Our first room toilet bowl was clogged and full of shit. The whole bathroom smells like poop! They called someone to unclogged it and that’s it! There were still poop stains in the toilet. They did not even offer to move us in different room until I asked to. The toilet in the room we were moved in still has some urine marks (let’s just wipe it) but the bedroom carpet is soaking wet due to clogged air condition. Breakfast is not good that we skipped our last day breakfast. Potatoes last like an old stock and pancakes like rubber. It’s not worth the stay and my money paying $568 for this? They charged me another $100 for what? They did not even explain it! I will never go back to any embassy suites hotel again!

The 4pm check-in ladies were very kind and helpful. But the Saturday 6am staff were not helpful at all. Buffett didn’t start till 7:30 on Saturday. Coffee machine near the desk was broken. I asked for recommendations to get a coffee and she didn’t know. Offered no options to get a cup of coffee. Ie: let me see if the kitchen can get you one real quick. I was willing to pay. Just not helpful at all. Not kind. I also had urine drips on my toilet when I checked into my room.

Reviewed May 5, 2026The hotel is quiet. I think the hotel was built well so you do my hear the people above or below you or around you. The breakfast is great. Omelets or eggs made fresh to order as well as a good buffet. The Big Spring trail is great for walking or running; it feels safe and well-lit. The staff were knowledgable, professional, great hosts. Tiffany handled an issue that arose at my checkin due to crossed wires between the Hilton App and Booking.com App. Although she had not run into the particular issue before, she handled it with reassuring calm and poise and worked the kink out within 10-15 minutes. it was also clean. my husband forgot his toothbrush and they gave us a complimentary travel toothbrush.
the on-site restaurant prices were quite high. maintenance bothered us - despite us having the do not disturb sign on our door - trying to put a QR Code on the door. This seemed wholly unnecessary given we were checking out in less than 24 hours and the QR code task could be done immediately after we left.
