Otelimizden yine her anlamda 10/10 memnun ayrılıyoruz. Burası bizim için artık sadece bir otel değil, severek tekrar tekrar geldiğimiz bir yer. Bu, dördüncü gelişimiz ve her seferinde aynı güzel deneyimi yaşamaktan mutluluk duyuyoruz. Bu ziyaretimizi bizim için daha da özel kılan şey ise ilk defa Türkçe bilen bir ekip arkadaşımızın olmasıydı. Özellikle Ayberk Bey’e güler yüzü, ilgisi ve her konuda bize yardımcı olması için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kendisi sayesinde kendimizi çok daha rahat ve özel hissettik. Tüm çalışanlara emekleri ve güzel hizmetleri için teşekkür ederiz. Bundan sonra da ilk tercihimiz burası olacak. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz. ❤️

Bu otelde daha önce 3 kez konaklamış biri olarak, bu gelişimizde yaşadığımız deneyimin önceki konaklamalarımızdan ne kadar farklı olduğunu özellikle belirtmek istiyorum. Ayberk Bey’in otelinizde görev yapan ilk Türk çalışan olması bizim için gerçekten büyük bir fark yarattı. Kendisi sadece Türkçe konuşabildiğimiz için değil, misafirlerine karşı gösterdiği samimi ilgi ve özen nedeniyle de tatilimizin en güzel detaylarından biri oldu. Daha önceki konaklamalarımızda ihtiyaçlarımız olduğunda elbette yardımcı olunuyordu; ancak bu kez Ayberk Bey’in sürekli “Bir isteğiniz var mı, bir şikayetiniz var mı, sizin için yapabileceğim bir şey var mı?” diye kendiliğinden ilgilenmesi bizim için çok farklıydı. Gün içinde bizi görüp halimizi hatırımızı sorması, herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını düşünmesi ve en küçük detaylarla bile ilgilenmesi gerçekten kendimizi özel hissetmemizi sağladı. Bazen bir çalışanın sadece görevini yapmasıyla, yaptığı işe gerçekten gönülden değer vermesi arasında büyük bir fark oluyor. Ayberk Bey bize tam olarak bunu hissettirdi. Otelinizde ilk kez bir Türk çalışanla karşılaşmış olmak ve onun gibi ilgili, güler yüzlü ve misafir memnuniyetini önemseyen biriyle tanışmak bizim için çok kıymetliydi. Bu nedenle özellikle Ayberk Bey’e emekleri, ilgisi ve güzel enerjisi için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Beach Albatros Hotel. Everything from the service to the amenities was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and memorable. Alles ist mehr als hervorragend. Der Strand und die Pools sind wunderschön, die Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet und der Service ist wirklich großartig. Die Mitarbeiter und Verantwortlichen sind äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für die Gäste da. Der Service ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Man kann sich darauf verlassen, dass jedes Problem – egal ob groß oder klein – ernst genommen und so schnell wie möglich gelöst wird. Man merkt, dass hier jeder seine Arbeit sehr gut macht und großen Wert auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste und den guten Ruf des Resorts legt. Bei Essen und Getränken gibt es eine riesige Auswahl. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants für unterschiedliche Geschmäcker, darunter asiatische, deutsche, italienische und orientalische Küche. Außerdem gibt es viele verschiedene Honigsorten und eine unglaubliche Auswahl an Desserts. Man weiß manchmal wirklich nicht, was man zuerst essen oder trinken soll. Auch die Sicherheit an den Pools und am Strand ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau – manchmal sogar etwas übertrieben, was für mich persönlich vielleicht der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt wäre. Die Wassersportaktivitäten habe ich selbst noch nicht ausprobiert, aber ich habe sehr viel Gutes darüber gehört. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche sportliche Aktivitäten sowie ein abwechslungsreiches Abendprogramm für Kinder und Erwachsene. Insgesamt sind wir mehr als zufrieden und können das Beach Albatros Aqua Park Hurghada wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Ein kleiner negativer Punkt ist die übertriebene Sicherheit an den Pools. Man hört ständig Pfiffe der Bademeister, teilweise auch ohne ersichtlichen Grund. Dadurch kann man sich beim Schwimmen manchmal nicht richtig entspannen.

This is our third year staying at the same resort, and unfortunately, we have noticed several changes compared with our previous experiences: Food on the beach: There is no longer food available on the beach side as there was in previous years. Free drinks in the rooms: The complimentary drinks in the rooms are no longer provided as they were before. Food variety: The variety of food needs more attention, particularly in the main restaurant and the Saidy Ali Restaurant. Entertainment: The entertainment programme appears to be almost exactly the same as it was three years ago, with the same songs, shows and singers, and very little or no change. Pool entertainment: The entertainment around the pools also seems to be unchanged compared with three years ago. Room service: The room service for rooms 3038 and 3034 was unprofessional and disappointing. Staff asked some strange questions and looked through our belongings. In addition, some basic supplies, such as room slippers and toothbrushes, were not provided from the first day. Confusion between the bars: There seems to be a lack of coordination and confusion between the bar in the bakery area and the bar in the main lobby. It is often unclear who is responsible for preparing coffee or providing soft drinks, with staff directing responsibility to each other. Children's room sofa: The sofa in my children's room was very uncomfortable and hard. Overall, as this is our third year at the resort, we expected to see some improvements and new additions compared with our previous stays. Unfortunately, we feel that the overall experience has declined in some areas, particularly regarding the food variety, entertainment, room service and coordination between staff.

O parque aquático para as crianças fantástico. Atendimento e preocupação por parte dos funcionários foi impecável . Segurança dentro do hotel, segurança para tudo que envolve água, nós dá uma tranquilidade com criança excelente.

Comida deixar a desejar, encerrar a parte da praia as 19:00 em pleno verão, também não gostamos.

الغرف صغيرة جداً (ليس كما مذكور في الحجز او الصور) عدم نظافة الغرفة الهاتف لا يعمل اكثر من مطعم ولكن مع عدم الاهتمام بتعبئة الاصناف وعدم التنوع الموظفون غير بشوشين (يضحكون مع الاجانب فقط) لا يستحق ان يكون 5 نجوم في النهاية اذا كنت مصري او عربي فهذا المكان غير مناسب لك.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt, der Strand ist traumhaft und das Essen bietet eine gute Auswahl. Auch die Pools und die verschiedenen Aktivitäten sind perfekt für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die herzliche und professionelle Betreuung. للأسف لان اكرر الزيارة بسبب عدة عوامل ومن أهمها 1 - حصل لنا تسمم بالأكل وصاحبها أعراض صحية أدت إلى التوجهه إلى المستشفى 2 - الغرفه صغيره جدا مقارنه للحجز اللذي قمت به وهو عدد 2 بالغين و 2 أطفال بعمر 6 سنوات و 4 سنوات حيث انه لايوجد منطقة جلوس داخل الغرفه ويصعب الحركة فيها رقم الغرفة كانت 3052 3 - جودة المخدات + المناشف وفوط حمام السباحة جدا متهالكة

Funcionários super profissionais, prestáveis e educados ( com exceção dos funcionários da recepção principal), algo que é importante num tudo incluído cheio de atividades em que o contacto com os funcionários é constante. Limpeza perfeita quer nos quartos quer nas zonas comuns. Comida óptima e variada. Ficamos 11 dias e todos os dias conseguíamos ver e provar algo novo. Várias zonas de piscina e aquapark sempre com pouca fila. Camas muito confortáveis com várias opções de almofada

Atividades noturnas no hotel são de péssimo gosto. Muito ruído até as 23:00 proveniente dessas actividades, sendo impossível dormir nos quartos situados no edifício central uma vez que os espetáculos são ao ar livre e colados aos quartos. Bilhar e ténis pagos (só mini golf é gratuito)

Amazing food and facilities. For the price we paid 100% the best resort we have been to and there was 20 of us. All of us were so impressed and enjoyed our time at the resort. We will visit again.

A notre arrivé, il nous ont fait attendre pendant plusieurs heures et au final il me demande de payer pour mon fils de 17 ans alors que sur booking j'avais déjà effectué le paiement. Au départ ils me disent que c'est juste une caution en attendant de vérifier auprès de booking. après confirmation de booking ils refusent de me rembourser. on avait réservé 5 chambres, et je me rend compte 4 jours plus tard qu'ils nous ont donné la mauvaise chambre. Car ils ont déposé le gâteau d'anniversaire de mon fils dans la mauvaise chambre. Nous avons payé un supplément pour nous retrouver dans une chambre 3115 très éloignée du reste de la famille avec des travaux à côté du coup bruit de perceuses et autres et la saleté dans les couloirs et escaliers. Le lit hyper inconfortable et directement couette sans drap plat. le pire séjour de toute ma vie. TRES TRES MALHONNETE Pour me détendre, je prends 2 messages, j'ai été très mal accueilli, les cabines sont attribuées à la tête du client et personnel pas du tout qualifié et à la fin on me demande un backchiche. J'en ai fait des Hotels et c'est la première fois quand me sollicite ouvertement pour un backchiche. Je n'ai pas fait le 2ème massage

Notre séjour à l’hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et parfaitement entretenues, offrant un cadre idéal pour se détendre. L’Aqua Park est absolument impressionnant : immense, avec une grande variété de toboggans adaptés aussi bien aux enfants qu’aux adultes, pour des moments de plaisir inoubliables. Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel : le personnel est au top, toujours accueillant, disponible et très professionnel. Mention spéciale et un grand merci à Ahmed, le responsable de la réception, pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu bénéficier d’un départ tardif parfaitement organisé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le top est le salon de thé qui reste ouvert tout le temps avec des pâtisseries à volonté < Chase cake> Divers restaurants avec plusieurs variétés Un séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin ! Nous reviendrons avec énormément de plaisir

Le buffet est varié et de qualité, mais notre véritable coup de cœur a été l’espace Bakery & Coffee : des pâtisseries délicieuses et un excellent café fraîchement préparé à partir de grains, un vrai plaisir au quotidien ! L’ensemble de l’équipe est souriante, professionnelle et attentionnée. Mention spéciale à notre homme de chambre, toujours disponible et soucieux de notre confort. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la sécurité et l’encadrement des espaces de baignade et de l’aquapark, particulièrement rassurants pour un séjour en famille. Une très belle expérience, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

C'est devenu notre adresse incontournable à Hurghada ! Accueil et Service : Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été fantastique. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours au petit soin pour les clients. On se sent vraiment choyés et pris en charge du début à la fin de la journée. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur attention de chaque instant. Propreté : Rien à redire, la propreté est irréprochable dans tout l'établissement. Que ce soit les chambres, les espaces communs, les piscines ou la plage, tout est entretenu dans les moindres détails au quotidien. Expérience globale : Le cadre est magnifique, l'ambiance est très agréable et la qualité des services reste constante année après année. C'est toujours un vrai bonheur d'y revenir. The aqua park is amazing and adds a lot of fun to the stay, especially for families. The food varieties were outstanding — plenty of options, great quality, and something for every taste. I also want to highlight the reception team; they were very welcoming, supportive, and made the check‑in process smooth and pleasant.

Despite the overall great experience, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The room felt a bit narrow, and the elevators are quite small and would benefit from renovation to match the high standards of the rest of the resort.

We recently returned from an amazing stay at Beach Albatros Aqua Park Resort in Hurghada, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience! From start to finish, the service was truly world-class, with incredible attention to detail throughout the entire property. A special thank you goes to El Amir Elia at reception, who welcomed us so warmly and ensured everything was seamless, as well as Mohamed El Hady (Restaurants Manager), whose hospitality was unmatched. Together, they fulfilled every single request we had, and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The rest of the team was equally impressive: - Mohamed Reda provided exceptional room service, keeping everything immaculate and taken care of with great care and speed. - Ibram Nady, who served us at the bars and restaurants, provided fantastic service with a warm smile every time we saw him. The hospitality, pristine facilities, and genuinely caring staff made this trip unforgettable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Beach Albatros Aqua Park to anyone visiting Hurghada!

Nothing to complain about! A minor detail: beach hours could be extended to 7:30 PM for sunset. Everything else was exceptional.

Everything about the resort was amazing! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the aqua park facilities were incredible. The breakfast, dinner options, and beach area were all wonderful. Highly recommended!

Very high level of cleanliness. Beach is sandy and very clean. Life guards are always awake and aware of any danger or incident to happen. Plenty of food and beverages. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Summer time (July and August) are very busy and crowded with families who have kids and teenagers.

Staff are very nice, caring and helpful. Starting from Ms. Amir and Ahmed Adel in the reception, Ibrahim Albana room serves and Mr. Mamdouh Ali and the chefs in the CETIL restaurant and all other employees who unfortunately I don’t remember their names everyone were professional, helpful and friendly. The water park is very nice and impressive me and my family enjoyed every moment! Also the fact of many different restaurants of different countries makes you wonder and waiting for each day cushions. Absolutely going there for next vacation.

This hotel is exceptional not only in services they offer but in the management concept as well. The way they treat you, the way they handle your requests and the way they welcome you as well. Foglalásunkat követően 2 emailt is írtam a szállodának, hogy milyen elhelyezèsű szobát szeretnènk. A tavalyi 3 szobás apartmanhoz hasonlót kèrtünk.Megèrkezèskor összesen 2 szobát akartak adni a 6 főnek (5. felnőtt +1 gyerek rèszère) Hosszas vita után kaptuk csak meg az általunk igènyelt szállástípust.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely worked hard to make our vacation enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by so many smiling faces, and check-in was quick and seamless. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed, who took great care of us from the second we walked through the doors. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The WiFi was excellent throughout our stay, which was a pleasant surprise. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition. Every evening they surprised my kids with creative towel art and little touches that made them excited to come back to the room. They truly went above and beyond. The snorkeling was incredible. The reef was full of colorful fish, making it one of the highlights of our trip. While the beach has some pebbles rather than soft white sand, the underwater experience more than made up for it. The nightly barbecue was absolutely outstanding and easily my favorite meal of the trip. And I have to mention the unlimited fresh mangoes…they were hands down one of the highlights of our vacation!

The biggest area for improvement is the dining experience. While there are several restaurants, many of them offer very similar menus with only one or two items changed. I would love to see each restaurant have its own unique cuisine and identity instead of feeling like the same buffet with minor variations. Beach service could also be improved. The service at the entrance and throughout the hotel was exceptional, but once we got to the beach, there simply didn’t seem to be enough staff. After waiting a few times, I ended up getting everything myself. It wasn’t a huge issue, but for an all-inclusive resort, I expected more attentive service by the beach. My biggest concern was smoking at the hotel’s main entrance. First impressions matter, and guests, including families with children, shouldn’t have to walk through cigarette smoke every time they enter or leave the hotel. I would strongly encourage creating designated smoking areas away from the main entrance and family spaces. I also don’t think employees wearing hotel name tags should be smoking in front of guests, as it doesn’t reflect the high standards the hotel is trying to achieve.

The staff were extremely kind, polite, respectful and cooperative. They were always happy to help and consistently provided excellent support throughout my experience.

There were a limited number of elevators, which made it challenging for my mother, who was on the third floor and required a wheelchair to get around.

Deniz manzaralı odaları da hem manzarası hem de konumu açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca havaalanına yakın olması da büyük bir avantaj. Özellikle Ayberk Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Erken check-in ve geç check-out taleplerimizi otelin yoğunluğuna rağmen elinden geldiğince yardımcı olarak çözdü. Tatilimiz boyunca her konuda bizimle yakından ilgilendi, dönüşümüz için taksi organizasyonumuzu da yaptı. Böyle ilgili ve çözüm odaklı çalışanlarla karşılaşmak gerçekten çok değerli. Türkiye’den gelecek misafirler için de büyük bir avantaj olduğunu düşünüyorum. Dil konusunda veya otelde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herhangi bir konuda Ayberk Bey sayesinde kendinizi çok daha rahat hissediyorsunuz. Güler yüzü, ilgisi ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı için kendisine tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz. Genel olarak keyifli bir tatil geçirdik ve tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel oldu.

Yemek çeşitliliği birkaç gün sonra biraz tekrar edebiliyor.Şnorkel yapmak isteyenler için resif çok zengin değil, ancak yüzmek ve denizin keyfini çıkarmak için plajı oldukça güzel

Our stay at Beach Albatros Aqua Park was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the food offered a great variety and tasted excellent, and the aqua park was fantastic for both adults and children. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you goes to Mr. Hamada, the Reception Manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and always greeted us with a smile. His outstanding hospitality and dedication deserve special recognition.

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Everything was well organized, and the staff worked hard to ensure guests had a great experience. We were very satisfied with our stay.

the food quality is average , i believe the beach cleanliness could be improved and also the beach staff could be more organized to meet our expectation

towels center is at one side apart from the other side it needs every day go and return then no one from staff to find a place on the beach i must go with my family to search for a place , also the snacks bar on the beach is on the first floor and apart from the other side of the beach with a low food quality
