The sink was leaking the entire time so we would come back and have to clean water off the countertop. We also had ants crawling around on the countertop for the entirety of our stay. There was old food that was left in the refrigerator

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower was too low.

I really liked the size of the rooms and the cleanliness.

When I arrived at the property, I was told that they are booked out and they won’t accommodate me, even though I got the reservation made.

The breakfast is really good. Maria oversees it. Great choices. Couldn't be better. The rooms are spacious and quiet.

I don't sleep well with a comforter only, for a blanket on the bed. I get too hot. However, they did bring me a blanket to use instead.

Check in process was awful. Our room was not ready at 3pm. We had to wait until 5:30pm and we missed our dinner reservations because of it. The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude as well.

Enjoyed the walking distance to all the shopping and food.

Rooms/Suites are super clean. The location is perfect due to it being next to a mall. I must shoutout the front desk team--specifically Tiffany, Solomon, and Savannah. All weekend they gave us superb customer service. We had a couple of changes needing to be made and they did it without hesitation. I believe in shouting out great customer service and this trio did just that. I sincerely appreciate them as it added to our Element experience. Marriott take care of them!!!!!!!!!

The indoor outdoor pool was great!

We loved the location; we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. The downstairs bar/restaurant was great, the bartenders/waitress were awesome. Check in was really easy and navigating the hotel was easy. The bed was comfortable, room clean.

All the late-night noise was awful. People slamming doors (which is not the hotels' fault). The windows need to be noise reduction; we heard all the traffic all night.

We were extremely disappointed with the room. When we first walked in it smelled of mold. When we returned to the room after a night out, there was a stain on the bed and we found a huge stain on the ceiling. The roof was leaking. We reported it, but the hotel was booked so no other rooms. The next morning my husband went to the pool, I was hoping to sleep in. About 8:30am, I woke up to the maintenence man,coming in the room. It really was not a good experience. The cold water did not work in the room so the shower was blistering hot.

Was charged and didn't stay called booking told them I was somehow double booked nothing was done about it

I liked the location.

Well there was zero wifi so the kids couldn’t even watch tv. So we had two TVs in our room that served zero purpose . The pullout had no covers . Had to get some .. the outside pool was down and the inside pool had a tampon in the pool so they couldn’t swim . I think the rooms were definitely not worth the price . Not a lot of options on breakfast ..

Pretty much everything…the 1 bed was hard, we booked a 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa bed and was given a king suite with a sofa without any bedding. My son had to put a comforter off the king bed and blankets from the car in this odd space to sleep because there were 4 of us and couldn’t make the arrangements work. I paid $40 extra to book a queen room, they wouldn’t give me back the difference and didn’t have any other rooms. Staff was rude and too concerned talking to the staff from the adjoining hotel. Manager was suppose to call or email about issues. Still haven’t heard back almost a week later. The shower was handicap accessible but to the point it couldn’t be properly cleaned or used if you were taller than 5 feet tall. Mold all over, water damage on the floors. Couldn’t call the front desk because the phone was broken. They wouldn’t answer when you called from a cell phone. Then the front desk called the room saying we called 911. It was the oddest experience ever.

The room I booked was not the room I received. I booked a room with a bathtub and a walk in shower the room I received had a shower only and not like pictured. When I asked the front desk about the mix up I was told there wasn’t a room in the whole facility with a bathtub. I later found out that was not true.

Decent/OK hotel, good room size. Decent service at front desk. Shared facilities with Westin next door, such as gym/pool & bar etc. Free parking. Next to a shopping village with restaurants locally.

Only annnoyance was the adoining room and could hear the guest next door at 4am watching TV loudly! Location is OK, but some road noise from the highway. Not a good in-room coffee pod machine. Wi-Fi coverage was very patchy.

The room I paid for was not at all what I was given. Not even remotely in anyway even similar I was basically given a utility closet next to the elevator It was horrible and tiny and not what I paid for The front desk female that I mentioned this to first tried to make me believe I was mistaken even though the pictures were clear as day not even close to what was on booking.com, she had a know it all attitude and could not have been less helpful. I have sent message after message to the hotel which no one has yet to respond to and I ended up leaving at midnight and cancelling my whole trip to avoid staying in this horrible shoe box for over $200 a night. I’d rather be out the money than stay in that horrible room that I did not in anyway want and it did not in any way resemble the online pictures. I will never in my life step foot back in that horrible place cause let me tell u when they mess up there’s NO ONE willing to help you

My favorite hotel ever ! The room was huge, clean and smelled wonderful. The bathroom was incredible and thank god don’t have shower curtains but glass doors as they should. The room service served so fast and food was phenomenal. The view was just beautiful and it was so quiet and peaceful. The staff was above and beyond helpful and so pleasant. Ample parking as well This hotel is truly remarkable and very reasonably priced. I never want to stay anywhere else there’s absolutely nothing I would change

The whole weekend I was there , it smelled like a sewage exploded in the elevator and the 8th floor where I stay . The smell was HORRENDOUS coming out the vents in the room

The property was close to all of the shopping we did.

The room was filthy. There were sunflower seeds, skittles. Hair, and huge stains on the pull out mattress. The metal frame was broken. I got offered to move to another room. Upon entering, people’s food and belongings were in the drawer, the bed had crumbs in it which I just wiped off since it was better than stains. The queen beds had blood stains and what appeared to look like a poop stain on it.They didn’t have any sheets for me so I had to use a thing blanket on top of the pull out mattress as a sheet. The beds both also did not have sheets in the new room. Only a large water proof pad and a draw sheet to lie on top of the mattresses. The thermostat in the room did not kick on the heat, and I was freezing because I had 1 tiny thing blanket to cover up with. I was extremely dissatisfied with this stay and will never stay here again. I had high hopes. This was a party for my daughter’s birthday and it was ruined.
