Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center

The room was very spacious with a very nice view of the mountains and part of the city (12th floor). The bed as well was very comfortable.

The Ventilation was noisy and there was no way to switch it off. The lights were all of a very cold hue and gave the room some sad vibes. Breakfast was ok but not excellent as advertised in the reviews.

Loud, no fans in the bathroom, so stayed damp and smelled like mildew/bad and toilet smells, air conditioning didnt get very cool, and water went out one night. When I checked out, and was asked how my stay was, I told them disappointing. They didn’t even care to ask why. Just said “have a nice day”

Location is ok walk distance to main streets 16th Mall etc. King suite was big enough. Very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. .

Shower water control was half broken. Front desk personnel we met lack experience. Small indoor pool was cold water expected heated water. Valet parking 60 dollars.

I want to let management know how wonderful Eve was last night (7/19). I had an issue with my AC and she very politely moved me to an upgraded room and brought me a cart and my new room key. Chef Kadher at the Omelette bar makes this a 5 star experience! He is so lovely and makes the best egg white omelettes! Rooms are spacious, clean and bright! Staff are all lovely and welcoming. Wish there was some green space like an outdoor courtyard.

Sierra, Evan and Eve were rockstars today! They each went above and beyond to make us feel special as this was our Anniversary trip.

Appoorva was at the front desk helping us. She’s sensational and went above and beyond.

Property is a bit dated and it shows. In the two room suite, one room has a big window and is well lit. The other room that is inside is a bit dark. Lighter-colored carpets could probably fix this.

I came along with a delegation from Hawai’i. We arrived at the same time as thousands of other delegates and yet we received so much care and were made to feel like we were the only people there. Big shoutout to Ethan who was especially caring, thoughtful, and professional.

Here at the Embassy Suites, from the first day I checked into room it was a horrible experience. The room had an awful smell and there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guess. Also the microwave was also dirty with the plate again from previous guess. Although the guest desk were very polite the experience has not been good. The space is huge in the suites, but the furniture along with the carpet is very outdated and not clean. I would not recommend.

Went in on a tricky situation with bookings through different intervening groups, needs for neighboring rooms and more. Cora and Apoorva were tremendously helpful and patient!

The indoor pool was very cold.

I'm here for a conference and will be leaving soon. The thing that I'll miss the most is Chef Amit and his awesome omelettes! I'm going to try and make mine like his when I get home but I don't think I'll come close to how delicious he makes them!

The key card didn’t work and wasted my time going up and down 3 times and I booked a 2 queen beds , I got one queen bed so I had to sleep on the pull out sofa which isn’t comfortable at all. They gave me another room but it was occupies so I had to go back to my original room. That was a waste of my time

Spectacular service. Doris in kitchen, Cora at front desk, Juan in maintenance and Solomon, Megan, Blake, Jay and TK in valet service were all top notch with courtesy, knowledge and promptness in carrying out their duties. We have never had such service. They should be commended!! The housekeeping crew was equally professional and friendly in carrying out their jobs. Thank you to all. Oh and the omelet cook was a ray of morning sunshine. Engaging and humorous.

Good location in Downtown Denver. A stone's throw from the Convention Center and other places one may be visiting Denver for. Great breakfast (with an omelette station), and late afternoon manager's reception that includes two adult beverages and snacks. Friendly staff.

A bit dated property. Two rooms: "outer" bedroom had sufficient light streaming in from the window, but the inner room was dark despite all the lights in the room.

Cora and Kris at the front desk went out of their way to help me figure out a late checkout so my husband could work in our room while I wrapped up at a conference! They were extremely accommodating and all the staff I met were professional and provided the best service I’ve had at a hotel stay in a long time!

Hotel seems good on paper - ideal location across from Convention center and a Hilton brand (which usually means quality). Included breakfast and manager’s reception each night. Not so here. I had a horrendous experience the week of June 8th while here for a conference. There is construction all around the building, with the road and trolley tracks being torn up with loud bulldozing and jackhammering. Apparently the workers struck a water main, which resulted in no water at the hotel beginning at 5am. No functioning toilets, no showering, no washing hands. To their credit the hotel did notify me via text of the problem, but there was no solution in sight. After hours of no water, we were told it was restored late morning, but my room still had no functioning water until after lunchtime. Very difficult to attend a professional conference without showering, shaving, or looking/feeling your best. Then, although the water began flowing again around 2pm or so, the hot water didn’t come on. I spent a lot of time speaking to different reps (pulling time away from the conference) trying to figure out what was going on and when I could expect to be able to take a shower. I was told the staff didn’t know what was wrong but they were working on it. All afternoon and evening, still no hot water. This was a stressful and frustrating experience that should never have happened. I asked if they could move me to another hotel nearby that have functioning basic necessities like water, and was told I was welcome to find one and check out early with no penalty. Ummm excuse me but this is your problem that you all need to solve, not mine! Eventually the hot water returned as a slow trickle late in the evening, thankfully. As if that weren’t enough, the next day, all 4 elevators went out of service at the same time. They were non functioning for at least 4+ hours. Being on the 11th floor, this was beyond inconvenient. I expect more from a bargain cheapo hotel, let alone from one under the Hilton banner. Shameful. Aside from those incidents, the room itself was average at best, and the bathroom had peeling wallpaper and pretty basic amenities. Because of this negative situation, the hotel offered an “elevated” happy hour with some food (which I wasn’t able to go to due to conference meetings) and some Hilton Honors points (which I still haven’t received). This was so insufficient and didn’t even come close to making up for this horrible experience. I would never stay here again, and recommend you find other hotels in the convention center area given the ongoing construction here and the inability of this staff to quickly and efficiently solve problems.

The hotel was clean and inviting. Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful and polite.

Pay for valet was $75 a night, and affordable parking was hard to come by.

Loved the room, great location for work or leisure. Loves the ease with which to move around the hotel. The facilities were to a good standard, but the kids love the pool so don't expect a work out. Staff were nice the room was clean. Definitely a great work location and close to the conference center. The hotel manager drinks were a nice touch at 1700.

We had issues operating the room temperature control. The breakfast seemed to have too many people. I would choose the self park option for your car to make the most out of the parking for cost. But it's is better than some carparking options than other hotels. The mountain view was a bit squed on our side of the building. If you can get a west facing room.

I didn't like they charge $65.00 a night for parking and don't tell you. they just offer the valet and $65.00 for every night was charged to my card without my knowledge.

This was the best experience I have ever had at any hotel. The room was great but the staff is what made the stay unforgettable and why we would not stay anywhere else when we come to Denver. Cora and Bryan are amazing. Both so friendly and helpful and customer service is definitely their focus. Joanna and Melissa were fantastic and our glasses were never empty. Teresa at the front desk was so kind made sure we got everything we needed and wanted. Breakfast was fantastic and fun. Would not stay anywhere else in downtown Denver. Thanks so much for such a great experience.

You should be aware that this hotel has some of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From Amit at the omelet station, to Jorden at the Elements restaurant, and everyone in between. My best praise goes to Cora, at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful with all our packages for an event. Every interaction was amazing! The next time we travel to Denver, we will stay here again. Thank you so much for having such an amazing staff!

Worked on a touring production called Faulty Towers here, a dinner theater experience. Working with the staff of the hotel was great but the real shining star for all of us was Spencer. When he was on with us, everything ran smooth as butter and he saw to every single need, really conveying what good hospitality looks like in real time. Anytime my team had an issue arise, Spencer resolved it within minutes. We would be delighted to work with this hotel again, especially if he is working with us. The rooms and property itself were beautiful as well, relaying elegance and comfort.

The staff were exceptional and truly made me feel pampered throughout my stay. I was especially touched by the effort the hotel made to celebrate my birthday and make the occasion feel special. The room and facilities were of a very high standard, and everything was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained.

I would suggest a bit more flexibility with the happy hour schedule, perhaps offering it later in the evening. I would also appreciate a wider selection of sweet breakfast items, as the current options felt somewhat limited.

My family stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in downtown Denver. We celebrated my niece’s high school graduation and enjoyed their super comfortable suites (the beds are heavenly) and great breakfast. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Nia Shumpert and Evan!

Pool needs better attention in balancing the water chemistry. The TVs really need upgrade to streaming platforms! Pull out beds could use better mattresses or atleast pad cover for some extra cushion.

Habían algunas partes de la habitación que se notaba que necesitaban cambio o que se instalasen nuevas (ej. gabinetes de madera donde estaba la cafetera estaban rotos, alfombras del suelo tenían un olor a polvo). Y el horario del desayuno creo que es mejor extenderlo o modificarlo, porque era demasiado temprano que cerraban en semana y los fines de semana comenzaba muy tarde (si visitabas y tenías un vuelo temprano no te daba tiempo de comer antes). Pero en general fue una buena experiencia aparte de.

Everything was ready when I got there and the rooms cleaned promptly daily. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of food despite a huge audience theee. The staff was very helpful especially Jeff,Cora, Eve and Sierra.
