Je recommande cet hôtel qui s’est révélé être au dessus de mes attentes le personnel était juste au top, le petit dej rien à dire il y en avait pour tous les goûts et le fait qu’il soit ouvert jusqu’à 11h est un grand plus. Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et propres.

La gentillesse du personnelle ainsi que leur disponibilité.

Большой бассейн на улице, ежедневная уборка, наличие зонтов в номере, также трансфер на пляж и в ближайший ТЦ. К тому же, нас заселили раньше в запланированного времени.

Слышимость, смежная дверь между двумя номерами. Бассейн на последнем этаже, который не работал все время нашего отдыха. Нас об этом нигде и никто не предупредил

Amazing hotel with top-tier service! The staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean, cozy and fully furnished. The location is convenient, nearby the beach and lots of local eateries. The pool area is beautiful and quiet. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. We had a fantastic holiday experience here and strongly recommend it for anyone visiting Phuket. Will book again next time!

The location was really good but it was also away from the chaos which was lovely.

The restaurant at the resort could’ve been better. We wanted a quick sandwich for lunch and it took 45 mins to come out.

We stayed at Chanalai hillside resort and the staffs were very friendly and kind, all workers were good at their job but in my opinion the workers Al-Lip Ba Ba and Ma were the kindest and they were really close to their costumers/hotel guests, they even served people with their whole hearts and it really stands out for us. For us this hotel deserves a 5 star.

Front desk will call me anytime of the day or night to let me know a couple next door to my room we’re complaining that my television was too loud or my voice is too loud on my phone because they are resting. This hotel is about an hour from the airport.

Great service by the staff specially Kevin, very welcoming. Room was clean and tidy. Newly furnished. Hygiene was at tip top. They even allow early check in (subject to availability).

The front desk team is amazing and always ready to help us Shout out to Kevin, Baitong, Tang, bellmans Bank and Bung. Best team!

Great value for money during our stay. Two good pools. Rooms were large size and very comfortable, nice to have balcony too. We got given Mountain View balcony which was perfect, nice and quiet. Good WiFi. Water provided and beach towels too. Location 5 minutes to beach and 7-11s.

Cleaning wasn’t the best. We had little ants in our room (not many, but would rather none), and cleaners sometimes forgot to give us water, towels, tissues and also left a dirty flannel in our room once. General hotel areas could do with some upkeep. But all in all this did not affect our stay.

Thanks for the front desk staff who let us check in early as soon as we arrive. Very welcoming and good approach as of the very first day. Kevin, Nuch and Bank are very lovely and give us good welcome drinks and ice cream upon arrival. Looking forward to our good stay here.

I’m staying in the room 3315, my friends and stayed for few hours. We were a bit loud specially that we were staying in the balcony and we are embarrassed by that and we try to minimize our laughter and the volume of us talking. But to my dismay, one of the staff name “Perth” a filipino guy came up to us from down from our balcony and told us to keep quiet. Understandable, respect and we said sorry but to my dismay he was so rude the way he speak and his tone. So it happened again the 2nd time he came out walked towards my balcony and stared to me and friends for 5 minutes he was trying to intimidate us but just stormed off. Ive been traveling, and been staying in different hotel from 5 stars to budget hotel and never in a million years I have experience to be shouted or a staff raised their voice just to tell us to be quiet. “Perth” the filipino guy who was working at night the he handed the situation was really unprofessional in a way that there’s no boundaries between him and the guest. It was just really disappointing. I hope the other guest/s would never experience the things we experienced.

The three of us had a great stay at Chanalai Hillside Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we met was polite, hardworking, and always had a smile on their face, which really made a difference. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out exploring Phuket. We especially loved the pools, and the rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to chill out and enjoy the view. The location was great too—close to Karon Beach, restaurants, and shops, but still nice and quiet. Breakfast had a good variety of options each morning, and the overall vibe of the resort was relaxed and enjoyable. We felt like the hotel offered great value for money, and we’d happily stay here again on our next trip to Phuket. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket. A special mention to the following hard working staff, Sanya, Fogus, Aliiba-ba, James, You guys are fantastic. Thank you so much.

location is very close to the beach which is very nice because its walking distance。the people are very helpfull specially the front desk staffs named Kevin and Tamilk. the free shuttle is very good option too for the guest.

The hotel is very good, room is clean, modern and spacious. Food was good, more variety for breakfast, would be good. Staff are very helpful and polite, especially A Baba, Mabee, Beer and all of the others, whose names I can't remember.

Staff needs to be trained about baby food requirements.They charged for heating baby food.I have travelled 4 countries .Not came across such acts.When checked in ..they have to do..but kept waiting for 30 mins..that after check in time after also. They need to have nice manners and etiquette

We booked two standard rooms and stayed with two of our friends. When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in as usual. During the check-in process, the staff member clearly explained all the details of our reservation and informed us that our rooms had been upgraded to pool access rooms, which was a wonderful surprise. She explained everything that was helpful for our stay very fluently and clearly. What impressed us the most was that after we had settled into our rooms, the staff even called to check if everything in the rooms was satisfactory and if we needed any assistance. Thank you, Nuch, for giving us one of the best stay experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know and encourage them to stay here.

I had a terrible experience at Chanalai Hillside Hotel. I had my purse with cash inside my room, and money was stolen from it. The only people who entered the room were the housekeeping staff. The hotel did not take responsibility, and now the situation is in the hands of the police. I do not recommend this hotel.

We came here to relax and stayed for just a few nights. From the very first moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff at the reception, her name is Nuch if I remember correctly, handled the check-in smoothly and very professionally, explaining everything clearly.
