La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a Ischia Ponte, muy cerca del castillo. Tiene enfrente parada de autobus para moverte por toda la isla. Hay que destacar la amabilidad y el trato de todo el personal, nos ayudaron con el alquiler de moto. Sin duda, ha sido una de las cosas que más hemos valorado de la estancia. El desayuno era variado y completo, todo estaba muy rico. Las habitaciones eran sencillas pero con todo lo necesario. Hemos estado realmente muy a gusto y, si volvemos a Ischia, volveremos sin duda a este hotel.

The roof top garden where we could sit as a group and have drinks and pizza watching the sun set over the castle was amazing. We couldn’t get wifi for music though. The staff were fantastic with helping us with information and organising wonderful taxis. Lovely family run place located in an awesome area close to the old castle within walking distance to restaurants. We recommend it

L’emplacement est idéal, le petit déjeuner salé était plaisant et le personnel est très gentil.

Donner la clé à la réception à chaque sortie est un peu spécial, le personnel de nettoyage entre un peu rapidement dans la chambre le matin et les coussins ne sont pas très confortables. Les équipements sont un peu vieillot et pourraient être renouvelés.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed using the natural thermal pool and found it very refreshing. Although it is at 34 degrees this cooled us off in the heat. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a nice balcony (although no umbrella for shade). We sat up on the roof terrace at night and enjoyed the view. There is a good cafe across the road and a deli/sandwich shop on the other corner. A free beach is literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel. They gave us some great recommendations for dinner and getting round the island.

One of our rooms didn’t have any blinds on the balcony door. The bar doesn’t really seem to be open although there was one there.

Un petit hôtel très accueillant, calme et à quelques pas de la mer qu'on voyait de notre chambre : jolie décoration, chambre spacieuse avec ventilateur au plafond (génial ! ) et climatisation si on le désire. Le personnel est aux petits soins et de très bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner, on a adoré ! ! Plein de petits gâteaux maison, capuccino et/ou ce que vous voulez ! On a testé la piscine et c'est agréable ! Jolie terrasse ! Pas de maillot de bain blanc, c'est mieux !

Je regrette de ne pas parler italien mais heureusement le personnel parle français ! ! Merci à tous ! On a passé un séjour reposant 🙏🇮🇹

Posizione strategica ad un passo dal mare e dal centro storico. Ottimo collegamento per i mezzi pubblici e traghetti. Cordialità dello staff familiare. Il giro dell'isola in barca è stato indimenticabile. Bellissima la vista sul castello Aragonese dal solarium. Cibo tradizionale e gustoso. Particolare cura dei dettagli per uno dei ospiti che era intollerante al lattosio.

The first room we were allocated was a bit small but once we mentioned it they moved us to another room straight away which was excellent. There was an organised boat trip for the hotel residents on the Wednesday to around the full island with a few stops during the trip. it was excellent and the 2 hosts and captain were very friendly, open and made a really fun trip of it. The breakfast in the morning was very good. We found the terrace on top of the hotel and this was brilliant to use during the 4 days.

There was only a Thermal pool in the hotel and the area around it was quite small. We used it once but did not use it after that because of the brown staining. no other pool available and the beach nearby was very busy, We could just go for a swim and then leave.

Been twice before and would come again. A great proud family run hotel with other returning guests. Need I say more

This is such a special and stylish hotel! The room was very clean and had an unbelievable view of the castle (not to mention the incredible rooftop view which you can access throughout the day/evening). The family who owns the hotel and everyone who works here are kind, thoughtful, and clearly experienced in hospitality. I had rented a house in Lacco Ameno during a previous visit to Ischia, but I found that staying in Ischia Ponte made it much easier to explore the island and enjoyed walking around the area at night. The gorgeous boat tour and thermal pool felt special and unique. I hope to come back and bring other family members here. I highly recommend this very chic and understated hotel!

В отеле хорошие завтраки, что редко встречается в Европе. Расположение, на мой взгляд, лучшее на Искье, рядом отличный бесплатный пляж, центр, где можно прогуляться, заглянуть в магазинчики и вкусно поесть. Также у самого входа остановка общественного транспорта. А общем, рекомендую этот отель для проживания

The hotel was located in an excellent position. close to the old town but still walking distance to the port. Buses were frequent and passed by the hotel if you didn't want to walk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Soggiorno breve, ma pieno di gioie. Ci hanno accolte come fossimo in famiglia. Il personale è sempre disponibile e molto cortese. Ci hanno insegnato a prendere la vita con più calma e questo ha permesso di rendere ancora più accattivante la permanenza. Sicuramente la prima di molte volte qui! Auguro il meglio a tutti quelli che si sono spesi per il nostro soggiorno! :)

Being guest of this hotel was a pure pleasure. Very nice and kind staff, clean room, excellent breakfast and perfect dinner. The pool with thermal water makes the full experince. If you come to Ischia, this hotel is highly reccomended for your stay! P.S. If you have a chance to take the boat tour around the island, you deffinetely should't miss that experience!

Exceptional from start to finish. Traditional family run hotel, very friendly and homely. Breakfasts excellent, pool was so relaxing. Noi abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione; che dire…come sentirsi a casa. Staff cordiale, ottima pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti. In una buona posizione: si può raggiungere il centro in pochissimi minuti. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze ci sono spiagge meravigliose. Un piccolo extra ma piacevole: la piscina interna messa a disposizione da questo hotel.

Amazing place! Not sure it is but it does feel like a family run hotel. It’s the right size that provides a good infrastructure for guests and remain small enough that feels a bit homey. The boa trips organised by Antonio and Andrea is also a must and a good way to interact with other guests and the hosts while enjoying great spots of the island not reachable by land. I’d definitely recommend it and I’d love to come back one day!

Hotel Europa is a classic 3-star Italian hotel. Run by an engaged and friendly team, one immediately feels "at home." I highly recommend booking half board; dinner is excellent and a real pleasure.

Not even a bottle of water in the room. We went down to breakfast around 830 (It was on until 10), many things were finished but they weren't replenishing it. Basic things like fruit... Also a very, very long walk from the Port. The location was lovely, but if we'd known it was that far from the port we wouldn't have stayed there. It is however immediately adjacent to Ischia Ponte, which is very nice. Just a long way from the Port. And taxis are exorbitant (€20 for 2 kms to the port).

We liked everything. Nice family owned hotel, located minutes away from the Aragonese Castle. Bus station nearby, easy to get to from the main port. Wonderful people, very nice room with a balcony with a great view. Cozy room, clean and comfortable. Nice food, excellent tasty breakfast with many options and also great choices of dinner. They also organize tours of the island for the hotel guests. Be sure to ask about it. We will definitely be back here.

Nothing bad really. I would have liked a harder pillow, it was a little bit too soft for me, but this is strictly a matter of personal preference. Anyway, there are already 2 pillows per person in the room so if you like a harder pillow, you can use them both. Some minor refurbishment works can be done, but there is nothing to ruin your stay. And from what I talked to them, some works are already planned later this year when the season is over.

Cozy with family feel, convenient location 20 minutes walk to the port and short walk to the restaurants and shopping. They had sufficient breakfast with home made croissants that are to dye for.

I hate to say this, because everyone will want to go here, and it will always be fully booked!!! It was brilliant in every way, the staff were always smiling and giving a 5 star service in a 3 star hotel. Near enough faultless!!!!

Hartelijke ontvangst. Het hotel ziet er prima uit. Grote mooie kamer met dito badkamer. Comfortabele bedden. Prachtig uitzicht. Het hotel ademt een relaxte sfeer en dat komt vooral door het heel vriendelijke personeel. Avondeten is prima. Echt een goede plek om Ischia te verkennen. Heerlijk zwembad met water van 30+ graden. Er werd op donderdag een boottocht rond het eiland georganiseerd voor de gasten. Ook hier: lekker relaxen. De moeite waard.

Koelkastje op de kamer maakt veel lawaai maar koelt weinig. Beter om het niet te gebruiken, vind ik.

Perfect location for exploring the island, with shops and a bus stop nearby. The hotel is absolutely incredible! Our stay was amazing! The thermal spring was a wonderful surprise for late April, with the water temperature being a very pleasant +32°C to +33°C
