Great customer service, wonderful breakfast, clean facility

That i had to pay to park on the facility. I feel if I pay and stay at a hotel that they should give us a car sticker to identify us and not charge us parking fee.

I enjoyed the enhanced security the property had. You had to use your room key to use the elevator and to have access to the building after 11pm. The hotel was in a great location with an accessible parking garage. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The housekeepers could tidy up the rooms better. The room was cleaned just good enough. The bathroom could use a more detailed clean than what appears to be just a wipe down. There were no garbage sacks in our trash cans and dusty areas throughout the room.

Location is perfect if you have anything planned a Von Braun Center. All the staff were super friendly and courteous.

Hall lights inside the room didnt work and the lamps over the beds didnt work. Chair was worn out. Rooms need microwaves. $900 for 3 days for all that was a bad value and $18 a day to park.

The hotel is located close to downtown dining options, Big Spring Park and the Von Braun Center. Our room was spacious and well appointed, without being fussy or cluttered. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus.

HV/AC unit was horrible… thermostat wasn’t synced up… had to buy a space heater @ a local WalMart.

The hotel staff was fantastic and the cleanliness was great. The shower had great water pressure.

The shower water did not get completely hot, I had to handle down to flush toilet, there is a stale odor in the entire hotel, the breakfast is terrible. The outside needs to be pressure washed. On Thursday the 20th at 7:30 am the front desk person was great, she answered questions, was pleasant and made my stay just a little better

Breakfast was GREAT! What i did NOT like was the parking. Too far to walk. HAVING to pay to park makes me VERY upset. How do you think people get there? By parachute? Front of the building was hard to find. Staff was beyond great! Planning on booking again soon.

Parking! I am sorry. I HATE to pay for parking 😒 Parking was kinda TOO far from the entrance of the hotel 🏨. I do not want EXTRA charges. I understand you have to pay your employees. Parking fees just burn me up!

I like that the property is centrally located so that I can get anywhere in the city easily. I like that there is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel.

There was something off about the heating unit in that I could not get it to warm up the room and stay warm. I did not ask for help as it was late in the evening. I just bundled up. Also, the air was quite dry and I ended up with some sinus issues.

Very clean. Helpful staff. I needed a place to park my truck and 24ft trailer. The staff made one phone call and found a place for me to park it. Very helpful and understanding. Will stay here again.

Drove over from Atlanta to see a show at the Mark C. Smith, which was right accross the street. Very convenient! Nice area.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice and courteous employed in the breakfast area as well as the front desk. Very clean.

There were plenty of food places with a 10 minute walk. The Stove House was awesome and the Von Bron Center was beautiful.

I was not expecting this stay to be so immaculate and comfortable. For the price, this hotel is in such a good spot, with easy access to the nearby music venues and dining options. It looks like a brand new hotel. Our room was perfectly clean and smelled fantastic, and for the first time ever, I used the hotel-provided toiletries. The shampoo and body wash smell so nice to me! The hallways, elevator, and lobby are all equally as clean and well-kept. There were various options for the complimentary breakfast items. Also, kudos to the staff. Everyone was kind and made eye contact and greeted me, even in passing. When checking in, I was asked my room preferences (which floor, near elevator, etc), and this made me feel like royalty. I loved our room on the 6th floor, number 618 is super quiet with no neighboring headboards. The layout of the room keeps light out of your eyes when the sun tries peeking around the blackout curtains. I wish I could list every single thoughtful detail, but there are so many! Cons: I do wish we had more "vending" options. The canned Cokes were $2 each in the lobby shop. And there was a $50 deposit that I wasn't expecting, along with having to pay the hotel $15 to park in the garage. There were no other parking options nearby. However, I would happily stay here again, and probably will soon. It was our first leisure trip to Huntsville and we were both impressed with the Hampton that we kind of can't wait to come back!
