Goede kamer. Prima douche. Ontbijt zeer goed. Ligging super.

Onvriendelijk personeel aan receptie, we voelden ons niet welkom. Slechte reiniging kamer: lavabo nooit gepoetst. Op zes nachten geen verse handdoeken gekregen. Na 4 nachten eens gevraagd wat we moesten doen om verse handdoeken te krijgen; zou om de 3 nachten ververst worden, zei men. Voor volgende dag werden verse beloofd, nooit gezien. Vuile glazen werden niet vervangen, zelf in de bar om verse glazen moeten vragen. Oploskoffie niet bijgevuld...

Close to city center and train. Comfy bed. Dark and quiet. Immaculate bathroom. Friendly staff.

No USB outlets beside the bed. For the price, it could have included breakfast.

Breakfast was quite good. Location was good.

Shower in bathroom was awkward to use, hand shower was hard to position so that you were actually under the water flow.

Toalett hadde løst sete, løs spyleknapp. Toalettpapir plassert sånn at man måtte være veldig smidig i kroppen for å nå det... for oss som er høye ble toalettet veldig lavt også.

The location is perfect,near the harbour and centre ,20 min walking distance from S Oslo or with tram 12 just 3 stops ,breakfast was magnificent and bed was comfortable ;supermarket just next to the hotel ,room was nice and there was tee pot and instant coffee which was great for early check out like mine

Staff is not polite,no greeting and limited information what and where …;wanted to book additional breakfast,first day I had breakfast,second day I was not on the list and had to go to reception to explain what I spoke with the reception the day before ;Room was not clean -floor was dirty,also the toilet,in the garbage can there was someone others garbage just one package of bonbon but stil not ok for a 4 star hotel .Very nice hotel with bad performance

La pulizia della camera non è scontata: la dovete richiedere ma è inclusa nel prezzo (perché richiederla??!!) Le camere sono piuttosto piccole. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al terzo piano, pertanto prive di luce perché le finestre davano sulla sala della colazione. L’arredamento è molto spartano, l’unica possibilità di sistemare gli abiti è una struttura in metallo a cui sono associate tre grucce, sormontata da unico ripiano e questa striminzita struttura funge da armadio. Ovviamente senza ante, un’esposizione da vetrina. Al rientro in albergo dopo la prima lunga ed entusiasmante giornata, verifichiamo che la camera non era stata pulita. Vada per il letto che per abitudine proviamo a sistemare, ma il bagno non pulito ed il mancato cambio di asciugamani ci ha parecchio irritati. Alla reception ci è stato detto che la pulizia della camera è su richiesta del cliente e va prenotata, ci hanno mostrato un cartoncino verde (rigorosamente in lingua norvegese e inglese…non potevamo certo pretendere la lingua italiana, questa misconosciuta che non contemplata nemmeno nelle audioguide dei musei, ma questo è un altro interessante capitolo) che è presente in ogni camera. Lo abbiamo cercato ed era posto su uno dei comodini, quindi nemmeno in bella vista. Quella cartolina verde con un il codice avrebbe dovuto attirare la nostra attenzione e, dopo aver tradotto il testo, inquadrare il codice che rimanda alla pagina dedicata alle informazioni sui servizi dell’albergo e tra questi la pulizia della camera. Quindi la pulizia della camera non è prevista come servizio se non esplicitamente richiesta. Viaggiamo da anni e non solo in Europa, mai é capitato di dover precisare in reception un servizio che deve essere previsto e che continuerò a dare per scontato. In Italia anche i B&B prevedono la pulizia giornaliera con il cambio delle lenzuola a metà settimana.

Posizione centralissima a pochi minuti dal lungo fiordo portuale. Stanza abbastanza ampia e confortevole, colazione di buona qualità e scelta.

La camera aveva la finestra oscurata sulla corte interna dell' hotel (zona colazione). Nessun problema per una notte ma per soggiorni più lunghi ma questa sensazione di stare in una cabina di nave da crociera potrebbe non essere accettata da tutti

Location was fantastic. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Bed was very comfortable. And facilities were fine and staff were very helpful and friendly.

They have two air conditioning systems in the room. One can be controlled as per your preferences. However the second is a universal system for the building, which drones away without any off switch.

The room was nice and big, but it was way too hot. The AC was working, but the room temperature was always around 25 C. The statt was very nice, and it's very centric.

For such an expensive and high rated hotel, I was expecting better. The breakfast didn't have many options, and it was always the same (I've been in cheaper hotels in the same city with much better breakfast). The wifi was really bad, it kept disconnecting (although they gave me the password to another one). The outlets of one side of the bed did not work. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

Good central location for a visit to Oslo. Paid car parking available underground (separate management, not hotel). Just be aware of the limited height.

Lokalizacja, centrum miasta blisko port i Aker Brygge. Duży przestronny pokój z dużym łózkiem. Duża łazienka. Czystość. Praktycznie nie było słychać hałasów z ulicy - samochodów czy dzwonów z pobliskiego ratusza.

Na dzień dobry - dodatkowe autoryzowanie karty płatniczej jako zabezpieczenie ewentualnych zniszczeń - zostałem potraktowany jak potencjalny wandal, który niszczy mienie, to tak jakby każdego kupującego w sklepie przeszukiwać przy wyjściu, bo może coś ukradł - traktowanie jak złodzieja. Nie działająca prawidłowo klimatyzacja, pomimo ustawienia grzania w zbyt chłodnym pomieszczeniu, nadal leciało chłodne powietrze. Glośny szum wentylacji wyciągowej przeszkadzający w nocy w spaniu. Niewygodne za miękkie łózko. Ostatniej nocy bolał mnie kręgosłup.

Asked a guy at the reception about parking fees. Reply: “I have no idea”… I understand the parking lot does not belong to Scandic, but the tone was quite rude.

Petit déjeuner excellent, la dame asiatique du petit déjeuner était fantastique, souriante et aux petits soins, bravo pour elle. Chambre correcte

le jeune homme blond à l'accueil nous a donné un mauvais horaire de petit déjeuner, le 1er nous avons failli le rater ! Aucun service de chambre pendant 4 jours ! On a du aussi prendre nous-mêmes des serviettes propres... Que des chaînes TV norvégiennes...

Die Lage ist perfekt – mitten im Stadtzentrum und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Sauber. Hilfsbereites Personal, insbesondere ein junger Mann namens Artem. Gutes Fruehstueck.

We were familiar with the Scandic in Brussels, where we’d stayed before, and everything had been fine. At the one in Oslo, we were greeted rather curtly at reception by a small blond hair young man. I asked him the time limit for breakfast, and he replied that it was from 6.30 am to 10.30 am. The next day, we arrived at around 9.35 am for breakfast and were told it was only until 9.30 am! Fortunately, a very kind Asian lady understood the situation and brought out several choices of food for us – well done and a big thank to her, who was fantastic at every breakfast (which we then had at around 9 am)! The big disappointment was the complete lack of room service… Four days and three nights, the room was never cleaned or done. My wife had to straighten the duvets herself, etc. So there was no replacement of the dirty and wet towels – we had to help ourselves to take clean ones from a trolley at the end of a corridor… No TV channels other than Norwegian ones; in a capital city, you’d at least expect an international selection or, at least CNN… Otherwise, the rooms are correct, the breakfast is very good and varied, and the young women at reception are friendly. The only downsides, were the young man at reception (first day) who also gave us the wrong breakfast times—and the complete lack of room service… It’s a shame because everything else was very good, and a thousand thanks to the Asian lady at breakfast who was so cheerful, helpful and kind.

Die Lage war super. Die Zimmer sauber, groß genug (17m*),ruhig und man konnte das Fenster öffnen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch ok.

Es war kein 4 Sterne Hotel und viel zu teuer dafür. Die Lobby ungepflegt, so sah sie zumindest aus. Ich hätte mich niemals dort hingesetzt und etwas getrunken. Ungemütlich! Der Frühstücksraum kühl und nichtssagend. Das Zimmer ging, es hingen 3 Bilder an der Wand ( deshalb und wegen der oben genannten Vorteile habe ich das Hotel gebucht ), es fehlte der von Booking.com angesagte Schrank ( es gab nur wenige Zimmer mit Schrank, die alle ausgebucht waren), keine Ablagen und im Bad keine Duschvorlage, keine Kleenex und keine Badutensilien wie Duschhaube, Q-Tips und Pads, die es sonst in jedem 4 Sterne Hotel gibt. Die Atmosphäre „gesichtslos“. Schade!
