Great location

No late night bar

Easy to get to. Parking excellent. Pools and gyms

Roof top spa was filthy, had hair floating in it getting caught on fingers and toes. Had scum floating on hop and was quite cold. Spa inside was cold as well. So many children unsupervised or poorly supervised, misusing gym equipment,spas and pools.

I booked the room last minute and received a complimentary room upgrade as there were no rooms left that I had booked for. The Reception stuff were great and got it all changed with no hassles!

We had two rooms and one was really big and one was a standard size. The beds were incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The outdoor pool, spa and gym facilities were very nice. Staff were very lovely. Great housekeeping daily. The car parking (extra cost per day) was designated and secure. I really could not fault the hotel for this stay. Beds were exceptional. Decor is nice. Location is excellent.

The staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was hot and had great pressure.

To get to the shower over the bath was a little difficult, the bath was a bit slippery, a hand rail or bar to hold would be helpful if possible.

Comfiest of beds, beautiful pool/spa area. Really clean, close to conference center. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

The elevator closest to the pool was out of action. The buffet breakfast was underwhelming.

The rooftop pool was excellent with loungers to sit and enjoy the view.

The standard has dropped a bit since last staying at it was noticable. Quite nō friils. Nō longer a bar in reception area. Furniture in reception area is looking worn and tired. Check in and out took too long considering most of ig is done online.

We were upgraded to a bigger room because the beds were made up as singles - was no hassle and staff very pleasant to deal with

Having to pay $120 for an extra bed for our child despite booking for 2 adults and a child. On our last night we politely asked the staff member at the concierge desk to take a photo of us however she replied she was too busy.

I absolutely loved how they upgraded us after my daughters surgery,left us a sweet note& chocolate 🍫 you guys are awesome this is why we stay with you ❤️

The Heritage beds are always the most comfortable beds! Always have such a good sleep!

The shower leaked out the bottom creating puddles on the floor so needed extra towels to mop it up, otherwise the room was great!

The customer service was really good in check and check out- the two swimming facilities and gyms and the beds are unbelievably comfortable

Where we stayed i was kept up all night with noise above us They had a heavy foot so was walking around till 1am. Pillows aren't very comfortable so didn't sleep much but otherwise lovely stay

Good size comfortable room. Very comfy bed with soft pillows. A/c worked well to heat room and able to control heating. I’m sure cooling would be the same. Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in room. Able to leave luggage during day until my plane in the evening. Fantastic roof top pool with wonderful views across the city.

Thye pool and spa was a highlight for the kids. The room was nice and big for the family. Nice views of the city. Handy to town.

The room wasn't clean and tidy when we first arrived however reception was going to upgrade us. We didn't take up the opportunity because it would've meant packing up our belongings so we stayed in the same room.

Fantastic location. Close to central CBD, port, sky bus, etc. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff especially Anne on reception.

it was excellent for location and the staff were good but the sauna wasn't working and hasn't been for over 6 months, I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool & a sauna , the was great ,

Sauna not working, couldn't get breakfast until after 7 am too late . the room was huge and comfortable but it was old , the bathroom very dated .

Absolutely everything! Perfect hotel to stay at and it has everything! Gym, Pool, Spa on the roof. The rooms were very clean and came with everything that was needed. The staff were very lovely and so helpful! Will 100% be back!

Elevators stopped working after a power surge. But the staff were efficient at helping us navigate The Bar was underconstruction during our stay unlucky timing. Our rooms absorbed people yelling from the pool abit to early for us in the morning.

Didn’t like that there are 2 separate buildings and there is no mention of this when booking through booking.com, also the parking situation we were put in the carpark underneath the heritage but stayed in the rendezvous, also check in and check out was in the other building 😓

Lack of seating in the family room. We were 4 adults and our room had 2 chairs. Lack of crockery and glasses for 4 adults.
