nearly four hours early was greatly appreciated and really demonstrated the staff's commitment to excellent customer service. The location is another huge advantage. Being within easy walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center made attending my business conference incredibly convenient. It eliminated the hassle of transportation and made it easy to come and go throughout the day. One thing I especially appreciated was the hotel's commitment to sustainability. I was impressed to see both the convention center and the Hyatt making an effort to recycle and incorporate recycled products whenever possible. It's always nice to see businesses taking environmental responsibility seriously. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Between the excellent value, friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and attention to sustainability, I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Denver.

It was a calm and pleasant experience throughout my stay there for a conference. I was given a comfortable and nicely renovated room on the 28th floor and the view was beautiful which gave me a sense of peace after a long day. I loved the large sized tv so I was able to enjoy watching the FIFA games. I was a little disappointed in the lunch at the Former Saint restaurant downstairs but I was not eating much in the hotel so that did not affect my stay. Lots of other places to eat nearby. Also, the convention center was extremely close and easy to get to. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Charge for parking even though I already paid to stay there. Food and service was good. Housekeeping was top notch and very pleased with. Very nice and always said hello.

I got a king suite that was very nice with modern furniture and huge TV's. Also nice lighting in the living room and bedroom. One wish I have is to be able to somehow redirect the air blown from the AC so it does not aim for the sofa or the bed. Also the bathroom very nice and modern but there was a really bad smell coming from the shower. I think it was the drainage because I ran hot water for a while and soap in the drain and it went away.

Andrew is the best employee at this location! He parked my car safely. We had a great time!

Excellent hotel and staff in downtown Denver! Close to mall and across from Convention Center. Recently remodeled with great features in comfortable rooms and well designed public gathering spaces. The market space has great hours and an excellent selection of food and beverages. Lots of seating to watch sports with a group or have a relaxed conversation. Excellent range of food choices at the restaurant including vegan. The breakfast brunch is not to be missed --with cooked to order omlettes. Was there for a conference and would go back for a visit. The hotel staff, amenities and location made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay

The Hyatt Regency at the Colorado Convention Center was a great hotel for our business meeting. The restaurants on site were good, staff was very helpful, and the location is perfect for those working at the CCC.

Beautifully remodeled hotel with amazing views in a great location! The express elevators to the higher floors are a great touch, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Having drinks with a view on the 27th floor was a highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Adian and Brent did a great job helping me get my two big bags into the uber. I had extra luggage and they were great. They also were making sure all guests were taken care of and the area was clean. They are great representatives of Hyatt and helping to make your guests welcome.

Rooms are amazing, elevators are fast, the beds are extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains are fantastic. The views are amazing. You have to try the food. It is exceptional, it is pricey, but totally worth it. I mean, i'm gonna be dreaming about that food.

A gentleman named Lincoln, who works parking vehicles was spectacular! He was very patient while I had to empty all of the stuff out of my car I needed to take to the room, he was helpful with my daughter, and he was absolutely on the money with answering all of the I had and believe me, there were a few. I had an experience with the homeless person, and Adrian from the ballet came over and took care of things real quick about the gentleman leave me alone got me in the building. I just want to say he did an outstanding job.

Perfect location! Hotel is located just steps from the CCC front door, 16th st and only 20 min from Red Rocks. The Red Rocks shuttle bus actually stops infront of the convention center. The hotel was clean, well staffed and the employees were welcoming and responsive to any needs. A great place to stay for family or business travel.

Excellent hotel. Extremely clean. Rooms are very nice. The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant was high quality. I didn't expect to have bisson on the menu. This was like a 5 star restaurant. Very good.

Everything was terrific! Beds were very comfortable. The outdoor aun deck with hot tub plus the pool, changing room with lockers and shower and the workout room with a frwah towel places at wvery amchinw and water was great. I enjoyed the couch and coffee table, coffee maker and fridge in the large king room, spacious bathroom with good toiletries. Lots of food choices on site that ran casual to very nice. The lobby had a giant big screen and several sitting areas bar that made watching Fifa fun. Across the street from the convention center ans a few blocks from 16th street tat has a free bus, shopping restaurants and target CVS and more LOVED my stay.

There was a noise that woke me up two days in a row at 4 am. They thought it was fixed but it obviously wasn't. Needless to say I probably wont return here.

The room's modern look was appreciated. The hotel also hires staff with Down Syndrome, which proves that all are welcome there.

Had a great trip staying at the Hyatt in Denver. The whole valet team was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Our car window was cleaned by Brent who was very nice and professional. Definitely will be back!

The room was very clean but poorly marked and confusing to find. Signage could be better, especially at the elevators.

The lobby furniture needs some love and maybe a refresh of the materials. Some parts looked warn and dingy.

I only had an issue with self parking, they did not provide information about parking. They should provide a daily parking fee that is included in the reservation. I had to pay for parking every time I went in and or out.

Last weekend, Baddies with Business had the opportunity to call Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center home for our 6th Annual Retreat and Community Bazaar. The staff was amazing; we especially appreciate Mr. Jeff (bellman), Jorge (waiter at Assembly Hall), Ms. Silvia (waiter at Assembly Hall, Chantele (Host at Assembly Hall), Front desk staff, and last but not least Jordan Martinez our Event Meeting Planner. I HIGHLY recommend that any organization or business looking for a host hotel for their next event consider Hyatt Regency.

The Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Cener is a beautiful property with a host of amenities to allow for relaxation at the end of the long days of conferences. The lobby is incredible and offers a lot of space to meet, eat, drink and unwind. The fitness center is well-outfitted with equipment to keep you feeling your best and the pool and hot tub are an added bonus! The rooms were spacious, clean, well-lit and offered a comfortable home-away-from-home experience on my 5-night stay! The Hyatt Regency is located one block from all the 16th Street restaurants and shopping, and the property is within walking distance to the rest that downtown Denver has to offer!

I’ve stayed with Hyatt a few times and enjoyed them all. They offer the comforts of home but the staff and amenities make you happy it’s not home.

Hosted a tradeshow at the venue. Have been to this venue for the same show a handful of times but between the hotel update/ renovation and the staff the service and experience was above and beyond what it has been in the past. As a meeting planner, the turn around time when asked for something was phenomenal. The attention to detail- making sure all requested items were set and ready was amazing. The people of this hotel are happy, work hard and can't wait to come back for another event. Great job all around to front drive employees, package delivery/bell hop area, banquets, chef, meeting event planners, accounts payable (bill was correct), house keeping, registration. If looking to host an event at this venue, highly recommend.

Location was excellent. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The food and beverages options within the hotel exceeded my expectations. Self Parking cost, was in my opinion overpriced at $55 per night. Other than that, I will gladly stay here with my family on a non-business trip.

Hotel was very clean and food at all restaurants was delicious. There was 2 conferences going on nearby and the hotel was crowded but service did not suffer.

Hotel was overall very clean. Rooms were updated and clean which I did not expect. Location was very convenient to the convention center and other restaurants/shops. We did not need to rent a car.

Hyatt by the Convention Center was a good place for our small conference. Rooms were very comfortable, and had plenty of outlets for electronics etc. Housekeeping was superb. A block away from the 16th street mall, with the free bus down to Union Station, so lots of dining options in easy reach.

Great location convenient to a lot of downtown restaurants, sports or entertainment venues and great for walking and sightseeing. Also some nice amenities available on site

If you are looking for a family vacation place with special needs kid this might not be the place as we encounter rude staff.

Staff and management were completely rude after they failed to complete a simple task of clearing room incidental charges and starting the process to HAVE MY FUNDS back in my account in a timely manner, then proceeded to tell me how my bank works when they are not bank professionals whatsoever.

This is a perfect location when you attend a conference in Denver. The staff was very helpful. And the rooms where very spacious.

I had a wonderful experience during my solo stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect space to unwind. The location right next to the convention center made navigating the city simple and convenient. As a World of Hyatt member, I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Denver exceeded our expectations in every way. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the beautiful decoration, and the excellent attention we received throughout our stay. The location was also extremely convenient and made it easy to enjoy and explore the area. I truly wish I had everyone’s names because their service was exceptional. The housekeeping staff who worked on room 1738 from May 11 through May 15 did an outstanding job — the room was always spotless, organized, and perfectly maintained. The luggage staff was also extremely kind and helpful, and the receptionist who assisted us on May 11 was absolutely exceptional and made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. One thing we especially loved was the text communication system. For me, making phone calls often feels like a waste of time, so being able to communicate quickly and efficiently by text was absolutely excellent and very convenient. For the price you pay, this is the kind of attention and service you deserve. The hotel was also very peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, because we were attending a convention during our stay, we were not able to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. There are many more positive things I could mention, but overall, the experience was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located right next to the Convention Center, which is extremely accessible and convenient for attending conferences. The room was clean and I appreciate the sustainability efforts by the hotel. The food was enjoyable and the staff were able to advise accordingly for severe allergies, which greatly reassured me in having meals without triggering any allergic reactions.

Haven't had too many times where a hotel exceeded my expectations in a good way - the HY Denver certainly did, most of all the staff members from front desk to housekeeping were all friendly and very helpful which unfortunately I seldom see in US hotels these days. Rooms were nice and well soundproofed. Only negative was this crazy 30$/package flat rate for receving parcels which is genuinely nasty.

Stayed here yet again for CCC meeting and the stay was super convenient (CCC right across the street) and great on quality. Very conveniently located also to reach restaurants in the area on foot. Only shortcoming the in-room coffee options (could do a lot better with both the coffee itself and the yucky non-dairy creamer) but found a workaround

The Hyatt Regency is just across the street from the convention center making it very convenient for meetings. The hotel was busy, but had multiple elevators so you never had to wait. My room had a nice view of the city and mountains. The room was spotless and looked brand new. The staff memvers were welcoming and pleasant. There was a market style resteraunt in the lobby that was great for a grab and go breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices were very reasonable.

Upon arriving at the Hyatt Regency, the doorman let me know that I was welcome and valued from the start of my stay. He opened the door of the taxi for me and protected me from being scammed - I had not known that it was a flat rate from the airport and my driver had been running the meter, charging me almost $100 instead of the $60-70 it should have been. The desk staff were enthusiastic and friendly at check-in and more than willing to help with any concerns. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and the rooms are as well. Overall, my trip felt luxurious and comfortable, nearing the experience of five-star hotels I’ve stayed in before.

Location is super convenient for the convention center, but does not rest on being in such a prime location for conference goers. Hotel was clean with updated decore. Staff was excellent. I arrived at about 1A after a significant flight delay and front desk team member was very welcoming. I unfortunately also experienced a medical situation outside the restaurant, and the hostess there and scurity team were on top of it. Team is well trained and made me feel in good hands, definitely great to have this support in the midst of a busy conference.
