The hot shower didn’t work on first day, but they fixed the moment we asked for it

Reasonably priced delicios food at the Nawa restaurant, kind & friendly staff members.

Not that I did not like. I am thankful they provided us with water. A bit more would be ggreat. It was very hot when we were there. We ran out of water.

Понравился персонал, местоположение, номер достаточно комфортный, просторный и светлый. Уборка каждый день по расписанию, если мы дома, то назначаем другое время уборки и приходят в новое назначенное время. Мы передвигались на байке, поэтому локация нам была удобна. Также была хорошая скидка на наше время проживания, поэтому цена/качества нам понравилась.

The accommodation were clean and modern. The staff members were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

The location is a bit of walk from the beach. But that is not the resorts fault.

Het zwembad, en het lunchen tussen de middag. En de kamers zijn erg mooi. Je kunt te voet naar het centrum van Karon. Het laatste stuk is een beetje pittig over dag met 35° maar s'avonds goed te doen.

Voor ons niet, maar het penthouse is 3 trappen hoog en er is geen lift.

Het zwembad erg mooi. De shuttle naar het strand of n toer te boeken. De kamers erg netjes en mooi dagelijks schone handdoeken, water etc

Eigenlijk Niets!! Hooguit dat er geen liften zijn. En het ligt op n heuvel dus het laatste stuk is n beetje pittig maar goed te doen. Je kunt naar het centrum lopen,. Het grootste appartement is geweldig!! Met een dakterras met jacuzzi heel ruim.

Il manquait quelque petite choses au petit déjeuner.......

La chambre était plutôt agréable et propre même si certaines finitions n’étaient pas terminées (fuite d’eau dans une salle de bain entre autres)

The location was great the staff were all very friendly and super helpful, they were very easy to deal with. We had no issues with communication. They couldn’t do enough for you. The staff at breakfast were welcoming and made you feel at home always greeting you with a smile.

I think the pool could use a revamp it’s showing age. It’s clean but a bit older. We had a rooftop jacuzzi and the tikes inside were starting to come off. It could have used a clean and needs an update

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the resort. Chai was great at serving the cocktails with a smile for our group. The reception staff were very nice and welcoming. Thank you also to the man who drove the shuttle bus to the beach and collected us. From the 8 Irish girls !

The relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Welcoming feeling. Nothing was too much in terms of help. Location was good. Rooms were clean, modern and had everything needed

Restaurant was closed, however this was more than accomodated in alternate provisions by the hotel

The staff were so kind and friendly. The apartment was large and clean, included breakfast was good. Location was quiet. Pool was good.

Location was a little out of the way, with an uphill walk towards the end. Not a deal breaker but being closer to things would have been better. The beds were hard but depending on your preference this might be ok. Hot water ind kitchen sink and ensuite didnt work well if at all.

Very wonderful staff and clean rooms.

The kids club room AC wasn't cooling the room at all so we had to keep the room doors open to allow air in while kids played.

Понравился большой номер , но ванная комната очень маленькая. Бассейн прохладный. Плитка острая местами.

Питание оставлять желать лучшего. Оно в принципе скудное. Иногда за 30 минут до окончания пустые тарелки. Есть можно только хлеб.

Отличное расположение, уютно, большой удобный номер, сияющий чистотой! Резорт имеет компактную, зелёную территорию и находится в паре минутах пешком от главной улицы, поэтому шум загруженной улицы не мешает расслабиться после бассейна. Ночью тоже тихо, можно отлично выспаться. До пляжа Карон минут 10-15 пешком или же есть трансфер от отеля до пляжа. Наш уютный номер состоял из спальни с большой удобной кроватью и большой ванной комнаты, а так же гостиной со встроенной кухней. На завтрак были каждый день новые тайские блюда и немного европейской еды. Персонал очень вежливый. Мы провели в этом отеле 12 ночей, нам очень понравилось.

Иногда в бассейне плавали старые листья, которые было бы неплохо вылавливать. Медленный интернет.

communication was not very good. On the third day, the restaurant was closed for renovations and we weren't told- walked around and found breakfast served somewhere else. Also, took 2 days to clear the dishes provided for our room service.

All staff were so lovely and helpful. They provided us with a cot for my son with a pillow, blanket and mosquito net. Breakfast was always abundant. As a vegan there could have been more egg free hot options but otherwise the rest of my party was very happy.

The beds were quite high. My daughter was supposed to sleep with my mother in law but she ended up falling out the first night which led to us going to the hospital. They were however big enough to have her in my room with my mum and her in-between us.

The resort is conveniently located near enough to Karon beach to walk, but far enough away that it was not caught up in the busy thoroughfare of main roadway. The restaurant staff & airport shuttle driver were exceptional! Both the restaurant & airport shuttle were surprisingly affordable. The free beach shuttle was also convenient, however, the beach was close enough that walking to & from was easier than sticking to the shuttle schedule.

The accommodations were less than ideal, and blatantly falsely advertised. We booked a two bedroom suite with one king size and one queen size bed. What we received was a suite with two queen "beds" that were more like concrete slabs than actual mattresses. It may have been softer to sleep directly on the tile floor. If you have any type of back problems, this is not the resort/bed for you. One of the rooms initially had a small infestation of hornets in the windowsill, however, the hotel staff addressed it after we reported it. For some reason, in our updated room the hotel chose to use patio furniture in the living area instead of a traditional couch. While this is likely convenient for hotel cleaning staff, it is arguably tacky given it is classified as a resort. The pictures make the facilities look more modern than they are in reality.

ALLES, kamers lijken totaal niet op de foto’s, net als het zwembad. Vrijwel alles is verroest en smerig, naast het hotel is een rioolzuivering, er woonde een zwerver bij de trap van onze kamer, personeel lacht je gewoon in je gezicht uit. Na klagen probeerde ze totaal geen oplossing te vinden maar zeggen doodleuk, jammer voor jou, je moet bij booking zijn. Wat niet zo is, dit is een tussenplatform. Als je een fijne vakantie wil, GA NIET.

удобное расположение, рядом хорошие ресторанчики, есть магазин сувениров с хорошими ценами, пляж не далеко , также есть трансфер в определенное время, убирались каждый день , полотенца меняли каждый день , мы даже не успевали пользоваться, так как рано выезжали на экскурсии. вкусные, сытные и разнообразные завтраки

Really good size rooms for families, swimming pool and good breakfast. Perfect for families: 10 of 10

Location if you are wishing to walk. But if you using taxi, amazing because you are out of any noise during the evening or night time.

Quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the ocean front area. Close to Friendly Restaurant, which was good for dinner each night. The pool was nice to float in and the breakfast was decent and changed a little each day to keep it fresh. The room itself was good for our family because it was big enough for us to all laze about in ample space when it was time for that. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The shuttle down to Karon beach made it easy to enjoy the island paradise.

A bit far from other attractions in Phuket. It wasn't always easy to get Grab rides unless you went for the more expensive options. I think this was due to it being tucked away in a less trafficked area (which to be fair was why we chose it, to be quieter).

Great pool area and excellent service at the hotel with food/beverage, cleaning and tour bookings.

Slight walk into main Karon beach which was okay for me but my kids didn’t like it much!

Il resort è fatto da una decina di belle palazzine tutte disposte intorno alla lunga piscina. L'appartamento era grande, con una bella sala, un grande terrazzo esposto al sole, comodi i letti e forniscono anche cibatte , borsa e telo mare gratuitamente. La colazione a buffet è ricca di salati e dolci. Moderno, pulito, tutto perfetto. Anche il ristorante era ottimo ed economico. La zona solarium ha pochi lettini in rapporto ai clienti. La spa non c'è.

Il resort è leggermente in salita, quindi dal mare a piedi ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti

Plumbing had minor issues.hot water not working in shower, bath tub plug not working properly, management can fix easily.

Мы выбрали относительно большие апартаменты, 70 кв номер с двумя спальнями. Есть телевизор, диван, холодильник и плита. Удобно если греть или готовить еду самим. Кровати удобные. Есть балкончик, можно отдыхать или трапезничать. Территория отеля красивая, сама зона отдыха тихая, не было никаких проблем с соседями и шумом.

Номера уже старые. Полотенца не свежие, тусклого цвета. Плохое впечатление оставили особенно сан узлы. В нашем номере их было 2. Один из них был проблемный, плохо смывался унитаз. Вода держалась. И сильный запах канализации. В номере было много мелких муравьев. При просмотре телевизора, дети ели еду и оставшиеся мелкие крошки на полу к утру были окружены просто очень большим количеством муравьев. На диване, на полу, на вещах. Все последующие дни я старалась следить тщательно за крошками на диване и на полу, но все равно эта живность была. С большим страхом постоянно держали чемоданы закрытыми. Бассейн не ухоженный. Плавать можно, но впечатления не вау. Лежаков по территории мало. Завтраки не плохие, но выбор не велик.

This is the second time we go. The place is nice, with a swimming pool all around the hotel. The staff is extremelly nice and friendly. The rooms are big with a separate area as a living room.

Престоят ни беше чудесен.Усмихнат и отзивчив персонал. Всеки ден се почистваше. Закуската беше добра и разнообразна. Хотелът се намира на тихо и спокойно място, встрани от натовареното движение и шума. Това търсихме и не съжаляваме за избора ни. С удоволствие ще се върнем отново. Благодарим Ви!

We could not eat the breakfast. It tasted awfully and there was very little selection. Bad location. Nothing close to the hotel.

Really good clean apartments, I've rented the penthouse with my own rooftop jacuzzi for 3 nights, and that was just great. And, Cause of a delay (flight) I came one day ltr but the were so nice to give me the 3 nights anyway without any hassle, I didn't ask for.it so that was really nice from them. Good location, I'll come back.

Nothing actually

Stanza perfetta per una famiglia, TV digitale e pulizia. Ho apprezzato la posizione leggermente decentrata ma collegata a tutto con una breve passeggiata. Piscina super per i bambini.

Ho chiesto un letto aggiuntivo per maggiore comodità per i miei due bambini e per questo ho accettato il sovrapprezzo di oltre 400€. Ma il letto consegnatomi era piccolo, durissimo e arrugginito, l'opposto del comodissimo letto matrimoniale già presente. Lo staff, gentilissimo, ha cercato di migliorare la situazione ma senza riuscirci.

Little bit run down. 2nd bathroom in apartments could do with a shower too (has only a bathtub).

Прекрасный отель,максимально дружелюбный персонал,бассейн чистый,завтрак разнообразный.На 4х номер был очень большой, всем хватило места. Не пожалели о выборе данного отеля.До моря не так уж и далеко,по пути миллион кафешек на любой вкус.
