We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, the view is incredible, and the waterfall has a nice extra touch with the fog. The infinity edge is also very nicely done. The entire hotel has a very nice atmosphere, the dark colors of the tiles, the flowers, it gives a very "cosy" feeling. I felt right at home, and from the lobby to the room, it was all in this style, which really fits my personal style. The food from the restaurant was really good, we ordered food to the pool, and it was both times delivered quite fast, and with great service and good taste. We also liked the cocktails, and the prices are very reasonable for everything. The breakfast buffet was also good. I didn't encounter many mosquitoes, which was a positive point as well.

The rooms are not very sound-proof, unfortunately we had a loud neighbour, or at least a neighbour that didn't sleep after midnight, and even when he was talking normally, it was loud enough to keep us up. This leads me to believe that it was the bad luck with the person, as well as the lack of sound proofing of the hotel, that gave us this experience. Fortunately there was another room in our appartment, and we moved to the other bedroom to sleep, which solved the problem. The other thing I didn't like was the fact that the pool only has 1 toilet for both men and women, and this is also a shower. That means that men and women share not only a toilet, but the toilet is also occuppied when either wants to take a shower. This is incredibly inefficient, and it made me have to take my son back to our room to use the toilet, because someone decided to take a long shower in the only toilet. I almost gave an 8 because of this, but I realize that it's a niche issue, but it certainly needs to be fixed.

The view from the pool was incredible! It was also really clean. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were phenomenal - so helpful and friendly. The location was a little out of town, but only a short walk and it was nice to be up on the hill with great views of both the ocean and mountain. Mr Sun was a delight - so friendly and welcoming to our family!

The staff was extremely attentive and polite, the rooms were big and comfortable, the washrooms clean and the food was excellent. The location was perfect and it was great value for money. Mr Sun was an excellent host and his team followed his lead.

Everything about the stay was awesome. Leo Max Heidi and the rest of the service staff were amazing.our room cleaning staff, I believe her name was May, was also wonderful. The food in the dining room and the included breakfast or just icing on top of the cake. The rooftop pool was wonderful to relax and after a day at the beach. All the available amenities really set the bar high for any competing resorts.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wunderschön angelegter Garten und Poolbereich mit thailändischem grünen Flair und immer einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Der Pool ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts immer zugänglich und man kann sich an jeden Ort ins Hotel jederzeit Cocktails oder Essen bestellen. Da die Lage nicht direkt am Strand ist (ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß) ist es auch eher ruhig, bis auf die Geräusche aus dem Wald. Zu unserem 2jährigen Hochzeitstag wurde das Bett wunderschön dekoriert, vielen Dank dafür nochmal! Durch eigenen Massage- und Sportbereich auch für die Regenzeit zu empfehlen!

Our stay at the Pacific Club Resort exceeded all of our expectations. Its a gem of a resort and if you are looking for something away from busier resorts this is perfect. After travelling through Vietnam before arriving in Phuket, I was hoping this would be the perfect location for relaxing, and we were so happy we chose it. From the moment we arrived, Mr Sun and his lovely staff looked after their guests so well. The breakfast is so good. Lots of choice and an egg menu to choose what type you want 👌. Their restaurant is top class and we ate there many times. Pool is a little oasis on the rooftop with bar and food service brought to your lounger. Rooms are so quiet and comfortable beds. Cleaned daily. Only a 15 minute walk to the Karon beach and strip of restaurants and bars but also some nice places closer by. We have already talked about coming back and will be booking here again for sure ☺️☘️

We had a wonderful stay at Pacific Club Resort. An absolutely beautiful place with a stunning rooftop pool. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Mr Sun was always there welcoming us and making us feel at home. The staff were friendly and so good at what they do. Special thanks to Heidi for catering to my fussy daughters needs and Leo for keeping the drinks flowing by the pool.

A great hotel with a great host uncle Sun. The hotel is clean, quiet, has its own pool on the roof, gym and massage. The location may be a little inconvenient for the families with little kids but in general it’s takes about ten minutes to get to the beach. Breakfasts are fine with egg dishes cooked fresh in front of you. Rooms are spacious enough. My mother comes here the second time and she’s hard to please but this location is great even in her opinion.

It’s located at the top of a small hill, walkable to the next town but away enough to be quiet and relaxing. Staff so friendly and welcoming, amazing onsite Thai massage services available. We stayed in ocean view apartment, very comfortable and big. We had breakfast included but evening meals also available, wide selection of food from eastern to western. Eastern food options very cheap, drinks also very reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend enough, would definitely stay here again.

Only one thing I missed was a full length mirror, that’s all I can come up with!

Lovely, tranquil hotel, close to Karon beach. The rooms were large and very comfy. The sky pool has stunning views, beautifully lit in the evenings. The breakfast was varied and delicious! The staff are also so polite and kind, always ready to help, so impressed with their customer service. The kindest man you will ever meet- Mr Sun, is shining star and a real credit to the hotel and we will miss him the most! Don't hesitate to book this resort, it was great!

Rigtig dejligt hotel, med rigtig sødt personale. Virkelig lækker frisklavet morgenmad med stort udvalg af både lokal og internationalt mad. Generelt bare en god restaurant, som også tilbyder roomservice. Fint fitnesscenter og fin pool. Hotellet ligger en lille gåtur fra karon Beach, men i et hyggeligt med både massage, små restauranter og et lille supermarked.

Comfortable bed, clean, nice and friendly staff, amazing roof top pool with perfect views, great price. Mr Sun is the highlight- he is one of the nicest humans i have ever met and makes you feel so welcome. He always checks in on you and has some great conversations. Thank you for having us !

We stayed at Pacific Club Resort during our family holiday in Thailand 🇹🇭, and I’m proud to say that the memories of this holiday will stay with me for a very long time, largely because of our wonderful experience at this resort. I had read so many reviews before booking, and most of them couldn’t praise this place enough. Having now stayed there ourselves, I can honestly say that every bit of the praise is well deserved. Pacific Club Resort truly is a haven of tranquillity. Check-in was smooth and efficient. We arrived very early, and the staff did their best to have our rooms ready as quickly as possible. I had been in touch with the resort before our arrival, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beautiful room decorations waiting for us. Such a thoughtful and personal touch! This boutique resort is beautifully designed, with a lovely courtyard layout that gives it a cosy, homely feel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the resort is calm and relaxing, with thoughtful extras such as Netflix and Prime, making it even easier to unwind. What really stood out was the personalised service. This place genuinely feels like a home away from home, where you are looked after rather than simply accommodated. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of Asian choices. The manager, Mr Sun, is a fantastic example of excellent customer service. He was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and his attitude was reflected throughout the entire team. The staff genuinely want their guests to have a wonderful and relaxing experience. We ordered food and drinks from the on-site restaurant several times, and everything was reasonably priced and tasted fantastic. The complimentary room service was another lovely touch. We had a very early flight to Malaysia during our stay, and the staff kindly arranged a grab-and-go breakfast box for us. Gestures like this really demonstrate how much the resort cares about its guests. The laundry service was excellent and reasonably priced, too. Another highlight was the 24/7 rooftop pool. Swimming there at night, surrounded by stunning views, was an experience in itself. The hydrotherapy pool was another fantastic feature and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We had two spa sessions during our stay, and both were fantastic. The level of service genuinely felt like five-star treatment at excellent value. I could honestly go on and on about this place. It is simply a wonderful resort, and I genuinely hope we have the opportunity to return again in the future. Highly, highly recommended! 👌🏾🌴❤️ A huge thank you to Mr Sun and the entire team at Pacific Club Resort for making our family holiday even more special.

Working Staff is very friendly! The owner of the hotel is the super man!!! He knows each visitor of his hotel. Every morning , he was in the restaurant during breakfast and spoke with us, with our children. A Very warm person!!!

Fantastic stay - location and service are outstanding We had a brilliant stay here. Location: The hotel is in a great spot, not far from the beach at all. It’s also only a short taxi ride to all the other resorts if you want to explore, so you get the best of both - quiet but still convenient. Staff: Sun, the manager, is a real gentleman. He always takes time out to have a chat and help with anything you need. Honestly sets the tone for the whole place. All the staff are so helpful and genuinely can’t do enough for you. You feel really well looked after. Hotel & Grounds: The hotel is immaculate and set in beautiful grounds. Everything is clean, tidy, and well maintained. It’s a lovely, peaceful place to come back to. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you to Sun and the whole team for making it such a great trip!

There is reason that (year after year) this hotel remains number 1 on Trip Advisors for the Karon Beach area. We've stayed here 5 or 6 times throughout the years. The staff is almost like a 2nd family to us. Top notch management has created a warm and friendly environment that's a perfect blend of quiet (and simple yet elegant). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The location is excellent for people who prefer a quiet environment, and the area is peaceful at night. Breakfast was very good. The hotel also has a restaurant offering a good variety of food at very competitive prices. I should also mention the nice rooftop pool, which offers a great view.

One thing the hotel could improve is the soundproofing of the entrance doors. It wasn’t a problem for us, but on the first day I actually checked whether the doors were properly closed because I could hear people talking outside our room. :-)

I could not have wished for a better place to stay for the 10 days I was in Karon Beach. From the manager Sun to the hotel and restaurant staff - everyone went out of their way to make me feel 'at home'. Sun makes time to have a chat with everyone each day to ensure there is nothing they need and his door is always open. My room on the third floor was spacious and quiet with a lovely view from the balcony and my room attendant War kept it in perfect order. If I needed to know anything the staff on Reception were always there to help - thanks Mai for all your help and advice. The rooftop pool is also a great place to relax with amazing views - don't miss the sunset from up there. I found the hotel to be great value and the amenities for the price exceeded expectations. I have already booked to return next year.

Our experience at Pacific Club Resort was wonderful. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and made us feel at home. Sun was always there to greet you at breakfast and make sure you were happy and enjoying yourself. The staff became like family which made for the best holiday we could ask. We just loved our accommodation which felt like a little home away from home.

The Pacific Club Resort hotel has everything you could wish for from a hotel. The on-site Saneha Restaurant has a very extensive Thai and International menu and the quality is excellent. I had a package which included breakfast and there was a good selection including eggs cooked fresh for you and lovely bakery items. I booked a Deluxe Ocean View Room which was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. The pool area was lovely although shade was hard to find at certain times of the day in late July when it was very hot. It is also close to shops, Seven Eleven stores and other restaurants. Sun, the Manager is always available to everyone and cannot do enough to help people to have a wonderful holiday. The hotel staff are all amazing and friendly.

Some people will not like the fact the Pacific Club resort is at the top of quite a steep hill and is around a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and main shopping area. BUT bear in mind this is why it is nice and quiet away from the constant noise of hotels closer to the beach. There is a shuttle which the hotel runs twice a day but I walked to keep fit. You do need to be reasonably fit and able to walk back up the hill.

We absolutely loved our time at the Pacific Club, our 8th visit. Sun, made us very welcome and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff.. Thanks again Sun

I'm not sure i can find the right words with how incredible our stay was at Pacific Club Resort. We had a large family group of 14 staying for 10days and the manager Sun was absolutely so caring and made sure our stay was so comfortable, he certainly make us all feel like Pacific Club was our home away from home. Our boys sometimes tested us up in the sky pool, jumping in from the side, while we were always supervising and straight onto it Sun didnt make us feel bad in anyway, in a very calm manner like we did he told the boys it was unsafe, I appreciate that alot, we are all doing our best ! The sky pool was a gorgeous view, the 2bed family room was so spacious for my family of 5 and really felt like home, such comfy beds. Such reasonable price too. Food was great and staff were so friendly and more than happy to help, we seemed to see more of Rudy (The Brave Wolf), what a pleasant and very kind young man he is with a fascinating life story, infact most of the staff all had fascinating stories. Sun was sad when he found out my father got ill and had to take a trip to hospital, he said we should have got hold of him so he could take driven him to hospital but he made sure he didnt have to walk after that and drove him where possible we are so grateful. Only a short 5-10min walk to Karon 7/11. We certainly will be back to our home away from home !! Thank you Sun and staff for a fabulous and unforgettable stay.

We had a beautiful holiday at Pacific Club Resort in Karon. It is a well maintained resort and was always immaculately clean. The in house breakfast was fantastic & provided lots of choices. Our room was functional and our bed super comfy. Mr Sun & his staff were welcoming & attentive. Karon was a lovely, quiet alternative to busy, bustling Patong, which was only 15 mins drive by Grab (app). Thank you so much Mr Sun.

Overall beautiful experience! Uncle Sun and the staff were very attentive in ensuring the best possible experience. Breakfast along with the restaurant had a great selection. Only reason for the 4 is due to the slightly stained sheets upon arrival and a floor which was in need of a mop. Otherwise very beautiful and for the most part clean! Hospitality and price I would definitely recommend Pacific club resort.

Two couples, two rooms. From check in to beyond check out the staff and manager Mr Sun, were exemplary, brilliant. The rooms we had on the 2nd and 3rd floors were spacious, with quirky style, spotlessly clean. Everything worked. A bonus was a full size fridge/freezer, a microwave and a kitchen sink. Both rooms had balconies. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for a diverse clientelle. No complaints. We had one evening meal here - three delicious Thai meals and one fish and chips meal - that one needs a little bit of work to get that right! 😀 Easy, it'll happen. A rooftop swimming pool, a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and table tennis are all provided. All in great condition. The real stand out here, above all else, is the staff under the direction of the manager, Mr Sun. This place has blossomed since we were last here, quite a few years ago All staff were helpful, congenial and caring. We four have cause to be extremely thankful to the staff and Mr Sun. When booking our accommodation for this break, we were unable to get the last two nights at the Pacific Club, no vacancies (absolutely understandable given the level of service here). I booked a hotel in Kamala for those two nights. We visited it the day before we were due to check in. It was absolutely vile. I sent an email to the front office staff at the Pacific Club from Kamala and requested that they ask Mr Sun if there were any vacancies in the other hotel he manages. My email was acknowledged immediately and when we returned to the Pacific Club Mr Sun drove the four of us to the other property for inspection. A more humble offering in Karon but clean, tidy and cheap - more than adequate for two nights. When we checked out of the Pacific Club, Mr Sun again drove us to the other property, Karon Cafe Inn. This was service way beyond our expectations and we thank the staff and Mr Sun for helping us out of a tricky situation. 100% recommended. Quality hospitality. Thank you.

La chambre, la piscine, les services type laundry et tv avec les matchs de foot pour la coupe du monde, la climatisation parfaite et le personnel d une grande gentillesse et réactivité.

Le restaurant était de qualité moyenne pour le prix et l emplacement est loin de la plage et du centre ce qui contraint soit à marcher beaucoup ou payer un tuk-tuk 200 baths à chaque fois. Malheureusement, il n y avait seulement que 2 navettes pour aller à la plage via l hôtel, une le matin et l autre l après midi à horaire fixe ce qui était contraignant. Beaucoup de fourmis dans les chambres aussi.

The pool was the best part of the stay, big, good views, plenty of space in the shade, towels available. Water always sparkling clean and pleasant temperature.

Great experience. The service and all the facilities are perfect. The roof top swimming pool is a must use, and taxis are waiting 24/7 in a 2 minutes distance so transportation is very easy. All the workers and especially Sun treated us with great hospitality. Will visit again!!

Loved the staff and the rooftop pool. The apartment suite was great too, perfect for our family and was very comfortable. All the staff were great and Sun really made the stay special. Thank you! The restaurant had a nice selection as well and was reasonable, and room service was no extra charge.

Location was a little away so nothing much in walking distance, but it wasn't a problem for us. Not a new resort but very well kept, clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. Resort is clean, hospitable and very accommodating to needs. Sun, the general manager made us feel very welcome. My son was unwell and needed medication. Sun did not want us to walk to the pharmacy due to the heat. He transported and waited for us until finished. He did this with no charge - pure kindness. Great service all round. We will return. Location, pool could be warmer though.

Breakfast was kind of poorly prepared and flies were sitting on smoked salmon. The lady that was making eggs saw it and ignored it many times. Also beds were no good very hard matress uncomfortable. All our backs hurted badly. Sofa beds were terribly uncomfortable for a third guest.

Uncle Sun, personally takes care of every guest at the Breakfast All the service staff were excellent - Very polite and super helpful. Khun Salai and Kgun Louise at the Reception were always very friendly, nice to talk to and helpful. The laundry service was excellent. Uncle Sun, even helped us and dropped us off personally to another resort nearby, without us even asking.

The frequency of Shuttle to Karon Beach or at least up & down the hill, will really add value to this Hotel, to all the very excellent stuff (big sized rooms,very homely atmosphere due to Mr. Sun's personal attention, fantastic breakfast)

We loved everything! Pool was amazing. Wonderful views. Steam room/jacuzzi beautiful. Food was delicious. Hotel is spotless. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location great, quiet/private but also close to beach/restaurants/bars/bus stops. Room was huge, beds so comfortable! The cold welcome drink and refreshing wash cloths were most welcome. As were the complimentary ice cold bottles of water placed in our fridge very morning.

My husband has multiple allergies. We would have liked to see ingredients listed at the breakfast buffet.

Es hat mir alles an und in diesem Hotel gefallen..Angefangen von der Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers bis hin zum wunderbaren Pool auf dem Dach! Ich reise sehr viel durch Europa und Asien und muß sagen das dieses Hotel einer meiner Top 5 Adressen ist.Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt im September.Hervorzuheben ist ebendfalls Herr Sun,der Hotelmanager,der sich wie kein zweiter sehr liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert.Er ist mit niemanden zu vergleichen.Jeder,der in diesem Hotel war ,kann das bestätigen.Zu den ersten Geschäften und Restaurants sind es ca.5 Min.Fußweg und zum Strand 15 Min.

Het eten in het restaurant was erg goed en de keuze qua verschillende gerechten was groot. Kortom, wij, inclusief de kinderen, hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf!

Je moet een stukje lopen naar het centrum en het strand, maar hiernaartoe wordt vanuit het hotel een gratis shuttle aangeboden.

Excellent stay at the Pacific Club Resort. The hotel was perfect in every way. The room was spacious and spotless with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of variety. We also ate at the Saneha restaurant on most nights as the quality of food was very high. The facilities including the rooftop pool, steam room and gym were all great. The biggest highlight was the staff. Sun and every member of the team made us feel very welcome from the beginning to the end of our holiday. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences we have had as a family. We hope to return.

Had an amazing stay at the Pacific Club Resort! They truly have everything you need to unwind, from the jacuzzi and rooftop pool to the sauna and massage services, plus a fantastic selection of food. While there isn't a ton to do around Phuket, just relaxing at this resort makes the whole trip completely worth it. A special thanks to Mr. Sun, who is always checking in to ensure everything is perfect and that every guest is comfortable!

It is a great hotel, the staff are super friendly and always helpful. It included a wonderful breakfast everyday. The on-site restaurant, Saneha, serves excellent food. We tried a number of restaurants eventually settling on 3, Saneha being one of them. The rooms were serviced daily. We will come back here.

Beautiful boutique hotel, with super friendly staff. Amazing rooftop infinity pool. Close to everything, but away from the noise. Lovely restaurant just down the hill with live music. Really lovely breakfast too. Reception organised a scooter for us to get around easily. Would stay again,

The manager mr sun was wonderful checking in with residents everyday and genuinely caring about everyone and their stays. The other staff were clearly led by his example as they were also wonderful. Room was large, always clean, always stocked with water and coffee/tea making goods. Breakfast had a good variety, if you stay in the hotel for dinner there are plenty of variety and it was lovely. Roof top pool was lovely and great views. Laundry service available was a good price and efficient. Room service was brilliant. Wonderful stay, everyone helpful and could not be more helpful. The property is on a hill and is difficult for us to walk back to.

We took the 2 bedroom suite (Very clean, spacious with a small kitchen as well). Travelling with kids with this setup was the best. Location is good, but a 800 metre walk to the beach, which is a little tricky with children. Never the less, it is away from the main road, which makes it quiet and peaceful. Brilliant in-house restaurant and other nice restaurants within walking distance. Roof top pool has a brilliant view of the sea and is open 24-7. Service was really really nice - from the restaurant staff to the reception and even the housekeeping staff. EVERY staff member we came across there was so loving, warm and hospitable. Having stayed in Phuket for 3 weeks, this was the most value for money place I stayed at.

Tucked away in a convenient location away from the noise of the road and market by Karon beach. Pacific club resort is an excellent value hotel with clean facilities, good sized rooms, and amenities beyond its price such as a Spa (sister business within the building), rooftop pool, and sauna. Service was great - my room was ready early so I could check in early and all the facilities were explained to me. Patong beach was a 10-15 minute grab ride away, and Karon beach a 10 minute walk. Only issue was the walls/doors are thin so I could hear people showering and unfortunately another guest screaming on the phone at 4am.

Very clean, Sun was such an Amazing person he checked in on us every morning he made this stay so welcoming. It was my friend birthday & he had a birthday cake for her & surprised her with it. The breakfast was amazing, staff was an amazing. He gave us information on the culture, taught us a couple words & always made sure we were comfy & made us feel very welcomed. He also told us once we made it home to email him that we made it safe. So sweet we be returning this time we’re bringing the kids. Khob Khun Sun.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, family room fantastic.

I felt it was lacking a bar area to sit and relax and have a drink. I also felt that it could have done with a small convenience shop that sold sweets, crisps, ice pops etc.

We had the most amazing holiday, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of all the friendly staff at Pacific Club. The hotel is beautifully presented, with exceptional facilities that we all enjoyed. Rooms are cleaned daily, with endless freshly bottled water. The rooftop pool views are out of this world, with swim up seating areas to take in the views whilst having a drink brought to you by the friendly staff. Also, anything you purchase during your stay can be discounted by 5%, including the cost of the accommodation, when paying cash. We loved this option, as it meant we could use the extra cash on days out. Overall 10/10. Can't wait to return, thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. Do expect that it is a resort and you are going to be surrounded with nature hence its natural to have ants or small tiny flies. The lush greenery, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you Mr Sun for making it feel like a second home. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. As visitors from Singapore, we especially appreciated the tranquil environment and resort-style experience. My family of four - two teenagers included - had a very relaxing stay at the Pacific Club Resort. The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Sun who made sure we always had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with something for everyone. With the small size it felt like the staff recognized the guests, which was apparent even with our short stay. My family all wished we had more time here.

Our experience at the Pacific Club Resort. On arrival the front desk manager and team were very professional.. paper work/booking all ready with explanations on hotel details/requirements. Prime location close to the beach and amenities (711) store Manager Sun.. excellent customer relations always on the floor and hands on during breakfast periods. Not to mention the excellent breakfast spread. Staff very friendly, helpful and ready to assist with any requests. Room: Excellent..the condition of our room is very satisfying and the cleaning lady is very efficient and punctual. The electronic system at the door very good Facilities- The top deck pool with unimaginable views over the ocean was beyond our comprehension..The Jacuzzi downstairs in the garden was a magical experience. Booked to stay in Karon beach, Phuket and chose this hotel based on the location ( 15 minutes walk from the beach) , the views and the Tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed and had booked an ocean view room with breakfast. The room itself was excellent, with dark wood giving it a real Thai feel. Coming with a large fridge and freezer along with daily supplies of fresh bottled water, it was ideal for our trip. The hotel is not high rise so the roof top plunge pool is great. The small garden on the ground is very sweet with lots of plants and flowers. There is an amazing saltwater jacuzzi bath with a stone bridge leading to a steam room. This was great as it had a waterfall feeding the jacuzzi from above. One aspect that I really enjoyed was that the hotel had a restaurant with Thai and western dishes. If you just wanted to chill one evening, you could order from the online menu and they would deliver to you anywhere in the hotel, including your room. We only tried the Thai food which exceptional and great value for money. Usually in a hotel, the food and drink can be mega expensive but we found it was a very fair price for the quality and service. Have to say, never stayed in a hotel where the television entertainment was so good. Usually you are lucky if you have a smart tv where you can plug in a USB brought from home. No need here, as the hotel TV channel has a good selection of films available online through the tv system, free of charge. The staff are very attentive and helpful and rooms are cleaned everyday. The breakfast buffet was very good with a cook who cook to order different variations of eggs. There lots of coffee and cold meats available. Every morning there was a good selection of Thai food available, so I was happy with different sorts of exotic spiced curries and rice. They also had danish pastries, which I think are made on the premises. One very good aspect of the hotel is the Chinese laundry located on the grounds. We had 5 kilos of washing done for a very reasonable price, which came back all ironed and packed in 2 bags. Saved doing it when we got back to the UK. The General Manager, mr Sun, came round every day. He is an absolute joy, with a great smile and a wealth of knowledge. He told us about the local bus that goes into Phuket town, a converted covered lorry which operates from Karon beach. It was great fun when we took it. Mr Sun is a truly kind and genuine person. I ended up coming away from this hotel with a better knowledge of spoken Thai and the desire of wanting to come back next year. The location is not in the thick of it but only a 10 minute stroll from 2 really nice restaurants if you want to leave the hotel. One thing we noticed that this hotel is a real home from home, with all the guests being a mix of different nationalities. A really great atmosphere, we were not surprised that the guests we spoke to had been coming back to this hotel several times of the last few years. If you want to visit Phuket and don’t want to be in the absolute hub of everything, staying at this hotel, located to north of the Karon beach is a great option. We used Bolt and Grab to get around.

We loved the resort and the location. 10 to 15 minutes walk to beach/restaurants/shops. Really beautiful rooftop pool that overlooks the ocean on one side and the forest on the other side. I loved the cocktails and bar snacks. Also a lovely heated spa and sauna. Rooms were spacious and great value for money. The manager called Sun was very welcoming and took time each day to say hi and check we had everything we needed. All the staff were lovely. Highly recommend.
